There are no utensils available in the studio though they have a stove, microwave and refrigerator. There is no breakfast available, only coffee during limited hours. Staff is not always available in the front and even the on-call phone is not answered. Room was not stocked with basic toilet paper. Its an okay place to stay but please be aware of what to expect. The rooms are not as nice as the photos.

Once again I enjoyed everything about my stay, the rooms are being remodeled for more added comfort. Truly a home away from home i never want to leave its so comfortable pieceful and convenient. Our room had a broken lock and light fixtures dangling from the ceiling. The front desk guy was polite and helpful but had to check with his manager for everything. The room smelled awful(like stale Asian food cooking) the tv remote didn’t work and there was a red stain on the bedding. I’d you are looking for a cheap place to stay it’s cool, but probably not a great place for a family

It was quite, very clean and comfortable, the counter clerk was so nice, it was easy to book, easy check in and check out. It smelled kinda musty and stuffy, like old carpet or something. Needs to be aired out a bit.

You can smell marijuana right when we were walking in the hallway. When we enter the room, its smells mildew and strong air spray or something that gives us headache. The room was spacious but outdated and dirty. Sheet on the pull out couch is obviously not changed. Carpet has stains all over. When i booked the room, it says there will be a free breakfast but the next morning i got up and check there is non, not even a coffee or tea. Even if they had, i wont let my kids eat whatevers in there. I just couldnt back out after checking in around 10pm because my family was driving back up to chicago and we already did 8hrs with 4 kids ages 11 months-10yrs old. We checked out even before 9am. Because im afraid that the kids will be sick if we stay longer there.

The bed that's it! Almost everything, the smell and people are popping up in your room at 1:30am trying to get in definitely a safety issue! Alot of drug addicts and no housekeeping! They're in dire Need of New Management!!!!!!

Location. This room was kinda gross. There was hairball over the floor of the bathroom and carpeting everywhere! We couldn't even walk around without our socks. This was supposed to be a suite with a kitchen. There were no dishes, pots, pants, glasses, utensils, etc! No coffee pot! The lobby was out of coffee. I chose this place because we stayed here several years previously. Obviously under different management. Such a disappointment!!! We would have gone somewhere else except for the fact that it was so late when we actually got in from the concert, and tired from the drive down to Macon.

The room (117) that I stayed in on 3/20/2025 was infested with roaches. I do alot of traveling for work and this is the worst hotel that I have ever stayed in!

I woke up at 4am only to find 6 active cockroaches in my room. Faked a family emergency to leave. Didn’t even ask for my money because it wasn’t worth it. Such a nice staff but a horrible facility.

Location was convenient and the staff was very nice and helpful. Rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. The kitchen area can use an upgrade. No utensils, plates, pots, etc. were in the cabinets.

Absolutely nothing Room was disgusting with blood on the floor and the toilet and sink was stopped up. No smoke detector in the room and a very thin blanket. Customer wasn’t available my whole stay.

The room layout was nice. However there were absolutely no dishes in the kitchen. The toilet was clogged and the tub didn’t drain. When we left in the morning there was no staff around. The reception desk had a metal screen down and no place to return our keys

Everything was so special the place was very clean and the receptionist that night ( I forgt his name) was very courteous and professional. I recommend this hotel to any one who wants to stay in comfortable place.

I am handicapped impaired and had reserved an accessible room. There were no rooms available. They first put us on the 3rd floor with an out of order elevator meaning I would have to walk 3 flights of stairs. The room on the 3rd floor was already occupied so we were giving a room on the 2nd floor. The fire alarm chirped the entire trip because of a dead battery. We replaced the battery with a new battery to no avail. The refrigerator portion did not function even after adjusting the thermostat. The freezer portion froze solid every thing we put in it. It was just ridiculous. We will never stay here again nor will I recommend it to anyone I know

I have stayed here before. This time it was Horrible. You could smell the Marijuana in the hall all day and night. i had to get spray for the roaches. They were in the bed, kitchen and the internet was sporadic. The elevator was not working. it was a horrible experience

It was a nice and roomy hotel. I like the spaciousness for my family. Only thing i had an issue with is the shower was broken and i saw 3 roaches. I didn't like that my children got blamed for am incident that did not involve them that occurred at 2am, when we were actually sleep. The area was quiet and overall it was nice.

They gave away my reservation so I didn’t get to find out. Booked way in advance and was called a few hours before getting to the hotel that someone else decided to extend their stay so our reservation was given to them without so much as a phone call asking if it was okay. Garbage all over when walking to breakfast every morning. Mostly only issues with the room. Disappointed with no fridge and then the size of the one that came. Multi-night stays should have a decent mini fridge. Couldn’t even fit the water bottle provided. Shower was a drizzle and shampoo was labeled hand soap and hand soap was label was scratched off… very confusing so i just bought my own. Phone also did not work in the room and floor must have been dirty cause only time i went barefoot was to shower and lint and dirt was everywhere once i got in. Overall though, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Appreciated that. Still wouldn’t stay again unfortunately. Sorry

Bath fan not working. Toilet seat screws needed tightening. Oven needed cleaning. Found broken glass between oven door and edge below it. Microwave needed cleaning around door inside. Room was comfortable but dated. Appreciated the recliner.

The man at front desk was very nice. The room- No trash can, tried to use the shower and the water shot straight up. Definitely needs updating. Room smelled musty.

The grass and the hedges looked as if they hadn’t been cut in weeks, this is the first time I’ve stayed and the property looked that bad. I do love staying at the hotel because of the large rooms, overall a great stay once again.

