Drove all the way from Michigan to Manassa, Virginia WoodSpring Suites which Expedia arranged my reservation for seven days . I requested a first floor room because Iam a handicap VETERAN. All first floor rooms were occupied. Ok I can make do with a room on an upper floor. They had three elevators and they all were out of order. Iam handicap can’t do stairs. WoodSpring Suites just turned me away without even saying they’re SORRY. So being turned away I had find a room elsewhere. Never again will I use Expedia . Com when I search for a room in the future.

The property was over-run with roaches. When I spoke with management, the Gen. Mgr. acknowledged that they are working with an extiminator. However, until the problem is taken care of, the hotel should be closed. And I have stayed at many pet friendly hotels, and none have smelled as bad as this property.

The manager and staff people are very nice and helping people’s during stay.

1) we get there and check in for our 1 night stay with our 1 twelve lb dog and are shocked at the $200 NON-REFUNDABLE pet fee. When we booked this room, the $250 nightly cost wasn’t an issue but when you add on a $200 for a pet fee that is not returned, that was not disclosed in advance, that changed the price considerably. I completely understand having a pet deposit even if it’s refundable in case there is damages but when you check into a room that doesn’t even have a couch, the one chair inside of it is not cloth and is only plastic, there’s no furniture in it at all other than a bed, there is no carpet, it makes no sense. 2) nasty - the floor was covered with a sticky nasty film and we were scared to take her shoes off the entire time 3) service - we could never find anybody at the front desk to talk to, ask for toilet paper from, ask from shampoo (there was none in the room), etc 4) kitchen area - yes there is a kitcken area in the room with a fridge and microwave and cabinets that hold not 1 single item. Not a cup, not a coffee maker, not a spoon, nothing at all. 5) bedding - the bed has plastic wrap on it and sheets only. No blankets! Every breath caused crinkling of the plastic. We decided to checkout and depart at 11 pm because it so awful.

Booking.com has this property listed as 18+ to book so i booked as i am 20 years old. My friend and I traveled five hours for a concert and arrived at this establishment only to be turned away with no where else to go meaning a five hour car ride back home after midnight.

The staff we ran into were all very friendly. The room was clean and the floors recently done but the bathtub and sink need redone. I think there needs to be an air vent cleaning too. Everything had a heavy scent, hallways and room.

Nice property but

Roach infestation. Within a matter of minutes I saw roaches in the kitchen and bathroom area. The attendant apologized and refunded my money. I learned to always look at reviews!

Roaches start appearing after 6 days. The longer you are there the worse it gets.

There were over 50 roaches I killed in a two hour time span before I just left the hotel at midnight . Disgusting

The hotel is full of roaches and they’re charging so much for the rooms I don’t advise anyone to come and stay here. It’s roach, infected hotel. They are literally roaches every everywhere.

Being Handicap Person. Who just had Hip Replacement Surgery. The Room and Accommodation were exactly what I needed.

Where do I begin, this was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in…the smell of the room was a musty mildew! Blinds broken! Show Curtain stained! Bathroom was so outdated and nasty that it didn’t even contain a stopper! The bed condition sheets and covers contained the smell off the room! We were on cot frames. The carpet was so worn that threading was missing in places! I have traveled all over the world and have never been in anything like this! Unacceptable!

Once I got to my room I walked around and the room was clean enough but could definitely use a refresh. I open the fridge and freezer and both were full of mold and I don’t think the compressor was working as it wasn’t cold at all. I went to turn the air conditioner on, and it was only blowing ambient air and not cold. I went to call down to the front desk. The phone in the room didn’t work so I walked back down and had a call the call center again to have someone switch me to a new room. Male employee told me to go back to my room and he would go check on a few available rooms and make sure . After a while, I get reassigned to another room and everything was ok, it was about 1 o’clock in the morning at this point. This room had white powder on the carpet in the corners and dust on the desk. The sheets were clean and the bed was comfortable so I just went to bed Woke up a few hours later went on my way. The hotel has new management and they’re trying to improve the place. Hopefully this is true because this place needs a lot of work.

