Hampton Inn Manassas

The room was clean and well maintained. It was easy to get in and out of the hotel and close to restaurants. The only issue that I had was that the pillows were very soft which is not great for people with neck and back issues.

The room was clean and met our needs. However, our car was stolen from the hotel’s parking lot during our stay. The hotel’s cameras don’t cover most of the parking lot. Staff pulled up the security footage but otherwise barely acknowledged the theft. The next day when we left the broken glass was still in the parking space.

Probably one of the cleanest hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Room was spotless and smelled clean and fresh. The only thing to mention is that you can hear any and everything going on out in the hallway which is typical. So just keep that in mind if you’re going in and out super early or late.

We were very pleased with our stay at the Hampton Inn. We were able to check in a little early since we were on a tight schedule and wouldn’t be back to the hotel until very late. The staff was very helpful. Our room was clean and we enjoyed the breakfast provided by the hotel. We were able to park close to the entrance which was great. We will definitely try to book our future stays at this hotel when we visit Manassas.

The breakfast was buffet style with 3 options of hot meal, waffles, cereal, oatmeal etc We got a 2 queen bedroom meaning it's 4 of us staying.. the room sizes are smaller then most 2 bed rooms we've stayed in. Barely any space to put things or walka round. There def wasn't enough Outlets in the room for chargers. Just the slow ones on light fixtures. The sink is Way to high for Kids, and the faucets are too Small for anyone to fit a normal hand under. The outside of the property looks old although the bedrooms were decent. Overall it was a decent stay but I would prefer more accomodating place when I travel with kids.

Breakfast items were out and not replenished despite another hour before they closed. Two of three toilets in the lobby restroom did not get flushed nor cleaned from the time we checked in (about 4:30 Saturday) to Monday morning when we left about 9.

Breakfast was very good, and staff were friendly and helpful. We stopped here for one night after an international trip. We had a good night’s rest, and and a nice breakfast and headed home the next day.

Reported the need to have another worker during the breakfast schedule. There was a need to replace food that was empty and with only one employee working there was a time the guests had to wait for a few minutes. Also garbage bins were so full and still an hour and a half left before closing.

Breakfast was good, no OJ. Attendant was overwhelmed. Pillows were way too soft and mushy, took 4 pillows to just barely make 1. Overall, bery good stay!

Room was ok /staff was poor/breakfast was never enough the lady incharge didn't pay attention to feeling the empty food for everyone one. People had to keep waiting and asking for food. Kids running around at night in the hallway knocking on people's door's. My thought Hampton didn't care about anything or anyone.

Mold lines in the sink where the counter connects to the sink(top rim), shows a lack of detailed cleaning. The shower/tub fills with water instantly upon turn on as the drain is not efficient enough to keep up. Enjoy showering for less than 5 minutes and having all the grime soak your feet.

The shower rain did to work properly. Breakfast had very little food and we had to ask for them to bring more.

All areas were fine no complaints on this aspect. My complaint is the noise of other guests late at night.

Great stay overall! The room was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a nice variety and everything was fresh. The location very close to Washington DC, as we visited the cherry blossoms. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

Internet was down and they couldn’t accommodate my request for a handicapped accessible room. They claimed all information about rooms was stored online- no emergency hard copies. After speaking with folks at the main office I was finally accommodated ( and the result was a suite!).

Eggs/Sausage/potatoes were “never” hot I did appreciate the hot beverages 24/7 fruit wasn’t fresh. Bed was very comfortable and cozy. Upon arrival. I was exhausted and hungry! Had been traveling all day. I asked if they had a hot tub? No, but the girl at the desk was amazing! She moved me to a room with a bathtub. She gave me chips/water. She definitely went above and beyond. Wish I had gotten her name. She was amazing.

Manager finally came and found us an acceptable room. Breakfast was advertised to end at 10 AM. However at 9:20 all food including steam table items (eggs, bacon, potatoes), pastries, cereal, boiled eggs etc. was gone while guests wandered about looking for scraps and complaining. Surprisingly, the hotel staff made no move to restock until I complained then they furiously began trying to microwave various frozen items with 30 minutes left for breakfast. Too late! Phone in my room was broken (dead) my entire stay. Room refrigerator froze several soft drinks and fruit absolutely solid. All fruit had to be thrown away. In all a very disappointing and unsatisfactory experience from a hotel that once was a top notch place to stay.

I understand a fee for a significantly early check in request, but to be charged half the room rate to check in 2 hrs early is excessive. Otherwise, the facility was fine.

I’ll give it a 3.7. Unfortunately the rooms had no microwaves and when I went down 35min before breakfast ended there were no food options left except toast and oatmeal! No hot water or regular coffee! 😢😨

Staff was courteous, but I arrived at 3:30 and my room still wasn’t ready, so I had to come back at 4, which disrupted my day’s plans. The website also said there was a pool, but it was actually outdoors and closed, which wasn’t specified in the booking process. Buffet quality was lacking. Staff was very kind.

Our stay was great. I called to let them know we would be arriving late and they were very accommodating. Check in was easy. Our room was clean and, most importantly, very quiet. We slept well. The breakfast was great, and check out was a key card drop off. Loved it!

Paper thin walls made it difficult to sleep. Bathroom was one of the smallest I have had to use. No tub, just tiny shower. Front desk staff was not warm or welcoming. Very indifferent and uncommunicative.

please explain to me how my booking room rate was $145 / night- jumped upon check out to $145 for the 1st night, then $152 for the 2nd night ? Was unable to get a reciept uponn check out, so I didnt see this until checking my email 6 hours later (traveling)

I was disappointed that my room did not have a microwave. I was informed that I’d have to come downstairs to the kitchen area to warm up any food. Needless to say, this was very inconvenient. I travel a lot for business always enjoy booking Hampton Inn. This one was not up to high caliber I am accustomed to. It definitely needs to be updated.

The breakfast and dining area was very comfortable and updated. Always great having a complementary and tasty breakfast.

The staff was friendly and helpful with my questions. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was clean. I appreciated the fact that there was a well equipped gym with everything that I needed to get a good workout in.

This Hampton Inn was nicely renovated. All staff from front desk to the staff at breakfast was friendly, welcoming and helpful. The evening cookies were great too!

When I made the reservation, it said that the hotel provided a free hot breakfast. Upon check in, they said it was a continental breakfast. Not the same thing.

Rooms are clean and updated. Comfortable beds and chair options. The coffee, tea, hot chocolate options in the lobby are welcoming. The afternoon cookies are a bonus too!

Came in for 4 days for business, and enjoyed my stay! Everything was clean, comfortable, and accessible. Breakfast in the am was good and they also had snacks/drinks available for purchase. They even had a travel bag of goodies to take with at Checkout. Highly recommend.

Low ceilings, dim corridors. Room door deadbolt did not work 4 out of 5 times. When I told front desk she said all doors like that. Could not get anyone to repair for 2 days and appeared reluctant to change my room. Also, room door had slow automatic closing pneumatic feature, could not close quickly, a security issue in dark corridor where anyone could have entered room with me as I waited for door to close. Overall, did not feel safe and staff did not appear very concerned.

Front desk was hit or miss depending on great to lacking in any personality. Peggy in the dining room was the gem of our two night stay. What a doll!
