    Anyone staying at this hotel needs to know the staff goes above and beyond any hotel I've ever stayed in. Iam a Hilton diamond member and I get better service from jaylon and Lance than I have any Hilton property I've ever stayed in.

    got bed bugs- no hot water and many drug addicts who seem to live there full time. horrible - toilet also exploded and they gave me a dollar store plunger and said to fix it for them . nobody at front desk half the time and difficult to get clean towels. ZERO stars - stay away

    The staff was extremely nice, but the marijuana smell And the amount of people smoking marijuana is a problem. Staff tried to stop it. It should be enforced that if the smell is in the hallway, the room will be checked and they will have to leave. Staff was nice

    The Supervisor! always nice to me and ask how I’m doing or is there anything else I need. I stayed at this location a few times. Very excellent customer service skills and attentive to guest.     Unfortunately the staff was very unhelpful. Took ten minutes for someone to show up at the front for check in it seems like no one was ever there. Only spent one night and the room had no bath towels, called in twice once before going to sleep around 11pm and was told they couldn’t help until the morning at around 7am & that was fine. When I called again at 7am they couldn’t help me until 11am, gee thanks just in time for my check out. I usually enjoy the continental breakfast provided but I passed this time, not only because one was not provided but if there was as many roaches in the kitchen as there was in the room… yeah I’ll pass.

    They put me in a dirty room with an unmade bed, and then after that, put me in a room with absolutely no garbage can at all, not to mention the inconvenience of the cart and the car distance to the door and the hill that it rolled down. It was so much work. I just couldn’t even get up in time for breakfast.

    When I got here, my room had no blankets cigarettes on the counters throw up in the toilet used for a soap with a long string of hair coiled around it I ordered a deluxe King studio with a pullout sofa and when I got here, the front desk person told me that unfortunately they had overbooked my stay and that he needed to upgrade me for free and then put me in a double queen room, and I tried to explain to him that I had paid for a king suite Deluxe room, and he still insisted that it wasn’t an upgrade and made me pay an extra $10 in order to move me to another room that was worse and not ready for me so then I had to go all the way back down and tell him about the room and he moved me to another room Which was also occupied and finally you got me to a third room and after all of this, he still hadn’t said sorry or anything for the inconvenience or for the ridiculousness of the situation and left me to it like nothing happened

    I didn't like anything about this property. It was literally a dumb. Good for others who are on extended stays I guess. I was happy I walked with my towels. Just the idea of guests using the towels to dry their dogs, is sickening. I was in two rooms and in both rooms the windows were broken. I felt unsafe. I told the front desk, but I doubt it was repaired. Went into another room 3 days later and the same thing. Window lock was broken. Expedia needs to take this hotel off their list. I would have never chosen such a hotel, but it was a family member who decided on this place. Very disappointing. This hotel is really zero star. There was a meeting room downstairs and I asked if I can sit in the room and I was told no. Never again. For the price that I paid it wasn't worth it.

    You should be more accommodating to your guests who check in overnight after traveling four hours from a different state with a reservation. The clerk simply blamed it to the systems being down, and he could not get access to make a key. This is outrageous. After driving hours I was told that I could not get a room even though the room was paid for.

    I had an issue with my original reservation and was moved to a sister property. The new GM, Tracey, was the one that made my stay worth it. He went out of his way to accommodate me for the issue at the original location. His staff was friendly, and checked in on my needs while I stayed there. I give Tracey and his staff an A+ for going out of their way to make me feel welcome and to help me when I needed it. I will definitely be checking in at one of his properties on my next business trip to ATL. Thanks!!

