No shower curtain, only one towel and hole in the comforter

I reserved a room with a king size bed but it was a queen. The giant wall art was falling off the wall (looked like a screw or two was missing). And the cherry on top was the creepy critters I spotted. It is overpriced and not worth it if you value comfort. I do not recommend.

The room was good overnight stay . Didn’t turn on the Air Conditioning because it was a cool night. Wi-Fi worked good . Didn’t see any staff.

Sign at check in super start breakfast ask when hours are,no food was told coffee only. Sink cracked as if dropped during install. Heater no adjustment knob, just metal piece sticking out to twist with finger and thumb.

My door key didn’t work. Two replacement keys didn’t work either. The only way i was able to get back into my room was by the receptionist opening the door for me, but then, basically, I couldn’t leave my room till i checked out. ‘Breakfast’ was pitiful.

Location was fine. Really bad coffee and a granola bar? You're kidding right? 2 of the 3 lamps worked. The room was clean and the bed was surprising comfortable. Would have felt a bit better if the door locked. Maybe that was for the best since the card reader didn't work.

The key fob did not work. I had to go down twice and the third time had to call the agent to come up. Very inconvenient with the cold that day

When I first asked for an iron and ironing board, I was told they had none. Had I known that, I would not have booked the room. The staff member on duty was then kind enough to find me the only iron they had, which had a stained soleplate. Suggest they supply serviceable irons and ironing boards. Also, when I asked for clean towels one evening, I was told they did not have any at the front desk. On the plus side, the heat worked and water was hot. My first and most likely my last stay at this property.

Room was fine. What was not was my boyfriend left his wallet on the room along with his cell phone charger, on accident obviously. He called while we were still in the area asking if they found either. They hadn’t at that time but told him to come back whenever we can in case they do. We live in West Virginia. We go back and they only had his phone charger. My boyfriend asks if we can check the room to look again just in case, the guy at the desk said yes gave us the key and my boyfriend went to look. NO WALLET. So I go back into the front to give the key back, and I asked to speak to the cleaning lady who only speaks Spanish. So I had to use google translate, and I said, “hello my boyfriend and I were in room 230. We left his wallet in there on accident. It is a black and white checkered wallet.” There’s nothing but cleaning supplies on her cart, but I look over while she is in room 225, and there is my boyfriend’s wallet on the dresser in a completely different room then where we stayed. I asked for it back and she acted confused then eventually gave it back. I look in it, my boyfriend only had a dollar in there, but that’s not the point. She STOLE the ONLY dollar he had left in his wallet.

Loud noises all hours of the night. Room was very dated, first room door wouldn’t shut completely with out lifting it up and shutting it second room wasn’t any better but door did shut and lock fortunately not a good area from what I observed tv did not work sound no picture

I liked the cleanliness of the room, and the staff members I encountered. It is not fancy, and has a few problems, but for my purposes it was fine. It was warm, clean, there was an IHOP across the parking lot which was the ultimate in convenient, and all appliances in the room worked well. There was a significant gap in the door which let in a lot of cold air, but my first night I ordered a pizza and just cut the side strips off and plugged the gap. Problem solved.

The free internet is too slow. The rug in the room needed to be stretched in order not to have waves. It's nice to have shampoo in the shower, but shower soup dispenser should also be added. coffee machine downstairs was not operable the whole time of my visit.

1) I had to renew my key everyday. 2) No room cleaning, no new towels, bed made or garbage pails emptied ever. 3) The door lock required I force it open to get in. I was told it'd be fixed. But it wasn't. 4) Elevator was very dark, slow and scary.

Air conditioning worked well. Sink was great. Shower knob was semi broken and unreadable. Front door key lock was not operational; door was effectively open the whole time so when going out brought items back to the car until night where inside locks worked fine.

This property should not even be offered to the public as a hotel! We needed a place to stay while showing our cattle at the Prince William County Fair. It would have been cleaner to stay in the barn! The condition of this hotel is the worst we have ever been in. The door gapped and didn’t seal. The knobs on the air conditioner were broken. Had to plug it in to turn it on and it emitted a stench of mold when it turned on. The outlet by the bed didn’t work. The bed spread was stained. The bathroom door was nearly off the bottom hinge and the bottom of the door was rotted. There was a dirty shoe print on the inside of the bathroom door. The sink was cracked and there was no plug in the drain and it was very slow to drain. The faucet had black mold around it. The hairdryer on the wall was filthy. The floors and doors were filthy. The room smelled of a pungent fragrance that was trying to mask cigarette and marijuana smoke. We had booked 4 nights but canceled. The only positive thing I can say is that we were refunded our money without any problem. Expedia should not even offer this hotel as an option. I’m convinced that any positive reviews are fake! Do not stay here!!!