Staff was friendly and efficient. Grounds around hotel littered with trash and debris. No parking for trailers or larger vehicles. (Should mention that in description). A lot of construction workers hanging around common area. They were loud, drinking, and swearing. Not a good environment for a family. Good nightly rate, but not worth the trouble. More like a homeless shelter than a hotel.

Because the air conditioning was off, the humidity in the room combined with the lingering smell of weed in the dirty carpet was overwhelming. It was midnight, and we had been driving for hours, and everything was booked, so we did not have a choice but to make do. Truly a disgusting place. Extremely rundown, cabinets were dirty, no trash can, and there was no way that I was letting my kids take a shower in that bathroom. The place needs a complete overhaul.

The room I purchased ( Deluxe Studio, Multiple Beds, Non Smoking) was not available. We were told those rooms have not been available because they were all purchased by a utility crew. Our family had to split up into separate rooms.

Staff was courteous, friendly, efficient. Customers hang around outside and trash the area, Many long term guests. The place is old and tired. Pot smell in the halls most the time.

The rooms were clean and in good condition. The air conditioner/heater was noisy though. The hallways, front desk, lobby, and exterior look dated and worn. Someone was playing loud music from their car in the parking lot around 11pm and I could hear it room on the 3rd floor. The lobby area was very small. The included breakfast was basically coffee, some packages of instant oatmeal, individually plastic-wrapped processed muffins, and some Nature Valley granola bars, displayed on a small counter in the very small lobby.

Camden was wonderful made sure our rooms were together tried to find us a luggage cart (it was pouring rain) when he couldn’t he offered to come out and help us (we got it) rooms were clean and nice sized was able to get a coffee pot for our room we will be more then likely to stay again next year on our way to Florida. Lots of restaurants nearby too so big plus also pretty quite for be so easy on and off I75

breakfast do no exist, coffee, milk and hot water. this hotel need a remodeling. I do not recommended to any body.

It was a convenient stop to sleep and continue to travel the next day.

Just dont stay here

My family and I stayed here at several points in transition from our old place to our new place. Of all the places we stayed at, this was by far the cleanest most accommodating most “like home”experience. The fully functional kitchen and the bed AND sofa bed combo had all four of us comfortable every night. Not to mention that (if they’re available) we got a set of dishes that made cooking a breeze and we only had to add minimal things to make whole meals in our room. They’re pretty big rooms, awesome friendly staff and between Jennifer and Janice, idk who looked out for us more or helped us with answers to our questions during our stay. They’re both so pleasant! We just moved yesterday and got settled in but I’m gonna miss you ladies! Thanks so much for being so accommodating ESA!

Buisness trip for one night. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Good shower No garbage bin in room. No ice machine nor ice trays in freezer. But I’d use this hotel again.

The property was well maintained and the staff couldn’t have been more nice to us. When asking for something they were extremely prompt in getting what we needed. The area had a wide range of restaurants and shopping to go to. The only thing I didn’t like was exactly how far it was to downtown Macon but I knew it was when booking but just not quite how far so can’t blame hotel. When staying in Macon again, I would definitely stay here again if available.

i usually love staying at property but not this time carpet had red stings in several spots … kept smelling and odor find the odor in trash can in a cabinet in kitchen dirty grey underwear….was not happy bout this stay

Things that can be improved are cleanliness of the carpet, it’s way too old, ripped off from many sides. Get it changed. The cooktop is too slow to cook food on it. It takes way to long. And for God sake please have Garbage Disposal in kitchen sinks. Thank you!

I’ve never stayed at an Extended Stay before but this was an absolutely awesome experience. Clean, very very kind and helpful staff, and nice sized rooms! 10/10!

Stayed in room 210. Did not rest easy with the 10 point cleaning process. Checked in to room 210 and the room was not clean. Told the front desk. I was told there were no more double bed rooms. So they would come clean the room. Honestly it looked like it was never touched.

The sink was clogged and the room reeked of cigarettes. Moved us to a new room which was acceptable.

It was run down- kitchen was unusable- no coffee maker-nothing like picture in advert -only stayed one night as part of longer trip

First let me start by saying that the front desk staff are friendly and helpful, but I will not be staying here again. The first stay, the room they gave me had drops of pee on the seat of the toilet and streaks of poop in the toilet. I called the front desk, they came up and verified. Then they upgraded my room for free. The second stay I found 2 dead little roaches in the AC control panel. I didn’t complain or notify anyone because they looked to be dead for awhile, I left the next morning. But this visit a flea was found in my bed. I told the front desk and they called the supervisor. The supervisor stated since they allow pets nothing could be done. So now I sit in my truck because I can’t drive at night and it is 11pm.

Lost my reservation. Tried twice to prove I had one. Had to walk to hotel next door at 3am. Not fun

Cabinet door was broken. Breakfast consisted of a granola bar and coffee. Should not be considered a breakfast at all. Staff was great. But desk closed at 11:00. Extended Stay? One night was more than enough.

Run down and unclean property. Extensive check-in procedure. Requires personal info to access wi-fi. Terms and Condition Agreement to check in. Just what one wants after driving 8 hours. Their idea of "Breakfast" is a granola bar and luke warm coffee. First and last visit to an Extended Stay America property.

We were treated like family by the staff. Even though we arrived late, we called and the representative said "Come on, your room I got your room ready!" Added such a warm feeling and welcome.

Staff was amazing. Bathroom floor was sticky. Residue from the cleaner. Best to clean those floors with water and very little cleaner.

Provided us with a room for the night, a comfy bed to sleep in, and a hot shower. Exactly what we needed.
