There are a lot of people living in the hotel. These local people are constantly going in and out making a lot of noise. I wanted a king size bed what I received was a large room with a full or queen size bed. The TV had cable but only a few channels were working. All in all I will never stay at this location again.

They were clean.and the manger was really nice.

I have stayed in many Motel 6 locations, but this location requires a deposit of $35 before they will let you check in. They have a 3pm check in, so if you are in a room, and make another reservation to add more days to your stay, they may make you leave the room at 11am and have no place to stay until you can check in again at 3pm.

The room condition wasn’t the best. Room 101 has a mold spot in the ceiling above the tv. Very run down and is in desperate need of revamping. Revamping the rooms would also bring in better clientele. The man who checked us in was pleasant. Overall the room served its purpose as we only needed to shower and head back home. In the event of emergency again I’d pop in but it’s not very comfortable and don’t think I could comfortably sleep there.

At 10 morning prolonged b 1 day by booking, however 10:30 must go out by work, so asked property back payment, still waiting answer .

The people on the front desk great friendly people. I must say that the location and rooms were terrible. We came in the room and roaches ran everywhere, cigarette burns all over the place. Some guys got into a shootout outside the day I checked in. Overall unsafe, dirty, and nasty place. There was Urine outside on the stairs going up and it smelled so bad floor there was old pee to begin with. It was a tense and scary stay overall! Definitely will not be returning to this location.

When I called, there was nobody to help me directions, I finally got directions from a Great Western Motel where it is, when I arrived, there was no record of my reservation, representative allowed me to access reservation on Yahoo email. It was there. Hours went by, I was exhausted. Room was pretty shoddy. No blankets. Also, your motel sign was not illuminated, which great contributed to my inability to locate motel.

Friendly staff. Shower handle needed to be fixed after normal hours and Mr. Jeff was very helpful in fixing it for us. His wife also offered help. Roaches everywhere in our room. The room was clean but there were roaches crawling everywhere.

They had big dogs running loose in the parking lot the outside parking lot was filthy as well as the room… we checked in on a Saturday Sunday they did not service our room I called down asking for clean towels to be told that housekeeping was not available Monday we called asking for towels they asked if we was a day guest or extended stay I said daily they then tell us that it was up to housekeeping or we can pay to wash their towels , my partner went to the office and they manager looks at him and said well everyone starts as a daily guest and yet they are still here , hotel 6 has always had a high standard of being a reasonable hotel but clean this is not acceptable the staff was rude and had an attitude and it needs to be fixed !!!

Red flag number 1 was the “Narcan available in case of overdose” sticker in the lobby window. Holes in the wall, the floor was dirty. Roaches were present. The outlet was jerked out of the wall. I booked on the app for convenience to the amphitheater, but the pictures and information on the app did not match reality. Hands down the worst experience in a hotel EVER.

I couldn't get extra towels. The room was not what I ordered. They stuck me in a non-smoking room and refused to switch the room. I either had to get a refund or take the room they gave me. Even then the refund would take 2-3days and I still would have to spend more money on a room somewhere else. I felt like that was really disappointing.

I never felt unsafe and i did notice the front desk had security monitors set up to veiw the entire property. Would not recomend staying here due to the unclean rooms

It was a quiet and the bed was clean. Air conditioning was working. The shower did not work, heater was damaged so that the water was super hot. The toilet flush was broken. There were bugs and termites in the room. The premises of the motel were not very clean either, with excrement on the roads.

I feel for them, the room had holes in the walls behind the toilet (which was not even bolted to the floor), it leaked Everytime it was flushed, the sink also had huge holes under it that could be looked thru to the access walkway, the door didn't deadbolt and could be pushed open with my hip, the AC wouldn't stay on and Everytime it kicked off it spewed water all over the floor, this motel 6 would be lucky to be called a motel 2. If you need a cheap place to lay your head I suppose this will do, but I will never stay here again.

This hotel is super sketchy and the rooms are only a small step up from a jail cell. Avoid this hotel at all costs unless you’re a junkie because it seems like that’s who it’s meant for. On the contrast, the other Motel 6 in Macon seemed much more legit and like you’d expect from a Motel 6

This was a dump. The city needs to inspect it, water dripping from the ceiling when the room above used the shower. Toilet tank cover was for a different toilet. Curtains falling off the window. Even the paint job was horrible. Bugs in the bathroom.

The bathroom door was missing the door handle and latch and had a large hole in the middle that someone tried to patch. The bathroom tile was moldy and caulk allover the floor. The outdoor area had someone working on a pick up truck in the parking spaces and had his junk all over the place. There were people just sitting on the hoods of their cars and hanging out. I did not feel safe.The property should be condemmed.

Opened doors turned on light noticed curtains were falling off rod and someone had colored magic marker all over. Turned around and saw roaches scattering on the floor. Immediately left went to office. They said they couldn’t refund my money because I booked thru hotels.com. I left contacted hotels.com and they said they would call motel 6. Received message I could not get a refund. DO NOT STAY HERE. It uninhabitable and should b torn down. I will call the health department. The whole place looked nasty. Shame on hotels.com for not helping me and having this on their website. I will not use their site again. NOW I KNOW why there were hardly any cars there. The customer service was piss poor . Upon arrival we had to wait an hour for the desk person to return from taking her kids home . She was extremely rude and unprofessional . The room was nasty and full of bugs . Tried to get a refund but she refused . Overall stay somewhere else not worth it.