If you literally have any other option possibly including sleeping in your car, stay away from this place.

Everything is good except remote control to tv as I wanted to watch Netflix. It didn't work right after I got it fixed. Fridge got my drink cold as I wanted.

The services are great. The staff are willing to helps and always making sure my stay is comfortable. Super 8 is my first booking on 6/9/25 and I like it so much I extended my stay until now. I would most recommended this place for your hospitality for sure. Thanks Super 8. Keep up the good works.

The room was very dirty and did not provided towels for the guests. We asked for extra and got rejected. I will not stay at Super Hotel any more.

The reservation stated they had breakfast. When I went in the morning, they said they did have it. Turned out it was only refreshments and granola bars which were available all day long regardless of “breakfast hours”. This is a scam.

My late checkout was not acknowledged. Property Manager told me i was lying and threatened to call the police. Upon showing him my reservation with late checkout, the manager said "if you don't like it, don't come back to this Property"

Pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness and condition at this price point. It's obvious that they are consistently improving and repairing to keep up with tenants that treat their rooms poorly. The result is a more updated and well apportioned room than I was expecting. Staff were exceedingly helpful and friendly.

No WiFi in the room. Staff did move me to a room closer to the lobby. Not the cleanest place I have stayed in.

Basic but clean

Fixtures do not work. You can't even get a coffee or tea maker in the rooms. They supply plastic cups for you to use in a microwave to heat up water, if you can find tea or coffee. And their breakfast consists of either a cup of tea/coffee/ juice and a granola bar! PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE by ALL MEANS> They think it is INDIA.

Absolutely horrible and disgusting room and customer service booked a non-smoking room. Got to the room couldn’t even stay in for five minutes before getting a headache from the strong smell of cigarettes. Bathroom disgusting splatters on the wall shower not clean beds look like they were sat on, or laid on, horrible customer service. All of the non-smoking rooms reeked of cigarette smoke horribly would not stay here if it was the last option.

Rooms need a desperate update. Housekeeping could do a much better job cleaning the room as well. We saw 3 roaches in our room between the second night and the following morning. We had a non-smoking room, but the smell of cigarette smoke permeated the room from the bathroom vent. I called the front desk about this because they do have a policy of charging $150 if you smoke in a non-smoking room. They literally did nothing about the smell. What's the point of booking a non-smoking room when it smells like someone is smoking? The only good thing about the stay was the beds were super comfortable. Other than that, I expected more for what I paid. I'll definitely book elsewhere the next time I'm in the area.

I requested a first floor, which was not available, but there was an elevator. LOTS of people smoking outside their rooms on the walkway which filtered into my room.

The room was a DISASTER. All lights except for above the sink were out. There was a HUGE plastered hole in the bathroom door that was very poorly patched. The air conditioner barely worked. I should have slept in my car instead of waste my money here.

Gave me a smoking room when I had breakfast booked non smoking. There was a party till at least 4 in the morning next door when when I had to go to work and that was apparently normal.

Needs more amenities, like toothpaste and more towels, shampoo.

Lack of amenities (no shampoo or conditioner in the property), broken bathroom, unfinished walls and a terrible smell.

The 1st room we were given had a dysfunctional door and reeked of cigarette smoke even though it was a nonsmoking room. We were given another room, which also smelled like smoke and was filthy - hair all over the counter, cigarette burns on the blankets, a floor that hadn’t been swept or cleaned in who knows how long (there was trash on the floor). The man at the front desk was very kind and helpful, but the hotel rooms are unclean and not worth the price.

The P-TAC unit was so loud every time it came on you couldn’t sleep.

Doors to rooms barely close and dont seal can see light around all edges. Bed sheeting had cigarette burns and stains. Towels were stained and dirty. Walls are paper thin can hear everything outside and in adjacent rooms. Rooms reeked of cigarettes and smoke. Furniture cracked and chipped. Main lights didnt work. On the positive i didnt see any bugs.

The property was clean but many repairs were necessary. Limited soap and other items. Shower knobs were missing and no drain stoppers. The good was that there were many restaurants nearby.

The room seemed clean but the over environment was a bit concerning. Lots of people sitting in their rooms with their doors open smoking pot and wandering around. It was not a very safe feeling.

Noisy neighbors. Dirty walkways. The room had mismatched furniture that looked like it needed to go to the dump. The walls were painted grey. The lights were dim. The tv was very old school. No streaming. Many people coming and going. What does that suggest to you? I'm not allowed here to state an opinion of what that meant to me.

