I moved it to the front of the hotel and saw 2 more young people wandering around different from the other 2. I mentioned it to the male employee, he gave me a face and literally said we discourage anyone calling law enforcement. I said What that is your job to keep hoodlums out of there and he said we have cameras. Cameras didnt make me feel safe at all hardly got any sleep thinking these hoodlums would break into vehicles. They were there around 10 pm.

Hotel will most likely lose Days Inn status with the parent company. It is incredibly low on standards. First room had a smoke alarm outsde the door that had a flat battery and kept beeping every couple of minutes. Room was changed to 2nd floor. The vending machine had a total of 6 items in it. The room which was supposed to be one of the better rooms had only one chair ( not ideal for 2 guests) the lamp shades had no finials (same as the first room). The bathroom toilet had no cap over the bolt to the floor and it was dirty. Half of the door trim was hanging off (see photographs)

Hallway dim. Carpet needs replacing. Room was large. Bed lumpy, no chair to sit on. Table in the corner with ice bucket and cups. No chairs. Two night stands, Fridge & microwave decent but fridge was not cold enough. Bathroom area was strange. Toilet and shower in door area, have to shut door to get to shower. No bars to hold onto. Towels very thin. Sink and area to hang clothes right beside entrance door. Not the cleanest, but not the worse. Does need repainting, need an exhaust fan that works in the bathroom. The AC worked well, but not sure why there was air purifier in the room. Curtains had holes on them and window seals were dirty and windows needed cleaning. No place to put shoes except floor area where clothes were hung. Went to get breakfast, nothing but carbs. No eggs or meats. Bread, Bagels, Donuts, Biscuits, Cereal, yogurt. Juice machine was broke. Came down after having food delivered with no eating utensils and was going to get a spoon and fork and the kitchen area was closed with a padlock on the door and no one at the desk

It is in a convenient location. The strong smell of smoke (that did not smell like cigarettes or cigars) in the hallway leading to my room. The floors were not clean in my room. The elevator or the common area getting off of the elevator on my floor was not clean.

It smelled, the air conditioner didn't work, and the TV didn't work. The only reason it gets any stars at all is because the desk clerk was very helpful in moving me to her another room that was a little bit better. Otherwise, I would give it zero stars if possible. The swimming pool had green water in it. My dog refused to stay. We ended up leaving at four in the morning.

I enjoyed staying at the Days Inn 😌 I would stay there again and also recommend 👌 my griends or relatives to stay

Location The rooms needs major upgrades, the floor was dirty the tub was backed up there was no hot water, the walls need repair. The sink was all scratched up. The bathroom ceiling had a huge patch up job that looked horrible the corner of the wall were coming off. The bed size are full not queen. The furniture was scratched up.

The customer service was very good. Dawn was very friendly and helpful. The location is 10 mins away from Macon Coliseum. There was an issue with pest. There were some roaches in the room.

Big spider webs greated us when entering the room. We could never get the Bathroom door closed even if we slammed the doors hard. Even after asking the front desk for housekeeping to fix our sheets and clean the room they never showed up.

We had a hard time sleeping because the room was so warm. When we entered the room it was quite hot and the AC did not cool down until about 4 am.

It was not good. It was perfect until I checked out and went to my car and realize I left my headphones in the room. I went right back (about 5 minutes after checkung out) they let me check the room and the headphones were already gone. I couldn't believe that they took my headphones. Very mad with this stay.

We arrived at the hotel asked for our two rooms and the agent told us that we only have one reservation and that the room won't be available until after 4 pm. I showed the HOtel app about two rooms she informed me that she doesn't care what the app say, thet simply don't have availability. The entire place smelled really bad and looked like someone was using Clorox to wipe the entire lobby and very musty and DIRTY place. My guests were afraid of even sitting on the chair in lobby cause they just didn't think this is a good place to stay. Finally the agent told me that you can cancel it and you don';yt have to stay here and there is no penalty and you haven't paid anything yet, SHE assured me that there will be no charges and yet you charged me for the rooms. Your program stinks and I will put a stop on my charge and I have all the proof. SO either refund my money and I will put a real bad review for you as well

unfortunately this time i did not have a good experience, on oct 27 i arrived at 10pm room 112 unfortunately the room upstairs had a dog that ran all the time and barked a lot, at 1am i asked if i could change rooms but on the 1st floor there were no rooms with a king bed and on the 2nd floor i did not want to stay because the dog was there. i decided to leave. i was only in the hotel for 3 hours and unfortunately the hotel did not help me with a refund of my money.

It's really Spartan the food was pretty lousy the room was vinyl flooring no furniture but the bed in one table it's pretty run down but it was available and reasonably conveniently located no gym but there is a pool it wasn't that expensive so I guess it's okay

That was kind of him, he spoke as if he was the GM or owner. The room was clean. The staff did place me in another room that had cleaner and a prettier atmosphere. Buckets, moping items were in the hall. Dirty walls and doors in the original room i was in. Compared to all the other hotels on that strip it is sub average.

Walls to thin somone was stomping on floors all night.. Late Night heard big bangs hit our window so we dropped to the floor called front desk and never heard from them. We didn’t know if it was shot guns or rocks being thrown. We slept on floor to be on safe side.hallways smelt like weed/smoke.

The one big thing was pest in the room had to change from one room to the other one n when I got to that room it still had some roaches crawling around so I had to get me some big spray. Think y'all need to clean n detail the room much better then what y'all do.

I reached the hotel at 3 am and called 3 hours prior to ensure it was ok and the lady said it was perfectly fine and we arrived at 3 am they said all rooms were booked and nothing could be done. All the hotels in the area were booked and sold out. We had to call around for two hours to find another hotel 30 minutes away to get some sleep and that was almost 5 am in the morning. They said Expedia over booked them. Horrible, horrible experience.

Staff was nice but rather sketchy. Pretty sure half the staff lives in the hotel. Charcoal grill by the back door, strong smell of weed at back door. Had a dehumidifier in my room running constantly. Toilet continued to run after being flushed. Breakfast bar wasn’t very good, juice and milk machine were out of service.

My check in was great , my stay was great , I had 2 o clock check out and arrange it the night before with Mrs Terry so that I wouldn’t be disturbed in the am , it was New Year’s Eve and was up late and needed to rest to the afternoon, and do you no 3 ppl knocked on my door with a do not disturb sign up and Mes Terry at the front desk called me !!!!!!!!! I spend and have spent a lot of money with this company , and I pay 100 a night to get disturbed. Bother about a pet fee and I didn’t even bring my pets ……. So if there’s not some Accommodations for those I will take my business elsewhere

The room had no hair dryer, no bar for toilet paper, so had to put on the floor. It was in run down condition, the bed was not comfortable. However, it was fairly clean. I would not stay there again if possible.

There service is horrible the people that work there are rude. I seen a few roaches in my room and in the bathroom, not clean at all..

I didn’t like full size beds. Not suitable for two adults!

Everything was great except the lady when I checked in she charged my card twice and tried to tell me she didn’t, I showed her where it charged me twice and she told me one of them would drop off so I gave it the benefit of the doubt! I checked out Sunday and showed her where it charged me twice and she got really nasty and told me she has been doing this for 10 years so she knows what she’s talking about, I asked her how I will get the second charge refunded and she told me “call your bank because it’s not our problem” Aside from that my stays here are always nice.

Terri the Manager is Great //Only reason I Stay was because of her Great Customer service

The room was not cleaned properly. Toilet and sink were both dirty. Very dusty and blood specks on sheets. The pool was closed down and no one stated that upon booking.
