Great location, comfortable and spacious room, excellent service when needed. Breakfast very well provided with many options. Location is very central to main activities.

Very friendly staff and nice clean rooms, good breakfast

Terrific in these things: Location, boutique , cleanliness, staff/owner attention, breakfast. All was excellent. We enjoy a property like this, smaller, terrific location, attention to detail for all the things that count for us. If you need an elevator, 24 hour reception this is not your type of hotel.

Warmly welcoming staff. They make you feel like you know each other since many years. Perfect location, very nice and tidy. Parking place is not too far away and considering the hotel is at the heart of this small jewel town, it makes sense. Absolutely recommended.

Great location in the city of Munster, theatre parking close by as described. Lovely fresh breakfast with great coffee. Rooms were small but comfortable

The location near the city center was excellent. My room was overlooking the restaurants across the street so felt lively (a plus AND a minus). Room was cozy but not cramped. An intimate vibe with narrow staircases and halls. More like an Inn than a Hotel. Parking. The garage is a haul down the road; instructions for paying were not clear and I needed a local to help me figure it all out! The prior day I received a ticket accidentally parking in a local zone (my mistake).

My room was very comfortable - especially the bed. It was very clean and tidy. Breakfast was very good - coffee particularly good and an excellent choice of food. Location was perfect for the conference I was attending.

Cozy breakfast area.

Location A bit too basic

This hotel was so charming! And they had a small, lovely terrace for enjoying the evening. And the location was fabulous!!! The room was a bit small.

Central location so walking distance from shops restaurants and public transport. Nice rooms, charming terrace and very helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast was good. Stairs to all floors not so good if you are older. This is the only thing that would put me off booking here again. A little noise from the front facing rooms opposite road and the restaurants but the town was busy and it didn’t stop me sleeping!

Excellent location

Wonderful, friendly staff, who couldn't do enough for us to make our stay a memorable one. The terrace was a lovely place to sit for breakfast or just to chill later in the day. It's central location meant it was very noisy, so if you need quiet to sleep, this location wouldn't suit some people. We have earplugs and being city dwellers are used to constant noise.

I arrived much later then planned in the evening (train issues) and was worried about checking in. Staff had kindly left a phone number taped to the door (the is a small hotel without 24 hour reception) which I was able to call. I was then talked through the process of opening the door with a key code and my key was waiting for me in my room. The next day on opening my curtains I was greeted with a beautiful view of local rooftops and the huge nearby cathedral. Be advised it has early morning bells (if you aren't a morning person!). Initially when I went to get breakfast all tables were taken. The waitress very kindly (a few minutes later after I returned to my room) knocked on my door to let me know a table was now free. There is outdoor seating as well for when the weather is warmer. The hotel has a great location in the city centre within easy walking distance of lots of nearby museums. Its a 20 minute walk from the main train station. The receptionist was really friendly and kind when I spoke to her about leaving my suitcase (after checking out) whilst sight seeing on my last day. Munster is a beautiful place, and I would certainly consider visiting this hotel again in the future if I returned to Munster. Not the fault of the hotel, the cathedral bells did wake me up a bit earlier than expected! (I was hoping for a lie in after a long previous day).
