Location was perfect, close to downtown, restaurants, and shopping. No ice machine, people in and out all night.Staff was friendly and helpful,had minor issues with tv in the beginning, but they were on it , barely had time to hang up and they were there.

The location close to highway and 12 minutes away from Mercer University The place was very uncomfortable with no security some guy that was also staying there kept trying to proposition me and my daughter for sex creeping out my grandsons watching them on a balcony and when they go back and forth to the car after we constantly ask him to stop bothering us we had to move to another room because the toilet didn't work the TV barely worked and I would rather pay more for somewhere comfortable and family friendly I asked for somewhere to stay with a swimming pool not a pool that did not work I couldn't even get ice it was horrible

PET Friendly with lower PET fee. The front desk person was nice. Rooms need update but bed was Clean and had everything í needed. My Cats were ok there. Good location close to 75.

The 1st room the air didn’t work and the phone was busted. And a creepy guy in the next room. We did switch rooms easily, it was better.

We also couldn’t get into the office the next morning to formally check out. So we left our room key in the room and headed out. A follow-up call to this location confirmed we were ok to leave the room key in our room.

The bed was comfortable and the HVAC temperature was good. The price was right for the room, but the taxes were high. 2 roaches came to visit me at the bathroom. The entrance to the property is near an intersection, so it is awkward to try and get on the main highway.

The staff were super nice but the place was filled with roaches I couldn’t leave ANYTHING out or leave the bathroom light off because when u walk in it’ll be a lot of roaches everywhere but other then that nice cheap place , couch could have washable covers tho I didn’t sit on the couch not once it was rlly nasty looking

The rooms are beautifully decorated and the location was very convenient for travel, all the shops for food are close by, along with access to major highways. The bedroom I was given was infested with bed bugs, which led to my family and I cutting our trip days short, due to the discomfort of the bites and having to get out of there.

Most of the electrical outlets in the room did not work. (3 actually did) There was no remote for the tv. When we asked for one the front desk clerk had to bring it to us, stayed to turn the tv on. Eventually he did leave the remote.

Shabby, pool unavailable, two or three washers broken. Ice machine broken. Vending machine only has drinks and only accepts cash. Room floor seemed dirty. Toilet needed multiple tries to flush.

I called again and told once the sun goes down it would be cooler. I had tooooo much stuff and a pet to relocate. Upon departure i asked to have them reduce my charge. They assured me thry would check with Expedia!

I guess I got what I paid for. It was cheap. The bed was ok, the room was super hot when i got there and with only the little wall unit it took a long time to cool it down. the shower was pretty poor. The outlets were either broken or super finicky. For what i paid it was ok.

The property was ok for the price. Staff member was nice but front desk wasn't always manned. Unfortunately the pool was out of order, which was a shame as that was one of the reasons we booked there. Overall our stay was ok and did the job, but nothing stand out.

No WiFi, no tv, was supposed to come back in an hour or two, never did. AC didn’t work, moved us to another room. Left hotel when my wife realized there was a tick in the bed my infant daughter was sleeping on. Unacceptable that was the last straw

Pool was not open despite being in-season. One of my rooms had bed bugs and roaches. Went to alert front desk and no one would be in until 9:30 am. No one from the hotel reached out to me as of yet. I do not recommend staying.

The front desk staff had a bad, unprofessional attitude (ex: threw my ID down and initially gave us the wrong wifi password). The pool was inoperable. Then, he gave us a room that was in the back and I had my children with me.

The property was very dirty and unsafe feeling, the lobby had a safe room like they frequently get robbed, there are bright lights in the parking lot to prevent car theft but i still felt like my car might get stolen over night, the room itself was ok but the mattresses were stained and disgusting

The air-conditioner vent looked as if it needed cleaned, very dusty.

Clean no frills. Could use coffee pot in room.

No coffee maker in the room or coffee in the lobby (The one time we didn't travel with a coffee maker). There's a Walmart very close by if you want a cheap coffee maker. Many close by places to eat. We will most likely stay here again in the future. No reason not too.

The 2 concrete speed bumps near the entrance, need to have rounded corners to prevent damage to a vehicle's tires.

We were doing an early overnight to break up the drive from Atlanta to Tampa. We are a family of 4. We will absolutely stay here again. It was clean, it was quiet and check in was quick.

Rooms were good for the price. Very spacious with lots of restaurants around. I have no complaints.

If your traveling with Kids do not select this property they don’t want your kids playing and making noise! You would have thought they gave you the room for free or the government paid for how they come knocking on your door to tell you your tv have to be a certain volume level and your kids pretty much have to be silent in the room. When I pay MY money I’ll MAX the volume if I want to because I paid my money to do what i want . You not going to dictate me like my room was for free.

It was fine until the cockroach came out.

We had no heat,there was a gap in the door and cold air came through and you could see outside and the room was filthy.We had to sleep in our clothes and coats on top of the bed because the sheets were dirty!We had to stay because it was 3:30am when we arrived!
