Clean room, good options for breakfast, and very welcoming staff. It was right beside my conference location, but beside the highway and walking to any places was uncomfortable.

I think I got sick after eating melon and fruit at breakfast that had been left out too long.

Oh my gosh, what a welcome surprise everything was like brand new. The staff was amazing the breakfast. Incredible. I highly recommend this property wonderful people 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Pleasant

Our second stay here was excellent as usual. Now that light rail connects from the nearby Lynwood center with free parking, we can go to Seattle without driving in that awful traffic. Took the light rail and monorail to Seattle for dinner and the Stars on Ice show at the Climate Pledge Arena (formerly Key Arena) and the trip was flawless. This will be our new go to place for trips to Seattle and points south.

Hoped that the next night they would be gone, but it again went on for hours. I called the front desk at midnight and was assured it would be checked out. At 12:30 it was still going on, I called again. Guy said people came in and he couldn’t deal with it, but would now. It finally ended around 1:00 am. When we checked out I asked the desk clerk about it and he laughed and said he must have called the wrong room, because the guy had been asleep. No help whatsoever. For someone traveling with a spouse in a wheelchair, which in itself can be stressful, this was 100% more stressful. We had been planning on staying here whenever in Seattle, now not so sure.

This is my favorite place to stay when we come to Seattle. Always very clean, well maintained, and super close to the light rail. I’ll be back every time!

Room was nice BUT absolutely everything cost extra... and top dollar as well. $18 for mediocre breakfast, $2 bottles of water in the room... staff had attitude. There are nicer rooms with far better amenities INCLUDED.

Nice staff. Hot tub was cold so couldn’t use it which was extremely disappointing since we came from 4 hours away. Hot water in the shower lasted for about 3 minutes before it started going cold. Couldn’t get the wifi to work on all 3 devices we had. It kept saying technical difficulties. Because of all that I wouldn’t stay here again

Probably the best hotel experience I've ever had and that means a lot because we have been traveling across and around the continent for almost 2 years now. Couldn't recommend better than the hilton garden.... oh ya and amazing breakfast that stays available for several hours.

Room wasn't as clean as I would expect from a Hilton. There was a long strain on hair just sitting in plain view on the bathroom counter. My son and I have short hair. Also, on the floor of the tub there was what seemed to be dirt or debris that had to be washed down before using. And lastly, one of the lights above the nightstand would flicker.

Room was nice. Pillows were horrible!! Bring your own. Pool and hot tub were nice, but the chorine levels hurt our eyes and into the next day. Restaurant was great, with great service. As well as the front desk, great 1st impression.

My recent stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Seattle/Lynnwood exceeded all my expectations. The hotel was spotless, modern, and comfortable, with spacious rooms featuring cozy beds, great lighting, and convenient touches like a microwave and fridge. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. I loved the on-site amenities—the indoor pool, fitness center, and delicious breakfast—and the location was perfect, right next to Alderwood Mall and close to great dining and easy freeway access. Despite being near the highway, my room was quiet and relaxing. Overall, this hotel offers exceptional comfort, service, and value—I’ll definitely be staying here again.

We were woken up in the middle of the night with other guests yelling in the hallway and we became a bit worried about our safety which affected our comfort.

Great Breakfast - delicious omelettes

The breakfast buffet was delicious with plenty of options, and the lobby snack shop had some really good choices too. The room was also better than expected—for a standard room, it came with a microwave, mini fridge, and even a TV with Netflix and apps! That made it super convenient and comfortable. I’d definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again!

The hotel is close to Seattle, the area was nice and safe. Lots of restaurant options but the hotel restaurant had great breakfast and dinner and the service was great too. Rooms were clean and decor is updated. We would stay there again!

I was refused a room

Super clean and quiet! We waked from the hotel to the light rail so we could go to a Mariner's game. The young (to us) man, who checked us in, was super helpful and courteous! I wish I knew his name so I could give him a shout out!

