Ok so the room wasn’t bad ! Location wasn’t bad ! Right off freeway !!!! So very easy to get right back on and keep traveling ! A short distance to light rail . Bed was comfy , room was clean , bathroom was good . Water pressure was just ok ! But the one thing that was a big issue was the smell out side the hotel . Omgosh it stuck soooooo bad . Like to the point of wanting to puke . I had to send my kid and friend into hotel so they wouldn’t get sick . I was able to stand it and unload the vehicle but the smell was horrible and it’s only outside in parking area not inside hotel . It smelt like sewer or fish . Just very gross . But other than that we would honestly stay again . The employees were nice as well . We checked in late and left very early so can’t say how breakfast or anything else was .

The breakfast is very poor. Sometimes we can find a muffin and is between the time they served the breakfast. We stayed for almost a month an no body came to clean our room once, and we asked at the front desk about the service but nothing happened. Unfortunately we have had to staying for a couple days more and still no body showed up up to clean.

When I went to the front desk again I was told there " is a third person that they didn't know about staying in the room who has autism and paces all night long. I was not offered a different room. I checked out at 1 pm . I was charged for another day. I requested a refund from the front desk and in writing to extended stay and have heard nothing. I deserve a refund.

The facilities are quite run down. I remember these hotels being much nicer. This one has stayed the same as 20 years ago

Dirty rooms, outdated hotel

Breakfast is no good, mire like snacks. That i reserved a clean room and got a room that is old and next on the list for renovation.

Entire floor including our room smelled like dogs. Laundry was unusable due to bad smell. No one brought kitchen items to the room as advertised. People need to go down to the reception and get kitchen items and towels and carry them to their rooms.

Great location for this part of my trip, handy to restaurants. A bit tired, needs some updating. Bed was so-so. The hotel should devote more than a hallway space to breakfast and it should be a warm breakfast.

Great location, staff was nice but there were policies that made it feel impersonal: flight was late so had to check in after midnight but couldn’t get into room until hour after because of computer system audit? They need to update system. Stayed 13 days and asked to clean room just once but they said they could not unless we paid $10 extra because they clean only after 14 days? Carpet in room and hallway was old and worn. They need to remodel.

Parking was full, hard to find a disabled spot close to entrance. Day staff excellent. Night staff interesting. When I arrived, I was on crutches, I checked in before I dropped my friends off. I’ll let them know that I was just checking in real quick cause it was so late and I handed him them. My ID comment they weren’t doing anything. They said well we need everybody’s ID. I said it’s just me and my Service dog then the gal says well how did you drive here then. I stated my left foot is not the one that I use to drive but I shouldn’t have even had to explain that it was awkward. But I I’d still don’t think they believed me because they walked by my room and listened. My dog alerted me someone was there. Since they do allow pets that is excellent and great. They need to do a better job of deodorizing and cleaning the rooms. Additionally, my bedspread had a cigarette hole. It was a great location, great price, but not that clean not super dirty. Either more attention needs to be put in the details.

Put us on the first floor right by the laundry room ,people doing laundry at 340 am right by staff room door ,open and closing all night,right above us a family with children running around thumping at 533 am .floors in room where not washed .had no sleep ...but when i told staff about the people upstairs they did,call or talk to them cuz they became quite after wards .

The pillows all smelled like human head stink. There were fingernail clippings on the bed. Pretty sure the sheets hadn't been washed appropriately. I left a day earlier than planned and went to a different hotel because it was so disgusting.

The kitchen was small but very functional, and the cook pots, dishes and silverware were all good quality. The bed was very comfortable. Staff members were all friendly and helpful. There was no noise from adjoining rooms except for a loud barking dog that someone left alone in the room all day. The "breakfast bar" was minimal with mostly processed foods, but we had our own food so it didn't matter. We will definitely consider returning here.

The kitchen was clean, as was the rest of the room. The toilet, however, was small and uncomfortable. Other than that, it was a good experience.

Was great for a quick overnight stay.

The location is safe. Parking is easy. Good Customer Service. The grab and go breakfast is really disappointing. The pillows are small and uncomfortable.

The staff was friendly and courteous. I didn't like the oder in the hallways. It smelled like mildew in the carpet. I was thankful the smell was not in our room. Overall a decent room, but I will be finding another hotel in the future.

Some of the guests made me feel unsafe, however, the staff dealt with unsafe guests promptly and overall had a good experience.

Smelled like urine (barf) in the lobby. Our tv phone lights and toilet didn’t work, I left 2 hours after checking in

Suzanne at the front desk was rude and very unhelpful. The software does some audit and she said I had to wait an hour to check in it. 1230 in the morning. She wouldn’t cancel my reservation because she said there’s no problem with the check-in, I would just have to wait up to an hour

Did not like the smells from other rooms cooking in the rooms. Wish the bathroom had handrails and a hose attachment for the shower.

Property not very cleaning, Iron in the room is not working I asked for another they never provided it. They shouldn’t say breakfast included because this is very misleading it’s only limited coffee bar. Is not worth the price.