The young lady at the desk is obviously doing the best she can with the lack of care the Motel 6 has for staff and property. Holes in walls, broken lock on door, tiles falling in the bathroom, no cable, roaches, questionable towels, smelled, when we left a man was passed out in the middle of the parking lot. Motel 6....do better!!

People working front desk was sweet but rooms are horrible.I had to sleep with light on to try to prevent roaches from coming out.I couldn’t take a shower because roaches all in the bathroom,the sheets was stained,I slept with all my belongings on the bed.Only good thing about this hotel is location being next door to a great soul food restaurant

I booke twice on the motel 6. The first one when I went to do chek in at 2:00 they say they were behind on the cleaning. That we will have to wait until 3:30. Around that time wen I went they told me that there was no system since 9 a.m. that she can't check me in. Wish I pretty sure it was a lie, because why she didn't told me that at the begining. I went to another motel 6 near by and booke there. The fisrt room was dirty and smell like smoke, the second was a lot of flies and kind of smelling like smoke as well. The third one look fine, sow we started uploading our belonging. When we need to use the restroom we realized the door doesn't close porperty. We call them they send a stranger to the room saying it was maintenance and he said he couldn't fixed. He offer another room which it was the one that have a lot of flies. There customer services was horrible. They didn't want to provide manager name. They lie also about there was no manager that day to call the next day at 9. Which I did and they lie again saying the manager is to busy and bearly go to the motel. More than dissapointed with this motel and of course I already put complain and will write bad review as well.

there was some trash scattered along the front near the road the first time I stayed there but it was later cleaned up,but their's other bussiness's along the road also?A lot of people will go by a trash can and then throw the garbage on the ground....who knows why?

The staff is very friendly and took care of the issues that we had when we first arrived and the room is in pretty good condition and it had a microwave and mini fridge which was nice the linen and the towels were clean and the rates are not too bad could use some upgrading and make sure all rooms have been fully cleaned and painted properly but overall I'd give it about a seven

Staff was very polite. The room expecially the bathroom needed to be cleaned better. Sons feet was black after 20 mins playing.

The gentleman at the front desk was very friendly and welcoming. The bathroom was in horrendous condition with big holes in the wall where a toilet had obviously been taken out and repair work not been done. There was mold and or mildew around the edges of the tub and a bit of strain material on the floor out in the main room. It was very convenient as it was right off of the interstate, but I would not stay in this hotel in the future.

The room they first gave me smelled so bad when I first walked in I almost vomited. Then asked for different room and they did give it to us. IT WAS FILTHY. Stains on the blankets and yellow stains on the sheets. Could not even take a shower as the towels were dirty also. DISGUSTING !! We should have left then but we had some blankets in the car and we had been driving for 13 hours and were exhausted. My daughter woke my husband and I up after about an hour and there were cockroaches everywhere. I have attached a video of just some of the bugs. I was so upset when went to turn the key in I should have asked for a refund but was unsure how to do that since I paid Hotel.com. I do not recommend staying here. This will forever be called the "Cockroach Hotel" in our family.

When I checked in they didn't have my room ready because housekeeping did not clean the room that I had reserved so they gave me a room with two double beds and the linen on the beds were not clean it looked like housekeeping just made the beds up without changing the linen and roaches was in the room also i will not be coming back to stay at this motel ever again

This was by far the worst stay i have ever had in a motel. Room was nasty, no where to sit other than on the bed. Vanity light did not work. Was barely able to get the shower working,valve was stuck. Just a terrible experience!!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!

Didnt expect fancy - its a motel 6. But this was the most bareboned room ever. No frig, table, chair, coffee maker, blow dryer Shampoo.......nothing but a bar of soap. Not even coffee in the lobby. Do not stay here

There was a leak in the toilet, floor desperately needed moped, pillows were all flat and the room smelled of cat urine. The owner was Awesome and they are remodeling. I will try it again probably but was not impressed

The room I stayed in were like staying on the streets roaches electric outlets weren’t working the towels and rags should be bright white they brown in color and very rough to the skin blankets and bed sheets same brown in color broken bathroom faucets vent cover missing from the ac unit plus more

.look at photos ..when I got out of bed ..I found big burn holes!!! In a no smoking room!

Terrible attitude with staff

The staff was very friendly, the room however was not in great condition. Bathroom had a hole by toilet that either went into an adjoining room or maintainance room. And vent you could look straight thru to maint room

The young man had an attitude and we ask for front bottom and he wouldn’t let us get it. Terrible staff and the room smelled and the tub was chipped. This place needs to close down

This pace was a disaster! Towels were dirty beds were dirty. The room smelled like water damage. The manager did give me new linens and towels but sleeping in my truck would’ve been better

This was the dirtiest place i have ever stayed! We had two rooms and both were the same. Mold in the room. Bathrooms dirty. Linens stained. My kids didn't even want to shower it was so bad. Noisy! Music playing outside by other rooms until after midnight. Smell of pot smoke was everywhere. The rooms do not look anything like the pictures!
