was not clean. machines out of order. very hard to get to.poor receptionist

Room seemed clean for my one night I stayed. Bathroom could use an update.

The bathroom was in need of repairs. I would not take a shower! There were people above us that were disruptive all night! Not much sleep was had

I paid for King w/accessable bathtub. Theonly thing accessible was the area of the bathroom the bathtub was an 18 inch or so step up to get in the shower. The mattresses were lumpy and old. There was no breakfast avaliable as was in the amenities list i will not ever book this placr again.

Horrible absolutely disgusting the rooms the sheets and over all experience terrible I would never recommend this place to anyone I feel like I need a tb shot after having to unfortunately stay there and couldn’t get my money back to take me and my children some where else reviews of rating are a lie they are not a 8.9 like the sign says in the lobby I would give them -10 stars don’t waist your money

Heads up, this was extremely unprofessional business booked. My room came to check-in got my key went to my room tried to swipe my key card door wouldn’t open went down. Got a new key. Had the worker come with me swipe the key wouldn’t work man inside the room, naked seems to me like a trafficking hotel be highly aware of. Do not recommend for anybody.

We booked 4 rooms for one night. The first two rooms we were sent to were dirty, used linens, unmade beds, soiled toilets. They finally found 4 clean rooms on different floors, but even those were marginally clean. The crib provided was very old and had to be wiped down. The bathtubs were peeling and stained. Would not recommend to anyone.

They could not find my reservation at check in but honored the rate and room on my itinerary. Had trouble with the room lock not working but it was addressed and repaired immediately. Room was clean and hotel was in good shape for a couple nights stay.

Descent place to stay. We were just passing through so it worked.

Sign doesn’t match the name of the hotel so you probably will drive by thinking you’re at the wrong place. If you happen to have military ID and try to get they can’t change thing since I booked on Expedia

Run away, this place is terrible! Checking in there was a man sitting in the lobby watching rap videos loudly on his phone and gave me a terrible look. The room was filthy with dirt and hair in the tub, stains all over the bed. It was really gross. We hastily booked with another hotel and left as fast as we could. When we left that same guy was standing in his room with the foot open glaring at us as we’re walked by. We couldn’t wait to get out of there.

Our pillows were brown, my asthmatic child coughed all night long. The mold in the shower wasn’t from one bad cleaning, that’s from continuous neglect. I have photos as well.

I was put in a room where the key didn’t work. I made multiple trips to the front desk due to my key not working. It never worked and I couldn’t be moved because the rooms were allegedly all booked. Maintenance or whoever it was, had to let me in but I never got a key. So, I couldn’t even leave my room that night. I kept calling the front desk but no one ever answered. Phone in the room didn’t work so I had to use my cell. There was no WiFi password in the room and I never got access to that either. The whole point was for me to work and relax. However, I could do neither. I eventually ended up just leaving the hotel at like 2am. Never had such a terrible experience with a hotel. I’m not blaming the staff. I honestly think the issue was beyond them. I have never had a hotel where the room key never worked and they had to use a machine to let me in

We will never choose this Hotel group again.

As a young woman I did not feel safe in this hotel. It is an old hotel that isn’t cleaned very well either. I chose the place because of all the 10/10 reviews. I suspect they may be fake. Buyer beware.

Friendly check in staff but room and entire hotel was run down. Toilet ran the entire night and was rusty. Towels were stained, microwave dirty, freezer not defrosted in refrigerator. A coffee machine for breakfast. Sketchy neighborhood. Would not park behind hotel. Would not stay again.

There was only 1 working luggage cart & that was being used by someone that couldn't bring it back from where it was. Had to make many trips to bring in our bags Had to use a laundry cart to bring in a respirator that was too heavy & awkward. Also, the gentleman that was working in the breakfast area wasn't a very nice man at all. There was several items that were not stocked needed for breakfast needs. Hot items were late in coming out for people to consume and there were only a few people including us that were in there. I have stayed at Comfort Inns before and never had any issues such as what I seen here. This location is not a place that I will ever return to or recommend anyone else.

Room was nice size , refrigerator, microwave a plus. Facility could use some upgrading when it comes to bathrooms

The breakfast ok. I didn't like the coffee. It tasted like instant coffee. The shower wasn't hot enough. I also saw a roach on my night stand. The guy receptionist was rude.

The room smelled of smoke even though it was supposed to be non-smoking so we didn't even stay and overall wasn't clean. We canceled the room and got a refund.

