Very good value for money, with easy access to the motorway and direct bus to Centre of Muenster city. We arrived later than expected, but staff were there to meet us. Lift to upper floors. There was nothing we didn't like.

A lovely hotel which suited our needs perfectly as we were driving from Sweden to England and needed to break the journey as we had our two dogs with us. The staff were so friendly and accommodating so we decided to book the hotel for our return journey.

This hotel is located outside Muenster, but only a short drive from the centre of Muenster. We enjoyed the size of the room and a very big bathroom. We had a room on the backside of the hotel and it was very quiet. We enjoyed our dinner's and breakfast in the restaurant. Very friendly staff. Free parking at the hotel premises. Cannot think of anything.

I absolutely delighted with the hotel and the service. The level of reception support is incredible. The location is just perfect - near the public transport and in the very center of the city. Will definetely choose this hotel in the futue. Check-in and check-out process is smooth. No suggestions, everything is perfect.
