The hotel was good for us we had a 5 day wedding and it was close to the venue and close to all shopping

The room was very clean and comfortable. It was very spacious. Bathroom was clean and had a big counter with enough space to put our stuff...me and my daughter. The pillows are not comfortable. Breakfast was not good and horrible coffee.

One downside is that there seems to be a lot of street noise audible in the rooms even late into the night. I don’t think that there is much that management can do about this; it’s endemic to the location.

The staff at check in and check out was nice. The room was clean. Even though the room was clean, the room smelled like wet animals and the walls were paper thin. It was like we were sitting in the exact same room as both our "neighbors" on either side of us. One on side, they had a dog that kept barking because the little kid kept yelling and picking on the dog. The mom kept yelling at the dog, but didnt correct the kid. It was crazy. It went on for about 2 hours.Someone on the floor above us decided to blast music at 11:30....thankfully that was short lived. We could hear every cough, sneeze, toilet flush and conversation that was going on. After driving 10 hours we just wanted to sleep. This wasn't a cheap room so I would've expected a lot better than what we got. We definitely won't stay here again.

Breakfast was poor with very few choices.It would have been nice to have wheat bread.Quality was not good.They had lots of tea but no honey?No peanut butter.Fruit,again no choices just apples.Breakfasts in this price range are never extravagant and I understand that but this one could have been better.

It is truly appropriate if you just want a quick getaway to VA and just need a place to sleep. It isn’t luxurious but it has a laundry room and small gym area to net your needs. Free breakfast which was okay but I would definitely go back given the price. I did yours in DC this trip so I didn’t want to spend money on hotel or pampering and just wanted to spend it in dining and shopping. Newly renovated place with new paint and brew beds made our stay comfy.

Good location Room 211 needs better windows to keep out the sound from the busy street. Breakfast was lacking. They should beef that up to be more competitive with other hotels.

They canceled our booking hours before we were supposed to arrive. I opted to pay when I arrived and since they didn’t have payment, they opted to leave me and my family without a place to stay for the night. If they didn’t want to let me pay once I arrived, then they shouldn’t have it as an option. Fortunately, we found a hotel with 2 rooms left a few minutes away.

Hotel was clean, rooms were clean and staff was great, my only issue and reason for 3 stars is because I am partially disabled still while trying to work through my mobility and they kindly gave me the walk in shower room which is perfect for me to be able to shower and sit on bench due to not being able to stand for a long time. However the handicap shower bench was falling out the wall and when I sat down on it I almost fell and hurt myself and I was alone and would not have been able to get up or call for help! Not okay at all! Fix the handicap shower bench in room 301 before someone seriously gets hurt!!! Not happy!

Friendly staff, spacious room, quality fridge and microwave, comfy bed. The faucet to the shower was a bit awkward to get, due to the glass nearest the faucet not sliding.

Sleep Inn is a great place to hang your hat for a few nights or whatever time you need. Clean and comfortable and quiet. Great service. Decent breakfast bar. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend the hotel.

On the second day in my room I noticed what looked liked cigarette ashes in the air conditioner. I think that is what was causing the room to have a strange odor. It was an ok hotel, but I would not stay here again.

We came for a concert. Not even in the room for 10 hours, lol. Gorgeous bathroom. Clean. No bugs that i saw. It was just in a strange part of town. But I'd stay again.

Hotel was recently renovated and incredibly quiet. Loved how dark the curtains got the room and the staff was incredibly friendly. A little hard to make a left turn out of the parking lot as its right off a busy street but you didn't hear any road noise in your room. The bed was comfy and the room was very large and spacious. Would like more pastry options for breakfast but overall a wonderful stay and will return if we're ever in the area again

The hotel had a wierd smell. You also could smell that it aloud smoking in certain rooms. The breakfast was terrible. The eggs looked like a sponge and texture was terrible. The bed and pillows were really good. A little noisy because iur room was facing a busy highway. Would i come back? I doubt it.

There was ONE rag in my bathroom from the previous person staying and the TV screen was a little fuzzy. Other than that, it was excellent. Bed was nice and cozy. I will be returning!

I’ve stayed at the Sleep Inn quite a few times in the past month and the hotel is always clean and smells fresh. They have their breakfast up now also. The staff is great and pleasant to every guest. It’s a quiet hotel, so you don’t have to worry about wild parties and people coming in and out throughout the night.

