Pet-friendly, but for 2 nights in a row there was a dog howling and whining loudly for over 5 hours until nearly midnight. Contacted staff twice and had them listen to the recording. Their response was they couldn't get a hold of the owner. I was there for work and had the worst sleep, unable to concentrate to complete my work, and too noisy to be on a west coast virtual meeting professionally. The staff seemed unbothered by this inconsideration and did not offer to change rooms or discount my stay. I travel for work and I am an animal lover, but for the price they charge, the customer service could use some training in recovery. I will take my business elsewhere, as will my family, friends, and coworkers.

Location and staff were excellent. Great proximity to the Air and Space museum. We even got a day trip in to DC. Loved Haymarket. Our bed had broken springs and was sinking in. Max at the front desk was quick to change our room the next day.

Great bar/restaurant. Would eat there even if not staying at the hotel. Room was spotless, comfortable and quiet. If traveling through area again, worth going a little out of our way to stay here.

Rooms were nice but the beds and pillows were a bit uncomfortable. Staff is very friendly.
