Perfect for a cheaper stay in Marrakech, clean with a private bathroom which was great for us as a couple on our honeymoon. Great breakfast.

I loved my stay here - the room was more than spacious and the owner was super friendly, answering all my questions regarding Marrakesh. If I visited again, I would book my stay at Riad Hayat, since the hospitality was unmatched. I highly recommend this place to all tourists. I loved everything at this property.

The staff were amazing especially the nice guy at the reception I think his name is Ayoub or maybe that was just the name written on the desk. I wasn't able to book a trip to the desert so he immediately called someone and I went on a trip within 1 hour even though I all trips on booking.com were booked in advance

Room had no windows so hot and stuffy, even with fan, bathroom ceiling low, and drain clogged.

The manager Ayoub was really helpful and kind with us for the whole stay in Marrakech.

- We had a trip to the Atlas Mountains, and they helped us with the luggage overnight, also they helped us in the last day until our flight as well - The location was perfect, very close to Jemaa el-Fnaa square In the morning, there was a lot of noise from people who were leaving or arriving at the property. A possible solution would be to inform the other guests to be quieter, as the rooms are not soundproof.

Very beautiful and charming Riad near the main square of Marrakesh and close to all the main attractions. The room was large, clean, confortable. Nice breakfast on the roof of the riad. The wifi was excellent and super fast. The hosts Ayoub and Mohamad are very friendly and helpful, they manage to do all what you need professionaly and quickly. Wonderful experience! Nothing

Room I got was quite small with a twin bed & a private bathroom, which is meant for a 5 yr old. You cannot stretch, raise your head or arms bcoz you'll hit something. The shower has no stall, it's recessed pit about 1.5 inch deep and 20 inch square, all the water sprays out and makes bathroom slippery. At the most you can wash your junk there. Location wise it's good coz it's close to Medina but the manager is very helpful in making you comfortable

The stuff is awesome,both guys that work there are polite and helpful. The sheets in other room were dirty.We asked manager to have other sheets, so he did. Also, we did not have toilet brush, so had to ask for that,as well.Unfortunately, we did not get the brush, since the manager told us that the room will be cleaned when we are absent. Give people toilet brush, we want to clean our own excrements!