Was disappointed that the rooms were not being serviced. I requested a cleaning and was told it would be done but never happened. Otherwise, facility was good, clean.

Very clean and comfortable hotel. Easy check in, I had a knee replacement a week ago and had to travel to Seattle for an appointment. They had showers that you could roll in a wheelchair if needed and shower chairs which helped me a lot. Also it was no extra charge for this option. I would definitely stay there again. Only issue was because of traffic it takes about 20 to 30 mins to get to Seattle if that is where your going.

My room was facing the freeway and it was really loud. If you are a light weight sleeper like me I would advise that you request a room facing the parking lot.

Nice and clean area

In a hotel, my top priority is ro find a comfy bed and quiet room. I asked at front desk for a quet room and the kid, clearly in intensive training to be a space cadet rather than a hotel clerk, put us into the closest room next to the elevator, ice maker, and a large rattling hall HVAC duct. Under the window was the equipment room to run the entire hotel. Could not sleep much. Other than than if you like free parking near Seattle this is a safe place to park

Very clean, quiet, and comfortable. I'm very picky about cleanliness and I was impressed with how clean my room was. I also loved the TV with apps on it so you can watch your own Netflix or whatever. Easy safe parking, too

I have always stayed in Hiltons and have never had a bad experience until this one. The coffee pot in the room was broken. When I went downstairs to get a cup of coffee and oatmeal for breakfast, I was charged over $19 for the "breakfast buffet." When I complained at the time, and at checkout, I was told, "that is what we have always done." I am going to be coming back to Seattle on business, but will not be staying at this Hilton.

I was blown away by how friendly the desk staff were. We had great conversations adn they were able to take care of anything and everything we needed. it was such a pleasant stay!

It was a very pleasant stay. The staff was AMAZING!! The best I have EVER experienced! The reason I gave a 4 star for the area around the property is because it was a little messy. It wasn't necessally the hotel property that was messy it was the neighboring properties that were messy but we still had to look at it. 4 stars for the condition and facilities because the hot tub was broken and that was all we really wanted to enjoy for one night! One of the main reasons we booked this hotel was because of the hot tub. All in all this I was one of the greatest, friendliest places I have ever stayed in my life! ... And I have traveled a lot!

Very clean and nice; but the walls are a little thin so it was noisy.

We were in town for a 3-day sales conference. The breakfast was okay with decent options. The food overall was pretty good, they were out of a lot of things to drink at the bar. The bartender was an amazingly kind and helpful man. So were the waiters and waitresses. The front desk staff are very friendly and accommodating. Honestly my biggest issues are more with the condition of our room. Not really worth complaining about but our shower head was broken and it was dripping onto this metal plate that's covering the drain and so whenever someone in our room took a shower there was just loud. Ping, ping, ping, ping ping.

Just a really nice hotel with cruelty free hygiene products.

Hotel is clean, SAFE, easy parking and close to every need (shopping, restaurants, etc), but car dependent. Near the freeway so a bit noisy but insulated windows do a nice job and MUCH better than expected. Highly recommend. Likely in top 3 for properties in area.

The only thing I don't like was the next door was lots of teenager making loud noise until pass 10pm and call the front desk before 10pm and got nothing resolved, so can't sleep till noise next door went away. Call front desk 2x. Don't recommend staying next to a Hockey player team room.

It was really nice and staff were ok. They weren’t very welcoming at check-in. The main thing that bothered me the pool and hot tub being closed. We specifically looked at pools when booking and there were no mentions of the pool being closed. We wanted a nice weekend swimming and the kiddos were excited to go swimming. So basically it was a big let down. This is the second time booking with Expedia and the pool has been closed with no mentions on the site.

There was a fire at the property. We stood in the parking lot for extended periods of time. The restaurant had great chicken wings.

The room was very clean and new. Big spacious room with roll in shower. Bathroom was very clean. All the light switches/buttons, remote, faucets looks clean and modern. Only the shower runs quite slow, but it’s hot enough. Staff were friendly and helpful. Quick check in and check out. Highly recommended.
