    Everything was good. Melinda the bartender was so homie, welcoming and friendly. She made the stay wonderful. They lost stars with me due to my last day and my ac stopped working. The maintenance worker came and didn’t even care to fix it and tried to act like I didn’t know what I was speaking on. I spoke with management who offered me extra points but it didn’t change the fact I got dressed and ready in a hot room and left sweaty.

    The air conditioner was loud, the iron was old and kept leaking out water, the remote wouldn’t work decent unless you turned it up to at least 55. The telephone didn’t work for me to call the front desk, I had to go into another room that room service was cleaning to call front desk.

    The price was certainly right. All the staff was courteous and respectful. Room was a typical room with 2 queens. Cleaned every day. Nice bar area. They do charge for overnight parking. When I need to stay in the area again I will definitely stay here vs others nearby. Highly recommend.

    Great location. Near interstate to allow for east travel BUT very quiet. Staff are amazing. As is food in all venues. Have stayed all over town as we visit frequently and have decided this will be our future home base.

    This hotel was everything I expected. The rooms are spacious and clean. Housekeeping was there every day. The bathroom was a nice size, IF you like hot water when showering you will be a happy camper. I enjoyed the stay. The hallways were quiet and the hotel actually smelled good. The food I didn't have but there were options. The pool looked amazing my time ran out so I wasn't able to get to the pool as planned. I was able to get to the bar and have a drink the bar tender Blaine was an attentive server, and my drink was so good. I will return. Oh yeah there is a 20.00 daily parking charge so bring extra funds for that.

    Staff were great. Club level was down. Room was cleaned, but fixtures were worn, tiles were chipped and broken, a/c unit was loud and clunky. Mostly just general disrepair.

    The room was covered in hair the door on the shower and to the balcony were EXTREMELY hard to open. The shower drained poorly to a point only one person could shower at a time having to wait an hour or more for the shower to drain.

    The hotel is nice and clean, but somehow I was given the key to a room that was already occupied. They said it was not showing up as occupied in their system, but the bed was not made, dirty towels in the bathroom, pocket change on night stand, iron still plugged into the wall. I knew something was off when my key couldn't acces the floor my room was on, when I went to front desk the women working couldn't figure out why. I manage to get up there, while someone else was going up. When I entered the room, I was taken back. Called guests service the guy who helped was apologetic, changed my room and gave breakfast voucher. Unfortunately these vouchers only allow you one basic breakfast everything else on the menu you have to pay for, so if you want an omelet forget it, smh. I enjoyed the location, I will give them another try. Just be sure to confirm your room is empty 😂 when they give you the key. Overall it was a nice stay.

    Extremely disappointed with my stay. The room had roaches, which made it feel very unsanitary and uncomfortable. Reported it to front desk was moved to another in which the toilet was clogged and clearly had not been properly checked before guests arrived. I was also frustrated to find out there was no complimentary breakfast — instead, breakfast cost $26 per person, which was overpriced for what was offered. To make matters worse, parking was an additional $20 per night. With all the extra fees and poor room conditions, this stay was not worth the money at all. I would not recommend staying here.

    Staff was polite, no issue there. The property needs some major TLC. You can tell it hasn’t been kept up with from the outside to the rooms. The headboard in my room had stains, the walls had stains.. the bathroom had gross stuff in the corners. My bed had weird black debris on it also hair and stains on the pillow cases and sheets.. beds were hard as a rock! Paying for parking there is a rip off, it should be free. Not $20 a night.. I can see why it was $100 a night when we booked. Will not be returning. Also the pictures on here are misleading its not that nice and clean looking.

    Saturday night was a nightmare. Bass and sound kicked up enough at 1:30 AM that it woke me up. Called downstairs and I was supposed to know where the noise was emanating from...figure out it was from the party/ballroom, but suffered until 2:30 AM when it was over. How is no one checking the sound and moderating it? Property was clean, I think the rooms have been updated, but there is only so much you an do with a 5 story mid-00's atrium, lol, which dates the property, but not a big deal. Will not be back, unless I make friends with someone partying at a wedding until 2:30! Pool is large, lovely, towel service is inside the pool entrance. Not loving $21/night to park in an asphalt lot. Ice machines are on non-sequential floors (2 & 3, but there are 6 floors? Maybe floor 6, which is fancier has it's own?)

    Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms and Hotel are a bit dated but clean. The phone in my room didn’t work so I had to walk to the front desk if I needed anything. The tub drain was probably clogged, water drained very slowly. Breakfast was pretty basic

    The room was dirty. They changed the initial room because it was dirty and uncompleted by housekeeping, and the new room still had garbage. It had weed, cigarettes, and trash from marijuana gummies in the bathroom. Definitely a bad service. The front desk guy was extremely, extremely rude. Bad experience. Good hotel; it could have better service.

