Convenient place to stay for concert at Ampitheatre. Hot breakfast was good. Cracker barrel next to property is great. Nothing

The pull out mattress was disgusting. We found leftover food from previous guests still in the room. We also found ants in the room. A few of the staff also begrudgingly helped us whenever we asked for something and the breakfast was subpar as well as the pool which was not clean. Save your money and go somewhere else or keep driving until you can make it to a Drury Inn.

Our room was very spacious and clean. Our bed was comfortable and the breakfast was great., and the staff is sweet. Would stay here again.

Pillows were pretty bad, no support and the shower head was pointed toward the wall making it hard to shower. Beds were just ok. Ac unit had some noise but not excessive.

None at toilet went to front desk and complained moved to another room with two grab bars at toilet but was the very last room at the end of the hallway who puts a handicap room, the furthest room from the elevator… male staff was argumentative when I asked what I could’ve done to alleviate the situation. His reply was not to use Booking.com.

Floors were very dirty. Bathtub/shower had two huge rust spots. Linens were worn and not pleasing to use. We stayed here once before, but never again. Terrible experience!!

We've stayed at this location several times on our return trip from Florida and will stay again. The breakfast in the morning was a bit sparse, but otherwise everything was excellent.

We were very happy with the hotel. It's close enough to downtown, although it is a short drive. The staff were extremely friendly and the room was clean and comfortable.

Room was clean, beds comfortable. Cracker Barrel close by so we can get supper at the end our day. Breakfast was good, I always like the waffles, cheese omlets are okay. We are usually towing a boat and there is ample level parking. Staff very friendly.

All the time we stay in Hampton inn and it is good except in Panama City we founded a lot of cucarachas and the clean it’s awful and the staff it’s worst it sad because the beach it’s amazing but the hotel it’s horrible I have some photos with the cucarachas in the room

I stay in a lot of Hampton Inns and this one was very nice. Its a little older than some but was still very well kept. The front desk staff was very nice as were the cleaning ladies. I would recommend.

Nice hotel close to the Atrium music venue. Plenty of parking, easy check in. Booked a king, got 2 queens, which was fine for a quick 1 night stay. Clean room and bed, but the shower/tub was worn and needs to be resealed or replaced due to missing grout, black edges. Overall a quiet stay despite a busy weekend.

A stop for us between Florida and Alabama. We loved the huge room with enough space for the five of us. Breakfast was good and the staff working the breakfast area were very friendly. We would stay here again.

We arrived at 18:30, the wife and I wanted to swim at the pool. Was informed that pool was closed without explanation. Hours are until 22:00. Would’ve been nice to know before booking.

Absolutely loved this room. Not only was it spacious, the sofa with a recliner at one end offered the option for my husband to sleep sitting up, which he sometimes needs due to medical issues. We got a great night's sleep! We also appreciate having a lovely hotel that allows us to have our little dog wit us.

Very nice accommodations. Although they were sold out it was very quiet. Great place to walk & exercise my dog but we were surprised with the $75 pet fee. Didn’t see that listed anywhere. Breakfast was very good, coffee was excellent. It was expensive, but worth it. Cracker Barrel was across the parking lot. That was convenient too.

Your desk person recognized the needs of our stafff member who had stayed the previous night and was involved in an car accident and needed a secondary nights stay to figure out how to get home. No problem! The room was smoke free and very clean. The most important thing I noticed was the towels & wash clothes. We didn’t have to call front desk for more. The customer service was wonderful. Thank you!

The only thing that was a little issue was the sliding barn yard door that covers the entry into the bathroom and the closet it was hard to move back & forth and was somewhat off track. However everything else was exceptionally nice and we would go back to the same hotel if we ever go back to Macon.

Arrived close to midnight and noticed the outside security guard which make me feel very safe about our possessions inside the vehicles and the staff was super helpful and efficient. The breakfast the next morning was the best we had had from any Hampton Inn!

This hotel was great! Everything was super clean. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was impressive and better than most in this category. Last but not least, the bed was juuuuussst right. Not too hard, not too soft. We both slept incredibly well, which is hard for me usually in a hotel. I would definitely stay here again!

The young lady at check in was very fast and efficient. Hotel was very clean and grounds were well kept. Off the main road with access via a side road. Breakfast was good and once again the young lady was working and shout out to her for helping an elderly gentleman. She made his breakfast plate for him and helped him around. She needs a raise! I wish I had caught her name. She had a nose stud, hair extensions. Great stay would return.

The hotel was perfectly acceptable for an overnight stay on the Interstate. Our rooms were clean. The beds were comfortable. The free hot breakfast was good and well stocked. The staff was also friendly and kind. My only issue with this hotel had nothing to do with the hotel. It was the location. It didn't seem to be in the nicest area of Macon. The area wasn't "bad," but I was hoping for a slightly better surrounding community.

Great place to stop on the way home from Florida. Clean, quiet and convenient. So long as you aren't looking for higher quality dining options, there are plenty of restaurants close by. We enjoyed the Macon Crab House.
