The room was incredibly loud, situated next to an atrium that was occupied until 12am and beneath a room of folks that started their day in combat boots at 6am. I was staying over to take a 5hr exam at a nearby college, specifically to get a good night's sleep. Staying here was a poor choice, potentially with lasting consequences- unfortunately, the staff was too screwed by a system failure to figure out the logistics of locating a quiet room. The bathroom was laid out in such a way that the towels were pretty hard to reach if you were mobility impaired. Goodness help you if the towels were forgotten before you got into the tub.

Great location

Spent 1 night only with my family of 7. The room was excellently laid out, breakfast was fine, my kids loved the pool, we rested well, and the location was great! Close to lots of shopping and restaurants and staff were very courteous and friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

Everything from customer service to the pool, fitness room, lil snack shop amongst other things, hot tub is a bit smaller but does the job- will definitely be staying here again!

My stay here was great! Every time I returned to my room, there were fresh towels in the bathroom, I loved the included breakfast and the bistro/restaurant option for dinner, and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. I definitely utilized the concession store every day (water, coffee, snacks), making my trip easier before heading into the city each day. Many helpful amenities and accommodations. The TVs have streaming apps as well, and the rooms are spacious with plenty of places to sit (mine even had two extra ottomans stowed neatly away under the table where the coffee maker and ice bucket are kept which I ended up using). Easy check-in & check-out. There was never an issue finding parking. Near gas stations and grocery stores like Target. I'd definitely recommend this hotel! (:

Problem was the hide a beds in the rooms are almost unusable. They have wires sticking out of them and are very uncomfortable. If a hotel is going to allow a room to Hold 7 people they should make it comfortable for everybody. Everything else was great, though.

Excellent hotel and staff. We had a great experience here. The rooms are clean and spacious and the staff is very kind. We even left behind an item after checking out and they found it and held it for us.

The staff was very nice and the room was the perfect size The hot tub jets didn’t work, the pool was way too cold, the breakfast was not that great there were not very many options and basics like fruit options were not varied, the beds were not comfortable. The second room I had the family members went home and the room was wasted because the bed was bad. They lived closer so they could do that. The room I was in the bed was ok but not great like I remember. It definitely didn’t live up to my prior stays at all. Very disappointed.

Food at breakfast didn't last. There were only small pans of hot food and they didn't replenish the potatoes. At 6:15 am there were no potatoes. There was a big group of guests eating at that time. When I went to respectfully complain about the lack of potatoes the woman I spoke with was professional, but another guest services representative who was also behind the counter began to mock me with a variety of lewd sexual gestures. When I addressed the lewd gesturer she moved closer to me and continued her lewd behavior. Unbelievable.

I encountered an issue with my initial room reservation. However, Raul, the manager, was incredibly helpful. He promptly checked for similar rooms and booked one for me. To ensure my satisfaction, he even provided me with complimentary parking.

customer service was great. We left the do no disturb on our door and they sent us a text everyday to check if wr needed anything. This was above anything any other hotel has done. This was very kind

Great place to stay! Lovely location as many shopping and groceries around. Costco is 3 min away. Fred meyers 5 min. Complimentary breakfast and laundry! Great service even in middle of night.

The property is always clean. Someone is always vacuuming, or emptying garbages, mopping floors. The cleanest place I have stayed.

The breakfast was great, lots of food and variety and very tasty. The hot tub was warm, but the jets were not working so that was disappointing. The pool was freezing so again that was disappointing. When you pay as much as we paid to stay there, you could at least heat the pool sufficiently. We had to ask for more toilet paper when we checked in, whoever cleaned the room did not make sure that we had enough toilet paper, we had one roll that was almost finished. The hotel and room were very well kept up and clean. Thank you for a good job, but some improvements would be nice.

The indoor pool wasn't as warm as we would've liked, but overall not too bad. Everything else on the property was wonderful.

Good stay, clean, staff are excellent. It was noisy as there were kids running up and down the halls until 10:30pm. It would be nice if they had a cozy corner with a little bar, tv, music for adults to enjoy. We got a beer from the cooler in the lobby and told we had to drink it in our room, not breakfast area at 8pm at night 😞

Breakfast was very good, both in quantity and in options. Room was very clean and we were asked daily if we wanted to avail of room service/cleaning. Bathroom has most of the amenities needed so we didn't need to buy additional aside from the usual personal toiletries. Not a negative review but I was interested in booking the meeting areas, which was unused and unoccupied for the weekend, for some personal meetings with a few people but I was informed that it can only reserved or booked in advance. And the booking of the meeting rooms can only be done with the Marketing Manager/Team during the weekday. I was hoping that there was a "spot reservation" in case there's no prior booking for the meeting room.

