Dirty. Stains on towels, bedding, bathtub, etc. Paid for 1 night, non smoking room. Walked into the room, smelled like ciggerates. Noticed all the grossness, & ran out as fast as we could to find a clean, safe hotel.

Rooms need to be update blankets and towels were stained. My blanket literally had a hole in it. The fire alarm battery needs to be change. It started to beep on my last day fortunately it was a few hours prior to leaving.

what breakfast only coffee, I don't drink, a shower that the handle to operate did not fall off. proper toiletries not little dinky backs of soap and shampoo

I like the cleanliness, laundry facility, and easy access to other convinced businesses, helpful staff and excellent prices Few staff members were not so nice but the good part about that is most of the staff is friendly after bringing this to the owners attention the problem was resolved in a professional manner

I was staying in room 310 I book it from Friday to Sunday the room had a strong smell when I Adress the issue to the front desk they said they was going to send maintenance to the room which never happened when I ask to change room the front desk said I had to wait till maintenance come to inspect the room I didn’t have a chance to stay really enjoyed my self I hope they take care of that rotten mold smell I had book another room which was 319 that room was ok the only problem was the blanket was not clean not even the pillow I had end up using my own blanket

Parking was ok and I like the fact that they didn’t collect security deposit, but over all the place was dirty and smells disgusting. I had to get a can of air freshener to spray out the room everyday.

Need extend the morning coffee. And supply towels and blankets when needed. Microwave did not work bed wasn't comfortable. And police activity around the area the whole time being there. But felt safe that way. Past stays always been very good for me. I hope to get better room next time

The room was disgusting; Someone used the bathroom before our arrival. There were feces in the toilet bowl. The bedding was dirty, and the garbage cans were still full. The hotel stated that it had been remodeled; however, none of that was evident. We left and ended up at another hotel due to concerns about the cleanliness and our own safety. Would not recommend to anyone.

Looked like room was in the process of remodeling and was never finished. New tub, sink, flooring. But was a gap in floor where threshold was missing, missing baseboard, no cover on one outlet and another was cracked, piece of metal on top of AC, walls were dirty and missing paint. A cotton blanket was used for a bottom sheet, no bedspread, mattress cover old and brown. No facial tissue, no drinking cups. Drape wouldn't open, plus was all cobwebby between it and window. Certainly not what we expected from a Wyndham hotel. They should be ashamed to add their name to this hotel.

It definitely does not look like the pictures. The rooms were … let’s just say they need a major overhaul. My TV didn’t work. Co era had stain and holes. AC filter looked like it had been changed in years. The staff was somewhat friendly. It was quiet. I made it work for the night. Will I go back? No

It was a horrible experience there were dogs all over the property the rooms smelled AWFUL the water was brown we did not stay there we just paid for the one night because we checked in NEVER AGAIN

The shower water was lukewarm. Bed was okay but the bedding was very thin and cheap. I requested 1st or 2nd floor. I was told I would be put on 2nd floor when I called but when I checked in I was put on the 3rd floor. Very strict smoking policy although they advised smoking rooms they actually don’t have smoking rooms but charged extra for the smoking room we paid for in advance. 3rd floor smoked of cigarettes and the hall carpet is very outdated & is actually starting to separate from the floor. Although room was clean and the ac was great and the woman receptionist was very friendly with great customer service when I called & checked out. The customer service during check in was awful. Two men workers were talking very loudly one of the men must have been the boss because he was getting on to the other guy for the bedding. When I rang the bell for check in one of men got on the radio and started you have a customer & continue to get on to the other man for the bedding. I couldn’t see either men but only could hear their conversation. Which is not professional at all. The guy that check us in was not friendly at all & seemed to act like I was more of an inconvenience versus happy that I chose to spend my money at the business he works for. His nails were all short but one pinky nail & kept rubbing his nose ( take that how you will ) the lobby room had a motorcycle in it which honestly made the lobby look junky. Overall I definitely wouldn’t recommend this hotel

