    I made this reservation 3 weeks in advance, and when I got there they didn't have a room for me and were reluctant to even let me use the bathroom after I drove over 3 hours to get there. My friends were staying there, so we just all piled up in one room. It's more like a homeless shelter than a hotel. Don't go.

    had no towels in the room and was told they are “at capacity” so we couldn’t get any towels. sheets had stains and front desk closed at 8pm so we couldn’t get new ones. lobby did not smell good at all. there were a lot of shops nearby.

    The location was the only positive to this hotel. It was disgusting. The amount of pets here was insane. People just hanging outside at all hours, the smell of animal was awful. Not clean at all. There was no toilet even in the room. But guess what, the front desk closes at 4 so to bad if you need anything. We left the next morning at 7 and the front desk was still closed. I would not stay here period.

    The only reason they didn’t have another available room was because they didn’t have anyone available to clean the rooms. So they do not have enough staff. Overall one of the worst hotels I’ve stayed in. The lady at check in was sweet and understanding and was doing her best to help us. The lady at the check out wasn’t even at the desk, she was outside conversating with two other people and I had to go outside the hotel to get help with checking out.

    This was by far the nastiest place I have ever been in. There was dog feces everywhere outside the entrance. The smell was atrocious inside and out. The first floor reeked of dog poop. The elevator didn’t work half the time. The lock on the door was broken. My bathroom door had huge holes broken thru it. The floor was so sticky with dirt. I DO have photos. This place should be closed. The only plus were the two front desk employees who were kind. If I could have found another hotel that late I would have. We were there for a funeral and only stayed one night of our two nights stay. Room 212. Truly it was a nauseating place to stay and the board of health should be informed.

    Nothing Everything,had to call the Police on the HOTEL STAFF/ MANAGER.. Floors were so dirty and disgusting that they clearly are NOT being washed. Fridge would not get cold,had to keep moving my food and drinks into freezer and back,TV had a issue where a pop up kept going around the screen every 3 minutes Every channel so TV was not a option.Manager Lee and Manager Sunny very unprofessional,no communications between staff and management....they say 1 thing yet expect to then change what they said and tried to blame me( very Unprofessional) Will get your floor cleaned up NEVER HAPPENED.Will swap out your Fridge NEVER HAPPENED They knew the room had a bad microwave,yet wait till after I arrive to switch it out? Lee stated he would fix the issues and instead because that night the guest above me kept me up half the night walking loudly around on the floor,boom,boom,boom over and over and over and over get it now!!! Only after reaching out to Police and bookings.com was there any offer of a Room change and at that point it's to late for THAT AS WELL. Woodspring Suites never offered another room until after I reached out to You bookings and they lied to your representative claiming they offered another room and I declined,Grrrrrrr that is a Bold face LIE 100%. They then called the Police on me and claimed Disorderly contact yet I never had a face to face conversation so even though I chose to stay in the original room,they sent someone to my room to ask me again if I was checking out? Why would they do this? To make a false claim of disorderly conduct,they were trying to falsely get me kicked out.BIG BIG MISTAKE,I WILL be contacting a ATTORNEY/ LAWYER over this HOTEL.

    The staff at check in were friendly EXTREMELY DIRTY. Mold on the window sill, the floors in our room were sticky and had black sections of caked on dirt. Toothpaste on the door stopper, painters tape trying to hold an outlet on, the bathroom door didn’t even close, splatters of things that have been spilled on the walls. It was absolutely awful. We checked in at 3, put our stuff in the room and didn’t return until 11:30 so we didn’t have a chance to look over the room before we left. Had we done that, we wouldn’t have even stayed.

    Everything... there was 3 of us staying in the double queen room. The bathroom only had 2 sets of towels and when we asked for one more towel the night front desk said "no, you know the rules." We asked what that meant and she said they only cleaned the room every 2 weeks! We were only staying one night! Would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

    Door key not working,ugggh! That's never O.K. The back and forth and feeling stuck...was not a good experience for me. First given a room,only to open the door and find it looking occupied,partied in...not happy again,back and forth....please correct this. 2nd room had no TV remote...who,s checking a room for reservation without actually checking it or checking it off The List.....put yourself in a guests shoes and realize it's not necessary to subject a guest to all this back and forth,only to then have your door key Not Work.

    There were roaches everywhere honestly and the amount of marijuana smell throughout the hotel all night was kind of alarming. I’m pretty sure there were drug deals that went on most of the evening were also alarming. The phone to get in the door cause the lobby window closed at 4 pm, I was never made aware that it did, so when i got to the hotel to check in and use the lobby phone it didn’t work at all, luckily the lady that checked us in was close and seen we needed assistance to get inside to check in. And while they had Terminex come out and spray and put a white residue powder down for the bugs, there were still plenty crawling around on most of the items in the room.

