    The front desk staff, specifically Tiffany, was amazing! Got checked in quickly and room was clean. The staff even checked in to see if everything was good. Very nice staff. Room was great.

    The staff was very accommodating and friendly. We didn't sleep the first night due the noise level coming from a busy road. The staff was very accommodating and put us across the hallway in a room that faced the back. This certainly made it easy to move our belongings, but the second room had a slight odor of food and twice we found stink bugs. It just wasn't very clean, the bed sheets were rough and the pillows were not great. Unfortunately we still didn't get good sleep because the garbage truck drove by twice around 5AM during our short stay.

    Everything in the room was in excellent condition. Had enough toiletries in the bathroom including shampoo, conditioner y body wash. Also, upon check in I was greeted warmly and respectfully by the front desk attendant that was very receptive and helpful about my personal needs. He made the check in process seamless, quick and informative. Everything was great but if I had to change anything, it would most likely be new refrigerators with more modern ice-makers. This could be a needed upgrade for someone that likes ice with their drinks like myself.

    We had such a fantastic day! The hotel was spotless, peaceful, and super welcoming. The staff was beyond friendly — they truly went out of their way to make sure we felt right at home.     I made my initial reservation here and then at 8:00pm the night before I got an email telling me they couldn't accommodate my reservation and were moving me to the hampton inn next door. Thankfully im the type of person who checks my email often. I called the Hampton Inn to see what type of room I was getting and it was nothing like the type of room that I booked at the residence inn that would accommodate my stay. Thankfully, I reached out too expedia, and their customer service was able to communicate with them and find a room that would work. It took me until almost ten o'clock to get this cleared up. So needless to say, I can't leave a true review because I didn't stay there. I was told the reason they couldn't accommodate my stay was because of students and concerts in town.etc. Which was the exact reason I booked at their hotel because my nephew and I were going to a concert. Expedia was amazing and gave me a $50 credit for my troubles. Which I thought was very nice because it was not expedia's fault. Not a peep from the residence inn. I will say the staff at the Hampton Inn Manassas that I stayed at were great. So be wary of booking at the residence inn, because they can just move you to another hotel and throw you in any type of room. I'm very thankful for expedias customer service and the staff at hampton inn.

    We had a wonderful time. The pool was nice and warm. The grandkids loved it. The two bedroom unit was perfect for my wife and I and the two granddaughters absolutely wonderful will be back. A couple of burn marks in the rug, but not a big deal

    Honestly, I have a lot of bad free breakfasts. THIS WAS NOT ONE OF THOSE. Simple options. It's not dried, crusty whatevers or very wet sloppily cooked scrambled eggs. You could tell whomever was running the kitchen loved what they do. If you're going to have a sinple menu, do it right. As they did. I brought my kids 17,8,6 and we sat for an hour in the dining room having a chat. It was a nice vibe.

    Overall, my stay was very good. The staff were pleasant and friendly, especially the lady at breakfast each morning. The accommodations were good and everything I needed was provided and comfortable. Everything was clean and the location was excellent for my travel plans. Breakfast was also delicious and there were plenty of options. I only wish I could've used more of the amenities like my room's kitchenette or the spaces like the patio and the gym. I was unable to connect to my company's VPN using the free wi-fi provided at the hotel, but I had good enough cell service to use my mobile hotspot instead. The towels were not very comfortable but were still able to do the job.

    We requested more towels-twice… none ever came. We called ahead to request rooms near each other - only to be told upon checkin that rooms were automatically assigned. Milk was spoiled at breakfast both days.Not happy at all that I used my complementary Marriott night only to be assigned to a room that smelled of smoke!!! On a positive note, all staff was very friendly and helpful and the pool was a perfect temperature.

