One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in long time! The staff were super friendly and helpful, room was very clean, and breakfast was top notch for a free continental breakfast. Highly recommend!

I liked that the property was clean. I did not like that I booked and paid for a two-bedroom, two-bathroom suite, yet was put in a one-bedroom suite. I was told by the sales manager that it was Booking.com’s fault, even though the information on my reservation was correct. I was then told they could not accommodate what I had paid for and that I could pay for another room at a discounted rate—which is absurd. I was also told I could speak to the general manager on Friday, but he wasn’t there on Friday or Saturday. I did not receive a discount or any form of compensation. Safe to say, I will never stay there again. The beds are also extremely low to the ground and uncomfortable. Very disappointed—especially considering they are a new property.