    Absolutely disgusting!! Worst hotel ive ever stayed in my life. Keep driving do not stop here. Hotel has more dogs in it than people. Dogs barking un the room across from us.Our room smells like dirty dog. Bath towels have stains. The blinds are yellow stained from cigarettes. Nasty nasty nasty. Itching all night. If it wasnt so late and need to sleep for work tomorrow we would leave. People out side using drugs just sitting in their cars. Does not feel safe. My dad put the refrigerator in front of the door just in case someone tries to break in and rob us. This hotel has alot of people living in it permanently. Trust me DO NOT STAY HERE!! you are better off sleeping in your car far away from here

    Terrible. The area itself leaves a lot to be desired. We still decided to check in as it was later in the day and we were exhausted. The girl behind the counter charged me twice for the room because she couldn’t figure out how to check us in. People were steady coming in and out. We finally got to the room after being bothered for money in the hallway from a “guest” and it wreaked of smoke. We immediately checked out and left. No refund despite not staying.

    The lady at check in was super nice and that’s the only good thing I can say. I did not feel safe here with my children. There were people outside the hotel doing drugs in the open right by the door to get in, no regard for anyone. Staff did not say or do anything. Parties all night long, constant noise. People are obviously living here. Roaches on the wall. Mold on the ceilings that made the smell awful. Hole punched through our bathroom door. Would not provide a hair dryer or an extra pillow for my handicap mother to get comfortable in the bed, which was way too high and a very cheap, uncomfortable bed. The smell in the room is absolutely awful from the mold. Some type of burns all over the floor. Broken blinds with no curtains so shady people can look in on you while they’re outside smoking w**d. I’ve stayed in hundreds of hotels and this was by far the worst.

    There was as stain on the covers of the mattress. Some of the towels had some hair on it before we even used them. The top of the fridge had dust and debris and a couple of leaves. The icing on the cake was the live cockroach we seen on the wall on our second night.

    The property itself was ok and the staff was friendly, but there was a shooting the first day we were there and the doors were locked out after that and even with our key we couldnt get in. We had to call people to let us in or wait until someone came out to let us in, which was very inconvenient.It seemed more like a halfway house than a hotel.

    Our room was clean but we had no towels when we called in the evening they had ro wash some and took until morning to get some. Our toilet was slow to drain after using which isnt great. Blinds in the room were broken and dirty, no curtain to close to block out light and the ac/heater slates were dirty. (That was the only thing dirty in the room).

    I instantly regretted not spending more for the stay but I was looking for some place that could accommodate for parking a large tractor trailer close by. It was fine to just have a place to sleep and shower, but if you're used to staying somewhere kind of nice... this is not the place. Fresh coat of paint is the minimum needed to cover the spots where there is no paint, once you get past the black moldy spots on the ceiling in the bathroom and all the hair stuck on the lampshades. Some new bedsheets and covers would be nice as its not nice to see spots and stains of previous guests. The positive thing is that the bathroom was clean, shower looked like it was newly fitted and the mattress was comfortable.

    There was a big party outside. The first floor smelled like smoke throughout the office. The rooms are outdated, broken blinds, and old furniture. I had another family that supposed to stay but I told them no because I was too embarrassed that I chose this place. It was like living in the projects.

    As soon as you walked into the lobby, you could smell cigarette smoke, even though we though it was a smoke free facility. There was a friendly man that checked us in at 6 pm. I went to the car to get our suitcases and when we came back, the window for check in was closed. When we got to our room, it smelled like smoke. There was a cigarette burn on the toilet seat. There was a cockroach on the ceiling, and later that night, one in the bathroom. We asked to change rooms but the hotel was all booked. The TV remote was broken. There were no hand towels. And no one answered the phone number at the front desk for assistance. There was so much noise inside and outside that we didn’t sleep well. The cleanliness and upkeep of the hotel was not good. When we checked out or tried to check out in the morning, the front desk window was still closed. We have stayed at other Woodspring hotels that have been well cared for, but we will not stay at this one again.

    I liked the area.. around all the good food.. and I don’t like how if someone is working all day and is gone before office opens and comes back when office is closed how can they get the necessities they need ? I needed tissue after a long day at work and was told by the staff I would have to wait until office opens . Unacceptable in my opinion

    The property on the inside is clean and very nice, the outside of the property is a nice area besides the junked vehicles in the parking lot, and the homeless area across the street full of trash. Other than that i have nothing but great things to say about this hotel all around.

    The smoke alarms inside the room are really touchy my husband and I don’t smoke but even just spraying febreeze in the room sets it off. That set ours off twice and it doesn’t stop until a staff member resets it and the fire department comes every time which is extremely inconvenient.