    I had an issue with my original reservation and was moved to a sister property. The new GM, Tracey, was the one that made my stay worth it. He went out of his way to accommodate me for the issue at the original location. His staff was friendly, and checked in on my needs while I stayed there. I give Tracey and his staff an A+ for going out of their way to make me feel welcome and to help me when I needed it.     Orbitz overbooked so i didn’t get the room I reserved and the alternative did not work for my family’s needs; this was discussed with orbitz and since it was an equivalent price for the room they gave there was no compensation difference even though the room itself did not work and I specifically needed a king bed, however it was very late at night and we were stuck in a storm for several hours and just needed a place for the night. The room itself is very outdated compared to photos and was not clean. There was hair in the sheets and in the bathroom sink upon arrival and mirror in bathroom was dirty. I would not stay here again. The only positive was the person working the front desk was very kind.

    Orbitz overbooked so i didn’t get the room I reserved and the alternative did not work for my family’s needs; this was discussed with orbitz and since it was an equivalent price for the room they gave there was no compensation difference even though the room itself did not work and I specifically needed a king bed, however it was very late at night and we were stuck in a storm for several hours and just needed a place for the night. The room itself is very outdated compared to photos and was not clean. There was hair in the sheets and in the bathroom sink upon arrival and mirror in bathroom was dirty. I would not stay here again. The only positive was the person working the front desk was very kind.

It looked like the room had been flooded at one point. Asked for a hairdryer, they could never ‘find’ one. The staff were friendly enough, and the room was quiet. Good for people staying long-term on a limited budget, but might be a little less than what business or holiday travelers expect.

    The stay was terrible. The first room we checked in the beds weren’t even made, the second room we checked into the beds were made but there were roaches in the bathroom annd shower! I opened a mini fridge and roaches literally fell out the refrigerator. I had to sleep in my clothes with all of my bags, clothes and fear of roaches getting into my belongings the shower was dirty and everything was overall dirty. The worst place I’ve ever stayed using Hotels.com. Budgetel should be ashamed ! I demand a full refund for this stay!

    I tried 3 different rooms and the first 2 were definitely no going to fly. The amount of rust on the appliances and the tubs was startling. The fridge didn’t work in the first room. There was so much dust in the second room. When I finally settled into the 3rd room the tv didn’t work and a stink bug popped out to say hi. If I didn’t have my dog with me I would’ve been scared to sleep. There were people slamming doors, no matter the time of day or night. There was no breakfast as advertised. The staff were lovely though. Unless you are on hard times, I would not suggest staying here.

    My overall stay has horrible and very uncomfortable. The room had a very very bad odor. I used air fresheners, everything and it was stinking the whole time there. Also, the bed was dirty. I had to go purchase blankets because it made me very itchy when laying on the covers on the bed. I could see stains and dirt under the sheets. The kitchen area was also dirty including the fridge and vent hood above stove. I spent out more money trying to make the room comfortable. I wish I could have canceled my booking and received a refund to go elsewhere, but unfortunately, I was stuck and uncomfortable for an entire week.

    It took us calling the reservation center to find the entrance to the property. There was NO signage anywhere to indicate the entrance. When we checked in, we were informed that there was NO hot breakfast. The room was filthy. There was what appeared to be blood stains on the carpet. The tile on the floor was sticky and dirty. We canceled our reservation and ended up staying at another hotel.

    If you book through Expedia they will tell you that you didn’t click the drivers license option. But there isn’t a ID option on Expedia. So I was denied booking with my Passport ID and they still charged me for the first day which they will have to refund me. Hotel looks very sketchy was my first time in Atlanta and also first time staying with extended stay 0/10 don’t recommend.

    The hotel had the ground floor all tore up, fixing something. I was on the second floor and it had an unpleasant smell. My room was nice although the tile floor was filthy. The bottom of my white socks were almost black from walking on that floor. The ceiling in the bathroom over the tub had a leak and wasn’t fixed. The gentleman that checked me in was great.

    The rooms were extremely clean to my surprise. Staff also was very friendly with the the exception of one person. But everyone else made up for her rudeness and lack of customer service skills. Jasmine is a very skilled customer service person and I would hire her at my company. Thanks Jasmine. The housekeepers really clean the rooms and do a beautiful job!
