The bathrooms need some serious renovating and the place is not very clean.

Great hotel, great location!! clean we enjoyed the spa and the swimming pool. Bed was comfortable room was clean and roomy. Location was great for dining or entertainment.

Like the location we have been staying here on our way to and from Florida for over 10 years The property is starting to show its age a lot of wear and tear and the cleanliness is starting to go down hill. Especially for the price

We had a nice visit in Macon. Safe and clean.

Room was clean and spacious. Workout room had no remote for the tv and the floors were buckling up. Continental breakfast left much to be desired. Powdered eggs and no meat. Biscuits were rocks.

The room was clean, comfortable and everything worked. They are very inflexible about check in time. I arrived just after noon and was told check in was 15:00 and no rooms would be available until then. When I asked if it were magic, that no rooms were ready at 13:00 but all the room were ready at 15:00, I was assured that was the case. None are ready, then all are ready 1 minute later. To top it off, check in time is actually 14:00.

Location! The hotel is within about ten minutes of major restaurants, Walmart and Lowe's. Five minutes from Imax theater. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very spacious and clean. Also, they have complimentary chocolate chip cookies in the evening. I plan to stay there the next time I'm in town! Nothing not to like.

Nothing I walked in to try to use the restroom while I waited on my boyfriend to get back to the hotel and the owner/staff Arab was disgustingly rude.. There was a silver Nissan Altima parked in the front the building, and it was anther Arab getting in and out like they were parking lot security in plain clothes. Once we got to the room the sofa bed was pulled out, like someone had just woke up and jumped out it. It may have been broken which is why it wasn’t put up correctly but why put us in a room like that? We should have received a discount or some form of communication about what to expect of our room

After being in the car all day to get there, it was nice to be able to walk to dinner and had several options.

The room was much bigger than we expected. So that was a plus. We stayed in the Executive Queen suite and even with the pull out bed out, we had plenty of walking space. The staff were extremely nice. The hot tub and pool could use a drain and a good pressure washing. However, the water itself was clean and clear.

The suites are cute in terms of style The suites are pretty however the sheets were stained. The bathrooms has pink mildew on the tiles and you can clearly see the mold on the shower. The floors still had dirt and black spots from not being mopped properly. Refrigerators definitely needed to be cleaned. Breakfast was closed at 9:00 when we were told it closed at 10:00. The lady who checked us in the night before was nice however the breakfast attendant was very rude.

The luggage cart was superior The worn out bathroom, severely uneven floors Outdated subpar coffee maker, no clean water available without fee. Curtains were sheer and dirty , no way to shut out the light from the neighboring car wash. The breakfast selection was dismal to say the least.

Everything is broken at the pool, key did not work 3 times, (back and forth to the front desk, finally gave us a new room), kids running around until 2:00 am

It was close to town. It was dirty and outdated. Our lock on the door was broken so we moved rooms, then the new rooms had stains on the bedsheets and made me feel like they weren’t cleaned between guests. The guest washer and dryer were very outdated and rusty.

Highway truck noise was very loud. Maybe other side of the building would have been ok.

Check-in went smoothly, with friendly & efficient staff. The property looked new or newly renovated. It was well lit, bright, clean with well appointed, beautiful, spacious rooms. Breakfast was fresh, hot and tasty. The coffee was delicious! The staff at the front desk provided a coupon for a free appetizer at a restaurant I asked about ! 5 stars plus!!

Scrambled eggs were cold as was the sausage although both tasted good. Caffeinated coffee machine wasn’t working. Ouch! Our room was much larger than we expected. I loved staying here it was perfect for what I needed. Free breakfast was decent and rooms were nicely updated. Location was perfect for what I needed. 1. The beds were a little hard 2. My room was given to me with no conditioner in the bathroom but when we told them it was fixed almost immediately.

The room was the largest I have stayed in at this price point. We stayed just overnight, but this would be a great hotel for a longer stay. It was clean and the staff was very nice and accommodating. The breakfast was great and the breakfast area spacious.

Front Desk staff friendly, accommodations were comfortable. The one downside was the tub was uneven and held water. I had to take a cup and move the water toward the drain, otherwise the next person to shower would be standing in used shower water.