Clean and comfortable. Having a kichen with a full size Refrigerator was definitely a plus.

The room has everything needed, nothing extra, but I could borrow plates, cups, etc from the front desk. The only issues are that the fridge did not cool sufficiently, and the drain of the bathroom sink was almost clogged, and, (this is not their problem) it was noisy because of the construction. Overall, I enjoyed my stay.

The property is in a good location but the graveyard shift person is rude.

The room was worse than dated, the cabinets were chipped, and the countertops were stained. This was not at all what we were expecting.

Trip was last minute. Close to everything we needed. Price was great when booked through Hotels.com . I can see why they are so popular.

The place over all as we enter the hall ways have an old smell to it and the smell is like it used to be a smoking hotel. The was definitely spacious, which we did appreciate. The bed was comfy enough for a sufficient night rest. We came in late at night so did not notice anything. But when we get up in the morning, getting ready to check out. We noticed a few dried up spots on the floor. Some were found at the window area, a few dots found at the end of the bed, and a couple at the entrance door. What were the dots, you ask? They were dried up spots of blood. Thats right! Blood. I had goose bumps all over! What in the world!!! We checked out and told the front desk staff. She did take 40% off of our bill, which we appreciate. But oh my stars!!! The floor overall was not swept nor mopped. The floor was not carpeted so just bare imitated wood floor that's dark grey color. Sooo disappointed!

Other than that, I would stay longer, but when asked about the fact that there's no hot water, staff was already aware and had no idea when it would be fixed. This is EXTENDED STAY,, right? Which brings me to the transparency part. Had I been made aware of that one major drawback, I would have choosen to stay at the other Extended Stay nearby. Now I'm not sure what I'll get there either. Very disappointing, I left another extended stay (Not ESA) for the same reason, only to move here where there's no hot water, either. Did all the boilers in Lynnwood go out at the same time? I am here for work, so moving from place to place every few days is really wearing me out at the end of the day. I am now in search of an Airbnb for the next 9 months. My company will take over the payments for the remainder of my stay, once I am safe and settled.

Good that there was a Whole Foods and also a gas station convenience store close by.

The staff was friendly. They seemed short staffed so you have to exchange your linen daily & pick up kitchen supplies.

Our stay was good. They allowed us to stay an extra hour past check out. We were not too happy about their breakfast included. Pre packed muffins and gronla bars.

I booked a stay for the weekend of June 8-9, and went to check in before the cut off time at midnight just to be greeted by one of the rudest front desk concierges who looked like he didnt even want to be there (long hair, greasy white dude, glasses). Didn't even check my booking, simply just told me "Look buddy we have no rooms" and refused to do anything to help make it right especially after leaving me stranded at 11pm at night. Awful customer service, would never come again. Clean up your act, absolutely terrible business practice.

Best low cost hotel around

Stayed with our family of four and our dog while our house underwent some renovations. Staff was friendly and helpful. Area was quiwt. Hotel certainly shows its age, lots of dings and dents in the furniture. The beds are pretty firm, and the sheets are thin. But ultimately the place served its purpose.

Just spent 9 nights at this location in Lynnwood near Seattle. Facilities were clean and safe; staff very friendly and helpful. It is close to good shopping and dining choices.

Never saw anyone at the front desk until the morning when I checked out. She was lovely. The room was fine, what I expected with what I paid. The guest environment there though, oooh wee..Very questionable. I couldn’t tell if the room to my left was in the middle of a domestic violence incident, or just loud.

Property was easy to get to. Parking was easy. Rooms easily accessible and convenient.

Nothing fancy but will provide you with a place for a good night's sleep. These are designed for as the name implies longer stays. Most amenities can be requested but conveniences like hair dryer or coffee pot not in room. Staff was pleasant.

This place offered continental breakfast, but just keep in mind they don’t offer anything except for coffee for two hours in the morning maybe sometimes. The only positive thing I can say about it is the beds were comfortable. The walls were extremely thin and you could hear people coming and going all night. They were empty, dope bags on the stairs, the neighbors were playing music loud all day and screaming with it. Then you don’t get towels or anything unless you go get them yourself, and there were stains on the bedskirt. Everything was scratched up and old looking even the curtains were different lengths. I was pretty disappointed.

When we got there to Checkin there was a homeless person sitting in the Lobby. The Lobby is very small so it was awkward. The lady at the front desk told him he had to leave in 15 minutes however when we came back down the next morning he was still there sleeping on the bench in the lobby. I was traveling with my daughters so feeling unsafe I checked us out and went to another hotel. The beds are hard and there is obvious wear and tear on the walls and doors. Overall not what I expected from this hotel.

I was asked abojt my service animal and charged apet fee. Whicb was reversed. But kendra seriously attempted to biolate HIPAA laws and did that because she assumed I was lying based upon my dog's age so I wanted to educate for further situation A service dog owner May train the service dog while the service dog is a puppy as long as that service dog can be said passed then he will be considered a dollar service