Nothing. The placed smelled awful. The place smelled awful. Rooms were supposed to be smoke free, yet there was smoke smell in all the rooms. 1st room offered was dirty and a light wasn't working. Had a dingy dirty non working phone in the room. 2nd room offered also dirty and dead cockroaches in the tub as well as a life one crawling in the mirror. 3rd room has spiders in the bathroom and what looked like dried snot or other bodily fluids on seat. 4th one smelled so bad I almost threw up I couldn't breath. 5th one had spiders in bathroom and some black dots between sheets. Oh yeah, all rooms only had hand towels and washcloths. All dirty. Would not recommend it even to my worse enemy. Manager was also not helpful and rude.

Do not stay at this place. The first room had a strong bad odor and the bed cover had a large black stain. I asked for a different room. The second room had an odor of amonia or cat urine. The pillowcases had what appeared to be mascara and lipstick stains. I was too tired to find a different hotel and decided to live with it. When I went to the lobby in the morning, I was informed that a pipe had burst back when the weather was cold and was too deep in the wall to be prepared, so nothing was available for breakfast. I will not return to this hotel.

Absolutely nothing! The room was filthy. Dirty yellow towel under the mattress. The mattress looked like it had bed bugs and pee all over it that they were trying to cover up. Clumps of hair and a comb under the chair cushion. We weren’t in the room more than two minutes before we left and cancelled our stay. When I went to the front desk to let the man working know we wouldn’t be staying and wanted refunded he had nothing but an attitude. In all honesty, he had a negative attitude even when I first checked in. I had my kids with me as we were stopping somewhere to sleep for the night on our way down to Florida and when I expressed my concerns about how nasty the room was, he didn’t have a care in the world. If anything, he had an attitude towards me as if I should’ve been okay with the condition of the room. The whole experience was awful. DO NOT and I stress this- DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

I booked a smoking room,only to discover apon arrival that the staff stated they didnt have or allow smoking in any rooms. I was very disappointed to discover there were no options for my accommodation for the night. I didnt even go to the room,nor did i stay the night. You falsely advertise rooms for smoking..i was also charged more for my stay than listed at booking.

the hotel is TERRIBLE! To begin with, I booked a room with a king-size bed. Upon arriving late at night—exhausted because we have a baby—the receptionist told us that he didn't have any rooms with a king bed. Yet, the hotel was literally empty; there was no one around, or at least no cars parked outside. He told me he would give me a room with two queen beds for the same price—except they weren't queen beds, but rather full-size ones. When we entered, the room was absolutely filthy; the sheets were disgusting and torn—as if from cigarette burns. I asked to switch rooms, so he unlocked the door to another room for me using his master key, but he never actually gave me my own key for that room. Once again, the sheets were dirty, and there was human hair in the bathroom. The room was supposedly non-smoking, yet the smell of marijuana was terrible. The listing claimed the room had a microwave and a fridge; however, I couldn't warm up my baby's bottle because there was NO microwave in the room. The fridge didn't work either, and to top it all off, the air conditioning wasn't working. I swear I am not exaggerating—you couldn't even call the lobby because the phone was disconnected. On top of all that, they had placed some sort of barriers in the elevator to prevent it from going up, so we had to take the stairs. The staff didn't help me with ANYTHING.

Nothing Hotel page show laundry service, hotel does not offer it. Hotel page also showed microwave in room and we were informed that the only microwave was in the lobby. The TV in the room had to manually be setup every time it was turned on. The bulb in the bathroom and didn't get replaced after asking 4 different times until the night before we left. There was nowhere to hang up clothes. There were roaches. When I went to check, the desk agent said their system was down and he would e-mail the receipt to me, I never got it.

When I checked in, he told me the room was non smoking, which seems to be more a formality than an actually rule because when I walked into the room the smell of cigarettes was so thick and heavy that I thought somebody had just got done smoking in there right before I entered. The covers on the bed was stained and mixed match.The curtain had some kind of red substance all over it that had hardened,so you know its been on there awhile. I wasn't even comfortable with sitting my things down. The floors was even dirty and sticky.Overall I would not recommend anybody to book this place. Honestly, I think Expedia should care more about the properties they partner with and should definitely remove this property as an option because as a customer this was very disappointing to walk into.