Rooms were dirty, front desk staff was very uncooperative and unwilling to address problems or change rooms despite the fact other rooms were available.

Clean the carpet, replace tub, keep sufficient towels so you don’t run out, get another luggage rack, one is not enough

Not recommended. Very outdated. There was some kind of mold or dust issue going on in my room. Eyes were itchy all night and I woke up with a massive headache and some sinus congestion in the middle of the night- had to leave at 4:45am after only a few hours of sleep. Bathtub had chipping paint. Stains on the sofa. Outside of hotel is not well lit and seems less safe than it perhaps is. Bummer- I’m a pretty easy going traveler, but this was a rough one. Good thing it was cheap!

Great breakfast pool was down.

Worst experience ever. Room had mold on walls and ceiling. No curtain on the first floor, no WiFi (said it was out). When I tried to get reimbursed for the second day, because I didn’t want to stay there a second day, they refuse to talk to me. I kept getting hung up on by the front desk. I called corporate and they did the same. I’m hoping hotels.com helps me get my money back.

Staff was friendly enough, but was disappointed that the pool was not in service, and the closest ice machine was the other end of the building and down two floors.

Very good location and easy to find. Check in was super fast. Good value for a passing through traveler. Desk clerk provided options for eating supper.

good location if you got to hop on the highway right away. i was driving up from Austin TX and this was my midpoint to Chicago IL. Never booked a Comfort Inn, but this one was satisfactory. Room and bed were clean. Bathroom could have been cleaned a tiny bit better, but overall it was a good stay for one night.

We stayed 3 nights. The breakfast was very good. Had eggs,biscuits and gravy sausage links and pattys. Coffee machine was very good. Helped us start the day off. Would return next year.

It had a musty dmell

It was a hot day and unfortunately the pool was out of service. Looked like it had been that way for awhile. Breakfast was great and the morning staff was very friendly.

Musty smell, carpet badly stained, phone not working at all, no shampoo, no clock, very limited tv channels. Certainly not the standards of Comfort Inn. Paid more to stay here than elsewhere because of previous positive stats at a Comfort Inn

This was supposed to be a non smoking room . We found an empty pack of cigarettes and the room smelled like must / smoke . Carpet was really stained and damp in places. The shower tile was beyond dirty not sure what was in there but none of us could stomach showering .

It was cheap. You get what you pay for, so if you’re just looking for a place to rest your head, it’ll do. Our room just was not very clean. There was a wet washrag in the bathroom. That made me not trust the whole place. The staff we talked to were nice and polite, which makes me want to soften my review, but the hotel itself is pretty run down. The common areas were not very clean either.

The phone didn’t work in the room , the coffee machine didn’t work. The direct remote wouldn’t work unless you were standing in front of the tv. The receptionist were very nice and helpful. Day and night shift.

Showed up at 8 pm to check in; handwritten sign on the front desk said “Be back in 15 minutes.” About 25 minutes later, the worker finally shows back up carrying a meal from Subway and a guitar case. Said he’s going to practice his guitar during his shift. We finally get our room key and go up; room smells strongly of AXE Body Spray. Pull back the blanket and there are makeup smudges on the sheets. Bathtub was old and gross to look at. Bathroom door wouldn’t stay open. The A/C worked great and that’s about all good I can say about this place.

I like the staff and the breakfast is fantastic. The building in general is clean and cool. The room and linens are old. The duvet is yellowed around the edges and the carpet is stained.

Staff were very helpful and we felt looked after. Breakfast had a good variety of food. The amenities were a little run down but everything functioned well. Room smelled a little musty. Property is right by Interstate so easy to find, but heavy traffic noise. No problem for a deep sleeper.

The only real issue we had was they have a pool and it is listed as such but the pool was closed and had a cover installed even though it is June.

The hotel room is extremely outdated. There were stains in the carpet in the room and on the mattress. On the table by the bed it look like a lot of ants. We supposed to stayed two nights we only stand for one night. We will not stay again.

Stayed here one night. The hotel is not the easiest to get to as there is no exist ramp from the highway, we had to drive under a very low bridge and low water crossing. Once at the hotel we stood at the disk for a long time waiting for some one to finally show up to let us check in. Our key card refused to work until my husband smack the door and it randomly worked. Lastly there was no bath towels to take a shower with, had to dry off with a single wash cloth. Very disappointing for the price we paid but it did provide us with a safe place bed to sleep in.

The breakfast food was very good. The breakfast area was clean. The front desk lady was nice.

