I don’t want to leave a totally bad review, because the room was clean and bed was very comfortable. However, there were people just hanging out in the outdoor walkways and stairwells, and sirens on the nearby street pretty much all night long. The sirens aren’t the hotel’s fault, but there’s little to dampen the noise. Breakfast options were very minimal - bagels and toast, yogurt, and cereal. No proteins, not even a boiled egg. Overall, the place just felt shady and unsafe, and the cameras all over the building just reinforced that.

Close to the park Got a telephone call stating.My children are running around, me and my husband and 11 yr was sleeping..

Good location with easy access to Cobb Galleria. Handle on bathroom faucet was loose and fell off during stay. It did not render it in operable, but it was a bit clunky.

The price and location. Absolutely nasty rooms. Disgusting sheets. The pool had a milky film and large piles of brown substance in it. The retaining wall around the pool had several loose stones that could be a hazard but no one seemed concerned until a stone actually fell.

Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was a joke. Bathroom/shower had really moldy grout lines, shower curtain too short/wet floor. Toilet seat was falling off & toilet needed to be sealed. Sink faucet fell off. AC was dirty. Exterior/entry not clean.

Breakfast was good but less than I expected. The location was close to seeing my family. There was no dresser for my 3 night stay. Disappointing. We had a lot more than 1 piece of luggage, especially awkward for a handicapped person. Our room did not have a shower chair readily available. No tissues or enough bath towels in the room for our arrival.

The room was clean. It just didn’t have a coffee pot but there were cups and coffee packs in the room. Also I wish the hotel had king or queen sized beds!!

There was hair that didn't belong to me in the bedding, which was really just gross. The pool wasn't open, even though its listed in the amenities, which was disappointing.

It’s an outdated hotel but the rooms were nice and clean. Bed sheets and pillow cases and towels were fresh and clean. No elevator. Stairs cases are far from room unless you use the middle stair case but it’s only accessible from 630am-230pm. Off side of main highway so kind of loud/noisy. Loved the coffee machine downstairs in lobby.

The toilet fan is very noisy. It is difficult to adjust the room temperature on the A/C unit

I stopped there to sleep before an 8hr drive and an hour into my sleep the smoke detector started chirping, once I wake up its hard to go back to sleep. So I feel like my money was wasted to be able to sleep for my long drive. When I went to desk they didn't offer to do anything about the alarm.

It was in the heart of Marietta. Front desk staff nice. There was a hole in the wall in our room. There was toilet paper inside the peep hole on the room door. The place was not swept when we got in the room. There was a dead roach in the corner of the room. One of the lamp cords cut in two. The room advertises queen size beds but they were twin size beds on queen frames. Plus the bathroom towels had stains on them. There were parties going on all night in the hotel and the walls are thin so we couldn’t sleep. The “free breakfast” 6 yogurts for the entire hotel and some cereal that’s from 2005. If they run out if yogurt the will not restock. Not to mention the hug hole in the wall behind the front desk.

The room smelled horrible. It was only only one night so i bought some Axe and sprayed it like a teenager going on a date.

overall it was fine, I was just disappointed on the set up. our room was in back, had to walk all the way around to front to get to breakfast area, no stairs to access it from where we were. same with the ice machine, had to walk all the way around outside, go to second floor.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend others to stay. If I return to the area I do know exactly where'd I book my room.

Room was ok and bed was comfy My fridge did not work at all I was staying for work so my lunch for the filling day was ruined. The room next to me had kids running and jumping and loud in and out of the room at midnight

Booked for two adults and three children. Room had only two beds, no couch, no rollaway. Wife slept in the car. Clerk was rude to the point of being hateful that she was even there. Next morning, running 10 minutes after checkout - manager came threatening charging us another night. Said the fact that he accepted a reservation for five in room that slept four was my fault and blamed Travelocity.

The staff recommended "Marietta Diner" for lunch and it was amazing..

Rooms were clean. Bathroom had an unpainted area. Morning desk staff was unhelpful. Recommended local pizza vendor was the worst pizza we have ever had.

Very clean and friendly. Nothing overly fancy, but after other hotels we had to stay in (at a much higher price) it was a breath of fresh air. Clean, comfortable, working hot water and heat! It is as a hotel is suppose to be and I will highly recommend it and be staying there when we head back north.

If you have children or a lot of luggage, you need a ground floor room only because there is only one staircase up and then it can be a really long walk completely around the upper level to your room

I decided to cancel the reservation through Expedia, but they wouldn't refund me because their check-in time had already passed (which was 11 am, as stated on the website). We had to kill a German roach crawling in the room. The shower was filthy, the toilet seat was about to fall off. There is no way housekeeping had cleaned or swept the bathroom or they would have seen the toilet bolt lying on the floor by the toilet.

This was a typical American Motel. The room was clean and parking was easy. The staff were friendly. Basic breakfast. Fine for a quick overnight stop not too far from Atlanta airport.

