When I first got to the hotel to check in, the lady that checked us in was very rude. We got the room and our floor where the air-conditioner was located was completely soaked and wet. The room had a molded smell to it and we always check around the bed and the mattress was really stained and dirty looking. I went back to the front desk to notify staff of the issue and was told there was nothing they could do, but offer a fan for the room. They stated all rooms were full and we were out of luck. I was really disappointed being this was a Wyndham property.

Location was not in the city. Scenery was country like. Only one room key worked. It was a real struggle to get key to activate soide entrance door of hotel.

Staff was nice and breakfast had a good selection of items. Stained sheets and washcloths, sheets had a strong bleach odor

The stay was adequate for a cheap one night stay. I would have given it a higher rating but the staff when I checked in was not kind at all. She had the TV so loud that I couldn’t hear her and became annoyed when I asked her to repeat herself or asked any questions really.

The staff were very friendly. Check in and check out were quick and easy. The room was ok. It had an awful smell, but we sprayed some of our perfume and it helped. It seemed like the room hadn’t been rented in a while or something. One of the towels had dirt and hair on it. The fridge didn’t get really cold, it kept our stuff cool but not like I thought it would.

It was good but The hotel was undergoing renovations. They had a safe in the room but did not work. Breakfast was a little short. They did not have meat ,ham, beacon or sausage to go with your eggs or waffles. They Had gravy with sausage in side but that did not go with waffles.

We love staying at thr microtels. We find them to be cleaner and safer then other motels they have a hardy breakfast that is included with your stay. I would recommend the microtel families. We have stayed a microtel facilities in KY, TN, and Ga. highly recommended !

Breakfast was substandard Overpriced king room Old tv couldn't plug in media stick without forcing the tv out and guessing where the HDMI was Received a text to make sure I was ok I sent a text for extra pillow and blanket. Never got them Carpet in room smelt like urine or something nasty perhaps just wet underneath from the weird ac unit Owner may apology blah blah Put your money where your mouth is . An apology wont. Get my 200 back or take Way the disappointment. The photos are very deceiving. Ugly brown decor all over the room Mattress was gone on edges Toilet was a hassle to flush

Staff was nice; breakfast was typical for a free breakfast - decent. Unfortunately, the clientele around and staying at the hotel was terrible. Hookers in the lobby. Pot smell in the room next to us and in our room and the guy yelling until they moved our room at 1am. New room had very loud music next door. A domestic dispute fight in the lobby earlier in the day. I asked the front desk manager to call the police. She said she can’t call until three different people complain about a situation. Frankly, that is a stupid policy. Pillows were square pillows that one would put on their couch, not a sleeping pillow. Assume they mid-ordered these as no one uses those pillows for a bed. Uncomfortable. Once I post this, I’ll get the standard answer/no change response. The only way ‘management’ will change and do something to ensure comfort and security is to limit their revenue by not giving them any business. I won’t stay here again and expected more for $115 a night.

Poor customer service. I arrived 1pm for a 3pm check in. Was informed room was ready but they would have to charge me $20 for early check in. Earliest for free would be 2pm. I was early, but mind this: 10 cars in parking lot, several had to belong to staff. Basically empty, and room was ready. So I sat in their lobby reading for an hour. Good customer service would’ve let the $20 slide since I’m a previous customer at another location. Then, about dinner time, 2 bus loads of teenagers arrive and make an incredible racket blasting music, slamming doors, yelling. I let it go for a while but complained when it didn’t stop. Staff did nothing about it. Later that night when they returned it started all over but worse. I told front desk if they didn’t shut down the noise I wasn’t paying for my last night visit. Nothing done. I will be contacting my company to reverse payment for final nite. Got zero sleep before an 7 hour drive.

It's clean, our king room was big. Seems to be a safe area. I suggest you try Macon Pizza Co while there. We will be back!

I read reviews about the staff being rude but thought it was just some peoples view on it. Wow was I wrong. The woman checking me in was incredibly rude and acted like I was interrupting something important to her and she didn't have time for me. I don't remember staying anywhere that someone acted so bothered that I was checking into their hotel. She gave one word answers to questions I had like where my room was and the best way to get to it and breakfast times. Most desk clerks offer that information up. She tossed the papers to sign on the desk like I was supposed to know what she wanted then seemed irritated when i asked if i need to fill them out. Very disappointing to run into someone that rude after a long day of driving. I have a hard time spending my hard earned money in a place that doesn't appreciate it.

