The room showed lots of wear, which made it look very dirty. so much that we didn't remove shoes while in the room and felt very uncomfortable. would not stay here again

Not their fault just in a crowded area.

The floor in the room was very dirty, there were stains on the bedspread. The building was not maintained well, cracking drywall next to the tub, water damaged ceiling in the breakfast room. Stone on the outside walls were falling off, the patio area was not clean with trash and cigarette butts.

The staff was great. It was not clean at all. We had to change rooms because the first room had a horrible odor and was nasty. The second room had urine all over the wall in the bathroom.

The room smelled strongly of mold/mildew. The floor was wet around the air conditioner. There were stains on the carpet and smudges in several places on the wall, particularly in the bathroom that could have easily been wiped clean. There was hair in the sink. The shower was moldy where the walls met the tub. All the bedding felt moist because of the issue with the moisture in the room. This was a one night stay as we passed through and my family couldn’t get out of the room quick enough.

Great pit stop for a quiet nights sleep. The property was well lit and everything you’d need as well as a Waffle House right next door. Room was clean and bathroom was large and clean as well. I would definitely stay again if we were passing through.

I didnt get done with my job until 11:00 PM without my phone so I was scared of the places I would find downtown Macon but you guys made me feel so safe<3 I think you guys deserve more funding to make that place into an oaisis :-) bc you deserve it!

The staff is great, the breakfast was fresh and well-stocked, and the beds were comfortable. This is one of the best hotels in which we have stayed. We love it and will be back!

Front desk staff very helpful in finding good place to eat. Looking for Mexican food and she recommended Fajitas Mexican Grill.

We stayed her for less than 12 hours. A simple place to lay our heads and get a good night's sleep during our road trip. The hotel was clean, the breakfast was good, the location to the freeway was perfect, but the surrounding buildings looks a bit sketchy. We were happy to have a comfortable bed. My husband got up early and went to the lobby to get some work done and was surprised to hear Christmas music playing! It's March! Got a chuckle out of that.

We had dirty towels in the room, no towel bar to hang towels on, and breakfast was just OK. We had to ask for extra sheets for the pullout couch because there weren’t any in the room, and they didn’t have any extra blankets for the room even though they were only at 25% occupancy.

The young man that check this in with super nice, super friendly and super helpful. The rooms were okay could have been a little cleaner, especially in the bathroom area and the shower.

We did not stay at this hotel - we left and found another hotel in a different part of town. It is not located in a safe area and the hallways and room were not clean. Hallway carpet was filthy and there were stains on the walls in the room.

The 1 night stay was not worth $150.00

THE WHOLE CLEANING STAFF NEEDS TO BE FIRED! If it was not for the great customer service by the front desk clerk,Chris , we would have left willingly , and they could have kept the money for that night and would have just chanced drive 5 hour home. He was super concerned and apologized several times. He provided clean sheets for us and bed linens. .We came to Macon to stay for one night visiting family. We first was given room 306 , and it had mold in the room, hair in the bathroom/floors, all windows in the entire building needs to be cleaned.. finger prints on every glass/window.. They gave us another room, and the sheets were severely stained. Now , i've stayed in plenty of hotels in my life , but i've never experienced this before. The location, to me, was a little sketchy! But the cost for the room was priced high , right at almost $200 per night and to have experience this. No ma'am!

There are many good reviews on Travelocity for this location and the pictures look nice, but unfortunately they do not match my experience at all. Especially if you have issues with mold and air quality, I do not recommend. Stay away. Not worth the health side effects at all.

The blanket on the bed had a stain, there were hairs not from us on the mattress, and mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. We were traveling with a child and had already paid for the booking so we stayed, but the room did not meet our standards. We won’t be staying at this chain again.

Staff was excellent , tub drain broken and heating/AC controls confusing due to controls on the heating/AC unit and a thermostat on the wall. Breakfast was very good and had lots of choices. If I had known about the $150 incidental fee, I would have gone elsewhere, what a racket.

