Nothing!!! When i got there the person that checked me in was more interested in playing his game on the phone than helping me!! The room was dirty!! I asked for a non smoking room and the room smelled like cigarettes. It was very loud at night and it smelled like marihuana all night. The towels were not white they were gray and stained. The bed had stains as well. The location was bad. When I asked the person in the front for a refund for the other nights he laughed at me and said "no refund". I would never stayed in a "super 8" motel. There is nothing super about it!

The rooms were clean and comfortable. Very convenient to shopping plazas and restaurants. There wasn’t much not to like about the property. Most noise came from the gas station in front of the hotel, which can’t be helped. Other than that it was a better stay than most hotels I’ve used around Macon.

The staff woke us up at 230 in the morning to service a toilet..there was no microwave in the room..the TV was partially broken..and even after waking us up in yhe middle of the night..the housekeeping crew woke us back up again at 9am for no reason

Location The pictures online were absolutely not an accurate depiction of what the place actually looked like. The floor was disgustingly dirty, it was noisy, and the curtains let too much light in.

Bed was to hard. People next door hanging out all night drinking, smoking weed, & talking loud like they were at a party. Drug addicts & homeless people asking for money. Was very uncomfortable. Will never stay there again!!!!

The pictures advertised were most certainly not the room we stayed in. The Cockroach that greeted us at the door was polite enough to scurry away when we turned the lights on, but we didn’t sleep well, even with him pulling all night security.

Booked a smoking room which they Don’t have. We asked for a chair so we could have somewhere to sit while smoking outside. They said No! Spending the entire weekend fixing the toilet after each use and sitting on the ground outside to smoke was horrible.

I actually checked in on 3-23-26 , due to death in the family, I was traveling from Florida. This is my go to Hotel. Jennifer is super sweet. Thank you Jennifer for you kindness and understanding. Always the best !

Not much it was a clean room for 50.00 The homeless dudes that asked me for cash every time I went to my car..

The beds were extremely comfortable. The breakfast was very tasty. Easy ability to park at your room door. Even though the beds were extremely comfortable, however, I'm only 5ft 2 and the beds sit really high up, so I had a little bit of issues getting in and out of bed. Not that we needed them but there was no iron or ironing board. And we left the do not disturb placard on the door but the maid service still came in and cleaned.

We had to change rooms, first room was smelly and tv didn't work, I guess the attendant on duty that night thought I was just a crackhead and would accept any room regardless of its condition, second room smell wasn't as bad as the first room, but my wife ended up with bites on her legs and their was a huge possibly cockroach in the room. It was the WORSE room I've ever stayed in!!!

Just stayed the night while traveling. For the price, this was a great stop. No complaints. Bed comfortable and shower was hot. Breakfast was good considering the place was not busy.

They were very rude. There was so much people fighting, screaming at each other, drug deals, had no handicap rooms unless we wanted NO TV. Bed blankets were FILTHY.. When I arrived at the property they had given away the room that I reserved. The lady at the desk told me to call Expedia and they would refund my money since my room was not available. I have reached out to Expedia twice to have them reach out to the property but magically they never answer when Expedia calls but they answer every time I call so I still have not received my money back.

My husband booked the room and was called away for work reasons and had to come in late and leave early. He call to have his points added and the gentleman the office hung up on him two times. Four days they didn’t come by for towels or mind to check. And on checking the room was full of dust and we were placed right below a room that was being remodeled.

I actually was unable to stay there. When i arrived at 8 pm. I was then told they gave my room away. The staff was friendly. It looked like it was going to be okay. They have outside steps. I don't like that. Sadly they gave my room away. I had to quickly find another place to stay. I was tired and hungry. I recommend calling and make sure you still have a room.

It was terrible. We get here and there is no WiFi and I have small kids that have ipads and have to have WiFi. The rooms were hot and didn’t feel like they were cooling off at all therefore no one was able to sleep

What a nice accommodation, and was pleasantly surprised with the breakfast type too. The employees were very cordial and solicitous to all our needs. We will definitely use this hotel again someday if we need a room. Thank you!

First off it’s impossible to find, no signs, behind another hotel. Place was gross, room #1 had food(?) or something stuck all over floor. Room #2 was NASTY, smelled like piss, holes in the wall, roaches. We picked up keys early and they did say rooms were not cleaned yet, but when we returned at 2 am all they did was make the beds. I literally wouldn’t brush my teeth in the room and went to a truck stop instead. We ended up sleeping in our clothes ON TOP of covers for a couple hours because we had too before leaving early am. If you booked a stay here and can’t find it, do yourself a favor and keep driving.

There was no Wi-Fi. The breakfast was practically non-existent. The walkways in front of the rooms had their coat of paint peeling. Our room was clean and spacious. The bathroom was well maintained. On the whole, we had a happy stay there.

