We have stayed here many times and are never disappointed. BUT wozzer the new coffee station is fabulous. Used to be urns of coffee now are machines that give a fresh grind every time. Delicious and fitting to a seattle stay. Breakfast was great too.. love the ice water always available in the lobby! Staff is so friendly and accomodating

Stayed with family of 5. While the sofa bed isn’t comfortable (feels like laying on a bar) the overall stay was great anyway. Enjoyed the pool and our families favourite is always a great selection of breakfast choices.

Absolutely loved this hotel! The pool was great, the breakfast was very good. Staff was friendly. The Old Spaghetti Factory is in walking distance, stopped here with all my grandchildren. And I felt very safe and comfortable.

Breakfast was a highlight: good variety, fresh options, and well maintained. Our room was spacious and worked well for our family of three plus a toddler, which we really appreciated. There were a couple of minor drawbacks. The bathroom fan was quite loud, and while I used the gym in the morning, it was fairly limited in equipment—okay for a light workout, but very basic. Overall, it was a comfortable and convenient stay, especially for families, with a solid breakfast and good room size.

The breakfast was good, fresh, and varied (we stayed 4 nights). There is lots of parking. We didn’t hear any noise from neighbouring rooms or road noise from outside. The pool was clean.

The smell of chlorine throughout the whole hotel is overwhelming. There is only one elevator and it takes forever to move from floor to floor. Room needed a lot of updates but it was clean.

This was an average hotel. No one was at the checkin desk (the poor staffer came later on but she was the only one working, and said the hotel was pretty full). The breakfast was basic. Note they there isn’t a hot tub if that’s what you were hoping for. I think for a $225/night stay, you should have a couple of waters and some basic toiletries in the room (or ask if guests need it upon check-in).

The business facilities were great. The gym has a broken tread mill.

I stayed on the 2nd floor on a Friday. The room doors are not on a delayed closing mechanism, so every time someone went in and out of their rooms, the doors slammed. Also the noise above my room was quite loud, even past the "quiet" hours. The hotel room was very clean and the staff very good but I would think twice about staying there because of the noise.

Housekeeping also walked into my room this am (at 9am) and if I wouldn't have had the lock on the door they would've saw me in bed. No knock or anything. Just tried the bust in my room. I didn't have the do not disturb sign out, but I don't normally and have never had a problem at any other place I've stayed.

The hotel room is very clean and quiet. Staff are friendl6 and helpful. I would stay in this hotel again next time.

Nice staff, had to switch rooms because the heater was broken but staff was accommodating. It was clean.

We really liked our room, including layout, cleanliness and generous size. We generally have high expectations when we stay at a HIX, and this particular stay exceeded expectations.

Room was very clean and the perfect size for a family with 2 teenage boys. Hotel breakfast was very good. Just 3 little things that I didnt like. Shower head was terrible. Nothing worse to start your day than a crappy shower. The elevator was super slow, and the breakfast layout is terrible for someone with OCD. The toaster is on the opposite side of bread and bagels and a hazard for kids as it was really hot, and if a parent wasnt paying attention, their kid will get burnt. Very accessible for everyone to all areas of the hotel. I still give this hotel a 4 out of 5 because its very nice and clean with friendly staff.

Quiet, clean and spacious room with a very comfortable bed. Well appointed furnishings and the entire motel seems to have been renovated. Front desk and other staff were friendly and helpful. Outstanding breakfast selection. 24 hour Fitness Center. Higher recommend!

Pleasantly surprised by the unusually good breakfast selection.

The service and breakfast were amazing, staff were super kind, and even offered a crib for our baby. The only issue I had was the shower curtain in the bathroom didn’t have a lining so the floor got soaked when we showered, and there was a blood stain on one of the beds comforters. Otherwise we were very satisfied with our stay.

There was a compressor kicking in and out all night the final night was pretty noisy overall. The breakfast was just okay but I’d stay elsewhere next time for sure. Sorry HI

They place a big hold on the card when checking in. My hold was over $200 when they said it would only be $50. Also if you have little kids excited about a pool just a heads up this pool is freezing cold. We only stay 15 mins before leaving from the kids being to cold. Otherwise it’s a nice hotel.

The clerk who checked us in was pleasant, helpful and efficient. One of the quickest easiest checkins ever! The lobby was clean, and nicely decorated. Room was as described, clean, updated and no funny smells. 10/10 for the whole experience.

