Property is so welcome and cozy. Breakfast was made to order every morning by Chef Jason and it was delicious. Glad to see that we can bring our dog next visit. Lots of places inside and outside for relaxation. Games, puzzles and books available. Perfect location for enjoying downtown Manitou Springs. Thank you, Dennis, for what you have created.

I really love this place! It's worth what you pay, private rooms, and kind staff. If you're a 🍀 smoker, you will feel right at home! I've NEVER stayed at a place that was so welcoming and inviting about 🍀 smoking. Dennis is wonderful! They also cook your breakfast!! AND, they have 🍀-infused meals with advance notice! So worth it!!

Very comfortable and relaxing

We had Casita one which is separate from the main house. The main house has bedrooms and shared living quarters. Plenty of snacks and a large kitchen is available. Free breakfast is well worth it! I would definitely return to Casita 1 or Casita 2.

Great place to stay all around!

The breakfast was so delicious it was freshly made and chef was very professional. I would have loved that there was a front desk person however the person that I talked to over the phone to give me our lock box number so friendly and helpful. The room was immaculate as far as cleanliness goes. And the property is pet friendly however we did not bring our dog this time we will bring our dog next time though!

We will definitely be back to this hotel. The staff was real nice, the beds were very comfortable, and the chef made a real nice breakfast in the morning. They also had a real nice outdoor space and it was a quick walk into town.

We had a great stay here. We had an issue with the thermostat upon arrival, but the owner Dennis was quick to respond and get the issue sorted for us. He even offered to upgrade our room, but we were happy staying put. The bed was extremely comfortable & the complimentary snacks & beverages in the communal kitchen were a lovely addition. The hot tub was relaxing and having brunch cooked on site was such a bonus. We’ll be back! This place is 420 friendly. I don’t smoke but the smell doesn’t bother me. If you’re sensitive to it, this might not be a great fit for you.

It was a lovely stay. Everyone was so nice. Brunch was yummy. Pet friendly. The location was walkable to downtown Manitou Springs. Quiet and relaxing weekend.

Great vibe, comfy communal areas and working hot tub. I ordered the special chef dinner in advance- delicious and great unique experience! Loved my stay! Want to return in warmer months to enjoy the outside areas & views more.

The staff are nicest most accommodating people possible. I think think is the BEST place in Manitou Springs. If you are running the PP Ascent or Marathon, this place is very close to the starting line!

The breakfast was made to order pancakes, eggs, sausage, or bacon refresh fruit really a step up from the package muffins waffle iron cereal that is typical with included breakfast. The beds linens pillows were extremely comfortable. I would definitely stay here again for a 2 plus night stay and I would request to stay on the first floor. The staff, Laura and Sean were friendly and eager to help.

Clean room, awful driveway and parking, no sign on driveway for property so it’s hard to find, nobody at front desk and door locked so I stood in the rain and called three times on the phone

Our stay was very pleasant and breakfast was excellent. Laura and her team cook breakfast live in the kitchen every day. We had to leave early both days before breakfast time and Laura cooked breakfast for us 6 in the morning and even packed an extra breakfast sandwich for us to have on the way. Amazing people and nice homely environment.

Our stay at this INNhale Resort and Spa home was absolutely phenomenal! The house was impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a perfect getaway. The views of the mountains were breathtaking, and the location was ideal—close to hiking trails and area attractions. The host was incredibly responsive and thoughtful, ensuring every detail was covered. They were extremely hospitable and the food options were a wonderful experience to have with the stay. We loved relaxing outside and inside the well furnished home after a day of exploring. This rental exceeded all expectations, and we can’t wait to return! Highly recommend for anyone visiting the area and would like to experience a first class stay!

Friendliness from the moment we pulled in. Great stay

The whole place was very clean and quiet during our stay. The bed was sooooo comfortable, and we found everything to our liking. The staff went out of their way to cater to our request (vegan) and even provided my partner w/ a candle in his breakfast on his birthday! Very thoughtful! My partner enjoyed a lovely relaxing massage at the spa on his birthday and said the massage therapist was very accommodating to his requests. Our brief interactions w/ other guests were pleasant. The resident cat was a lovely addition too. Overall, it’s a beautiful property run by super kind people and I highly recommend staying there. We’ll be back at some point I’m sure!

