This was probably the nicest hotel I’ve ever stayed at. I just wish they had a hot tub, either in the room, or buy the pool. I was very pleased with my stay.

Great, safe feeling area when arriving late at night. Front desk staff was very friendly. Room was clean and it was actually quiet. Fairly quick to get to after a baseball game and easy to get out of town!

The staff was very welcoming and helpful. Answered all my questions regarding check-in and even arranging for family members to stay near one another. Which made my stay so much better. The kids enjoy the swimming pool and towels were provided. Breakfast was hot and fresh everyday. A nice variety of hot items. Only fruits available were bananas and apples. Beds were very comfortable and the room is amazingly quiet. Despite it being located near major highway. We felt very safe there.

When we arrived, the hotel told us their system was down and they couldn’t properly check us in. We showed confirmation that our reservation had been paid through Expedia, so they allowed us into our room. Later that night we went out, and when we returned around 1 AM, our keys no longer worked and we were locked out. At the front desk we were suddenly told we had no reservation and needed to pay again or leave. After seeing how upset we were, they let us stay until morning. The next day we were called down again and told the same thing, even after showing receipts and confirmation that the room was already paid for. We spent nearly two hours in the lobby with the general manager trying to sort out a disconnect between the hotel and Expedia. Because of this situation, we missed a dinner reservation we had been waiting months for. Eventually we were told our reservation would have to be canceled and we would need to pay again and wait 5–7 business days for a refund. We booked this as a relaxing staycation but instead spent hours dealing with a problem that wasn’t ours. Being locked out of our room and asked to pay twice made this a very disappointing experience.

This was our 2nd stay at this hotel within a week. Our only issue was the bedding in the room we stayed at on 3/3 was sour smelling. Like the sheets and blanket were left in the washer or they weren’t properly rinsed. Other than that everything was fine.

Our stay was wonderful, the hotel welcomed us with great customer service and lots of amenities. The rooms were clean and the cleaning lady was very assisting with any needs. The breakfast offered a nice variety to choose from. The staff overall were very nice and kept great customer care the entire stay.

The front desk made us feel welcome from the first hello and checked on us after we made it to our room. The room was so clean, quiet, and the bed/bedding were very comfortable. We would absolutely stay again!

The employee Radford gave us our money back and the manager Chris charged us again basically told me I was lying saying they had someone come out and they didn’t see anything. I sent an email about it with pictures he never responded back. I was never emailed a receipt of my stay or anything. The employees are more caring than the managers. I even tried going through my bank and the hotel keeps declining so we couldn’t get our money back. Don’t book through a third party if you stay here.

We were in Atlanta for an event, and this hotel was an excellent choice. Our suite was roomy, very clean, and the beds and linens were extremely comfortable. Would stay here again.

Ok so the reason why it’s only getting 2 stars from me is because the bed was so bad and uncomfortable. Very cheap beds and if you have a bad back, you’ll be in pain in the morning. The other problem was the water pressure in the shower. I don’t think I’ve ever experienced anything like it. Food was good and service was good but I won’t be back because of those two problems I mentioned. It also cost me $211.00 to stay there one night. Way too expensive for those issues. It's 10 minutes from TJMaxx, Ross, Target and other familiar stores. There's one fast food and a Cracker Barrel within walking distance but you would have to cross a moderately busy highway. Other places to eat with 10-15 minute drive. It's in a convenient location. I would recommend.

I’ve stayed at Home 2 Suites before. This one was fine. Clean in main areas. Our AC wall unit did not work so it had to be operated on the unit itself which isn’t great. Didn’t get offered water as a Hilton Honors member and the front desk guy seemed surprised and annoyed that we asked.

Home 2 Suites are great hotels all around. This one was sub par only as far as breakfast. The bar was messy, styrofoam plates, and breakfast items were not filled quickly when emptied.