The staff wasnt very friendly. I tried to have a small poliet chat with the person checking us in and she seemed bothered by me. When we went to checkout, I had a question about the deposit charge. I waited by the desk for at least 5 minutes and no one came to the desk and no staff could be seen around. I ended up leaving and calling later.

The breakfast is fantastic, and the coffee is very good. While these are not huge rooms filled with extra amenities, here is what you do get: - Cold air conditioning and good heating - Cold fridge - Fast, long-lasting hot water - Comfortable bed - TV - Iron - Closet - Safe - Shampoo, conditioner, and body soap - Hair dryer - Coffee maker - Window seat, great for a kid’s nap or as extra seating - Ironing board and luggage rack, among other things. I stayed in the least expensive room, and it was well worth the cost. I will be staying here again on my next work travel to Macon. Pleased, Lisa Meyer

Interior long overdue for update. The room had an odor, cleaning solution? Bed linen appeared clean. All other aspects of the room shabby. Carpets dirty wet and sticky in a couple of spots. I won’t be staying there again.

No laundry bad in room for dirty clothes. But the worst was the pot fumes in the hallway and that came into our bed room. All our clothes wreak of that crap now. And it triggered my asmatha. No smoking means all smoking! No one even check on this. There was also a vehicle in the parking lot that was blasting bass filled music. No staff monitor any part of the building.

We got there 2 minutes too late for breakfast on Christmas morning, and the lady put the plates away immediately. But the food was still out. She wouldnt let us have any. I mean, we were a couple min after the cut off, but it was Christmas and she was fxn rude and hated her job!

When we checked in at 4:30 pm . We waited at the desk for over 20 minutes. I asked another employee for help and he pointed toward the desk and got on an elevator. The front desk person was a sleep by the camera monitor. When I was loud enough to wake her she was very rude and not very welcoming.

My experiences with Wyndham hotels have been a mixed bag, some were great, some not so much. I'm happy to say this one fits into the former category. Staff was very nice and welcoming and had my room ready for me immediately. The room itself was nice for the most part, the bed was comfy and the shower was nice and hot. There were a couple areas that couldve been cleaned better, specifically the small resting area by the window, but otherwise it was a pleasant stay.

The room was clean and nicely appointed. The concept of a smaller room for a smaller price makes a lot of sense, especially for travelers like myself who are just looking for a restful overnight sleep and morning shower.

There was a lot of noise from the upstairs rooms. That's why I'm not a fan of multiple floor cheap hotels. That was also people fighting or something it was pretty loud.

The staff was very pleasant. They helped me find a few places. The location was perfect.

The room wasn't clean. One bed had been slept in, trash was in the waste bins and single use items had been opened. There was a large blood stain on the mattress protector. Housekeeping disregarded my preferred check-out time and tried to barge in almost immediately after knocking on my door. The free breakfast was a joke. They don't even pretend to care about the guest experience.

The first room we were given had what looked to be little black dead bugs on the pillows and head sheets. They were very good about giving us a different room which was clean and comfortable.

As a basic, no frills hotel, I highly recommend this property. It’s well maintained, clean, friendly and quiet. It has everything you need for a pleasant stay.

This hotel has no road noise. It's compact, convenient, and clean.The only noise was the doors closing . It's near many restaurants. Breakfast was one of the better continental breakfasts we've had.

The rooms are so tiny. They are just too small for even one person.

The facility is very basic. I had to hunt for outlets for charging. There was quite a lot of road noise from outside. The facility was very difficult to find at night coming from the north. The road was dark with no sign for the hotel and the hotel was not visible from that direction. We went over a mile out of our way and came back from the other direction to find it.

