The location was nice and the staff was very friendly It could’ve been a little cleaner but nevertheless it was comfortable.. I’m not use to asking for towels daily they’re are usually in the room once I arrive bk daily.. If you don’t request new towels you don’t get any.. I didn’t realize my fridge wasn’t cooling until I got ready to eat some of the items .. My fault for not checking and notifying someone sooner.. The sink was dripping underneath and eventually started draining at all.. Housekeeping was notified and they said maintenance was already aware of it..

The only thing I liked about the hotel is the location because its by Walmart. The Indian lady at the front desk was very rude and racist . The rooms aren't as clean as they should be ., The pool has locks on it and they wont let your guest sit at the pool or be in it . And the hotel is filled of Indian people living in the hotel . The people constantly stare like you dont belong . I had a very HORRIBLE experience there . I had to leave the hotel !!!!

The stay was quiet, but they need to improve the condition of the rooms—especially the bathrooms, which leave much to be desired. Also, the sheets were not clean; we found hair on them.

The Golden Corral is half a mile away just turn left on Presidential Way and it is right, there. **Of course birds like me but the Black Throated Blue Warbler of Georgia and other song birds were there. I really enjoyed the Convenience of the location to Atlanta as I go to the Georgia Six Flags all the time.

I booked an accessible room. However the hotel gave me a standard room. Said they were booked and didn’t have one for me. Not only not an accessible room but on the second floor with no elevator. Very disappointed in this hotel.

We were just passing through and stopped for the night. One of the best Ramada's we have stayed at. It was clean. The front desk was super nice. The bed was reasonably comfortable and the shower had great water pressure. Would stay here again!

This was a great stopping place on our trip from Florida to Louisville to attend The Kentucky Derby. The facility is clean, quiet, and convenient. We would definitely stay again.

We stopped on our way to Florida because of bad weather. The motel was very reasonable clean and convenient to get to; right off the interstate. The staff was friendly and the room was clean and the bed was really comfortable.

I never stayed the moment I walked in the room there was stains all over the chairs the tables were Dusty the bed sheets were stained it smelled funny the bathroom smelled so I asked to switch to another room and another room was the same I did not get to have my money back and that was a bummer but I was not going to stay in that room please do not waste your time

I am a snowbird and I love the location of this hotel, and the bed and breakfast. The Night Clerk was very helpful too. I make this my go to location because as a snowbird you have to get through Atlanta on a weekend day.

I didn't notice until it was too late to change rooms that the bathtub either was stained or dirty. I was tired and put a towel over the bottom so that I didn't stand in the tub bottom. I did not call the office to report as it was late and I was tired. The room was clean and bed was very comfortable.

Horrible! It would be one thing if it was just run down because you know you get what you pay for. But entering rooms without your knowledge is where I draw the line. Overall bad experience too much to even get into but just know the reviews are TRUE!!!!

I filled out a pre-check-in online and it was for nothing. When I checked in I had to fill out the same paperwork, I had already done previously at the check-in area. What is the point of the pre-check-in!¿!? The door to the room needs to be updated. Light can be seen peaking through (around the frame). And the peephole was distorted as you looked through it.

Overall it is a good place to stay. I didn’t like that lamps were not plugged in. It’s very difficult for me to crawl under the table to plug them in.

Rooms were newly remodeled and are fantastic. But, they are still remodeling the other areas of the facility i.e. pool and it isn't available.

It was a low cost option that I found acceptable for the price. There was visible disrepair around the property, you had to check in through a window outside the building, and there was a noticeable homeless population next door. Those are not complaints or criticisms. When you pay a low cost, you anticipate those types of situations.

This hotel was disgusting. The mattresses were NASTY! I slept in the chair. My door didn’t lock so whenever I left the room, anyone could’ve entered. The heater was dusty. Bathtub was nasty. I contemplated just sleeping in my car. Thats how terrible the room was.

It looked like a science project. The free breakfast was horrible. 3 bananas, old waffle mix and a couple muffins. But what do you want for $50?

We arrived at the hotel to a large dumpster in front, the hotel was clearly under construction and we were the only car in the parking lot, I already did not feel safe, we are 3 older women traveling alone. We had requested adjoining rooms (which we were told we had) and then were told they do not offer adjoining rooms ( although it says they do on Hotel.com). Caution tape was in several spots throughout the property, along with slabs of construction material leaned against the wall in the hallways. The front desk told me they couldn’t process without me giving them a card, I did not give them a card because we were not completing the check in, now I see they charged me for the 2 rooms with the card on file.

bed was not comfortable, bathroom door did not have a door knob but a rag to pull it closed. a dug hole over 2 feet deep next to the sidewalk that did not have a barrier or sign, breakfast had biscuits but no gravy.