The staff was so friendly and helpful it was just an overnight for me…. The room was clean, had a fridge/freezer, coffee pot/coffee, everything I needed.. only issue was the ceiling over the shower had a patch repair that was not painted.

It looked clean and smelled good too. It was cheap compared to other places. The only complaint we had, we saw one tiny cockroach in the shower when we came in. The other issue was staff was not smiling and because of that it looked like she was suspicious of us or something. Breakfast was not very good because there were no protein choices whatsoever. But overall if was good stay

I believe a 1 star is too much to give. I went to check in and the owner was extremely rude... This owner does not have listed on their website that they will charge an open ended deposit at check in and she refused to check me in although my room was already prepaid. These owners are scamming the community and need to be shut down. She is very argumentative. When I asked how much will they be holding on the deposit she got smart with me and asked me if I knew how to comprehend. They are wanting a $100 cash deposit or an open ended deposit on your major credit card for pets or smoking. I advised her that I did not do either and she refused to check me in. This place is not the Waldorf Historia or a 5 star resort, there is no way that they should be charging this much for this dump!

It was perfect for an overnight stay for a college orientation weekend event. It was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. If I had anything to complain about, the vanity light took a minute to come on, but it did come on and the fridge platform was off balance so we had to lift up the fridge to open it. We didn't use it that much, though. Overall, 5/5.

I asked for a room on the bottom floor and received one on 3rd floor. I told the very rude desk lady my husband has a hard time walking up stairs and she told me the room on bottom floor is on other side and farther and wouldn’t give it to me. My husband is handicapped and so had to walk up stairs which was very hard on him. The breakfast was nothing more than cereal and bread. We had to find a restaurant to eat breakfast! I asked for a room on the bottom floor and received one on 3rd floor. I told the very rude desk lady my husband has a hard time walking up stairs and she told me the room on bottom floor is on other side and farther and wouldn’t give it to me. My husband is handicapped and so had to walk up stairs which was very hard on him. The breakfast was nothing more than cereal and bread. We had to find a restaurant to eat breakfast! First of all, I saw a cockroach one hour into my stay. But of course went and hidden behind some piece of furniture and then later in the evening I stepped on it with bare feet. Shower nozzles are way too low. I nearly broke a leg trying to just rinse off my hair. I had all these no smoking signs everywhere yet there are smoke burns on all the furniture. Also, there were people smoking crack in the parking lot that evening in two separate cars. I don’t know if they were staying there or not. Also, they keep the door locked to the staircase from the front so you literally have to go all the way around the building, which is ridiculous. The breakfast was sad to say the least. Also, the Wi-Fi just kept going in and out the TV kept stuttering and pausing in the evening. Also, the drain in the bathroom had a slight clog and needs to be tended to.

Bed was good. Vending machine was empty when I was dying for a snack but didn't want to go back out. Was hard to understand the lady that checked us in.

Quick in and out, close to neighborhood, good running routs, lots of rules about paying.

Walkways and railings were absolutely disgusting, as were doors and handles. We didn't feel particularly safe either as there were many people just hanging around the property.

For the cost - it was very clean and comfortable for our trip

Hwy 41 is adjacent to the hotel and is used by emergency vehicles so the traffic is loud.

Thank you so much to the amazing staff for making our trip comfortable and easy during a hard time for our family. We were in town to be near the hospital, and it was so nice to arrive to comfy pillows, hot showers, and a nicely refreshed room every day. The tasty coffee machine ran all night, which was very needed! Very reasonably priced, while there are fancier places to stay, this had everything we needed. It was also wonderfully close to Marietta Square, and easy to find off the highway, but no road noise was heard. Again the staff was so kind - many thanks to Mike, Tony, and Lucy (I hope I remembered all those right!)

Bathroom didn't drain, shower didn't work properly, coffee pot had old grounds and dirty coffee, air conditioning did not work, and the people was plugged and taped shut.

Clean, simple basic continental breakfast, decent value for price. Lady at the night desk was a bit tardy and short with us unlike the sothern hospitality we are generally greeted with but thats a people problem she has amd is not a big concern as i would still reccomend the hotel.

Walls - paper thin. Heard talking & TV from the room next door to our'room #118 until the early hours of the morning. Also a radio talk program continuously could be heard all throughout the night & morning - it never stopped, even with earplugs!. I'm a sound sleeper but had the worst night ever. Our basic motel type room smelled very strongly of disinfectant. Continental/grab & go breakfast. Pricy at $US97.

The front desk staff is always friendly and goes out of their way to assist. I have stayed here many times, they call me by name and treat me like an old friend. I have issues with my breathing and mobility, and they have always been so accommodating, patient and helpful!

Just a basic motel. Medium cleanliness. Staff was helpful. Breakfast was basically nothing — toast and coffee. I needed a basic place to stay while in town, and that's what I got.

Sounded like a child running in the room above which is disturbing when trying to rest.