The room was neat and clean, staff was very friendly and attentive. The breakfast was well supplied with several options. The hot tub could have stronger jets but temperature was good.

Nice rooms, very clean. Pretty decent breakfast, actually had hot food. Pool was cold, I would have used it more if it was warmer. Very nice and accommodating staff. They only had streaming on the 1st two floors and they moved me into one of those rooms per my request.

The location was convenient to our activities. The room was comfortable and staff were great. We didn’t take advantage of the pool/spa or breakfast as we were meeting local friends to eat. The hard surface floors were very cold, no carpet anywhere, cabinet door over fridge makes it hard to access. Also we had an alarm go off at 4am, disturbing our sleep. However, We were more than adequately compensated for this event by the staff.

We got a complaint call from the front desk because our tv was too loud...it's because we couldn't hear it over the elephants stomping over our heads or the loud house party happening in the courtyard outside our window or the hordes of children swimming in the pool well until 11:30. Not cool at all.

The room was nice, quaint, for one person it was just right. The bed was a little too soft for me. Everything else in the room was great. Breakfast was good though the hot items could be a little warmer. I also ate dinner there which was convenient and again the meal was warm not hot. Finally the staff behind the counters were very friendly and helpful.

Loved the breakfast and the spacious room! The staff was lovely and very friendly and helpful! Was very pleasantly surprised by our suite and the kids loved each having their own pullout couch. They were disappointed that the pool was closed for half our stay because we did choose the hotel especially for the pool. The sound proofing wasn't great but our babies white noise machine was pretty helpful with that. I didn't mind the beds but if you're very particular about beds you might not find them very comfortable.

The staff went out of their way to be rude and dismissive toward me the entire time I was there. None of my requests were approved. None of the issues I reported were resolved during my stay. I was never greeted by any staff members nor was i thanked for staying with them at checkout. They treated me like a complete inconvenience. Maybe I look gross to them or they just don't like my appearance, who knows. I definitely wouldn't because they refused to engage with me. During the stay I reported that the bed was extremely noisy and lumpy. That was never addressed by staff. I reported the noise levels being excessive by both guest and housekeeping, that was ignored by staff as well. Check-in was extremely complicated and confusing. Checkout was extremely dismissive and unfriendly. I wasn't welcomed back by the staff who checked me out nor by the one who gave me my bags after storing them there. He actually, was quite rude. About 4'2", big hair, glasses and huge nostrils. He's extremely aggressive, intense and dismissive. The night staffsaid the same as well regarding him. This created an extremely inhospitable environment. The night staff also explained to me that this particular property prioritizes Hilton Honors tier members and that I was in the bottom tier and that they would not accommodate any of my requests nor resolve any of my concerns. As far the hotel goes, the rooms are cleaned daily and are in decent repair. The halls smell like skunk. Security is lacking

We did run into a couple maintenance issues in our room. The bedroom door in our suite was very difficult to open and close and at one point almost got stuck. The sink water also came out dark each time the faucet was first turned on, which was concerning. The front desk responded quickly when we reported it and offered bottled water for the evening, which we appreciated. Aside from those issues, the stay was comfortable and the staff was helpful. With a little attention to the maintenance items, this would easily be a 5-star experience.

Room was in excellent condition, however the bathroom needed a small mirror thatextends from the wall. Most hotel have that feature for older people who have vision issues.

Simply the best hotel north of downtown Seattle, period. Clean, easy access, tasty breakfast, easy parking, etc.

The hotel was pretty nice. The only issues I have is the pool was the coldest pool I’ve ever swam in.. The jets on the hot tub didn’t work. And the reason I got the hotel is so me and my kids could go swimming, but we could hardly even get in the water cause it was ice cold so that made me very sad. we may be spent a total of 30 minutes at the pool sitting in the hot tub with no jets.

Laundry service was a great help. Everything from front desk staff to breakfast in the morning 5 stars.

