The staff, Menge and Ishmael were super helpful. It s a busy area to walk in and there s tons of motorbikes. I would have liked a little less congestion.

The location was great. Just off the busy streets. Very calm and nicely decorated. Great ambiance. Ismail and the others were more than helpful. Absolutely great service! Would definitely come here again.

The service was amazing!!! We really enjoyed their top rooftop deck. The hot tub was very dirty :( like, very dirty.

Riad Rim was a fantastic place to stay. The staff were accommodating from the minute we arrived and the Riad was a place of calm amidst the hustle and bustle of Marrakech. The staff offered recommendations, were very communicative and were able to accommodate for my gluten free diet with lots of different options. We would definitely recommend staying here. There was a small communication issue about our airport transfer when we arrived, but this was resolved by the Riad manager.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful Riad. A wonderful breakfast, a very nice rooftop terrace and supernice hosts! It’s tucked away in the Medina so it’s quiet yet right in the middle of where you want to be to discover Marrakesh. We felt right at home!

It was a brilliant and very comfortable experience staying at this Riad. The comfort was very much needed after a 3 day sahara desert trip. The staff here are super helpful and friendly and made us feel like family and went above and beyond for us. Thanks a lot Everything was perfect, no fault

Staff was amazing - very attentive and helpful during our stay. The Riad is beautiful. Good breakfast. Very quiet. Hot tub did not get hot - Riad is in a good location but kind of a crazy section of the Medina.

Very nice design of the inner patio, big room, big bathroom, central location in Medina No amenities in the room, no windows, very loud and you can not sleep very well, location in Medina is very scary especially when you arrive at night

This is a really cool, unique, cute little place. The staff were so helpful and nice. Nestled right in the middle of the Medina, it was a welcome oasis in the middle of the hustle and bustle! Not much!

After spending time searching for the perfect Riad for our Christmas family holiday I can say this place was perfect. Centrally located, great facilities, clean and best of all the staff were amazing. They go above and beyond to ensure your stay is perfect. We highly recommend this place. We look forward to returning in the future. Nothing it was perfect.