Parking was fine. Room was in ghe middle of being updated. Bed was a queen with ill fitting sheers. The tv did not receive any channels. There was not any toilet paper or towels in the room.

I wish I would’ve taken pictures of the room but the bed and bathroom had all kinds of hairs strands and fur everywhere. While checking in the cameras that were displayed on the tv had a piece of paper covering maybe two of the cameras which was already sketchy. When we got in the room The mini fridge tv and the cable box were all unplugged. I’m not sure if it’s a sex trafficking hotel or what but I’m just glad I didn’t go alone. The room I was in didn’t even have a top lock on the door so anyone could’ve just walked in with a key. The tv wasn’t working and it took over an hour for them to get it plugged up why it was unplugged in the first place I don’t know. I understand getting what you pay for but these people wouldn’t give us a refund or another room so we just cut our losses and went somewhere else where we could be comfortable. My advice would be that no one comes here unless all you plan on doing is the dirty deed. You might even get snatched up I was uncomfortable the entire time and we maybe stayed for 2 and a half hours maybe 3

The signage out front states newly renovated rooms. If this is true, they were renovated by an 8 year old. This hotel is extremely outdated. I believe there were people living at the hotel. Beds were very uncomfortable. I do not recommend staying here. I had to find a place last minute for a sports tournament and there was slim pickings in my budget.

Stayed at Days inn before without issue. Booked this to just sleep in to split our drive home. Arrived at 10:15 pm and you would think it was middle of the afternoon with the amount of people walking around in the parking lot, swimming, hanging out on the stair wells. Very congested. The tv did not work correctly most of the time. Accessible bathroom only had 1 grab bar on the wrong side toget in and out of tub. Bathroom enterance was not accepted for wheelchair. This room needed some updates.

This hotel is less than bear bones. There was no refrigerator, no microwave, no phone, and no working elevator. To make it worse, there were crack pipes on the stairs.

Property markets renovated rooms false advertising. The room smells of old and uncleaned for awhile, there were roaches all over, the AC has not been cleaned for awhile blew out nothing but fuzz, only there for two night and i spend most of my time away from the property. Maintenance was knocking and banging til about 9:30pm Sunday night, people were outside arguing and cursing all hours of the night. Definitely not a place I’ll returned to.

Whole hotel smelled like an ashtray . Was there for a few days for a work training and not once did they vacuum or clean the hallways. Elevator needs to be fixed pretty scary ( shakes and loud) hasn’t been looked at since 2022 per sign in the elevator.

Where do I start: I was going to stay for 4 days and three nights. I ended up staying only one. I needed a room free of cigarette odor and the one they gave me stank even the sheets and gave me allergies when I slept. The sheets had holes and it was itchy. The place felt super unsafe. I go at noon to report that I had to go somewhere else because the conditions of the rooms are terrible. They told me that they will speak with the owner so that they can give me my money back for the other nights. It turns out that I call since I haven't received my money back and the front desk tells me that the owner decided to keep the money for the 4 days because I paid in advance, that was her response and that they will no refund me. If you can AVOID this place that will be my best recommendation.

They said it was newly renovated, however the first room we were given was not finished. Second room the air conditioner had a terrible noise. The front desk clerk was very helpful she found us another room that she inspected prior to sending us there. That was okay. Towels were thin and stained. Towel rack came out of the wall. The hallways reeked of marijuana and cigarettes and no breakfast was served even though that was a selling point.

The room we booked was not available when we got there to check in. They gave us another room that did not have a fridge or microwave in it. The Hotel booking states that the room had fridge and microwave. Also, we chose this Hotel because it had a pool.The pool was closed without any date of re-opening. The towels in our room had not been washed.

