The room was fairly clean. The walls did have splatter on them from god knows what. Door frames broken from being kicked in just not the most appealing but was a comfortable stay not loud or anything.

Well, I was only there about 9 hrs, but the room was clean and quite. Also the lady at the front desk was polite and gorgeous! Just thought I'd throw that out there. 😁

Checking in in the evening feels like going to jail you are locked out of the lobby and you’re talking to someone through a couple inches of glass. The rooms are not very well Kept up paint missing all over my door place was pretty much empty yet they had to put me right next to someone where I could practically hear them talking. About one step above the Pay by the hour I guess it’s OK if you just wanna lay down on a bed and take a shower it’s pretty dingy overall though.

This property looked ok upon arrival but our room (209) was the filthiest room we have ever encountered. Immediately upon entry we found live baby roaches by the TV. The walls had unknown substances splattered in several places, the bed sheet had what looked like blood stains, there was mold in the shower…even the TV screen was absolutely filthy. We did not stay and have yet to receive a response from the property on refunding our money. We chose the property based on several good reviews in recent months thinking maybe they were under new management and cleaned up. Clearly those reviews are very inaccurate.

It took hours just for the room to cool down. By the time it cooled down it was already time for us to leave. The room itself needs a lot of work, bathroom was nasty with pubic hais on the tissue. I would not return

I Really appreciated it after a rough day at work.I got to my room It was clean and spacious. I put my things down and went and showered.Afterwards I got comfortable on top of the bed.I've included pics, I Highly-recommend it for a nice weekend stay.

I liked how helpful the main guy at the window was when trying to find ice. The mold on the curtains from the neighbors. Made me ick before I ever walked into mine. The hotel sent a confirmation but put the wrong address, it said 630 Franklin road which took us to apartments, they should change that.

staff was nice. charged me for the room even though it was prepaid through booking.com. quickly resolved that issue by reversing charge. Roaches, stains, very dirty floors. there was a dead roach in the fridge. there were living roaches in the bathroom. Bath tub had hair in it. Bed had stains and no real blanket provided. just a very thin curtain like cover.

Friendly staff Bad neighborhood, room could’ve been cleaned better. There was mail polish splatter all over the bathroom door. There wasn’t a security lock to secure safety in such a bad neighborhood that’s should be top concern.

The bed was comfortable. There were people hanging outside all over making it look shady. The carpets and floors were dirty, both in the bathroom, and in all corners, about a 1/2 inch of dust and dirt laying on top of the carpet underneath the a/c unit - like it hadn’t been vacuumed in a long while. All the walls and the bathroom door had splashed up sticky stuff that was never cleaned off. I woke up to use the bathroom and rinse my face. When I turned on the light, there was a live roach crawling around in the sink. We finally got it killed. I went to walk into the toilet area, and the carpet is frayed and peeled back - I stepped on the carpet tack and it went into my foot. I wish that I had taken pictures. I will say that I asked for a refund, and the owner said that to call Booking.com and I could get a refund.

It was close to a qt gas station and it was very quiet no disturbances. It wasn’t as clean as I thought it should have been. And the tv was very old hard to change channels they had direct tv though

The room was dirty. I found a live cockroach in the bathroom. Visible stains on the furniture and curtains. And the carpet is coming out at the edges, and I stepped on some exposed carpet nails, which was not at all pleasant. Finally, the dead bolt was broken, meaning there was no way to secure the door other than the electronic key card.

When we first drove up you couldn’t even go in the lobby, you had to stand outside and talk through a window. We went to our room and it smelled like cigarette smoke, we requested a non smoking room. We were running late to attend The Rolling Stones Concert in Atlanta so we hurried up and changed our clothes. But we put everything back in our car, and went to the concert. After the concert we came back to the room and there were small bugs (nats) flying around the room. My husband found a rotten avocado in a cabinet. I opened a drawer and roaches were running. We checked the bed for bed bugs and found none. There were cigarette burns on the comforter and sheets. We only had 1 towel to use. There was no security lock inside our room on our door, just the door lock. So we put furniture in front of our door. It was horrible. There was no other rooms available. No other rooms available at other motels. It was already paid for and for 1 night. I slept with my clothes on, in case someone tried to come in. People were outside our room all night. In the morning my husband talked to the manager and he couldn’t do anything since we booked through a third party. I just want Expedite to please take them off their list so someone doesn’t book a night with them.

I would like a refund of my money They told me that they would refund me. My money back from the hotel because I'd stayed a night in the hospital instead of a night in the hotel room. Because they were bed bugs in the hotel. They were bed, bugs and they bit me all over. And I live in my car. I paid a lot of money.

Location was perfect for what I needed for the night. Easy access to I75 and restaurants and other local businesses. Many people loitering around the property. The room next to me had kids that kept knocking on my door. I believe the property rents rooms for people to live in. The room smelled like smoke and the room was not well kept.

I didn’t like presenting my Drivers License to the attendant and then having her make a photo copy of my license which concerns me because of all the identification theft happening nowadays. I have never had this happen at any location that I’ve stayed at. The ceiling in the room was bubbled up and appeared to be ready to crash down. There were roaches in the room and we had to take our bags out to the car to not bring them home with us.

The carpeting is vintage, but relatively clean, the bed was actually very comfortable and a good place to sleep. The tv had limited selection, cable only, not a smart tv but had impractical jokers so I was good. I was travelling from another country so I was worried that the vehicle I had would get broken into at night, however everyone there was very respectful. One issue I did have was that the bathroom entrance didn't connect with the carpet, and so there was around an inch or 2 of carpet wiring sticking out near the bathroom entrance, dangerous as someone could really cut their feet open there. They did daily housekeeping to keep the room feeling fresh, and in my week of staying I only found one other bug inside the room. Overall a pretty decent stay for what I paid, but don't expect this place to be perfect or a diamond in the rough. It is what it is.

it was the wrong choice of hotel for the night. Usually you rent a room for one night in not very expensive hotels along the road with a rating of 3 to 4 stars. This hotel has an Expedia rating of 3.2. But this is not true. I would give them a rating of 1 to 2. Details. We booked 2 rooms and hoped they would be close by. But we were given rooms on different floors. When we entered the rooms we noticed an unpleasant smell. The air conditioner was off and it was unbearably hot. Exhaust fan does not work in the bathroom. There were only two sets of towels and they were old and thin. Many cars from neighboring buildings pass through the parking lot, which is not safe for people and parked cars. I recommend visitors to avoid this hotel. I suggest to the owners of the hotel to invest more money in their hotel.

Very dirty and outdated. Roaches at dresser, bathroom and sink. Only half roll of toilet paper in the room, toilet pepper holder is dirty with a hair clip in there. Found roach an hour after checking in. Sink is disgusting as it i clogged by something look like dead roach.

Their were roaches in the bathroom and entertainment center upon arrival. Throughout the night they were coming out of the tv on the dresser. Also the cable didn’t work so I had to use my laptop with the half functioning WiFi to watch the news