    It worked out well for us. We had a kitchenette with enough space to prepare food for a party nearby. We were on the ground floor a few rooms down from where we parked our car. Would have gotten a better review, but the wifi was intermittent. My laptop kept getting bounced off after the few times I could get on. It only worked late at night. Had to do a tether with my cell phone to get internet. Clearly Marriott/the hotel owner does not want to spend the money on enough bandwidth for wifi to work on holiday weekends.Used to be a common problem a decade or more ago, but haven't run into it since then. We paid significantly more for this room and would stay again as we will be probably be visiting once a year. Also, the room was surprisingly cold. The heat apparently did not turn on until early Sunday morning. I guess the owner wants to save money over getting good reviews. If we come back, it will be in the summer and we will be stuck with tethering my laptop to my cell phone!

    I had to be moved rooms three times. The first room had men’s hair shavings in the sink and the mat on the bottom of the tub had stains on it. The second room had what appeared to be bedbugs on the mattress and the third room ended up being fine for me to sleep in. The first room in the third room had one type of mattress cover, which was very basic and the second room, which had the actual mattress issue had a thicker mattress cover on it which means they knew that there was an issue with the mattress and yet they just left it there. On top of all of that, I was still charged for the stay and I was charged more than I was supposed to pay. I booked the room for 189 taxes and fees but ended up being charged $240. However, my hotel receipt says the $215 that was supposed to be charged but my actual credit card says $240. I would not recommend staying here.

    The following morning, we couldn't get breakfast because no one was there. Later on a cleaning lady walked into the room because she was told we checked out.     Fire alarm went off 2 nights in a row. Over 30 minutes 2nd night. Ruined sleep. No explanation or apology. So loud- fire department was there but it kept going off- never really got an explanation. No coffee pot. Only 2 towels. Refrigerator not cold.

    Checked in front desk woman was asking where I worked & whom I worked for. Instead of asking if I wanted my room serviced, it was like pulling teeth to get directions to room. Entering room noticed ceilings we’re surprisingly low, couch had a weird smell, (1) remote didn’t work properly of course since I wasn’t asked about room service didn’t receive it final morning of 2 night trip, toilet plunger chain broke toilet kept flushing if that wasn’t bad enough had to go searching for front desk attendant of course it was the same woman from before. However a major negative is that the bedroom has the hvac unit in it behind a closet door. It is very, very loud. We made the room hotter than normal just so it wouldn’t kick on so much. It was very hard to sleep with it running constantly. This hotel would have been off the charts amazing if it was not for that one major flaw.

    Good location for exploring Manassas. After a long flight it’s only a short drive from Dulles airport. Staff are friendly, hotel is clean and most days the breakfast was great although there aren’t many tables so at peak time for a family this can be tricky.

    Our group of 7 had a two bedroom suite and a l bedroom suite, with room for games, eating and TV watching!. The 2 kids traded rooms back and forth and enjoyed the pool.     Our group of 7 had a two bedroom suite and a l bedroom suite, with room for games, eating and TV watching!. The 2 kids traded rooms back and forth and enjoyed the pool. The breakfasts were excellent! We were treated with professionalism and politeness. The location was a plus for visits to a nearby new baby in the family!

    The front desk was very helpful getting the wifi working with my computer (the problem was my computer: it had been a long time since I had used wifi with my computer and settings had to be made correctly).

    Service was excellent and the hotel was nicely amenitized. Complimentary breakfast was quite nice. Only complaint is that the hotel needs a little TLC. For example, the carpet was frayed at a transition and the marble threshold piece was cracked in multiple places. The toilet was missing the screw covers and had the wrong side tank lid on it. The beds were also a bit on the firm side. Beside that, the room was quite clean and the kitchen was very well-appointed. It was great having a TV in both bedrooms as well as the living area that had access to streaming TV so that we could use our Netflix subscription while away from home. My husband and I, our two young children, and our two labradors managed better than expected in the two-bedroom suite for a three-night stay.

    A/C in room was so noisy we had to shut it off to sleep. Room got very warm. I though the breakfast area was small for the size and type of motel we booked. The A/C problem was going to be investigated by the staff.