    The hotel was like an abandoned warehouse: at first, i thought maybe it had gone bankrupt. But there was someone at the desk, and she did check me in. Room 513 was a nice enough room but not the upgrade i should have been given as a Bonvoy elite member. Toilet didn"t flush, elevator stopped between floors, andmsid banged on the door at 9 am, half an hoir before my alarm. And terrible location in a business park. Typical marriott hospitality,if you know what i mean.

    Due to the terrible pillows, a couple questionable spots on my towel, signs aging on the building exterior and the way the parking lot is set up, I had to take at least one star off. Otherwise, the staff is kind the water and the shower stays hot and the room smelled clean and the size of the room and bed were impressive. For what my wife and I paid, I'm not upset.

    First room the AC was broken. Got moved to a new room. The refrigerator was missing the rack to hold cans so you could only put three drinks in it. The light in the shower was out, they did fix it very fast. There was half a roll of toilet paper and no spare rolls. It was weird to have to request toilet paper. Overall staff were nice but the daily upkeep of the rooms was superficial at best.

    The room was fine-- clean, comfortable, good temperature, though the shower pressure wasn't great. What got me was the lack of service almost everywhere. My room wasn't ready when I got there at 3:15pm, so I had to downgrade to a different room just so I didn't have to wait any longer (they "weren't sure" when my room would be ready). So I change into my bathing suit to head out to the pool, and decide to grab a quick drink from the bar to enjoy poolside. It's about 3:30pm, and there is no bartender to be found. I'm told by others at the bar that they had been waiting about 15 minutes for the bartender to come back and either give them their checks or another drink, but that the bartender seemed annoyed with all these "last minute" drink orders already when it was only 3:00 when they ordered. I waited about 10 minutes and decided just to grab a drink from the little market, but there's no one working there either. I gave up on the drink and enjoyed the pool for a bit. The next morning I go to get a coffee at Starbucks, and the person at the register couldn't even bother to say good morning, they just stared at me like I was an inconvenience. Never did see anyone working the bar or the market register. But they had someone at my room door at promptly 9am asking when I was leaving, though check out wasn't until noon. Not the experience I expected from the Sheraton, and will probably not stay again if it is such an inconvenience to have customers.

    Overall, this was a positive hotel experience. The lobby was clean and stylish. Check-in staff were courteous and helpful. We were given a free upgrade to the club floor, which was very quiet, a nice perk for a restful night. The beds were comfortable. I had ground hats for cleanliness because a couple of small things in the room were not cleaned well, like drink rings on the dresser and something had been spilled on the small table in the room from a previous guest and was not cleaned before we arrived. The hotel breakfast was good, if not overpriced. Portions were huge, so sharing is suggested.

    He told us that 3rd party bookings did not occur there. We were left without a hotel and had to scramble to find another one. In the morning - we noticed that the hotel had charged us the entire amount for 2 nights. (funny because didnt he say we did not have a reservation.. they howd you get my credit card number to process payment) It then was a battle between expedia and the hotel - the hotel said that they did have our reservation and that we checked in. They asked us to wait to a couple hours until the cleaning staff checked the room, to ensure we did not check in... Absolutely unacceptable. We are traveling, and you held our money and then treated us like we were lying. Expedia and the hotel were awful. How do you treat people like that, and then ask them to wait for their money back.. its now 2 days later, and our money is still not returned to us.

    the room was okay but i wanted a balcony that i would be able to sit and the only have enough room to barley stand outside im not even sure how that counts as a balcony it like a window edge and i did like how the hootel was only accessible for people who stayed there the place was kind of a rip off when booking it says BREAKFAST INCLUDED NOTTTT the breakfast was not included and how they scammed you is you make a plate and then tell you oh its 26 a person!! also, the club lounge was so nasty and not cleaned up there was mold inn the coffee maker no one was even in the lounge to make you a drink it's like why I even got a club room if nothing was available. I actually cleaned it up for them because I'm not staying somewhere nasty my pillowcases I don't think were even replaced cause there was makeup on them I asked for a replacement and last but not least THE HOT TUB WAS NASTY! Akid pooped in it the water was dirty and brown.

    Room had no soap. Not a small bar of soap or shower gel. No conditioner. Went to front desk and asked that housekeeping send some up while we went to dinner. Got back and still no soap. Called and cannot get a person on the phone. Called from my cell, from the room phone, called the emergency number and the phone just loops back to Press 1 to speak to someone and it goes on and on for 30 minutes. Ended up going down to the front desk in my pajamas and had to refuse to leave until I got soap for my room. Poison ivy growing right by the front sidewalk, the sidewalk was all broken up and a huge trip hazard. The landscape looks like a total disaster. This place is a train wreck!