The fireplace room smells like wet smoke. There's a guy who just shows up, the main door to the place is always opened/unlocked, the pictures online dont match what you see. Mold around the window seal. This place had frat house vibes. Me and my wife didnt even stay we just stayed with family

Mitch and Cheyenne are awesome people and really take pride in the space and the food. Treat yourself to the dinner, it was a wonderfully fun and delicious experience!

Mitch and Cheyenne were great hosts! Their place was very clean and the brunch was great! It felt like we were staying at an old friends house. I loved the atmosphere. I will definitely go back when I get another child free vacation.

We had a great stay; the bedroom was top-notch. The heated bathroom floor and bed made it five-star accommodations. The staff was better than ever; Connie was so helpful about what to do and where to go around town. The chef (I forgot his name; I'm sorry) was great to talk to, and the food was five-star.

This was a fantastic stay feom start to finish. Brandon was an excellent host. Andrea made the best breakfast. Our dogs were treated like rock stars...oh!! And the bed was like sleeping on a cloud!! The vibe was chill and the place was great! We will definitely be back to stay and enjoy an elevated dinner along with our elevated experience 10/10! Great place!!

Absolutely amazing atmosphere. The owner and his family run it and are the coolest people. And the FOOD. The meals are honestly some of the most amazing I’ve ever had. Some of the property is older and needs updates (just get rid of the carpet guys). But those little things aside, I’d still stay there and plan to return with friends. And for the price, it’s the best.

Whitneys, delicious coffee & healthy breakfast was so nice to be treated with. MOM’s bathroom is definitely a unique resort opportunity :-) The resort grounds are nice and relaxing & in development all at once. i did not partake in supper this trip, but next time… 😉 The short BEAUTIFUL walk up the street each day for supper or a sweet treat was just what I needed. I love Manitou, the beautiful parks, tasting the springs & the little library boxes for a good read. I am definitely looking forward to a return visit soon!

This was a unique stay. The owner was very friendly. The only thing I didn't like was the lack of cups for water and coffee in the rooms. I had to wait for the owner to brew a personal pot of coffee in the morning. Still, and overall good experience.

Once you’re there, you’ll realize the treasure that’s in plain sight. Chef Whitney has to be the best host in all of Colorado. Chef provides an amazing Brunch that’s included from 9-11am and snacks for 4:20pm! If you want to meet exceptional people, eat great food (at home or in walking distance), and stay in the most unique accomadations, I would highly recommend INNhale B&B.

I am still here booked for one night staying 4 it feels like family here. Perfect for my hubby who enjoys smoking

Whitney is an excellent chef and the greatest host. We loved everything about the facility, the staff the guests the locale of dispensaries. Proximity of the mountains. We really didn't dislike anything and it was one of the most restful vacations we've ever had. 420 all day and night. 💨

This place looks different than in the pictures online. The bed was broken. Mattress on the floor. The air conditioning was not working. 73 degrees in the room. We were told we would receive a refund. We left within 10 min of arrival. Later, he said the air was working and did not refund the stay.

Scott and the rest of the staff are great and attentive to the needs of their customers. Great place, will definitely return.

Awesome hospitality with cannabis and infused dinner, awesome breakfast. Great people to socialize with. This type of accommodation way more fun then regular hotels and motels. Bring your dabs and get the rig heated up!

Check in was chaotic. Grounds and rooms we're not as nice as we expected-a bit run down. Chef was awesome-very friendly and accommodating.

Beyond expectations! They cook breakfast/brunch for everyone who stays. There wasn’t a staff member who wasn’t friendly and super helpful! Room was very clean and so was bathroom. It smelled lovely, music playing was awesome, and walkable to downtown, overall great stay!

The staff was amazing. Chef was the awesome he could pretty well do anything infused to your liking. This is probably the most relaxed I’ve been in long time.

10 out of 10...we had the night of our life here. Walked around Manitou, had a blast. Ended the night doing dabs and relaxing. Already booked another night for a local event, haven't even checked out yet. Amazingly fun experience!!!