    Got here and no one was at the front desk called number twice no answer. Called another number guy answered said he’d be down in a minute took him about 10 min to get downstairs. When he got downstairs said he left his key upstairs so had to wait even longer. Finally got started with check in process he couldn’t log in called someone for help he had him on speaker guy he called said he’s sleeping ask someone else. He calls some one else they didn’t answer so he finally checks me in and sends me on my way. Place smells and is dirty.

    The woman at the front desk was extremely nice and helpful. Unfortunately within an hour of checking in, I sat down to eat and a cockroach crawled out from behind the kitchenette area and across the counter. The rest of the room appeared to be pretty clean, but that ruined it for me. And the noise from outside the room was insane. Definitely not a place I would stay again based on the cockroaches and inability to get any sleep from the noise.

    The cable did not work and they would not fix it. The room had a weird smell. Woke up on roaches crawling on the counter of the kitchenette. Offered to put me in another room but could not guarantee that room would not have roaches.

    We checked in. Saw sketchy people everywhere. Walked in to the hall and the cigarette and weed smell was overwhelming. Room was grundgy, pieces of the vent fan in the bathroom were on the counter with no shower curtain present. We immediately left and stayed somewhere else. We forfeited the $100, figure this place needs it more than we do. We should've known better.

    It was so disgusting didn't even go in the room. Guy at front desk was drinking a beer during check in. The parking lot has a lot of shady activity, trash running over. Residents of property warned us that car get broken in to on a regular and no cameras on property.

    While the outside of the hotel looks fairly new, the inside is a different story. The rugs need a deep-cleaning, and the rooms could all use a refresh. We had issues with our key cards upon arriving at our room. The front desk clerk had to come up to reset the door lock, and we were glad she did. The room smelled of tobacco smoke, so her being there to witness it could prove we were not responsible. The elevator was questionable at best, and the front desk closed completely overnight. If you are checking out early, there is no one to leave the key cards with, and no Dropbox.

    They ran out of toilet paper and when I called and asked when they would get more the lady said “idk” asked if I would get reimbursed for buying my own and she said very rudely “ma’am by policy we are not required to provide that for you” so you are telling me I spent $486 for 7 nights for me to have to buy my own toiletries. That is normally included in the hotel stay. Asked about towel and they told me I’d have to bring my old towels down and exchange them for mew ones instead of just giving me new ones. Called to talk to the manager and the lady at the desk said the manager was in a meeting and said she would have them call me back. They never did. How can a manger of a company not care enough about the customer to give them a call to address the situation and try to make it right. Felt like the manager didn’t care and brushed it off and pushed it to the side and didn’t make it a priority to make sure customers were taken care of. I will not be coming back to the location ever again. Terrible customer service and managers are to set an example for the employees and seeing as they didn’t even have the decency to reach back out to me and make it right. I will not recommend yall to anyone ever

    We tried checking in and the front desk had a window covering it. A guy smoking inside said he could help us get checked in. The entire property was dirty. There were a million piles of dog poop int he grass and trash everywhere. Inside was equally gross. There were stains on the walls and in the elevator. The carpet was severe stained in the hallways. The entire building constantly smelled like cigarettes. The rooms had VERY thin ceilings and we could hear our upstairs neighbors alllll day and night. The floors were sticky when we got there and the drawers in the kitchen were sticky on the inside. There was always dogs running around off leash out side. It was such an uncomfortable stay for me as a young woman. I would never stay there without someone else with me as the other guests often seemed high and sometimes aggressive.

    Do NOT stay here! This is a full blown extended stay hotel, as in, people are living here. It is dirty! It smells! Rooms are probably as clean as they are ever going to get them. There was mold in the bathroom. And the smell coming from the window AC unit clearly smelled like mold. The doors are open to the public so the "lobby" had homeless people sitting on the floor charging their phones. Dogs are allowed and you can smell it. The pictures are NOT what this property actually looks like.

    It was infested with druggies, couldnt go to the elevator without someone asking if i needed any drugs. The smell in the lobby of the rooms were decayed and molded. This is the worst hotel i have ever been too. There eas pubic hair in my shower and roaches in my room. I am infumating my luggage the moment i return home. We were promisrd s non smoking room and the moment we walked in it smelled like a bar full of cigarettes.

    The only thing that was disappointing was the amount of noise around and in the property when 9:00 pm was the "quite time". I would have to sleep with headphones and music every night because there was so much noise by tenants as well as outside parking lot noise going on ALL night long which was stressful.

    I only stayed two nights. The first night there was a loud fight in the back parking lot, which the front desk clerk had to deal with. The floor in my room was not clean and made my bare feet dirty. Some of the staff seemed nice. Other than the dirty floor, my room was clean and comfortable. I will not stay here again however.
