The pool is inoperable The hot tub is inoperable Had to change rooms 3 times due to smell of pet urine

The room was very musty and upon inspection the bed was dirty with quite visible stains on the sheets, mattress pad and the mattress. I was offered a new room and I denied that request. I was also denied a refund with no explanation from either Quality Inn or Expedia.

Half the outlets did not work. Only light I could get to work was the bathroom lights. Finishes are pretty beat up looking by past tenants. Overall it gets the job done but if you can afford to pay an extra 20-30 bucks each night stay somewhere else.