Plumber came in to try to fix the problem, but to no avail with regards to the tub. Plumber mentioned few other rooms had similar problems. Front door would not lock from the outside when tried to pull shut, so door remained ajar when we walked into the room. However, from the inside one could lift door with the handle to ensure latch was secured. (Be careful not to leave belongings if you were to leave the room). Staff offered to switch room so in that regards, they were helpful but given it was close to midnight and after all the plumbing drama we decided to stay put. Breakfast was well organized, options limited, but no complains. It was simple and enough to get back on the road. Location convenience makes the case. Just check room condition before hand.

In the bathroom there was dust around the towels as though no one had touched them in months. The room was not sound proofed at all and we could hear our neighbors above. Tried to go swimming but the pool was really gross. We were even attacked by mosquitoes at the indoor pool. There was no way I would have used the hot tub. Service was the best thing about this stay, everyone was very pleasant and friendly.

Our room was perfect for 5 adults. A sheet, to go along with the comforter, for the sofa bed would have been nice, but we had everything else we needed. The bathtub drain was VERY slow to release the shower water. I let the front desk know at checkout. Hopefully they make the repair for the next guest.

The hotel is nice and the room was great! I was there Friday and checked out Sunday. The pool was closed and for what reason during Summer! They know people wants to swim and this waa one of the Only reason that I choose this hotel. They opened the pool upon Saturday (time unknown) when we went to the pool it was very Dirty as well as the hot tub. Then laterthat night we had a fire alarm issue but they couldn't resolve who set it off but come to my room and said we had to leave!!! NO fire department, NO police report but I'm asleep but was told that it's a Federal Offense and a $1000.00 fine. Yet the manager said we're going to drop it, but just be careful. That's nonsense too much to put in this chat...

The hotel itself was very hot for some reason, but we were able to adjust our room temperature to be more comfortable. The vending machines were out of order and the Continental breakfast was just ok, so don't count on those things for food. Overall, our stay was fine.

Everything was great until it came to the breakfast that is offered. They had no juice, milk, or even pancake batter. There basically was just water if you could find it and toast.

We were in need of milk he was kind enough to gather some milk for us and even warm it with out my asking. He said he has children of his own and understands. Well the pictures on line are prettty . The hotel had a smell that smell like wet animals. The bed feel like we were sleeping on wire and our bodies are straight sore! When you sit down on the bed. It sound like someone is knocking.The toilet does not have a lid on it and you have to hold the level for it to flush. They so called gym doesn’t have much equipment but what they have most it broken. I found out that on their web site it’s only $76 and we paid $120 on Hotels.com but for the quality of the hotel $76 sounds about right. I’m not sure who the people that did the reviews but that surely wasn’t our experience and our room was on 2nd floor. The staff was friendly and helpful because I’m big on customer service.

I arrived late and departed early. The hotel is located in a developing area and very nice. The parking lot was well-lighted and the only interactions with staff was cordial. We had all we needed and expected. The room was nice.

Not happy that we were told after evacuating that we could have the room for another day when we checked in late only to receive a phone call waking us up to say we couldn’t because of he hotel was fully booked and we needed to leave . The desk attendant should not have told us that they said over the phone and then they gave us an extension for check out which gave us time to find another hotel but the maid service was banging on the door for us to hurry up and check out so they could clean our room and go home since it was the last room they had to clean, and so we tried to hurry up but we had a lot of things to move since we had evacuated and there were three of us . A 92, year old , myself and my daughter all trying to hurry after rushing the previous day to evacuate Florida from the hurricane and driving in rain and traffic the previous day! The maids were unhappy and they let us know how inconvenient we were.

I had a very relaxing stay. The property was very clean and the staff was very friendly. I love staying in this location. Plus, it is very convenient to stores and eateries.

We spent a night at the Comfort Inn Suites in Macon, Georgia, and it was a delightful experience. Our double queen room, complete with a pull-out sofa bed, mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker, was roomy, clean, and comfortable. It had all the basics a family could ask for. Despite being next to the freeway, the only noise we heard was the symphony of snores from our room! Breakfast was a highlight, with fluffy biscuits and gravy that could make a Southern grandma proud. The kids devoured waffles and eggs, while we enjoyed the coffee and juice variety, fresh fruit, sausage, toast, bagels, pastries, milk, and yogurt. It was a hearty breakfast that fueled our day. The kids loved the indoor pool, which was a big plus. The hotel may be a bit out of date, but they take good care of the premises. The service exceeded our expectations, and the price was great through Expedia. Five stars for a stay that was as comfortable as it was memorable!

