Nice location and safe Hall carpets need cleaned

Based on location is why I booked hotel. Check in process went smooth and front desk clerk was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, I would not stay at hotel again. The breakfast did not provide enough options for our party, but it was nice that a Bob Evan's was next door. Also, hotel should not provide linens with stains. Does not matter that they have been washed; seeing blood stains does not make patrons feel good about hotel.

Very nice, clean and well maintained!

The best I can say is was good location for.my needs. Saw good reviews beforehand, my experience was the property overall is a bit dirty looking. Breakfast average with no meat selection available and small dinning area that was crowded due to size. I stayed three nights and my room was not cleaned /touched the whole stay. I came back each day from hiking to find the room untouched. There was no conditioner in the room to start with, I had 2 towels for 3 days . No coffee by day 3 morning. The evening I went to use the pool the whole hallway was blocked by equipment. Needless to say I would not recommend for the cost there are other places in the area. The room itself was not bad, bed comfortable. If your just looking for a bed and not a vacation , your probably okay. Myself would not return

I was greeted by a very friendly face. The clerk also happily helped us with a problem with our t.v. I found the room clean, but the carpets in the halls do not look like they are cleaned often. All of the rooms are NOT suites. We only had motel room basics in our room. Those in my group that used the pool found the water a little cool but thought the water and pool area were clean and well stocked with pool towels. I would be happy to stay here again. Oh, we were also very happy with the breakfast. Lots of tasty options in a clean setting with enough tables and chairs to eat comfortably.

The bed in our room was sagging and uncomfortable. The room also had an odor.

The hallway smelled like Indian food, the carpet there had not been vacuumed in long enough that there was debris (it was the same filthy look at 9 am as it was the prior day). The bed had a fitted sheet that only came down about 2-3” and left the mattress exposed. The bathroom was cleaned well, so that was good. The room itself, however, had a desk chair and other furniture that were covered in old dust like it had been pilled from a warehouse. But most importantly, as a warning for others: the room had a mildew odor, and when we turned on the loud outdated heating/cooling unit, it belched out a cloud of mildew odor and continued to the entire time it ran. If I had mildew sensitivities, I’d probably have had to leave. Simply upgrading these HVAC units would be a critical improvement to the property. Would I stay again? I wouldn’t. It was grossly overpriced. Even more importantly, it didn’t meet a La Quinta standard. The staff were very nice, however… Not their fault….

Would not stay here again.It seemed the morning staff person was more interested on talking on her cell phone than monitoring the breakfast bar area or at least making eye contact and saying good morning. The housekeeping staff was exceptionally patient with us leaving our room and I credit them on being friendly. Maintenance was poor as the satellite dish had been knocked over, not fixed, that totally disrupted t v reception. Assuming poor was hazy and concerning for it being not clean. Alot of room for improvement at this facility.

Need to was the carpet from the room and from aisle going to the pool. Towels from the pool was dirty and the blanket dirtiest as well.