Great location as far as fast food restaurants and grocery store and a good strip mall only a couple minutes away.Upon arrival was told just what my room number was not location and what entrance was the closest toy room.The entrance door on the side of the building would not unlock with room key so had to usr another entrance which was further away from room.Thete was no hand soap had to use body wash dispenser to was hands.The breakfast was horrible from the eggs,to the biscuits and gravy.There was 1 banana and it was rotten on bottom and leaking.There was a note stating that you could not nring any breakfast food to your room.However the tables in lobby were dirty appears that they are cleaned after breakfast is over.The apple juice was either out or extremely diluted .And after breakfast the housekeeper was cleaning out the leftover eggs with her hands in the lobby area instead of back in kitchen or for God's sake use a spoon.I was in the food service industry for over 35 yrs and would definitely not allowed this at the restaurants that I operated.They would be better with just cereal,yogurt,fruit,bagels,muffins ,danishes.As I have traveled throughout the US and abroad this is unacceptable from customer service as I was still eating and she didn't bother to ask if I wanted anything else before she shut it down.Customer service is everything.

It was a clean room and well stocked. The front desk person acted like it was the biggest imposition of her life to get up out of her chair in the office and come over to the window and ask me for my ID. When I gave it to her She didn't explain what she was doing and then she handed me a paper and told me to sign. I didn't have my glasses on so I couldn't read it and she told me just to sign it so I did. Insulin. Never made eye contact. I don't expect a smile but I expect pleasantness. I was tired and I just didn't need that. If I had been upper management I would have fired her on the spot.

First the lady on front desk tried to give us a queen size room when i paid for a king size. Then at 8pm on the floor above us there were kids running and stomping in the room for and hour. The Dirty carpet gave us both really bad allergies and asthma, the room smelled musty. Next morning the kids started running and stomping at 6am in the morning, i had to call front desk to report it, after 30 more minutes it stopped but then all we could was the kids getting best up and crying loud for over and hour. We couldn't rest good with the smell in the room , noise from the room above. Very terrible experience, never going there again. We both got sick for days.

The only negative thing about our stay was the staff, specifically the front desk clerk upon check in. She was not friendly and seemed bothered by the fact that myself and other guest were checking in. Within 30 mins of our check in, I went back down to the desk to ask about something. I’m waiting for someone to come to the front…say hello a few times, knock on the glass window, no one comes out…then I walk around to the side of the desk so that I could look through the doorway behind the desk area… I see her ASLEEP back there!! I continued to knock on the glass a several more times while saying HELLO loudly before she came out to the desk. While I don’t hold the hotel accountable for her actions, I do hope she gets proper training in hospitality etiquette if she continues on this career path.

This was our first stay at a Microtel and we were very happy for our choice. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Will choose them again.

It wasn't bad, but it wasn't great as well. I guess you get what you pay for. The biggest issue for me was the noise from the TV in the adjacent room. Apparently, my "neighbors" fell asleep while watching TV. Needless to say, I didn't get much sleep.

When we first arrived I waited at the window for 15 minutes thinking the clerk was checking on something, however, she was asleep in the back office. Once another person waiting to check in woke her up everything progressed from there. Our stay was perfect. Rooms were super clean, bathroom was clean, beds were so comfortable overall it was. Great stay. Jay was so nice and did a great job setting up the breakfast bar. He’s so kind and he tried so hard to make sure everything was perfect. He was very pleasant.

The window seat upholstery is obviously stained from adult behavior. It isn't made to be cleaned. Ice bucket hadnt been cleaned and was cracked. Requested xtra towels and pillows at reservation and online checkin, still had to go get them from front desk who was doing everything herself. It was ok

This hotel is tucked back behind a shopping plaza. The plaza offers a publix grocery store, subway shop, gas stations, etc. They are updating some of the rooms on the first floor. I never heard any noise from the workers while staying on the 2nd floor. The hotel staff were very polite and friendly! Charliee, provided authentic and genuine customer service!

The property was very clean and well maintained; however, the half sized pillows were awkward and uncomfortable. Fortunately the front desk provided standard-sized pillows upon request. The staff was friendly upon arrival. We wanted to grab a few items 5 minutes before breakfast officially opened that were already placed out because we needed to get on the road, but we’re scolded and told it wasn’t open yet. Not a great way to depart.

Hotel smell was awful, door keycards did not work ( even after having recoded two times, room felt dirty, noisy in hallways. We were given a dingy handicap room ( did not need or request) which had zero bathroom surfaces for toiletries. Very dirty feel and room in poor condition. Will never use this hotel again