Whole place smelled like weed. My room smelled like smoke. Refrigerator broken. AC wasn’t working and we had to figure it out ourselves. Front desk just said sorry. Do not recommend.

The non-smoking room smelled heavily like smoke. The parking lot was under construction. People were doing auto repair work outside my door. And the maids literally tried to enter my room not once, not twice, but THREE separate occasions on the same morning. I yelled multiple times that I didnt need anything but if the chain hadnt been in place they'd have walked in on me. Unacceptable.

Didn't like the staff living at property. The front desk gentleman was dismissive and unengaging. Water all 9ver the floor from the fridge defrosting. Used wash cloth was left in the bathroom.

The internet and cable tv service was very poor. I was not able to use my laptop for my assignment due that day due to the service going in and out. I was booked for two adults and they only provided towels and washcloth for one.

This experience was like something from horror movie. I could hear the theme song from Deliverance playing. We were greater after 30 minutes of no one in the office or answering the phone with hotel manager walking in with a crow bar. He had been opening doors for guest who’s key didn’t work. Along with him came the creepier guy. The creepy guy and family lived there and the put us - 2 women next to family that should star in a Rob Zombie movie. We went to our room it was dirty, smelled. We turned around asked for a room on the other side anywhere and they would not accommodate us. We left. We never stayed. Location is horrible the place looks like it’s some kind place where bad things are going down. DONT STAY HERE!! Dangerous,

Key didn't work properly. Internet so weak I couldn't send of receive emails. There is a sign at the front desk warning guest not to verbally or physically abuse the hotel staff. I can see why guests would be so upset they would want to.

Old Adage you get what you pay for. Budget motel. It was reasonable clean, wood floors and tile help so no carpeting. Smoke detector was not even on the wall in a drawer, got magnetic key made daily but then realized you can push the door and enter with a credit card slipped into crack. Got in and out daily like this for days. Once inside you can secure with deadbolt but take all valuables. Housekeeping not offered unless on request, which I am good with, yet someone came in and emptied trash randomly. Room was stale and smelled of smoke while it was nonsmoking room. Breakfast is poor at best. One bagel, no waffle batter in dispenser, juice machine "out of order" or they just did not want to fill it. Coffee was weak and horrible. Towels were exceptionally thin but replaced when random person would come to empty trash. It is the cheapest hotel in area and for good reason. Other inexpensive hotels in area for only a small amount more so look at your options.

The front desk attendant was pleasant. I got my room key to a non-smoking room (323), but when I stepped in, it smelled strongly of smoke. I returned to the lobby and asked for a different room, and the attendant was helpful in making the change but did not offer an apology. The second room (217) smelled less like smoke but I did not want to go back to the lobby again. The room itself was worn and did not feel clean. The blankets and bedspreads had holes and burn marks. But the worst thing is that I arrived home the next evening covered in welts from bedbug bites.

Conveniently located near Washington Dulles International Airport. There was no staff in the lobby when I arrived to check in, I waited and call for 20 minutes before I saw any staff.

The room? Ha...awful. door had a huge gap on the side, the door was bent. Barely shut. Curtains wouldnt close all the way and with the amount of traffic outside our door it was freaky. Floor was crooked and coming up. Wall had large patches on it and stained. Desk chair was broken. Microwave missing. Huge brown liquid stain with tacky drippings all the way down the bathroom door. Holes in the blankets. Awful I was legit afraid to leave the room.

Well for starters first night I was woken up at 2am by someone screaming at their ex looking for her in the hotel, it was pretty wild. Then the back and forth arguing at 2am topped off that sleepless night. Second night all out drunk guy passed out on the curb by the lobby and people seem to like to argue with the room door open apparently to let everyone know they have some drama going on. I had some cigarette burned sheets on my bed and pillows were just about as flat as cardboard and the bed felt like I was sleeping on the floor. That deal I received on here was totally not worth it. This location is about 10-15 minutes from the interstate and yeah not worth it if you can find something else for just $10 - $20 more a night.

Just offered croissants for breakfast and I don’t care for them so that was a negative that they didn’t have more to offer. Also the juice machine was broken and all I got was a cup of coffee.

Absolutely the worst hotel we have ever stayed in. Place was filthy and the location was unsafe. We stayed an hour and left. There were multiple fights between guests very apparent drug use and the people at the front desk refused to try to control the guests.

First room, cable for the tv was literally ripped apart. Second room, meh. No coffee maker. Door needed adjustments. For the cost of the room, conditioner to go with the shampoo would have been nice.

The bathroom door appeared to have been kicked in at one point, as evidenced by a gash. The shower had water spraying out of the selector valve. Overall, a very uncomfortable experience.
