Got there about 11 pm. The guy at the desk was very nice. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Many stores and restaurants near by

Room was clean a little older air conditioner was good older unit TV was nice. Remote was older unit. Bathrooms were small but clean and efficient came with older microwave and refrigerator which was a plus that it was there.

Last minute change of plans landed us here for the night. NO ELEVATOR. Window in our room could not be secured. Property was run down. Bed was hard as a rock..

Great room. It was almost like having 2 separate rooms the way it was divided. The 2 TVs, especially with my little one who only wants to watch cartoons was a pleasant surprise in the room as well. Bathroom was very small. The dood almost hit the toilet. It's advertised having a breakfast which is why I chose this hotel over another one $25 cheaper because I figured we'd save more than that by not having to go out and pay for breakfast somewhere but they literally only had a juice machine and hard granola bars. I was really upset and frustrated with that because that was the key factor in choosing this hotel and it changed our schedule as we had to squeeze in time to then pack up and leave earlier to then go find somewhere to eat

Arrival and no cart to place items to take to room. Was told to keep towels and keep using they only collect every 4 days. NO BREAKFAST as indicated. I don’t call a granola bar breakfast. No coffee pot in room. Coffee in front area was horrible. No iron & board in room as indicated. A throw together microwave that had a white door from one brand and the body of the black microwave a different brand. Beds were so tall I had to go to Walmart to purchase a step stool. I have stayed before at this same place and never was it this bad! Never again will I stay at that Super 8. Then we pack up to leave again no cart. Please if you have other places to stay I highly recommend. This place has gone down hill quickly. Oh and the pool looked nasty. Stay AWAY!

The property was maintained, no trash anywhere. I think the pool, hot tub and pool area could use a little updating. My room was very clean and comfortable. I like that there was a Bible in the night stand drawer. It would have been nice to have had a little note pad and ink pen in there as well. I also think a small coffee pot and coffee in the room would be a nice amenity.

The property is convenient with easy access on and off the highway and close to several restaurants.

First off, the gentleman checking us in, and I wish I could remember his name, yet he was great! Very informative, had amazing customer service and just overall started off our stay feeling welcomed, like it was hos own home we were staying at!

The air conditioning was so loud that I couldn't sleep; the staff just offered apologies for the noise, there were no glasses in the room, and to top it all off, the breakfast consisted of nothing more than a few granola bars. Truly a dreadful hotel and service.

Breakfast should have been more detailed: Beggars can't be choosers, right? Breakfast consisted of nature valley granola bars, yogurt cup, coffee/tea, and one juice option. Do with that info what you like.

If you need an elevator, there is none at this location. Cleaning services was fair, sink wasn't cleaned and no cups or coffee packets were replaced. We left the room, when we returned several hours later, all the lights in our room where on and our door was open. Leaving all our personal items exposed to the public. VERY VERY UPSETTING! The desk clerk showed no concerns to my dissatisfaction.

We chose this place for the included breakfast to be told there would only be cereal and granola bars. The hallways and room stunk.

Breakfast options were fruit loops and granola bars, apple or orange juice, milk for cereal. There was also coffee with powder cream. Was only here one night but would stay here again if in the area. The location was in a very nice neighborhood with lots of shopping and dining options.

The room was comfortable and quiet. It’s location to restaurants and shopping and other local activities was good.

The front desk guy Paul was friendly but not informed about my double reservation by booking,com, we figured it out and was given a perfect room. This property needs help but is way better than motel 6. The parking lot is safe and the employees are excellent. There is a nice laundry to use, The doors did not respond to keycards all the time

When I checked in, they gave me my room keys when I opened the door the room was already occupied suitcase, things on the counter, so I shut the door right away and went back to the desk to let them know and he did get me a new room right away. A second outside door the key never worked. Was there eight days and still wasn’t fixed.

I didn't like how I was treated and I was billed 2 times from the motel and from booking.com I want a refund. I will slash booking .com on line. I need to hear something back soon

The staff was great, but the room didn't seem to have been cleaned thoroughly. There was hair around the baseboards in the bathroom, there was some yogurt left in the fridge from another guest. 2 of the lamps weren't working, And the drain on the tub, drained fine, but the parts were disassembled and sitting on the side of the tub.

Room was clean but starting to show its age, office chair was broken, couple of cigarette burns in the top sheet, tall dresser with wood wedges holding it up, toilet paper holder falling out of the wall. Breakfast was minimal. Clean place to sleep but nothing fancy beyond that.

Everything was very neat and clean, well furnished and comfortable. The gentleman that checked us in was really nice and helpful, he also had a great sense of humor. It was one of the less expensive places to stay in the area and worth the price. Booking.com said check-in was at 2.00. Facility check in is actually at 3:00. Thru said they have been trying to get booking.com to correct it to no avail. There was no elevator, stairs are hard when you are old and carrying luggage. Breakfast was “okay” not great.

Location No kleenex in the room, No Trash can in the room, staff was sleeping at the counter at 6.30 am at breakfeast. Breakfeast consisted of stale fruit Loops, watered down apple juice and weak coffee even if you chose the bold roast cheap powerd creamer weak watered down orange juice and a poor selection of granola bars room was dirty and smelled. Last day of our stay they added some raisin bran. wont stay here again.

It is a dated building, but I stayed at a new hotel across the freeway last year and it was so new, but so noisy. So if I had to choose again I would choose Super 8!