The elevators were out and there was construction. I had to walk up and down the stairs always. Also, i asked a discount. The reason i asked 9s because they promised breakfest but due to construction they didnt have it. Pretty much scammed, bit was tired and just wanted to rest from my trip during the holidays.

Despite what’s advertised, there is no wifi, no breakfast, no fitness center, and no functioning elevator. The hallways are covered with dust and construction supplies, and the building has a notice from the fire marshal regarding a non-functional smoke alarm. This hotel should not be open at this stage of construction

I'm handicap and they put us on the third floor and the elevator wasn't working. They said they couldn't couldn't change the room. I really hope that they refund us our money.

They were very rude and we had a guest whose foot was broken and we were denied access to the elevator,, we were charged for a room and then had to pay an additional fee once we got there, when we walked into the building there was no one at the front desk and we had to walk down the hallway which was cluttered and unsafe it did not have a clear walking path and I had to wait 25 minutes for someone to come to the front desk to check us in and he acted like we were inconveniencing her

Nice and simple cheap motel. The room was very spacious fresh, clean and quiet. No They are remodeling the rooms with new furniture. 👍 The king-size mattress in the room was so uncomfortable. I guess they are going to change the mattresses also. Recommend staying!

They don’t have blind curtain for the window. The telephone wasn’t working as well. They don’t even have toothpaste and brush.

The hotel was being remodeled. My room appeared to have been remodeled. The bathroom was magnificent. The entire room had been tastefully repainted and there was a brand new overstuffed chair and desk chair at the desk. However the rest of the furniture had not been replace and was old, scratched with many chips in the wood. The bed had no headboard and there was a "Pixar" style lamp on the nightstand. There were no decorations or curtains in the room, nor was there a curtain rod to hang your clothes. Very disappointing. I will not stay here again. The breakfast very limited and disappointing as well.

Previously I submitted a review about the sub par conditions. I noticed they seemed to be upgrading some things but upon entering the same room i was in last time the same issues where present. Mold on tbr ceiling and floor in the bathroom. Sink held up with a piece of wood and the air conditioner was still missing the front piece so there was no filter. Absolutely disgusting with no improvement

The property can use updates. The property is very clean. The staff are pleasant. The breakfast was disappointing. The juice machine wasn't working. They only had two choices of cereal, bread, bagels and waffles. The coffee was nasty. We ended up going to IHOP

In early. Ok whatever . There was dried blood on the floor by the fridge . I just cleaned it no problem . Took a walk there was a toilet in the grass by the side . I can overlook it . It was quiet they didn’t bother me . BUT. In the morning there was no juice . Machine said out of order . And no regular coffee !! NO REGULAR COFFEE !! They were out only decaf !!! WTH ?? Who was a breakfast with only decaf ?? They were nice . And I’d probably stay again. .

In early. Ok whatever . There was dried blood on the floor by the fridge . I just cleaned it no problem . Took a walk there was a toilet in the grass by the side . I can overlook it . It was quiet they didn’t bother me . BUT. In the morning there was no juice . Machine said out of order . And no regular coffee !! NO REGULAR COFFEE !! They were out only decaf !!! WTH ?? Who was a breakfast with only decaf ?? They were nice . And I’d probably stay again. .

Bare essentials,promised hand held shower not. Supposed to be Handycapped assiable but the shower was a bath tub which I couldn’t step in. No smoke detector non functioning tv. Old and heavily used should be closed until remodeling is completed.

Bed was comfortable. Staff was nice. Room needed cleaning and updates.

The building was being renovated during our stay. There was little noise during our stay. Our room was clean but the sink was propped up by a 2x4. The shower drain was slow and the shower floor was soft.

There was mold in the bathroom, in the shower and on the ceiling. The sink was held up with a 2x4, multiple outlet covers missing and the entire front of the air conditioner was missing. There should absolutely be money refunded.

All they had for breakfast was breads, cereal, waffles, coffee, milk and water.

Rooms are old and worn. Very few breakfast options and coffee was terrible.

Why i say terrible, when arrived with my family the room only has capacity of 4 and we are 5,after avery long international flight 2 days trip i had no choice just i tried to work thinks out all i did i get back to the service desck i asked for extra mattress or blanket and extra shower towels it was only for 2 guest in the room, start from there every answer is no,not, we can't...he said that we booked online so the hotel is not responsible for any thing. It was about mid night i had no choice just to sleep on the floor and give the beds to my wife and kids.the service was 0,very rude,not professional...next time i rather sleep on the street it would be much better....the conversation was very long with them but not worth to share it...just void this location.