This was my absolute worst experience staying in a hotel. The place was filthy. I booked ahead and when I got there I was told that the shower in my room did not work nor did the WiFi work. The service was extremely poor the were unapologetic about the conditions and lack of basic standards. I was running late for work so I stayed despite the unacceptable conditions. When I got to the room the sheets, blanket and curtains had cigarette burns on them. In the area with the cups and coffee pot there was hair and dirt in that area. The towels were dingy and stained. The furniture was filthy. I took pictures and I wish I could upload them. When I checked in I told them that I had a dog and they didn’t say anything except that they needed to put me in a room that accommodated pets. The next day while walking my dog I was stopped and accused of not telling them I had a dog. The girl was rude and told me a had to pay $60 pet fee. I was told they would be able to let me shower in another room but when the time came they didn’t have a room for me to shower in. Nice motel with a good selection of breakfast food. Best part was the shower... Lots of water pressure and a shower head that is plenty high for a tall person.

Both ice machines on the top and bottom floors were broken. The toilet was leaking water all over the floor. Plus, I was told that the suite I booked was unavailable because I paid the price of a normal room online. Just tragic.

The room was very clean but there were roaches at night. The toilet was leaking water from the valve in the back. When I got there they have a bucket right underneath it. The staff was average, the place overall was average, the area was a bit sketchy because of the gas station right in front of it. Overall, this place wasn't too bad for the price.

Scary area. I would not walk far from property. Breakfast was terrible.

The property was great and I will make it my business to stay there again.

The room was fine except for the gaping hole where a smoke detector should be. Will probably choose a different hotel next time.

Would not recommend staying here. First the property does not offer a good vibe (kind of shady) when it comes to stay with your family. There were cockroaches in the rooms. The breakfast was the most terrible part of the stay- welcomed us with a gallon of expired milk. The waffle batter was not coming out of the dispenser. There was nothing else to eat. When the worker came in and tried to shake it , it looked like they never bothered to clean it in years. The person in charge was very very rude. Never ever going back there. Super 8 or Hotels .com should take action against such properties.

The ice maker on both floors were not working. The door did not seal correctly.

Computers were done, most of the time. First room, tv didnt work...i had to asked to be moved. No internet. Know that most was not there fault..but only floors available were 2nd floor.

First off when we walked into the room we immediately checked the sheets and they were dirty had black marks all over them and the pillow case then we noticed roaches crawling all over the room next the toilet water would not stop running we went to let the front desk know it was like she did not care one bit we finally asked like can we get another room that room was a little better but the towels were dirty so we went to buy our own towels and wash rags the floor was not cleaned properly and we had no wifi all night and to make it even worse the room next to mines had us up all night it was different people coming in and out her room all night the area was very sketchy like we fear for our lives and by time we checked in it was already 10pm and every where else was booked up we went the morning at check out to let them know and it was like they didn’t care talking about well the manager not here im am going to have to call him well call him because something has to be done still waiting on a call back just to get an call back couple hours later to tell me they can’t do nothing because they switched our rooms like maam we complain about both rooms nobody offered us to check out and trust we did want to but everything else was booked up so we were stuck in that nasty run down hotel it needs to be called a motel.

Stayed for three hours and then checked out after seeing 4 roaches crawl across the floor, under the bed. I also found a broken crack pipe on the floor next to the nightstand. Comforter was filthy.

Liked the price,but asked for smoking but got a non smoking room with burn holes in comforter, coffee pot was broken, very loud banging at 3 am. room was dirty.

The remodel was well done. Everything felt almost new.

The room I booked didn’t even exist. Before I could even step a foot in my room, the manager stopped me from going in, to ask if i wanted the room treated for pests! The room was filthy and almost everything was broken. Do not stay here unless you enjoy flushing your money down the toilet.

Room was horrible and staff was horrible never going back. Room had roaches, a big hole in the wall and the lamp shade was broken. The towels had hair on them the tub felt like the bottom was going to cave in and someone came into my room while I was gone even though I had the Do not disturb on the door and turnt the air off.

Very dirty place, not worth a penny.

The roaches/ bugs plus the black mold. Some kept calling the phone so we unplugged it.

We were pleased for what we paid for.

We needed to book from the road and saw inaccurate photos and representation of this property. When we arrived there was an 8 foot iron gate around the hotel attempting to keep gang activity out. Despite this in the five minutes we spent here we observed a likely drug deal in the parking lot, got a key card from a plexiglass slot from the exterior of where the lobby is. No one may enter the actual lobby (likely due to safety issues). We opened the door to no working overhead light, a bedbug crawling on the floor and observed filthy cigarette-burned bedding. On the way back to the car several half-clothed men were loitering near our vehicle. DO NOT BOOK HERE! We are STILL awaiting a refund from Expedia.

The shower tub was very moldy. We didn’t even use it because it was nasty.