The kitchen area had empty cabinets, no dishes or silverware. Faucet in bathroom was leaking. Carpet needed cleaning or replaced. Beds were fine.

Disgusting!! Filthy room!! Dirt and dust everywhere. No electricity in room. Lock was broke on door. We were so disgusted that we walked right out and asked for our money back and the girl said no. Im writing a letter to the president of your company. Absolutely a horror show

Property was clean, safe and in a good location. Easy access and right off the highway. Great for commuters. Suite style rooms good for longer extended stays. I enjoyed my stay and would stay again. The staff were really nice and go out there way to help if you need anything.

The staff was apologetic and eager to accommodate. However, the sheets on the bed were not clean, and you could hear arguments in the room next to yours.

I had to end my stay early. There was a dog next door that kept barking the whole time I was there. Wish I could get a refund since I didn’t stay the night. I’m a nurse and didn’t get any good sleep bc of the peoples dog next door

Not a good choice. 1st room i was given was dirty and bed was used and towels on floor. Went back to desk got a different room and that room was dirty as well but beds were made. Floors werre not clean at all. Cupboard dpors and dresser drawers broke off laying on floor. COMPLETE DISSAPOINTMENT and not worth 128$

The management team is awesome, and always their to help with a smile on their face. The rooms are very clean and the place is serien and quiet. I would always pick the hotel when in Manassas. They also have a kitchen with is good for a long stay.

The room smelled awful, the sheets had stains with only a top sheet, toothpaste splatters on the mirror, the TV only got one channel, and the refrigerator was warm. I could not leave that place fast enough.

Worst Hotel EVER! The hall and room smell of major pot. I am very shocked that a hotel allows pot smoking, very disappointed.

My room had roaches , I had to clean the room . The hallway smell terrible. .

I’m requesting my money back. Days without clean towels. No one cleaned the room the entire time. The TV didn’t work and told the front desk several times. Wasn’t fixed until the 6th day. There was old soaps left from previous guest n the bathroom. There was old dried up boogers on the cabinet by the fridge. I took pictures of everything. There was also a small tiny roach crawling in the bathroom.

I couldn't stay there because the room was dirty, stinking, and there were roaches in the room,me and partner had to drive back to Maryland because there's no way we could sleep in the filthy room,the front desk apologized and asked me to get a refund from expedia.

The first room they tried to give me the AC was broke so they moved me to another room, where the front door was, broke to where you had to lift it up in order for it to shut all the way, but at least AC worked

The towels had hair from someone else bathroom was not cleaned is not the same as in the pictures don't be fooled. The carpet was dirty so was the hall and elevator. sheets were dirty hair on the pillows. would not recommend.

Well the good thing is you got to look at the room, the 1st room we looked at was not cleaned at all, the 2nd room we took but when we returned later that night, the only lights that was working was in the bathroom, had to use my phone for a flashlight, the water drained really slowly in the bathroom sink, no toilet paper holder, seen a couple of roaches in the bathroom. Rooms could use some updating & Housekeeping should be top priorty.

Having a kitchen was nice, however there were no dishes, utensils, cookware provided. When staying for an extended period of time (2 months) you should not have to request housekeeping.

2. Cart for Suitcase was broken. It was in the same condition when I checked out 3 days later. 3. There seem to be a prostitute ring at the hotel. Cannot confirm but overheard a conversation. 4. Elevator is missing ceiling components. Clearly someone removed pieces from the ceiling and there was no sign of anyone trying or scheduling installation of replacement parts. 5. Creepy manager lives on a 3rd floor and have tendency to look over inside guests’ rooms when walking by. Happened twice to me when i was leaving my room and he was just standing right afront of my door. 6. Inappropriate comments by manager made while in elevator. My wife and another lady we going downstairs. The manager enters and asks my wife: “are you on my S-word” list?”..”what room are you staying in?” What!!!???

