Really didn’t mind him checking the ID and making sure everything checked out, But, afterwards no apology for the inconvenience and just looked at me like when he gave me the card back. Anyways, next morning came and call about 10:30 asking were we ststing another day? So, I packed up took bags to the car, stopped by front desk to turn in keycard.Only to be told I assumed by the owner he has to check the room to get my deposit back. But, he can’t check until my wife leaves the room? So, I go back up get my wife and let him know we are cleared. He comes out and he’s counting the cars in the parking lot. PROS: The price is right! Close to the venue! Not the Hilton properties we are use to but, really not bad for the money. CON: Customer service horrible!!, Room needs new sheets, spreads, pillow cases, towels, face clothes, and hand towels!!

The picture on the website were deceiving. But my stay served its purpose. I really don’t like staying in property where the door to your room leads to the outside. Overall I didn’t have any issues.

It was disgusting. Had mold, cigaretta burns on the tub, crack in the tub, cigarette burns in the comforter, carpet was stained badly, smelled like mildew and old cigarettes. Along with an ungodly smell from the room next to it with the ceiling tour out, EVERYTHING saturated from what i would assume a very old unadressed water leak. And we had to fight with them to get a refund because it just wasn't bearable to even stay there and was over $300 for 2 nights in this condition. Most definitely did not get comoensated enough for the hassle it took to get a refund, on top of having to find another hotel at last minute since we were no where near home.

The ice bucket in the restroom. Obviously feces, Piss , blood and vomit and hair is found in there. The ice bucket was fulllll of hair!!!! the last room I stayed in had brown splatter on the bucket. So gross!! It’s a shelf above the fridge n stove definitely makes more sense! Definitely more sanitary

The motel needs a facelift. The breeze ways were dirty and trashy and literally smelled like skunk! The room smelled musty and the pillows were so thin that even two were inadequate.

I got an email that said they didnt have it Room was filthy and there was blood on the bed i slept in. I noticed it the next morning when I moved my suitcase. Also behind the microwave was fillthy and there were bugs behind it. Luckily we werent there long.

The area is not to my liking but it was close to where I needed to be the bed's are uncomfortable went to bed in pain and woke up in more pain had to chase two cockroach while there had to pay a 50$ deposit for any damages but you are supposed to get it back at checkout this place is mostly for over night or emergency situation

Location wasn't bad. Didn't like that the spa tub did not work correctly Didn't like the burn holes in the top cover and carpets. Didn't like that there wasn't light in half the room. Didn't like that there wasn't a coffee maker. Didn't like that there wasn't a safety latch on the inside of room to secure the door.

Room was too small. bed was jammed right next to wall. No drawer in nightstand. Distance from parking to room was excessive. no parking near room. had to ask for towels; not automatically checked and changed. Towel rack not located near shower. had to walk to get towel to dry off. the lighting in the room was terrible. light switch near door did not switch on any lamp.

What if you were passing through town on a trip and a friend wanted to stop by? That is insane. Probably will stay elsewhere going forward. I'm now curious was that is all about. I was kept awake by the guest next door playing music very loudly until 12.30am. I was about to ask the motel to move me when things went quiet so I don’t know how the staff would have reacted.

The only good thing was the customer service. They were very nice to me. The walls were not clean but the room strongly smelled like straight bleach. The bedding was cheap and the pillows were flat. The towels were thin. My daughter lost her sock and we looked behind the head of the bed in front of the mattress. There was hair dirt and dust just lining the back of the bed. The bathroom floor was slippery the entire time as it never really dried from them mopping right before we got there. There was old orange peels on the floor that had rotted. My two-year-old picked it up and put it in her mouth. The morning we were leaving a roach crawled past my foot. Never staying there again.

The Internet was not working. They finally got it to work for a few minutes. Then it didn't work the rest of the night or the next morning. The clock didn't work. The floor lamp didn't work. The main problem I found with this property is that there was no internet service. When I called the front desk they couldn’t help me and I found out when I stayed in the property in Plattsburgh NY it was the same issue with internet service. So you need to look into your internet in all your rooms.