On top of all that, my son and I did not feel it was safe enough to stay the night and we both thought the bed could possibly have bedbugs and/or something else in it. We did not risk it.

We went to buy air car fresheners and put on the ac as we had to turn it on to not hear the noise from the tv next door. And they still had the audacity to not return the deposit or the credit card and charge the hotel twice. Don’t leave your credit card information for deposit nor run your credit card with them. I have it in dispute and still waiting for refund. Besides having to look for car air fresheners to get a good sleep and turn on the ac when it’s already cold outside and the room. Not even a1 star. The lady was nice but she seems more of treating us like a joke! And still try too charge us twice after paying with Expedia, plus still waiting for the deposit which they did not refund and processed completely. I have videos and I will post with a few I influencers I know. This is ridiculous.

First room started to smell bad, could not locate the source. Discovered inches of filth under the bed. Manager provided a new room, but the two hours this took subtracted from the trip. New room was spotless. No other issues encountered. Free Continental breakfast was provided. You do get what you pay for.

Again because this is my second time there, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. I came back because of great service, the cleanliness and close to where I had to be. When i'm back in Tucson, i'll stay there again!

The stay was ok. I had asked for a downstairs room and called back to make sure. I have recently had surgery and cannot climb stairs. Offered an upstairs room…I advised I cannot climb stairs. We were given a room that was what they call borrow from room. I liked the location of the room but it was borrowed from. No matching lamps, no ironing board, remotes didn’t work, but a very clean bathroom. Breakfast was a lot to be desired. Not really good at all. Coffee was good! Then the ice machine was out…we had to go to Holiday Inn next door to get ice. It was fixed the next day after we had already went and bought ice. Employees were very nice and responded quickly. Overall I would give a 6 out of 10 because employees were great.

Blankets had holes in them, bathroom smelled, wall had been spackled but not painted, a carry-out coffee cup from previous tenant was left in the room. Clean and sanitary are the base requirements for any hotel regardless of the number of stars but the room we were in was sub-standard and the hallways were filthy so I don't expect the others were better.

We have have stayed here several times, always comfortable and clean. Location close to dining and National Parks and other points of interest. Manager is friendly and accommodating, host staff is friendly and helpful

Stay was a good time. Rooms very clean and quiet. Breakfast was pretty well and the stay overall was better than expected definitely will be returning.

Good location

I have stayed at Super 8 properties in many locations over the years, and this is probably the nicest one I've been in. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. I would cite just two issues. (1) When I arrived in my room, a previous occupant's underwear (!) had been left on the floor and (2) The bath towels were incredibly cheap and thin and almost completely useless. Good thing there isn't much humidity in Arizona!

The continental breakfast was poor, you could hear other people talking and their tv's because the walls were thin.

It was a enjoyable stay

Frustrated that $100 deposit for security coverage was not returned. I did not remember to ask in am. No reminder given. When called, took 2 days and 3 calls to get answer. Would not mail or cc credit, had to pick up in person....I'm traveling, live in Wisconsin, can not go back for deposit!

Easy in. Easy out.

The first room i was put in had mold growing on the ceiling. The moved me. The second room had a trash bag covering the smoke detector. The phone did not work. Around midnight my toilet would not flush. I found out that the phone did not work because i tried to call the front desk, to inform about the toilet. I went down to tell them. When i returned to the room, i was followed up by the front desk attendant. He tried to hand me a plunger. I told him im the paying customer, not their maintenance. He refused to fix the issue because he wasn't maintenance either.

The room was awful, the bed had burns in the blanket from cigarettes, the bathroom door did not shut. There were people trying to get into my room at 3:00 in the morning. And they kept my $100 deposit for a “cleaning fee” when I have pictures (I have always done this) of the room when I left, there was nothing out of the norm that would need a $100 cleaning fee. I knew something was off when the man that checked me in literally tried to take my debit card out of my hand before telling me how much he was charging!!! Horrible!!!

Easycheck-in and very guilt.

Even though all their rooms are listed as non-smoking they have the distinctive strong smell of smoke; bedding and carpet with holes caused by cigarette burns, etc. The mattresses and pillows have that smell impregnated deep into them, so a non-smoking person would not be able to rest or sleep. Left after 30 minutes totally disappointed.

Dirty

Hotel was good, nothing special but nothing wrong either. I didn’t see anything offensively dirty like some of the reviews said. Breakfast was decent and the bed was surprisingly very comfortable. Would stay again

The bed sheets had cigarette burns on them, the shower wasn’t properly clean. The room smell awful. I went to the front desk and informed them about it then the manager ask you want me to change them? Wow couldn’t believe his question.

Broken down, dated, marginally clean but hard to tell, and just plain dilapidated, this is entry-level hoteling for people who need a place to stay but can't afford a good hotel. I booked three nights, but changed hotels after one. If I was poor in my 20s again, this would have sufficed, but not anymore. When I asked if I could get my money back for the unused days, the counter woman smiled broadly and said "nope" with way too much personal satisfaction. Thankfully, Expedia went to bat for me and got me most of the money back for the unused nights.

The front desk was great but the toilet was clogged and overflowed first time we flushed it with zero solid waste in it!

Room had weird stench pillows were a bit small hole in the roof next to fire sprinkler over all 6 out of 10

The cons: outdated room, no desk (desk chair present), microwave and refrigerator next bathroom sink, stains in window coverings. To me I expected a more organized and clean room.