Horrific smell... The towels and sheets were not white and probably haven't been white in a very long time... There's a huge sign saying no refunds after 15 minutes. Too bad I checked in and left for the store... I refused to stay so I booked a room somewhere else

People at front desk were friendly. Room was ok / clean. Good stay for the price during weekdays. Friday/Saturday seems to draw bad crowd of people staying here or hanging in parking lot.

This seemed like a halfway house. Not at all like it was pictured. We left due to dirt and food in the bed among the rest of the dirt throughout the room. The rest of the people staying there made it feel very unsafe.

What a disappointment! The TV was not hooked up so had to hae someone come and try to fix it, The toilet seat was almost all the way off and we had to make sure it was in place before using it. There was supposed to be a microwave and there was none. In addition to all of that when we went down to get coffee and juice they said nothing was working so no coffee or juice.

I 100/10 do not recommend any one stay here. The staff is so unprofessional, it’s dirty and run down. The pictures of the facility is different all lies. I felt unsafe and uncomfortable.

Went to “our” room and after 3 failed key attempts where had to keep going back down to get new keys bc ours wasn’t working the guy came up and realized someone else was in our room so it’s 12 am after our concert we was tired and just wanted to sleep so had to find us another room and it has holes in the walls burns in the sheets and blankets from cigarette shower is dirty it’s gross

I had stayed here before. Now though they put it out for a free continental breakfast, they are not offering it anymore. I can still live with that. Issue is the hotel guests. They are using weeds all over and it feels unsafe at times when they are fighting and yelling in the hotel compound

Nothing was unique. It was nothing but a hassele.Coffee maker in room with no coffee. Coffee containers in office no coffee!!!!. 2 baby towels for two adult. I was very disappointed . I will never stay there again. The only thing was the bed, other than that it was the worse stay I have every had.

There was no continental breakfast as advertised. No working television until management in their own time fixed it. The bathroom door did not close. There was no ironing board, nowhere to hang clothes, no dresser, curtian covering the window left space visible from the outside. Facility was very substandard but no other room was available. I can not recomend this motel to anyone and would never stay there again.

We couldn't get a 1st floor room. The floors and towels were filthy. There were drug deals happening. The bed was fine.

First of all, there was no key card when we checked in, due to system problems, the TV was not working and when it was, you had to unplug it to turn it off and you couldn't adjust the high volume. The blackout curtains did not cover entire window, so the outside lights shined right into the room and one towel was dingy and dirty, poorly cleaned and this was suppose to be a renovated room, enough said.

NEVER AGAIN will I stay here. The property is under renovation. Elevator dirty, carpet in hallways very dirty and old. The key cards didn’t work at time of check in and the poor clerk had to go with each guest to the room and unlock it with a master key. The poor lady was going crazy. Our check in took 40 minutes because we had guests ahead of us. We paid a $50 deposit for a renovated room, which we got back t check out. Our room was clean, new laminated floors, washroom was good. There were no hangers in an open closet, no ice bucket(only the plastic bag), no coffee maker, no coffee anywhere and and no breakfast , even though on the website shows breakfast. Total disappointment! I book on line and could not cancel.

To my dismay, the room I had reserved was not available, and I was given a different room instead.The condition of the room was unacceptable. The window was completely missing, posing a safety hazard and allowing noise and insects to enter freely. Furthermore, there was only one towel in the bathroom, which was insufficient for my stay.The room also reeked of cigarette smoke, making it very unpleasant to stay in, especially as a non-smoker. Additionally, there were loud noises and people shouting during the night, making it impossible for us to get a good night's sleep.Overall, my experience at this hotel was extremely negative. I hope they can address these issues to provide a better experience for future guests

Very sketchy ppl in & around hotel. We did not feel safe at all! They couldn't even give us room keys cuz it was broken, so they had to take us to the room. Our window wouldn't even shut all the way, but luckily we were on the 3rd floor so nobody could get in that way. Definitely don't recommend this place unless there's absolutely no vacant places!!

It was NOT clean. I had a couple of reservations back to back and housekeeping NEVER CAME! I had to go to the front desk to request linens, and stuff to clean my room with.