They refuse to honor the insurance when I had to cancel due to my business meeting being cancelled. I will fight Expedia and their scam. The Hotel itself is not the issue. We found this property on a spontaneous trip to Six Flags. Quick and easy check in at 3 am. Minimal TV channels available but not a big deal since we were just catching a few hours sleep. The room and property were clean. Slept great. Poor breakfast selection, just pastries, apples, bananas and granola bars served with coffee or orange juice. Not a bad stay though, especially for the price!

We had a non-smoking room that smelled like weed. not that we cared but I did not want to get charged for it. The front desk staff said it's probably because our room is located between 2 smoking rooms and offered me some air freshener. besides that everything else was as expected. Room was clean and staffs were friendly.

The room is big n spacious but my refrigerator was broke n leaking water cause a smell in the room n the tube shower piece is broke to cut the shower part on n I know somebody who throw up in that same room lik 2 weeks ago in the corner n y it's still there smh that let me know they don't be cleaning those room properly just rushing.

It was a little high for not many amenities. It was clean and didn’t have any issues. The traffic was a little noisy but not too bad.

We had a nice stay in a nice convenient area. Only problem was toilet was a little rickety only had 3 pillows and they were pancake flat. I had to fold my one while my husband had two and they still slept like on. Our room door wouldn't lock. Staff was friendly, room was clean, it was very quiet and overall we had a good stay despite the minors

This property was a great find for the price. Close to the location, plenty of restaurants around, close to highways, and quiet. Don’t let the outside fool you! Very great find!

The property is well-maintained, and our room was clean. The location was a bit concerning, though. The front desk was equipped with bullet-proof glass like a bank teller cage. There were several rough looking guests hanging around. Two police cars showed up just as we were leaving for dinner. This is a nice motel in a bad location.

I chose this property because of price and proximity to Six Flags Over Georgia. My wife does NOT like Atlanta traffic, so I went with something close. Check-in, after hours, is in a 'secure room' about 4' x 4' with a glassed window and a bank-teller pass-through. Charged for room upon arrival, which was fine. RM 222 was given to us. An upstairs corner room. Top of stairs, and a view where I could see our car. An exterior corridor property. For my wife, the room wasn't a great first night experience. The room didn't have any other lights in the room, beyond the lamp between the beds, so she thought it was too dark. She didn't care for the light duvets, but everything else appeared to be clean. The carpets and bath appeared to be clean, in the light that we had available (entrance corridor, bathroom, and the ONE nightstand lamp, which had two bulbs).The far corner of the room was very dark. Looking through bags was difficult in that corner. Ended up lining our bags up against the entrance corridor and the small clothes hanging area. No hangers in this room. Plenty of hot water. The towels had a clean smell, and although not very plush. Cont.bkfst packaged Muffins & danish, bananas & apples. One coffee airpot. No hot water for tea. Cannister Sugar & Creamer. Location is kind of residential, kind of commercial. Popeye's Chicken next door. No towels delivered while we were away. 930p Sat night to desk to get clean ones and take back used ones. Hskpg missed room? Owner seem nice.

This place was very nice rooms are very spacious. It is a very small hotel but well-kept up. The staff was friendly. They offer breakfast.

Staff was professional with a pleasant greeting and smile. The king sized bed mattress felt thin, hard and it squeaked. I didn't like the fact that the door sweep was worn out on the bottom of the door, so the bottom of the room door on room #102 was not sealed properly. Little bugs and critters can easily enter the room underneath the bottom of the door.

There could have been more and better parking. But besides that it was a pleasant place to stay.

Very basic hotel. But very clean and fresh smelling. No stinky “hotel smell” rooms. It could use a little update on the bedding. But overall, great experience at an amazing price!!

The upkeep of the whole area..the location it was 2.5 miles from six flags so it was a quick ride..they had 24/7 cameta service so i felt pretty safe and you couldn't beat the price of the rooms..

it was nice but wish it was closer to 475 it was close to restaurants

The sheets were AWFUL. There were stains on the sheets. The room SMELLED BAD. There were no usb plugs anywhere.

Stay was really good. I needed 5 additional nights and it was so easy to extend my stay.

It was a great stay. They only I recommend is better matteresses. They were quite firm.
