Also, the man working the front desk when we checked in smelled like he hadn't showered in a week. I guess it was a good value for the price if you like smells and mold.

Stayed here while we attended a family wedding. Hotel is a little dated but overall very clean. Front Desk staff was very friendly, especially Ramesh. We had two rooms and were surprised to find out some rooms have been updated while others have not. Our son's room had laminate flooring while ours still had carpet. Beds and pillows were clean and comfortable.

This is a hotel in desperate need of some TLC. It functions alright, but it is in a quite a sorry state - and I'm putting it kindly. The staff are polite and responsive and it has a big, free carpark for guests, but the hotel itself is quite lackluster with many issues. While the standard room was a generous size and had a decent refrigerator and microwave, parts of the carpet in my room were stained black and I found a used floss pick by the corner of one of the 2 queen beds. The bathtub had a gaping hole where the overflow drain was supposed to be and tub had been poorly painted to cover how dreadful it looked. The small "fitness center" was anything but. It had a couple of treadmills that I didn't use, so I've no idea if they worked; but there were also a couple of strength/resistance machines that were so old, they hardly work; and not a single free weight in sight. There is a tiny breakfast room, which is fine, but the breakfast for the most part, while made with the best of intentions, is unfortunately sub-par: the usual scrambled eggs made from powdered or pasteurized egg blends and small sausage links, along with waffle/toast making facilities - thankfully, you can fill your refrigerator with food supplies and use the microwave to get something more decent. A hotel like this is a place you only stay at for functional reasons - it was closest to where I was going . It really needs upgrading. Nothing fancy, just some basic tweaks that can make a world of difference.

Room 201 was clean, clean floor and sheets. The mattress was sunken in on one side. It would be good for staff to rotate it once in a while. The furniture and bathroom were older, giving a motel feel. The neighborhood is less desirable with not many food of coffee options nearby.

Staff was very helpful because I had knee problems and lots of pain.

Staff was helpful, courteous and professional, rooms were decent, property looked a bit worn. Some trash in parking lot, I did note that the PM desk clerk took the time to pick up stray trash on the way back in the building so the staff does try to keep things clean. This seems to be consistent with other properties in the area, I am under the impression that the staff does their best but perhaps East Coast customers tend to be slobs.

Nothing I didn’t like the fact the air didn’t work it was hot in the room. We didn’t have any towels. I had to go buy some towels. Some of the staff had a very bad attitude.

The hot tub in our room was great! We really enjoyed our stay. The breakfast had an amazing selection.

Comfortable bed and pillows. They ask if I had already paid through booking and I had they were to charge my card for incidentals, but instead they charged me for a full night when they knew that I had already paid.

The breakfast was good. Waffles, eggs and hot side. Assorted muffins, breads, cereals and juices. Located off of main road on quiet street. We got the jacuzzi suite. It was large enough but the shower is in it. We wish the shower had been in the bathroom like most hotel configurations.

I wasn’t advised that I had to request room service.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect close to restaurants and Airport the breakfast options could have been more varied.

We arrived around 11 p.m. tired and disoriented from a long international flight ordeal. Brenda quickly made us feel at home. The hotel elevator was broken and she problem solved us switching rooms with one we had booked for our friend picking us up from the airport. His room was large and on the first floor and we had lots of luggage. The morning hotel clerk was very nice and accommodating with special requests. The breakfast was full, hot, and of excellent quality. There was even a yogurt machine and toppings! Elevator broken

The staff was friendly and helpful but we had to switch rooms because of a broken toilet seat and no one to fix it. The next room had a loose toilet that I was able to tighten myself but the bathroom could have used a thorough cleaning and updates. Then we found a flea on one of the beds.

Hotel was OK, but there were a bit too much of activity around the property, that did not contribute to the feeling of personal safety, or safety of the parked vehicle. To be fair, nothing had happened to the vehicles, so it was just a feeling of being unsafe. Otherwise, clean, nice hotel.

The breakfast room television would not, could not be changed from Fox News. According to staff, that's Best Western corporate policy. We will never stay at another Best Western, ever again.

Everything was fine for my two stays on 6/11 and 6/13 except that on the the morning after the first night I could not get the shower to work because the part that converts the spout water to the shower was missing. I had to take a splash bath to be in time for my morning appointment. On the morning after the second night I had to really pull hard on the handle that converts the water to a shower and the cold was hot and the hot was cold. On both occasions I pointed these problems out to the desk and they apologized and said they would fix them.

We just needed an affordable stay for our weekend to nova. This hotel served its purpose. Free breakfast was standard and convenient. Bed was comfortable and clean. Hot water never ran out. Carpet pretty dingy but we didn't care.

I had to stay four nights and the price was excellent. I really enjoyed the exercise room and the hot breakfast room. The beds were very comfortable. My experience was pleasing.

Stay periodically to visit grandchildren. Staff is great. Constance figured how to get captions on my I-Pad. I was thoroughly impressed. :) Beds are comfortable, towels are on the soft side. The scrambled eggs and bacon are actually hot! Kudos people!

I was in for an extended stay, 11 nights. After the first day I asked that the shower head be replaced. I had to stand against the wall under the shower in order for it to drip down on me. The refrigerator on the lowest setting froze everything solid, I asked for a replacement. On the third day I asked for some extra towels as I had puddles in the bathroom, the toilet was leaking. They finally moved me to another room, which was not pleasant as I was there a while and had unpacked everything for a long stay. Everyone was very pleasant and nice.

Toilet broken, door inside covered with some random bodily fluid, etc...No maintenance showed up after 2 days moved rooms, to a dirty room not made up by housekeeping, moved again to another room, front desk staff is trying but they get no support from greedy owner who willnot invest in maintenance. Stay elsewhere...