The hotel is in need of updating in the common areas. The tv did not work and there was no action on the hotels part to fix the situation, showed us lack of customer service!

It’s clean, quiet and has a great atmosphere about it. Located in a very nice area off the interstate with easy access to the hotel. I liked everything about the property so there’s nothing I didn’t like!!

The staff was very nice and helpful. Our room was disgusting! The sheets were dirty and the shower was very dirty! There was hair everywhere! The only reason why I gave a 5 is the staff was very nice and helpful.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The property is very clean, the rooms have very comfortable beds and is in a great location for restaurants and shopping. They actually have a wonderful breakfast menu.

One of the hotel staff members working an early shift told us breakfast was not open yet then turned and asked if we had a room there. Then another worker confirmed and told us the lady who asked if we had a room thought we were homeless and to show our room key if we had a room. No hate towards the person who told us to show our room key but she the front desk lady to ask if I had a room like I look homeless and dirty is the insulting I understand that may be a problem for them having homeless people come and get free breakfast but there 100% is a better way to go about it. She also watched us walk outside to go to our car…when we turned around she had walked to the hallway entrance just watching us as if we were doing something wrong. Everyone else was wonderful other than that the stay was amazing

Great location to the Allman Brothers big house, the Atrium Amphitheater, and downtown Macon. The room was ok. Things falling apart that need fixed. Room not completely clean. Overall worked well for price and our needs. Good safe location. But it is definitely an average hotel

The man working there coming in a woman room with her 3 young kids at 730 am . So I won't be staying there again. And this is not the first time. He don't need to be working in the housekeeping.

Receptionist very attentive, apologetic and was able to accommodate changing our rooms 2 different times due to sheets being stained and dirty, dirty handprints on the walls in one room and uncleaned bathroom in the other. IMPORTANT. On the morning of September 21st @ 745 Am we heard someone unlocking our door, I quickly went to the door and there was an Indian gentleman (owner) trying to open our door, keep in mind we have (3) 8year olds in our room. WHY was he trying to enter our room without knocking check out wasn't until 11am. Our other room had my grandmother and our 18 year old daughter, they also try to enter their room, They even had the DO NOT DISTRUB sign on the door.

We didn't even stay. We checked out as soon as we saw what condition the room was in. The lady that was working immediately knew what I was talking about as soon as I came back down to ask for a refund. This has never happened to me before.

Everything was dirty. It seems like the building hasn’t been really cleaned since it was built - dried vomit near pool, broken beer bottles on patio, bugs in room, and bodily fluids on wall/artwork in bathroom.

Me and my daughters were in town for a concert. It was after 11:00 pm when we arrived at our hotel. When we went to get in the bed my bed had blood on the sheets. My daughter and her friend noticed small bugs all over their bed that were blowing out of the air vent onto the bed. When she pulled back the covers there were pubic hairs in the sheets. We quickly when downstairs to notify the front desk. Before I even started to explain she asked do you want a refund I just had to refund 2 people or I can give you another room. I said my daughter is sick with a migraine and has a 4 hour drive home we need to try another room. She gave us the room across the hall. We checked it before we moved our stuff the headboards were gross the wall had stuff splattered on them it smelled of mildew. So I went back to the desk she gave me a 3 rd room to try again. We went in and checked around we were checking the bed for bugs like we always do and noticed dried vomit down the box spring of the bed we said nope going to settle for the second room sleep and leave in the morning. By this time it was 1:00am. I did call hotels.com when I arrived home and they have started my refund.

The room had a slight moldy smell due to being very humid. The linens had visible stains. Bathroom was not cleaned sufficiently; hair and dirt from the previous occupant was left behind. Caulking around the bath tub has mold growing in it and needs to be replaced.

The room was clean and good customer service.

Everthing was excellent except the air conditioner in the room. Everytime the unit cycled on it rattled. The room and bathroom was very clean.

Ok for a single night stay, not the cleanest or most modern. Breakfast was midiocore and not enough for all the guest. This location is indipendantly owned. This made it seem like they did not pay attention to details.