That was the most comfortable hotel bed I've ever stayed at. The shower and water pressure was fantastic. Breakfast was decent it was your average hotel breakfast but the room was great. The staff were a crack up. There were some issues checking in due to a system outage and they handled it well as well as made some jokes about it later on, loved it! The only noticeable thing was at 2am someone was pounding on a door somewhere in the hotel and it could be heard throughout the whole hotel. I'm friends and I were talking about it the next morning because we were on different floors and different areas of the hotel so not directly above each other but we could hear the pounding, word for word conversation of the people.

In the booking, it is not made clear there is a $10/day parking fee. Internet is only free if you join the Hilton Honors. I would have made a different choice had that been clear.

That is just disgusting. We didnt complain i just dont. The remote was broken again didnt say a word. We werent there long

The suite has two couches in the living room and one of them had a back pillow completely ripped out of the cover. Very strange that they just left it like that to look terrible. Bathroom sink was slow but they did send someone who fixed it. Otherwise the room appeared clean, nice size suites.

Hotel was very nice. The room was very nice. The employees were very nice service was very quick and down point. The only negative was the showerhead in the bathroom, which was supposed to be adjustable and was not. Therefore the water floated out at the fastest and highest pressure. Otherwise everything great.

The pool was closed, being the main reason for our choice in this hotel, it was very inconvenient and the staff was not very polite about it.

The pool hours from 10pm-6am was really nice. But The hot tub was not very warm and looked like it needed cleaned which was very disappointing, the jets were not very good either. We also had a accessible room and the sliding door to go into the bedroom was very very hard to open and close

The staff was very friendly. However, the microwave didn't work - it smoked a lot when we tried to use it. We requested a replacement and were told there wasn't one, and advised we shouldn't use the one we had due to safety concerns. The refrigerator constantly leaked water requiring us to continually soak up water from the refrigerator shelves, which left us without towels to use for other purposes. We stayed for two nights and brought food with us to prepare in the kitchen. This was a primary reason we booked this room, so the defective appliances were an issue for us. The room was spacious and the breakfast was pretty good, especially the waffles.

The room was overall clean, but the bathtub was not user-friendly. The staff were friendly, and the pool was clean. However, the bathtub plug was broken and sharp, which was a safety concern. Additionally, one of the closet doors came off the railing and hit me on the head.

Room was upgraded thankfully after being placed on the ground floor right beside the elevator. We have been to this location many times in many years and found the hotel run down. Beds were old and not as comfy as before, carpets in hallways very stained.

Everything has been great so far

Staff was wonderful, breakfast was amazing, room was very clean. Unfortunately we were placed in a room directly across from a couple of homeless people that were given the room for months to stay. The smell that was coming out of that room was atrocious and unfortunately garbage,dirt and hair was pouring into the hallway. We staying accross the hall from this room and all throughout the night (12:30am-5:30am)they were slamming the doors and shooting up in the hallways. I’ve never experienced something like this before and it should probably be addressed.

The hotel was very clean and everything provided was great including the rooms… one complaint I have is the day front desk women seemed a little rude and disinterested in her job. Any simple question I asked felt like she was irritated with it and she was not very welcoming.

Overall a good stay - the room was clean, staff were friendly, on-site breakfast was good. Our only complaint is that the bed was extremely creaky and would squeak anytime we would move around, which kept us up for a lot of the night.

Breakfast was pretty good for being included with the stay. Much better than a basic continental. The pool is a tad cold though but nothing that affects the rating.

The jacuzzi was really. My eyes are sensitive to pool chemicals so i only used it once during my stay and is was very nice relaxing. Really helped to loosen my muscles.

Extra charges for parking auto $10 per day for three days plus various taxes making the total bill up to $40. We were unaware there was a parking fee!

Everything was great, except the fee for parking. I've stayed st many different hotels in Lynnwood, but never had to pay for parking.

Came to the hotel and met Raul at the front desk who went above and beyond to help get accommodations and feel comfortable while we were exhausted. Unannounced to him, my wife and our child just spent the day at the ER Children’s Hospital in Seattle. All Raul knew was that it was my wife’s Birthday. With his authentic presence, we were able to be also surprised with an upgraded room! The room was clean and amenities fun! This hotel saved us, rested and rejuvenated we leave with a little more hope and brightness with what’s to come! Thank you!

The bed was so comfortable!

We stayed in a suite and loved how much space there was. The front desk at this location was super friendly and helpful. Only negative is the place seemed well used. The couch was falling apart - stitching coming undone and the throw pillows were missing zippers. Just seemed well traveled through. Breakfast was good too - wished they had small milks included for the kids. Otherwise a decent one night stop!