We arrived to check in yesterday for a reservation we have had for a month and was informed that our reservation had been canceled and they were booked up so we couldn't just be given another room.

The lady who checked me in was extremely friendly and helpful. There was a hole in the bathroom door, and i didnt have any hot water in the shower in the morning. Everything else was great.

Putting child(ren) on the third floor is ludicrous the jumping and rattling was not peaceful to say the least. The doors slam and are extremely annoying

This property don’t have cameras outside but a lot in the inside. I’m not happy with that but oh well and I don’t like walking in the hallway and smell weed before I go to bed and and wake up in the morning.

Manage your expectations. If you you want a place to sleep, have bathroom available and be able to cook your necessities, then this is your place to stay. It has everything you need. Just do not expect luxury.

There was a hole in the bathroom door, no wash cloths or hand towels, only 2 pillows on the bed, no coffee maker, and found 2 cockroaches and at 310 am the fire alarm went off. I will never stay here again. Horrible

I was pleasantly surprised at how I said how clean and neat this place was particularly for the price. Includes includes stove and refrigerator in the rooms. No coffee!his! Office staff was very friendly and helpful.

First room was scary. Broken shower curtain rod, bathroom door had been busted in. While trying to locate the TV remote, I found condoms and Newports in the drawer. Long hairs found on the bedspread and pillow. Disgusting. They moved me to another room which was at least decent. I checked out the next day and have been trying to get a refund from Expedia since. I would not recommend this location to anyone. $20 more a night will get you a decent accommodation.

Quick and easy check in.

The staff was very friendly and tried to be helpful, however, we had to wait 2 hours after the check-in time because there was an issue with our room, they kept telling us to "come back later", and they only other accommodation they offered was to refund our stay which wasn't an option because we traveled several hours with pets that needed to be out of the heat. Although we were promised at least a discount, we were charged full price.

The hallway on the 2nd floor had an usually food aroma from people cooking. Also, don’t put a square sheet of toilet paper in the toilet. It will overflow. The towels had stains. The pillows were super thin. When I walked barefoot in the room I immediately felt dirt and debris where they missed it vacuuming. The tv remote also was greasy with old tape holding the back of it. Come to think of the elevator was missing the ceiling tiles and had trash in the floor. The front desk ladies were all nice though.

The room was to be smoke free but definitely was not. Mold in bathroom, holes in wall, broken toilet paper holder so toilet paper was gross. The television kept loosing all the channels and a crying lady was wrapped in a blanket nude in hallway. The front desk person didn't even address it.

Metal bed 2 pillows-like those disposable hospital pillows 1 very thin comforter 1 towel(even with 2 people on the reservation) ***IF you are sensitive to smoke(even in non-smoking rooms) DO NOT stay here.

Don’t stay here! The room was so dirty, the appliances were broken so much so it looked like there had been a fire in the microwave in the room and no one fixed it. The bedding was filthy (think finding others hair on the outer blanket!) and to top it off we got a concert here—people LOUDLY fighting in the hallway at 1am.

Full sized-fridge which came in handy for a family of 4 including a toddler who were still house-hunting.Good microwave & cooker. Cons: Elevator/hallways reeked of smoke/weed or whatever people smoked. People lurking around and asking to be let in on 2 occasions during the night which felt scary. Place is definitely NOT a hotel, more of a motel.pics on website are deceptive. Beds are black metal frames with no bed skirts. Tubs flooded up to ankles during shower.Housekeeping is biweekly, we had to sleep on the same sheets for 9 nights, room was never cleaned during our stay. I’ve gotten way better services at a super 8 than this “suite”. Wasted close to $700 for nothing, never again.On check-in day, I would have cancelled and found another place if I had my way but it was too late.weird/intoxicated folks hanging around.
