Property is old and run down, the lobby is very nice; but the rooms you can tell have seen some wear and tear. Our bedroom lamps were broken and being held up with black tape; the fridge barely cooled, microwave was in poor condition, the shower head was broken and shower curtain all tattered and ripped. Not was I was expecting from a Hampton.

The room floor needed to be swept. Card security to access your floor onlr worked in 1 elevator. The luggage cart wheels needed to be filled with air. Staff was friendly. Bathroom was clean.

When we arrived at 2:45 the front desk lady didn't let us check in, but a couple came in 5 minutes later she friendly and allowed them a room. Got to the room finally an had to use my own Netflix to watch TV. We come in to town at least 6 times a year during baseball season and always stay with you guys. TV has never been like that. The front desk lady has been rude before. No dont remember her name CHECKED IN APRIL 10 AT 3PM.(cause I couldn't get in before 3). Paying to park my car where I have already paid to lay my head is a bit much to. It always takes weeks before I get my $40 hold. I've decided this will probably be my last timestaying with you guys.

Everybody was so kind during our stay there for our first night of our honeymoon. My grandkids stay there two nights I would just have to say that chlorine is way too high for smell and ruined a several pair of our clothes. Was all great!!

I wish they could pay more attention to cleaning the common areas and elevators. Every time I enter the elevator the floor was wet and smell disgusting.

The main amenity (indoor pool) was closed the night of our stay.

I arrived after many hours of travel. The room I booked was not the room I got. There were 4 people and I booked 2 queen beds-which was more expensive room then they gave me. They gave me a king and a small pull out. One of my big teens had to sleep on couch cushions on the floor. Although there was still some vacancy they would not give us another room for the few hours we would be there. It was a very disappointing night. I was told I would get a call from management and never did. I will be reaching out.

Clean room-nothing special for pets-was shocked at the $55 dollar charge for parking. Was not made aware prior there would be any more charges other than what I had paid in advance. Could have parked next door for nothing. Would not go back.

The staff was amazing & accommodating. The room was very clean, spacious, the bed very comfortable. We will stay here every time. The breakfast was also delicious, the gravy & biscuits yum! The women working in the restaurant area so delightful, & one gentleman notified her of 60 people coming down all at once…she didn’t bat an eye, just smiled & said she was ready!

The boiled eggs were terrible, plastic like texture. However, the friendly service that the cook lady, Kimberly, provided was the best. She is an asset in that hotel. If we ever ho back to it, Kimberly will be the major factor. She is well loved by all guests.

The first room was clean but the window light blocker was not in the window thus the outside lights were very bright in the room. The staff was kind enough to move us to another room although it was not handicapped assessable.

Hands down the best continental breakfast a hotel can offer. Penny and the ladies were extremely sweet and helpful. They whipped up an amazing breakfast everyday we were there. That alone would make me come back anytime we’re in Atlanta. Keep up the good work ladies, you are very much appreciated. Great customer service, cleanliness, and overall a great experience.

I would not stay there again. I woke up to bed bugs on me..and yes I took pictures. I did not even sleep under any covers. I was completely uncomfortable and did not rest well at all.

The staff members at the facilities were great. But the room itself was hot and humid. The AC was supposedly working, but it never cooled off the room and I felt like I was outside. The hallway was the same way and maybe worse. Uncomfortable.

The room was clean however wall paper was ripped and coming undone. The toilet was broken. The breakfast was great except that the a/c was not working in the lobby so we ate in the heat.

Liked conveniences and location but hotel is showing age. Staff was average room was dated, bed was hard and noisy, carpet felt damp, toilet was hard to flush, tub was slippery.

How can all this be the case?

I don't know how the reviews said this was clean. Hallways were dirty, elevator dirty, door habdles were dirty. Corners of bathroom stuff not cleaned. Older Hampton needs updated. Main door to room had pieces chipped off. Could here room above us take a shower. Possituve bed was comfy and clean. Breakfast was fine, just your norm. Check in was good, front desk clerk was friendly.

I was there for a family event and in some of the rooms the ceiling was leaking and appeared to having work done. There were also white paint spots on the carpet on the 7th floor.

The stay was comfortable I had to take my LSAT near by so decided to stay here. The young lady that checked us in was not very friendly and not so welcoming. Other than that it was an great stay

I have traveling from Michigan to Florida and back for about 20 years and this is kne of the best hotels I've stayed in if not best. Never have i received complementary snacks, soda, etc. with the room.

Everything was excellent except for the number of available parking spaces. There were a few trucks there and since there wasn't any truck parking they took up a number of the spaces parking sideways. so many of us had to use compact car parking and we were all sort of shoe-horned in making it tough to get in and out of our vehicles.

The property itself was great, there was quite a bit of talking out in the hallway and also door slamming… It would have been nice if the night auditor would have walked around. Thank you.

Very clean, staff pleasant and receptive. Received a text asking how we like our room. There was a function across the street that was very loud. Staff apologized and offered to change our room. It was late so we didn’t but appreciated their offer and concern. Will definitely stay again in our travels

We stopped here for 1 night as we traveled. The hotel was under reconstruction. It was loud and the food at breakfast was not very good. Staff was friendly, but it was not relaxing to stay there while while all the noise was going on.

I had to use Lobby Rest Room when we first got there. There was water on the floor which I reported & I didn’t think it was very clean. Our room on 714 seemed very small & no chair. 2 stools very low. We are 70 yr old. They did bring a small stained chair to hallway. Not the Hampton Innns we’ve stayed at prior to this. Also have bites on legs the evening we got home last Thurs. Afraid to unpack clothes if these are bed bug bites! ? Clothes still vacuum sealed ! Ugh 😩 Will not stay there again .

Only complaints were one elevator was out of service and water warm but not hot in bath. Being close to hwy, you could hear exterior noises from road.

I have stayed at many hotels. This Hampton Inn was great. The staff was friendly! My room was big and very clean. I especially loved that I was not disturbed by any noise from the floor above. A good night's rest was enjoyed!

Everyone was very accommodating. When we arrived Expedia had not sent our reservation to the hotel so they didn’t have a room for us. They could have easily turned us away but they found a room for us and were helpful with everything we asked for.

Restaurant choices are limited and no convenient shopping nearby.