The room was spacious, clean and oh so comfortable. I was traveling with my mother who is elderly and she loved the comfortable bed. We would definitely stay here again!

Though the price is cheap you still get a clean and comfortable room, it's very convenient to the highway and shopping.

Must give credit to management, this was one of the cleanest hotels I've stayed in and I've been in plenty with double the rates. The fitness center does need to be fixed up but the pool, common area, and rooms were immaculate any time I visited them. Usually there's misc. paper, wrappers, spilled food from kids, etc when we stay at hotels but again this was the cleanest one we've seen to date. When I visit Macon again, this will be my go to going forward. A

There is a previous review about Rm 113. Room 111 is exactly the same. The smell is pretty horrible and even permeates your clothes(discovered after we left). We should have immediately requested a new room but thought the smell would go away. We even got a room deodorizer from the front desk but only helped for a short time. If you have to stay here, request a different room right away if on the first floor. It is not very soundproof, heard other guests as well as the highway. The breakfast was fairly standard and the bed was comfortable. Definitely not up to Comfort Suites standards. Will not stay there again.

This hotel is a clean and pretty nice place to stay. The room was clean, comfortable and looked nice. The hotel staff was friendly. The only real issue that we had was that breakfast options were limited, although we did come down a little later in the meal time.

Disgusting. Pool area and hot tub should be shut down. Poor workmanship and standards on last remodel and now falling apart. Rusting metal, decaying walls, stains, mildew, failing caulk, etc.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and the eating area was clean. The room was pretty clean but the bed was a little saggy and lumpy and the sheets were worn. Overall a good experience.

The outside of the hotel looked good and the lobby and breakfast area was nice and clean. The only problem was the bathroom. There were mouse droppings in the bathroom and the bath tub was in bad shape. The floor in the bathroom was not clean. We stayed in room 215.

This hotel is located right off I-75 in Macon. It has lots of great shopping, restaurants and even a movie theater within walking distance. We had a minor problem with our linens, the flooring in the elevator needed repair and the dryer on our floor was not working. The front desk clerk must’ve been on a 24 hour shift since he seemed to always be on duty. Breakfast was good and the room itself was great. I feel like it is understaffed, but they are doing the best they can.

At any rate, we really just wanted to get some sleep after long days of work/school and a six hour drive (we rolled in after 11). It really didn’t happen, as no one was comfortable. We refused to use the disgusting shower in the morning, so we saddled up to leave about 8:30. We were greeted outside by the same mildew smell combined with the worst cleaning solution I’ve ever encountered by a hospitality crew. We did not dare go near the breakfast area, so can’t speak on that. In closing, I’m sure their management will add their canned response under this, though if they really had any concern for such a situation, they would issue a full refund for our stay, while ensuring this won’t happen to others.

Enjoyed our stay while we were traveling with our two kids. Room and hotel were clean, breakfast was good, and overall it was a quiet night sleep. Front desk was friendly and very helpful. Would stay there again.

The room was big, and the bed was comfortable. It was a bit dirty and there was no sound proofing to block the nearby very loud freeway sounds.

We always stay at this hotel on our road trip. It's clean, safe, and right off the interstate. Love it!!

This hotel was recently renovated and it was wonderful! Been on the road for over a week now and stayed in hotels & VRBO home and this was by far the nicest place! The bed was fabulous! Would highly recommend!

Nice room size but a little dated and not much furniture but bed fine. A/C a bit noisy.

We came to check in around 4 PM. There was already 3 people waiting with only 1 person to check us in. Took about 45-50 min.

First off when we walked into the room we immediately checked the sheets and they were dirty had black marks all over them and the pillow case then we noticed roaches crawling all over the room next the toilet water would not stop running we went to let the front desk know it was like she did not care one bit we finally asked like can we get another room that room was a little better but the towels were dirty so we went to buy our own towels and wash rags the floor was not cleaned properly and we had no wifi all night and to make it even worse the room next to mines had us up all night it was different people coming in and out her room all night the area was very sketchy like we fear for our lives and by time we checked in it was already 10pm and every where else was booked up we went the morning at check out to let them know and it was like they didn’t care talking about well the manager not here im am going to have to call him well call him because something has to be done still waiting on a call back.

My stay was comfortable. I would stay again!