Clean, very personable check in stall, really nice breakfast with variety. Delish chocolate chip cookies offered in the evening.

Great stay / stop for traveling through Macon .

Kudos to Sue from the front desk for coming to our room and showing us how to turn down the ac. This is why this hotel scored so high. Breakfast lacked fresh fruit.

The A/C was loud!! Told them at the beginning. Nothing they could do. Told us put it on low. Did that. 1:30 a.m. comes around, we've barely slept. Everytime the compressor for A/C came on, it sounds like a freight train. Every time the compressor kicked on it caused a rattling in the air handler housing. So again talked to the front desk and again they said there was nothing they could do. Told us to put it on low. I told them it was on low. We ended up putting earplugs in our ears just to make it through the rest of the night. In the morning when I went to check out I spoke to the lady at the front desk. I asked if there was any compensation since we spoke to the previous desk person twice. We also told them that there was plastic around the smoke alarm. She told us she did not have power to make any adjustments on the bill. She dismissed anything I said. Told me the manager would be in later that day and that he's the only one that can make adjustments. Offered no empathy or compassion for the situation. I think regardless of whether she could do something or not if she had shown any empathy I probably would have been satisfied with her answer. manager was supposed to contact me has not contacted me yet.

Floors were not vacuumed. Food under sink. Thread strings on bathroom floor.

Hotel is clean, safe and convenient for my needs.

2. Carpets throughout hotel were full of bleach stains on them. 3. The sheets were not white, more like cream because they were old. 4. Bathroom was dirty looks like it was never cleaned, floors were dirty.

Rude front desk attendant. First room they Ave us wasn’t even cleaned from previous guests.

I needed a late- VERY late- checkin. The woman waiting for me at the front desk was so kind and understanding. Super easy.

Very nice, and very reasonably priced for a good night’s sleep on a very comfortable room. Would use it again if I return to Macon.

Adequate for our needs

We've stayed at this hotel before. It's clean, quiet, and has a lovely breakfast. The bed and pillows are super comfortable. The staff are polite and friendly. The bathroom floor could have been cleaner, but we will stay here again

We were in town for some music and did not plan to be in tr room a lot. That said it was perfect for our needs. Comfortable bed. Quiet. Cold AC. Breakfast was average, but waffle house is next door. Would stay again

Excellent place to stay! I work construction so I travel around and stay a lot of hotels. This was nicely priced through Expedia. Bed was comfortable and was very very clean. Nice little breakfast bar great place to stay before or after Atlanta!! highly recommend

Upon arrival the desk clerk wasnt the friendliest and wore a stained up shirt. The hall carpet was stained bad. The beds were hard, desk dirty and dont get me started on the bathroom. Gross.

We had a very comfortable stay and staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The negatives were (1) our room’s tabletops were not as clean as we would have expected. We wiped them off

Bathroom was disgusting. Pee all over the toilet seat when we arrived.

The front desk lady was nice but the first room we were given was not good. The sheets were stained and the TV and phone didn’t work. We switched rooms and those sheets were stained too. It didn’t feel very clean or comfortable. We didn’t have enough pillows or towels for 4 people either. We wouldn’t stay here again.

The owners were very helpful. They did extras like retrieving the luggage cart and assisting with technology. We were only there for 12 hours.

Very dirty and trash from previous stays still around the hitel

The shower curtain didn’t close at the end that meets the shower head, so I struggled to keep it shut while using the shower. It was an old problem because the paint on the wall near the tub/shower was peeling and you could tell it had been in that been peeling and warped for a while.

It appears they are remodeling this property with new exterior and furniture. The bathroom tile is cracked and missing grout and caulk. The bathroom door is starting to delaminate from moisture issues. Loose wires with wire nuts hang near floor beneath the heater.

Hotel was recently renovated, the room had an actual 4K tv, the bed was very comfortable, showers had hot water almost instantly, and the staff were friendly and helpful whenever I needed them.