Food had variety of options. Although no bacons, the sausage patty and gravy / biscuits was good. The waffle station was a nice bonus.

Give enough information about walking in the area.Was told about the large shopping center nearby but got lost coming back. Would have appreciated a map as the shopping center was very nice.

We have stayed here multiple times over the last 5 years but it seems like the quality is going downhill. The elevator was broken for our entire 4 day stay and we were staying on the 4th floor. Nobody was working on repairing it. The hot tub was also broken the whole time we stayed and the pool was closed for one of the days. My kids were very disappointed. The breakfast has always been a great feature of this hotel but the quality is worse and they were out of a lot of items. We will be trying another hotel in the area for our next visit.

Second time there. Breakfast is great however Jacuzzi was broken treadmill broken. Staff was great. Suddenly theres an extra $10 a night fee for parking. Why? That wasn't appreciated. Rooms are clean main floor carpet is getting a bit worn and stained. Good hotel.

The Hampton had 24 hour access to the pool and gym!! Loved that!! The pillows were so comfortable and the room was really spacious. The bathroom was perfect, whoever designed it though of everything!! My husband really enjoyed breakfast: eggs, turkey sausage, biscuits and gravy, fresh fruit, yogurt bagels, pancakes, muffins, juices. Really enjoyed this hotel, thank you!

Great place to stay at. We enjoyed everything about the hotel, from the breakfast, pool and room stay. All hotel personnel are very friendly. We went to Seattle-pike place. We took the link train from Lynwood station and it took us to Seattle every time we wanted to go.

The place is clean and roomy. Their breakfast is good. I could have give them excellent if they had resolve the issues on the 1st call.

I have stayed at this hotel for well over 20 years - it is my go to hotel in Lynwood for convenience and also cleanliness. It has been remodeled over the years and looks great. My only gripe is that they now charge for parking

Checked in about 9pm after a long two days at the hospital. Went to get into bed and there were blonde hairs in it and little black specks all over and what looked like crumbs. Called front desk, they asked me to take pictures and send to an email for front desk and someone would bring a set of sheets up. Here I am after surgery changing sheets someone dropped off. Also when the neighbor showers it is very loud.

We were in Seattle for doctors appointments. This hotel was wonderful and accommodating. The only thing I was told was that we would not have to pay for parking since we were there for doctors appointments but they did charge me $10 a day for parking, but for Seattle I feel that’s reasonable. We will be staying here again for sure.

Professional and efficient.

Clean, spacious room, breakfast.

In the mornings at 6am we were able to choose our hot breakfast ready to eat. And, the laundry, while crowded was clean and free. The friendly vibe even carried through the other guests with everyone watching out for one another's laundry. We enjoyed it all from being in the midst of a large shopping area to the sparkling clean hotel athletic center. What a pleasant stay!

I treated myself to a suite, and it was wonderful!

The hotel staff was friendly, the rooms were clean and comfortable (ours had a mini kitchen which helped a lot), and the breakfast was delicious. We were not able to enjoy the pool and spa on this trip, but maybe next time.

The out of order elevator was however not good for my husband’s partial hip replacement.

Room was spacious and clean. Lots of bathroom counter space. Nice space for breakfast dining. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to others. The manager provided excellent customer service in helping with room preference.

It was convenient and easy to get to. Staff were great and we had our two dogs with us and having accommodation that is dog friendly is a major consideration for us.

We’ve stayed here a couple of times. It’s very conveniently located if you’re in town to shop. The kids love the pool and it’s always a bonus to have breakfast included. Parking is not included though- it was $10 extra for our overnight stay. We plan to stay again.

Staff was great

There was only one elevator working for the entire building so movement up and downstairs was extremely slow. We were on the fourth floor and I have arthritis so the elevator was necessary for us. The cleaning staff was friendly. The front desk staff seemed to be overwhelmed.

Main elevator was broken & down for 3 weeks & no estimate for repair. Only one small elevator available. Difficult to load cart in & out of small elevator. Needed to wait for others to do the same. No one from staff available to help. No discount for difficulty. Previous stays at this hotel involved back door lock broken. Guests used rock to keep door open. Security issue. If closed needed to walk to front of building through parking lot. Basically repair issues & safety issues. Repairs not done in timely manner. Some guy was sitting in lobby telling desk staff what to do, but ignored helping guests. Overall disappointing, will look for other options for Lynnwood stay.