The location did not look like its advertisement on Hotels.com. The attendant at the front desk told me I could only check in if I put down a $100 cash deposit even though I prepaid for the room. She also wasn’t helpful when I told her the room smelled bad.

I found this hotel to be outdated. Terrible patch jobs in the bathroom, old showerhead, old bedding. One tiny bath towel per person.

No sidewalks on main road. Walking is dangerous.

This hotel was disgusting. The absolute worst experience ever. I’m traveling with my 3 month old daughter both of us woke in the middle of the night covered in bed bug bites. As a mother seeing my baby itchy and in pain enrages me. The facility is unclean, the staff is unfriendly and unaccommodating. When I asked about a refund for the night I stayed they said not to contact them about it anymore.

There is no enough items in the room like towels, soup, etc. they don’t have good break fast. Just bagel only. The rest room toilet is broke, dirty, and stinky or bad small. There are ants and bugs. In general, the hotels is very poor quality.

The front desk manager was rude at check in. I gave him my credit card to pay for the room and he told me I needed to give him $100 cash to hold for damages. I told him I had never heard of such a policy. He pointed to a sign posted on the glass that stated if you are paying with a debit card or cash a deposit is required. I told him I gave him a credit card not a debit card. I then read the message out loud to him. He didn’t apologize just took my card and gave me my keys. The carpet going to the room was filthy and needs replacement. The room was king and spacious. Breakfast bagels and pastries were stale and the juice machine broken….very disappointing

Unsafe. Guy tried to pretend he was maintenance to get into my room. Extremely upset because there was a broken lamp cord stuck to the electrical outlet. I checked out before the end of my stay and still had to pay for the 2 nights i did not stay. Awful. Never again.

It’s a $40 per night kind of lodging. Not worth for the price. All dirty old property. Parking lot is a mess and dirty. Service sucks

I have huge complains and would like to speak to a representative for my stay because I ended up with terrible bug bites all over my body!!!!!!

The room was ok.

- The floors were sticky - If four screws were necessary, three were used in multiple places - The shower surround had excessive caulking that was installed by fat fingers with no clean-up so it looked gross. - Our air conditioner leaked water on the ground, we had to put a towel under it to keep the water from running under our bed. - The toilet had caulking smudged around the base, looked amateur. - The vinyl floor planking was glued on with gaps between the planks. - The drywall was peeling up in the corners - A hole had been punched in the bathroom door that was patched with bondo, but not finished. - The bottom of the bathroom door had water damage that was obviously very old. - The sconces weren't installed properly so they were loose on the wall. - The microwave looks like it was new in the 80's. - The free breakfast consisted of bread, bagels, cereal and waffles. If you are gluten sensitive, good luck with that. There was Frosted Flakes and Raisin Bran as an option for cereal, I don't like raisins so I tried the Frosted Flakes only to find it had Raisin Bran mixed in. - The wall plate for the cable hookup was broken in half and the wire just hanging loose from the wall. - The hanging rack for clothes was pushed into the wall - So much more!

Within 15 minutes of arriving my bag was stolen. The property is not in a desirable area. The morning staff was not helpful. The gym was locked and couldn’t be used. The elevator shakes and jumps upon entering which is unnerving. Overall the place did not smell or seem clean. Overall the place appears outdated an unkept.

The room didnt look anything like the pictures did online when booking, the room i booked showed an in room jacuzzi the room did not have that.

The only plus side is it didn’t have bed bugs. The chairs were broken, the TV didn’t work, the shower was broken, no drain in the sink, no clear view, no breakfast, no juice.

Basic, safe accommodations for an affordable price. Nothing objectionable at all. Not much for breakfast, but plenty of options nearby.

Run down facility … old shower stall, microwave looked about 30 years old, lobby bathroom unavailable, staff woke me at midnight to check on lock between the two rooms, noisy highway

Bed was comfy, no carpet therefore no bad smell.

there was no breakfast to eat, they run out of stock and have nothing to eat. Instead they should advertise as no breakfast

I had booked a room for 5 people. I got a room for 4. Very inconvenient since it was 10pm to find another hotel.
