Location and staff are good Ac was not working in my room and the window was not open it is sealed a bit suffocating

Place was clean and comfortable. Not having smart TV and set-top box was not even paid for all channels, only few hindi channels were there that's it. No service boy available. Can improve breakfast items. Mini Fridge was not cooling things. Wash basin was clogging. Inspite of informing staff no action was taken.

I had a wonderful experience at Blooms Hotel. The property is absolutely beautiful and impeccably clean. Every member of the staff, including the security team, was incredibly helpful and welcoming. Their hospitality truly made a difference in my stay. I genuinely love this property and will definitely choose Blooms again in the future. Highly recommended! Absolutely nothing to complain about—everything was perfect! From the cleanliness to the service, every detail was spot on. The entire experience was awesome and truly exceeded expectations. Can’t wait to come back!