    I stayed 4 nights in this hotel and it wasn’t anything like my experience in Nov when I also stayed there and had a great time. First of all my bedsheet had a blood stain and looked worn, I requested to have it changed but no response till I left. Then my toilet clogged and even though I reported it three times to the front desk, it took them almost 14 hours to come and fix it . I complained and requested to have my room changed but was told the hotel was full and I would be on a waitlist and of course they never called me. The offered me a complimentary breakfast for all my trouble, imagine that! For the traumatic experience of not being able to use my own toilet for over 12 hours. That weekend the hotel was so rowdy perhaps because of spring break but the ladies guest toilet on the ground floor was stinking. This was inexcusable for a hotel of that standard. Needless to say I am extremely disappointed

    Everything was fine. The hotel convenience store sometimes you’re in a rush and just need a water to go and I had to wait in line for 15 min while the one staffed was checking someone in who was having challenges with their reservation. Having a way to grab things faster on your way out would be helpful

    Overall it was good. But there was lack of towels provided. When I called room service, I have to go down to pick up the towels myself at the lobby. No complimentary bottled water provided, or lack thereof. Going out of the parking was annoying as you still need to scan the keycard.

    The air conditioner in the room was so loud that I had to wear earplugs. The Irish restaurant smelled musty, and moderately so; we didn't stay to eat there as planned. They charged 20.00 for parking in an area that doesn't warrant charging to park. I do not recommend staying here.

    I was disappointed that the club lounge was closed for the entirety of our stay, and when we did visit before it closed on the morning of our first stay, we couldn't stay long becuase the heat was turned up so high. The bathrooms in the lobby are lacking maintenance.

    I stay here all the time since I had my class reunion bc the hotel is great & area is in a good spot and yu not to far at all from the mall and food places and I live in Orlando but once I married we live in Ga now previous military family and I always comes back to this hotel to visit but l like it and it’s clean enough for me to stay and the front desk is so nice , friendly , and caring. I will give them a 5/5.

    The room was unacceptable and clearly outdated, with old furniture and an excessively loud air-conditioning unit that made it difficult to rest. Despite raising these issues, the staff refused to offer a different room. The pillows were extremely uncomfortable, further adding to the poor experience. The room was prepared for two people even though there were four of us; I requested additional towels and never received them. The shower water was cold, and the television did not work at all. Overall, this stay failed to meet even basic hospitality standards, and I will not be staying at this property again.

    For starters I was charged for parking that I didn't use because my Son was my transportation. Now the 2nd issue and probably the most important for me the bedding was absolutely horrible! I could have slept better on the ground! Thank goodness I brought my own pillows and blankets because the pillows were as flat as a sheet and the blankets had a horrible odor! This was my husband's first time traveling since he completed his cancer treatments so I wanted to stay at a nicer hotel but we will never stay at a Shearton Hotel again

    I stayed in a Club Level King at the Sheraton Orlando North, and the experience was honestly amazing from start to finish. The room was spotless, spacious, and the king bed was ridiculously comfortable — like “knocked out in 5 minutes” comfortable. Everything in the room felt clean, well-maintained, and upgraded. Even though the Club Lounge wasn’t open during my stay, the staff made up for it with how accommodating and kind they were. Every interaction felt genuine, and they still ensured I had access to everything I needed. The breakfast buffet was delicious — fresh options, great flavor, and a really nice way to start the morning. Definitely exceeded typical hotel breakfast vibes. The hotel itself is quiet, well-kept, and in a perfect location for Maitland/Winter Park. Parking was easy and the property felt safe and peaceful. Overall, my stay was a 5-star experience despite the lounge being closed. The comfort, cleanliness, and standout customer service made it absolutely worth it. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat.

There did happen to be a room available but the front desk lady was just not friendly or welcoming.     Room was nice. There was no soap, no tv remote. Only 1 bottle of water and no coffee or condiments the machine . The staff that brought us soap were super friendly. Didn’t realize we had no coffee until morning. The food at the attached Irish pub was inedible . I was served a Reuben with a slab of fat instead of corned beef. The room was clean and the staff was nice .