The hotel was clean the king room had plenty of space. I liked the location there were plenty of choices for food and drinks nearby. The breakfast was fantastic the coffee machine made a good espresso and a good variety of foods. The only issue was the ac was noisy and there was some road noise early in the morning. I’d stay again and try a room not on the road side.

In the first room the toilet seat was not attached and there was no one to fix it. We were moved to another room. It was in dire need of repair. The rooms appeared clean but only the main traffic areas. There was noticeable collections of dirt, hair, dust, etc in the out lying areas. I will not stay in a Comfort Inn again!!

Carpets are filthy

When we got there, we were told that our reservation was canceled and we were marked as a "No Show". We had showed up at 8:30p... check-in starts at 3p and goes until 3a. Then the room that we were given was poorly maintained. The fridge wouldn't close, the bottom of the tub was rotting out and the little cover they used was not even staying down. The towels were threadbare and had holes. The bed/sheets were clean and room spacious.

The room provided was dirty, the tub had old previous stains, the curtains and side of bedding were stained and dirty. Water would not get hot until 45 minutes later.

We didn’t stay, as soon as we got to our room, we saw how bad it was we told the attendant we weren’t staying and he said we wouldn’t be charged. It needs to be thoroughly updated.

Bathroom needs remodeling. Large room, empty space. Sheets didn't stay on bed. TV and the phone didn't work.

Convenient location close to downtown Memphis.

Hotel was dated and very tired. Walked into room and greeted by gross carpet stains. Woodwork was scratched, old. Bed mattress was damaged and uncomfortable.

There was mold in the shower, my tub looked like it had blood on the floor, stains all over the carpet. The seat to place your bags on was dirty and I had to wipe it down before I placed my bag on it. The lady at the front desk was friendly, but had her family behind the counter when I arrived and I didn't have her full attention, although she was trying. She was the night shift, much better during my check out. Really nice lady and the best part of my stay.

Bathroom door and entry door were so close it was hard to maneuver. Bath door did not stay put.. it always swung open.

Bathroom door showed signs of poor repair to holes. General appearance of room was below average. Lots of noise in foyer area in the morning. Guest seemed very loud and overly interested in speaking to the receptionist for long periods. Disrupted an otherwise peaceful breakfast.

Room was fine, bathroom wasn’t dirty but also wasn’t clean. My room was on the front of the hotel and so is the hwy, so it was noisy. Might I stay again? Probably.

The guy who checked us in was veey pleasant. Our room...the curtains did not close, not even close. With the interstate view! We had to finally find a hair tie to get it closes enough so people from the outside couldnt see in. We was in the ground floor!

I had a great experience. The place was clean and I slept great on the bed. The next morning breakfast was already out for people to eat a good fifteen minutes before the due time of 6:00 am. The desk clerk on the night shift was extremely helpful and very nice. I highly recommend it. I will definitely stay there again.

Canceled room

Was not the cleanest. Very noisy. No water pressure at all. Barely trickles out the faucet and shower head.

Recommend everytine

The room and common areas were not the cleanest. The carpet had numerous visible stains. The bed skirt on the bed my sister slept in was dirty. It was brown in color & had a whitish dirt? Or who knows what on it. I didn’t inspect the brown bedskirt on my bed. When my sister turned on the shower the water came out of the faucet brown in color. These issues were not what I expected from a Comfort Inn. More like expectations of Motel 6 or Super 8 conditions.

First time I've ever checked for bed bugs. HORRIBLE FEELING. AND ... room in front of building, ground level with HUGE parking lot light shining right into the window with curtains that did not close. Had to hang bed cover in window. Why would you do that? People are trying to sleep?

The check in was horrible. Nothing professional or business like at all. Had to bathe standing because there was an impression that there was a shower. Housekeeping did wake me at 8 stating they were told i was checked out. Which explains the check in. This place will be a dump in 4 years

Clean

The over all experience was not too bad. There was almost always some one at the front desk, although we didn’t need assistance throughout our stay. Housekeeping could definitely do better, as the room was not the cleanest. The elevator was never swept, but the lobby always looked decently clean. Breakfast each morning was the same, but we ate it. It wasn’t too bad. Would we choose to stay here again?? Probably not, BUT it saved us quite a bit of money on our trip and it was only 3 nights.

No internet

Front desk clerk was lovely. She made checking in easy after a long day of travel. Hotel is conveniently located. The exit off the interstate to the service road is odd, but thats not the fault of the hotel. Just something to know and be prepared for.