The AC unit was a bit noisy but there was earplugs they provided to have a good night rest due to the noise outside and the train station. The blowdryer in the bathroom was noisy when I was using it. Overall, it was a nice stay for me and my friend which it was our first time staying at that location but I have stayed at The Lynnwood location before. The breakfast was delicious and housekeeping was friendly and helpful.

We’ve stayed here many times over the years now and it’s always great to be close to the mall and the different dining options. Over the last year now we’ve noticed that the hot tub in the pool area has been covered over for some reason which is a little inconvenient

The staff was decent…the elevator unfortunately was out of order, so we had to carry 7 suitcases down 3 flights of stairs. The pool area was not well lit and not very inviting when compared to the online photos.

The staff was friendly and helpful, the hotel is close to the highway but far enough away to be quiet, and parking is easy and safe. My only disappointment was that they no longer offer hot fresh cookies in the evening 😟. The bed and room were so comfortable that I slept better and later than I have in ages. We will definitely be returning when we come back to Seattle

First off Staff was amazing! The property seemed rundown, bad smell in the lobby, room was rundown, breakfast was lackluster.

Personally, I got a backache sleeping on their beds, but I have a really bad back. Probably good for others.

Enjoyed our stay at this Holiday Inn, breakfast was good and staff were friendly. Nice warm heated pool but could have used a hot tub. Close to the mall and lots of shopping around the area. Only downside was you could hear some noise from other rooms so walls are not as soundproof as other hotels, but nothing was bad enough to cause any major disturbances.

Included breakfast was good with a reasonable amount of choices to cover all eaters. Downside to breakfast was the paper plates, polystyrene cups and plastic cutlery!! No clear and obvious recycling so we did our best but it's a shame in this day and age that so much would be going to landfill.

Booked a room based on the photos provided of the room. I didn’t realize that upon booking, I thought I was getting a room with a little living area. Not the case. The standard room and the suite offered the same photos. Deceiving.

The bathroom had poop on the floor and the back of the door. I requested a new room. We were moved up a floor. The halfway was dirty with trash in the walkway. Then when we got to the new room the TV didn't work.

The staff was very kind, did have one instance when we asked for our room to be vacuumed and it was not done as request, but the rest of the stay was great.

This was my second time staying here, the first I had a great experience but this time around was not the best. We were in the first floor and the room smelled extremely moldy and felt musty all night despite turning the AC off and on, the noise level was horrible all night and the pool water was super dirty. I had very poor sleep with the loudness from the lobby and elevator.

We LOVE everything at this hotel, from spacious clean room to amazing breakfast. However, I wish the shower head is adjustable for height and pressure... Also, I wish to see a makeup mirror, as well as better in-room entertainment like the account connection to Netflix and / or Prime for extra movies and shows. That's all.

I had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend the Holiday Inn Lynnwood to anyone visiting the area. Whether you're in town for business or a quick getaway, it's a reliable and comfortable choice.

The service was excellent! From check in to check out was great. Loved the room call about 15 minutes after we got there to see if our room was ok, and if anything was needed. The fresh warm cookies in the lobby were a nice surprise. Great stay, clean rooms with comphy beds!

A relatively new hotel, with particularly large, clean rooms. Definitely a good bang for the buck. Numerous quick food restaurants in the immediate vacinity but no quality restaurants. You would have to travel to Edmonds, 10-15 minutes by car for really quility restaurants.

Very well kept facility and friendly staff. Rooms very clean and modern. Good breakfast included, a big plus. Nice to have a warm indoor pool for the kids to splash around in during the cold of winter. Perfect hotel to visit with my 5 and 9 year olds in tow.

Disappointment however was when they had free cookies one nite and then not at all the following.

The room, building and property are very nice. However the hallway noise due to poor noise insulation around the doors is so bad it is likely to disturb your sleep as people come and go at all hours. Earplugs help, but can't fully cancel out the loud doors clanging open and close. I also could hear guests in their rooms a bit, even in the farthest corner of my room from the door. So maybe bring noise canceling headphones too. Be sure to ask for a room facing away from the glowing billboard, it is brighter than you might expect at night.

I would recommend this property; the price and amenities we received were great! Super clean, room smelled great, good breakfast, coffee, and friendly staff with a quick check-in. I would totally come back!
