It's a good place to stay

Location and reasonable Towels was dirty. Tv was damaged. Room had a bad stinch, and was half cleaned. There were also a few roaches. Overall I never had a bad stay except this one time. I really can't complain for the price and convenience. Staff were friendly. I did not like the dog on property without its owner or not on a leash. Overall it was fair.

Roaches in the room, and they no longer serve breakfast even though it was advertised on the website.

Fridge wasn't cold , room smelt like wet dog and mold. No working fire alarm . Chair in room looks like blood all over it. Inch of dust on headboards. Toilet paper was almost empty. No soap , shampoo. If I didn't just drive 16 hours I would have left to try and find something cleaner and we'll kept.

Roaches everywhere the smell of restroom bad the pillows looked yellow, sometimes there was no hot water they wouldnt go clean the room, paint coming off, i wouldnt recommend it, its cheap but just pay the extra money somewhere else

The tv remote didn’t appear to work, so I pushed the power button on the tv, which caused a cockroach (or what appeared to be), to run across the table. Where there is one, there are probably more!

Room was dirty even after being cleaned, room smells like smoke. Someone disable the smoke detector and was smoking in room. Sheets and blanket had stains on them..

The room was filthy. The carpet looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years. The place was infested with roaches. They were in the bed crawling up the walls, swarming in the bathroom floor. The shower curtain was black on the bottom with mold. There was 2 wash clothes, 1 hand towel and a bath mat towel - no bath towel. Some of the lamps had no light bulbs and the shades were cracked and broken. Overall it was a very unhealthy and upsetting stay. Would not recommend this place and very disappointed that Expedia even offered it as a place to stay.

Made reservations online. Called 3 hours before because we were stuck in traffic to make sure it was okay to be late arrival and they assured us it was. Got there 4:00 am and's didn’t have room. Then tried to charge us for a different room for twice as much money. Then demanded cash. Awful looking hotel in a shady area. We left and didn’t stay there. They were trying to take advantage of people evacuating from hurricane. I’m sure they wanted cash to pocket the extra amount. Terrible!! Stay away from this place!!!

Comfy bed

Nothing It was dirty I killed 4 roaches within 30 minutes of being in the room and when I asked for another room he acted like I was tripping… wallpaper falling off the wall sticky carpet. No towels, toilet paper, or tv remote in the room. Last occupants towel still on shower. Everything pointed to they didn’t clean the room before we came. just made the bed and called it ready. Just lazy and disgusting. DO NOT BOOK HERE.

The staff are really nice and it's truly a quiet hotel and we were able the smoke Half the lights didn't work,the shower head was leaking and caused a puddle on the floor,and we got to the two queen rooms and the beds were not as comfortable as the king room, we also had the a/c on 65 and room never got below 73

Nothing The bed bugs were a huge turn off. I dealt with the location cause it's convenient, close to my kids. After spending a couple hundred to clean my body, clothes, car, my belongs, and my pets just to be safe, I should have just stayed at home

The provided facilities were not as represented on your site in any respect except pricing. The insect problem is hazardous as is the condition of some electrical and electronic equipment. There is some resentment of honoring online discount bookings on the part of the operators. Full refunds are legally warranted

No HVAC. No cable TV.Insect infested. Wrong room type. Dysfunctional security. No advertised features present. Staff resentment of online rates. Wi fi unsecured

Although the room was ok, the property is very understaffed,I actually had panhandlers knock on my door begging for money, there is little to no security. I was approached by a prostitute as well. I stayed there because it was in my travel budget for work. But I will NOT be returning

Room was stinky, floor dirty with dead roaches on bathroom floor. No staff available, I booked for two days and and only stayed for one. Booked non smoking room but it smelled like it was a smoking room. I had to book another hotel which was much better.

Cockroaches like I’ve never seen before. This place has made no effort to control them as they were everywhere in my room. Please go somewhere else, this place is real bad inside and out.

You get what you pay for . There was a mix up with our reservation and she made another customer get out of bed to refund and switch our pymts, i felt bad for the other customer

The area is pretty bad. We saw a prositute coming out of one room counting her money. At least the room was clean and it was quiet there on a Friday night.

TV did not work. phone in the room to call the front office did not work. You have to bang on the glass to get anyone to come to the counter as it is behind a glass shield. All doors are locked to enter the lobby. The phone to contact someone in the hallway/lobby entrance is unplugged and broken. I would not recommend this hotel nor will I ever be staying here again.

Property is run down with no apparent maintenance. Room had bad odor. There was no toilet paper. Can't comment about cleanliness. I walked in and out of room.

No water, no TV remote, no AC, only one micro towel for 2 guests 2 nights, no toilet paper, rude manager, maintenance guy smoking pot

I didnt feel safe at all my door was only secured with the door lashed anybody could of just walked in on me you could just open the door without the key I complained to the manager but nothing was do e.

Rough area

The heating did not work.

Travel for business all year long and stay in dozens of hotels. Starting to realize that unless you are spending over $200 for a room, do not expect it to be very clean. The location is good, there is a decent place to eat near by and a gas station. Lots of loud rap music in the parking lot. Not the worst place I have stayed in recently.

The mitel staff were very welcoming and accommodating. The facilities are a little run down due to the overall age of motel, but are currently kept up well.

I was scared I was surrounded by goons on dope . The room was nasty and the phone didn't work this isn't a hotel it's the gutta as a jungle. Swear

They need to update this place. It was overly priced for its condition. I will never stay there again.

Clean no frills hotel!

We were extremely tired. This was the last room to be had in Macon. We had been looking for 2 hours. Check in was easy. “COVID” was the excuse for not having coffee available, to me that is inexcusable to me

Was good

This motel is fine for a 2 star location, and served our family well for the one-night stay. Naturally, it isn't of the same quality as a 4-5 star hotel, but the beds were comfortable and the staff was friendly.

Old hotel. Only stayed because all others on way home from FL were booked. Dirty, hair in bathroom, nightstand wasn’t wiped down, big chips on carpet around bed. Check in was rough..lady asked same question 3 times! Not worth $85!!!!

At first glance the motel seemed nice, they must have recently painted outside. The lady who checked me in and out wad always pleasant. I'm sorry she was both check in and check out. The room seemed worn but ok until I started looking closer. The edges of the room had clearly not been cleaned in a while, everytime I leaned against the sink the particle board came off on the floor and my clothes, the towels had black and blue spots on them, in the morning I noticed nail clippings on the floor and I had not clipped any nails. The pink sheets were off putting, but I hope (fingers crossed) clean. I wasn't going to eat any food, but I looked for the purposes of a review. There were wrapped prepackaged cookies and muffins, and it looked like a juice dispenser and there was a sign that said cereal. The one good thing is that I like a really soft mattress and this is the first motel that's had a good soft, saggy mattress.

It was dirty and very run down. Pick another hotel.