The are no amenities available, "breakfast" was a green banana and a cup of coffee, but that's okay. It's a reasonably priced, clean quiet place to stay.

I have recently stayed in the same room 3 different occasions...I have reported the broken safety chain all three times. It still isn't repaired. No ice machines, no available condiments/snacks during after hours, limited soda...just not up to standards.

It is sad to see what has happened to this property and understandably there is an attempt to recover, but it is slow, and staffing is less than what it should be, however, the lower rates for a "clean" nights stay really reflects the staffing shortage, and lack of amenities. I had to transfer to another room because mold was inside the sink and the next room wasn’t clean because the toilet was nasty looking and the furniture wasn’t clean ….i try to give this hotel a chance when I come for business but this the last stay and Money was taking from my account without authorization and I was heavy upset

This property has bed bugs!! Do not stay here. I will not stop until I get a refund. I plan on calling the local TV stations and posting reviews everywhere

Very convenient off the interstate. Very clean. I will say unfortunately we stayed while the gym and pool were being renovated. After a 12 hour drive I was looking forward to a treadmill or swim but the staff were very nice and the massage shower were a great compromise. I will definitely book this establishment again.

The room was clean. They just need to finish renovating the bathroom/toilet area. Hotel staff was nice too! It's been a bugy season everywhere, but it wouldn't hurt to call pest control.

If check is at 11am they are banging on your door at 1030 ask you to check out its really annoying.

Very upset with condition of motel. Bed hard as a rock. Refused pillows needed for room, told none extra though most rooms very empty. Breakfast poor.

Lousy service and bad attitude

Well it was not that good. Our bathroom door wouldn’t close at all. The beds was so hard I couldn’t hardly sleep. And then we was out in the hot sun all day and was so excited to get back to a cool room only to come back and see that they turned our air off completely it was like a sauna in that room. Took almost 3-4 hours to cook down because the air didn’t work that good. Don’t wast your money there we won’t ever be back there

Room beside me 3 men hung out til around 2 am drinking and being loud and then paying a.cash deposit and was informed before hand even thou I had a credit card

It was conveniently located off the highway and right next to a waffle house. The door was locked to the check in office you had to walk up to a window to check in. The room was clean but the bench by the bathroom vanity was ectremely stained up as well as the desk chair. Theres also a 4 inch hole where a former smoke detector was with exposed wires.

We arrived after midnight and didnt have any trouble with checkin. Checkin was fast and easy.I liked that there wasn't any carpeting on our room floor. Very clean room. We could drive up and parked right outside, by our room. Staff was very Friendly. They served breakfast. We were happy a microwave and fridge were in the room.

I just wish the amenities were open. Like the bar they have advertised and the pool. Bed was super comfy, bathroom could use an upgrade, however nice stay.

Quiet and comfy but pool had no water in it even though advertised having an outdoor pool. Breakfast was minimalist but sufficient if you don’t expect a lot. I had to gix the door on the bathroom, the ice machine on the first floor did not work, but attempts at improving property were noticed

Upon making reservations was not notified property was under renovation

Dirty, dirty. Chair and bed cover full of stains. Sheets didn't fit right. Nice lady checking us in but otherwise would never go back.

This motel is in the reconstruction, which is not advertised when you book it. Overpriced for their nonexistent services.

Room smelled like mold. Half of the plug ins did not work. We had no towels and washcloths. The area is a little concerning.

We weren't informed the motel was being remodeled, pool was not available several ice machines did not work. Was very disappointed, my son and I would like to have been able to relax in pool after a 9 hr drive. I was charged a $75 deposit for incedentals. I should charge you the $75 for incedentals as I have reservations for next Friday night also. Very disappointed as I have used Ramada many times in the past and never had a stay like this

We were told there would be a pool, there was a pool there just wasn't any water in it.

Hotels.com overcharged me and would not give a refund. They also would not let me cancel even though they charged me more than what their web site showed for the property. The motel was dirty, we killed a roach. The place was noisy and appeared unsafe.

The website needs to be undated. NONE of the amenities wear open. No restaurant on site, roaches in the room. We had a table without chairs. Wii not be back.

Had to change rooms a few times and still ended up with a room that didn’t have a working AC , room one had bugs, room 2 had flooded bathroom

Not enough plugins but they did get us an another plug. Hair dryer did not work and requested another but never received it. Door to room had a big crack in it so when you close it , you could see it was closing all the way. Killed a roach in the room. Beds was comfortable. No hot water.

If you need an overnight stay it is a good place to stop.

The room could have been cleaner. The hairdryer didn’t work. The bed was great! Expedia was the problem with this reservation. They are not in the business to make the customer happy.
