Stayed one night while in town for a concert. Nice hotel: clean, well-maintained, nice room, particularly nice bathroom. Staff polite and helpful. Would stay again.

It was close to the venue I needed to attend a wedding. There were plenty of games for my kids to play with Check out is 11am. We left our room to pack the car and run an errand. We came back to inspect the room before we checked out for anything we missed as we do in all other hotels. The cleaning lady was in the well before 11am cleaning and said we were already checked out. The front desk confirmed we were checked out. That was not right since I paid for a room that I should have access to until I check out at the check out time. Also, the bathroom had disgusting stains on the walls.

The breakfast was great! Many different choices from eggs, bacon, bagels, cereal, fruit, yogurt I could go on! The coffee was delicious and available all the time. Maybe having a microwave in the room.

Upon entering the hotel the lobby smelled clean as did the elevators. I like how there were drinks both nonalcoholic and alcoholic beverage available for purchase what could make it better? Pool and hot tub!

The property did not clean rooms daily. They should have cleaned our room at least once; however, they never cleaned our room the three days we stayed. The facilities were all new and in good condition.

The staff were incredibly friendly and the main lobby is a great place to socialize. Bring ear plugs because the walls are paper thin in the rooms. You can hear your neighbor's every breath all night. The rooms are very small. The breakfast doesn't have a whole lot of options for a Hilton but it had a couple hot options.

Noise from adjacent rooms was loud. People walking in the room above and doors closing on my floor was louder than in any other hotel I’ve ever stayed at.

This location was excellent for a 1 or 2 night stay. The room was small but setup for convenience and again was great for a short stay. The breakfast was good and all areas both inside and outside were very clean and well kept.

Room was not as large as I expected but the size was more than made up for with all orher amenities as follows: clean comfortable room and bathroom good sized king bed no smoke odor at all so truly a non-smoking room!!! (I hate when properties say no smoking but the room has a horrible smoke smell) nice options for entertainment on the TV nice gym very good coffee offered 24/7 in the lobby Fun large sized version of Connect 4 in the lobby. The people and breakfast

I have tried multiple times to get a room canceled that was mistakenly booked for the same day in the wrong month. I was asked to rebook the room for the proper date which I did, and they would remove the charges for the improper date. All of these transactions took place within five minutes of each other. However, they now refuse and want me to pay a full $200 penalty For making a simple mistake. This is not customer service. They do not care about their customers. I will not stay here again, nor will I recommend this hotel or this hotel servicehotels.com to anyone.

It was graduation week so there was some celebrations going on really late. So we called front desk and Kadeisha took care of it for us! She deserves a raise too!!

Staff are always nice, whatever time of the day. Room is always clean and ready, and the bathroom amenities are great and smell nice.

Plus - ample breakfast options (including a yogurt dispenser and gluten free bagels). Adore this collection and would stay again— minimalism style yet functional. And the lobby smells soo amazing!

We absolutely loved our stay at Tru by Hilton Manassas! The hotel is clean, modern, and conveniently located, but what truly stood out was the exceptional level of customer service. We booked a weekend staycation to celebrate our first wedding anniversary and requested the same room (408) we stayed in on our wedding night last year. The staff not only accommodated our request but went the extra mile by beautifully decorating the room as a surprise—it was such a thoughtful and personal touch that made us feel so special.

We had a change in schedule for the Lorton auto train and requested a late check out. Unfortunately there was no flexibility with the late check out, not ideal so it made our day a bit more challenging.

There is a nearby train track that has a lot of traffic and the beds are on the extra firm side. Location is nice and everything is well kept and smells great inside

We went for college girls dance competition and didn’t have to worry about them at all.

It was nice and simple. Room was small. Breakfast was not labeled well. I grabbed eggs without realizing there was ham in them. That would have been a big deal if I had an allergy or was Jewish or Muslim. Please label food better. Staff was very pleasant and helpful.

Great stay, staffs are nice and friendly, room is nice and clean. Imagine cute studio. Anyway if you are a light sleeper please request toppers floor because the floors and the walls here are very thin you can here you upstair guest walking around with boots. Beside that’s it’s great.

Traveling from Pittsburgh, we had a great stay. The hotel and property were incredibly pristine and beautiful. The staff were kind and helpful. Looking forward to going back again.

Tru is a no frills hotel, but what’s there is well-done. We were very happy with our stay.

The complimentary breakfast sucks. Ask corporate to eat it. Cheap, insipid, boring but managed by a wonderful lady caterer. Not her fault that she has to work with a budget that would feed homeless people.

Enjoyed my stay very much. Check in was quick and easy, staff was very friendly. My room was spacious and clean. The continental breakfast had numerous choices and was always stocked and hot. The location was great, being a close driving distance to downtown Manassas. Would stay here again!

This was a very nice hotel. Check-in was slow due to a new computer system, but the staff was apologetic and friendly. Rooms were comfortable. Continental breakfast was plentiful with many options and good quality items. We would stay again.