    The check-in was terrible. The desk agent who checked me in name is: Leonardo. He was very cold and clip. He had no idea about the conference that I am attending which is at this hotel which included discounted parking. He refused to give me my breakfast vultures which I pre paid for and as I was asking questions about the property, he looked around me said to the person behind me "may I help You?" My room is old and worn, though they are in the process of renovating this hotel. The other desk agents I've interacted with have been cretinous and professional. I spoke with another desk agent and suggested that Leonardo should be talked to about how he interacts with guests. The meeting room our classes are being held in is freezing cold! Another desk agent did give me my breakfast vultures.

    When you walk in your notice a huge stain on the comforter. The bed was hard as a rock. You barely had a balcony and they had a show going on at night and there was no parking for the guests and they where breaking down the event until 2am and that’s all you could hear.

    Absolutely terrible experience. Whatever you do, don’t get a room facing the outdoor AC condensers — the noise is unbearable! Forget about getting any sleep. I booked a king-size bed and instead was given two queens, with the front desk brushing it off because I booked through Expedia. The rooms are old, tired, and outdated, and the bathroom feels straight out of the 1980s. No hand soap by the sink, worn fixtures, and zero attention to detail. The only reason I stayed here was because it was close to my office meeting — never again!

    I had to call the desk everyday for my room to be clean and for the proper amounts of towels, hand towels, and wash cloth. One incident, the staff brought up towels (male staff) and my fiance went to the door. She said the man grabbed he hand and he was unprofessional which made her uncomfortable. We call the front desk. Instead of them acting on our complaint, they told ua to write up a incident report. This is unacceptable to me!

    The bed was very uncomfortable to sleep in on both nights. The pillows were very uncomfortable as well. The remote control was slow when changing channels or viewing services like Netflix and prime video. The black out curtains allowed some light to enter because it wasnt able to close properly. Also the ac unit was set to a low temperature but wasn’t able to cool the room to desired temperature. They said that my room key allowed me access to the parking lot but when I used room key to have access it was denied. Went back to the front desk to fix the issue they said it should take 5 minutes but the issues weren’t resolved. It was my wedding anniversary si my wife and I was disappointed.

    The room was nice. The bed was nice. Bring your own pillows. The pillows are flat. When I booked the room it said one of the features was free breakfast but then told it wasn't included unless you're a "member". The hotel was filled with kids going to some kids hockey tournament so the lobby and hallways were loud & crowded and the kids were running around everywhere and playing hockey in the middle of the lobby. There was only once ice machine that barely worked on a random floor with no signs saying where it was in an entire 6v story hotel. The parking lot system was annoying and shouldn't have cost so much extra.

    The first night when we got to the room the A/C was working and over the night it wasn’t cooling anymore so I woke up during the night many times because it was hot so the first night I was not satisfied with that the other night we were switched to another room and the A/C was working fine but since they had an issue with the A/C I to believe and will most definitely would appreciate if they disconnected some part od the money that I was charged that there was and issue on the hotel end and it wasn’t my fault

    The food was overpriced so we did not eat at the hotel. Replacement of amenities was poor. Had to shower with hand soap as there was no bath gel. Had to request hand gel, toilet paper, wash cloths, and shower gel. Every day was a mystery if they were going to replace was was empty or used!

    The room this time was old, the carpet was very dirty, the bed was terrible and the a/c sounded like a train. I didn’t get any sleep at all and I was very tired.

    I had a good experience overall. The staff were great and very pleasant. The food at the restaurant was fresh and well prepared. Parking was convenient and easy to access. There was a minor issue with the toilet which appeared to loose, not properly sealed. Therefore, there was noticeable, persistent fouled smell in the air. Shower pressure was a bit lackluster but manageable. The pool and hot tub were very refreshing. Thank you.

    This is a very nice hotel, but if you have mobility issues you can wind up a full city block away from an elevator. The hallways are endless. Also, the neighborhood is pretty much an office park and they charge you $20 a night for parking, even though parking in the area is plentiful and not a problem. The beds were very hard and uncomfortable. On the plus side, the hotel is spotless, the rooms are a good size and they're pretty.

    The AC in the first King room were placed in sounded like a literal helicopter. They then said they had no other King bed rooms, so they placed us in a double Queen room. The drains in that room smelled like sewer. It seems like there are a lot of deferred maintenance issues overall at this hotel.

    Not only do you have to pay for parking, you have to pay for breakfast as well if you wanted it. We were woken up by the fire alarm and had to vacate the building without being given any explanation. I won't be staying here again.

    I stayed here for 5 days. It was cleaned daily, but there is definitely a deep clean that needs to be done. Hopefully it was the floor we were on, but the hallway carpet was deeply gross. The shower head had mildew. Maybe it's that I was comparing it to the Sheraton at the Houston airport which I've stayed at quite a few times. Front desk staff were always excellent, which to me is more important so I still give it a 5 star!