The staff exceeded my expectations. Dara, at the front desk answered any questions. She was professional, pleasant & respectful to everyone. Rooms were very clean, comfortable and nice. The breakfast food was very good and the staff was friendly. I plan to return to the hotel on my future visits to this area and will be recommending to staff, friends and family members.

great kitchenette -perfect for my needs. Refrigerator was larger than i thought - included a microwave, dishwasher, dishes, silverware and glasses, pots, sink. I loved the desk area and the table that could roll out so that i could work at the desk or roll it to the couch and sit there to work on my laptop. good workout room - 2 treadmills, peloton bike and some weights, breakfast was decent. Very quiet hotel at night, no issues at all with noise.

It was close to truist park, the hotel staff was friendly, clean, and breakfast had a decent selection. The room was not as spacious as most Home2 Suites, the room would not cool off, and the carpet felt damp bc of the hot humid room.

Dislike- mole or some kind dark floppy growth on the filter of the room faucet. I manually cleaned it. So far I have no health issues. They do not offer room cleaning as other hotels unless you specifically requested. No plastic bags for ice can.

We were so pleasantly surprised when we walked into our King Studio Suite. Everything was very clean, well-maintained and convenient. Right down to the delicious coffee and easy to use coffee-maker in the room. The shower was excellent, lots of hot water and strong water pressure. The bedding was pristine and the bed super comfortable. A wonderful respite on a long road trip.

We had a really nice stay at this hotel. The property is well maintained and the staff was nice and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean. The only thing bad was the breakfast; bad quality and no choices.

We arrived after midnight, yet the staff at the front desk was kind and quickly checked us in, which was MUCH appreciated! Our room was comfortable and very clean. Breakfast was good.

Disappointing stay. They failed before check in to “upgrade” us to a lower quality room. Great, thanks. Smelled cigarette and pot smoke in our room through the fan. Bathroom dusty AF on top of the shower. Breakfast out of items. Won’t stay at this location again.

We have stayed at this chain’s facilities in several states while traveling. This particular location the bathroom is tiny, the toilet was inches from the shower door. The bed was inches from the A/C. No A/C venting in halls. Weekend breakfast very limited. For this price point. Disappointed.

Property and room was extremely clean and comfortable. With the hotel being right off the highway it was very loud in the early morning hours and throughout the day.

Stopped here while driving through and had a wonderful experience. The gentlemen at the front desk was incredibly accommodating and friendly. The rooms were spotless, smelled fresh, and had very comfortable beds with soft sheets. Plus, the free parking and breakfast were nice added perks. Breakfast had so many options! I wish we could stay longer to enjoy the pool, but unfortunately, we had to get back on the road. I felt right at home here and would definitely stay again!

DO NO STAY HERE IF YOU'RE TRAVELING. Flight was changed by airline the same day as the reservation, so no refund was given. Their policy doesn't allow same day cancelations for any reason, including those outside my control (Like being rerouted to another city and then losing the bags). True shame, because we book for soccer club each month and like to stay here traveling for vacation as well....(20 teams, 15 families each). Not cool to make us pay for a room we couldnt use.

Room was comfortable and had great ammenaties. The pull out sofa bed wasn't very comfortable. I would image a small child would be OK, but not an adult. Breakfast is On The Go, so if you like a good hearty breakfast go across the street to Cracker Barrel or down the road to Marietta Diner.

We arrived late in the evening and happy to find a smiling face behind the desk. We were checked in quickly and the attendant helped us track down a luggage cart. The gym was clean and the breakfast was hot and fresh. The room was clean and maintained.

Our room was a very nice size, for my family of five we had room to move around and relax.

this property was a bit on the neglected side.Pool was cloudy.One of two washing machines was always out of order. Front desk out of quarters and laundry detergent.There were at least 3 full baseball teams staying there. Trash stacked up in hallways every morning.Dirty windows.

Nice hotel. I’ll stay here again.

I I had gas stolen from my vehicle, I was not given any follow-up information, I was not offered anything for my inconvenience. Very poor area with little or no security. I still feel like I should be compensated for my loss. And now my lack of faith in Hilton Hotels.

Such a helpful staff, our stay was just perfect!
