Good breakfast and clean room

The staff were professional while being very friendly. The pool with the a handicapped assist lift was wonderful. The rooms were well appointed and very clean. The bed was comfy. The roll in shower and handicap access bathroom was perfect and mom appreciated the amenities.

Breakfast was excellent. Overall property was in good shape and looked good. Room was nice but lacked the touches that were needed to make it totally functional and well supplied: tissue paper ran out right away, no shower cap, no magnifying mirror, TV very hard to operate, etc. Even after requesting it, the trash was not taken out during our entire stay.

This is quite great location

Dealt with an issue (to no fault of the hotel/staff) regarding sound, where a couple was scream-arguing beside us. Staff handled it first by attempting to call, and second by providing us a new room. Ignoring the argumentative guests beside me, 10/10 stay.

They had cookies out at night that were delicious. Breakfast was a different variety every day.

One suggestion, would be to replace the chairs in the rooms with something that is comfortable. Have you ever tried spending any time on your computer in one of those swivel chairs? The other chair was also very uncomfortable. I spent many years working with the Hospitality Industry and if we doubled rates for an outside event, we would have lost our base. Other than that, it was a very difficult day for our family.

Breakfast was meh but the lady stocking and cleaning up was very nice and wished us well as we left. That was so nice! Love Hampton inn! We will certainly stay here next time we’re in Lynchburg!

I found the staff friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great with a variety of coffees and teas. There were plenty of hot food items available. I was impressed.

Upon arrival the hotel was beautiful and parking was plentiful. The front desk representative was very friendly and informative. Our room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast the next morning was delicious and the lady working the breakfast area was kind and helpful. I highly recommend if you're headed to Lynchburg, stay here!

It is close to my daughter and where she lives I didn’t like that the pool and the room the pool was in was very cold. I booked this hotel so we could have a pool for the kids that needed some outlet for their energy during this cold time of the year.

The checking process was seamless, and upon arrival, the room was immaculate. Everything wasn't in order. The only downside was the traffic noise coming from a main street nearby. A wonderful stay!

We initially stayed because of the weather and booked in order to possibly be able to get to work the next day. I called before arriving and was told because of the weather, they weren’t really enforcing the late cancellations policy. I had booked 2 days then cancelled and made it another day to be sure. I booked two rooms under my name. One through the hiltons app and one through Expedia for two different rooms,2 different payment methods. We both asked when we arrived if we needed an early checkout would there be any issues and were both told no. we ended up checking out 2/1. We both made sure it was okay to still early checkout and get reimbursed for the last night. The other room got everything situated. I did not. I booked through Expedia (hotels) and the hotel told me to go through them. I did and they called the hotel. No help at all. I’ve been thorough & have been given the run around ever since. I can’t even get a receipt that’s states the correct check out time. i just need good honest customer service. If I had known I would have been penalized, why would I even checkout and WASTE money? I don’t have money to waste. I am going to write to whomever I have to to get my money back. This is as unacceptable and the worst hotel experience I have ever had.

Friendly professional staff, clean fresh room! Front receptionist went above and beyond to accommodate my requests. Room didn’t need cleaned daily but would have been nice to have trash removed daily. Staying in hotel you often have food containers to dispose of.

Affordable and spacious room size. Staff was friendly and professional Floor needed to be vacuumed. Someone else’s toe nails were left on the carpet beside the bed.

Breakfast was better than most restaurants with lots of healthy choices, but the omelets and sausages were our favorites. Even the coffee was great. We come to Lynchburg for family events, and we've now found a great place to stay. I spent 15 years working with the Hospitality Industry and Hilton is still the best, in service, quality and staff. Good location The hotel tried to charge my card higher than confirmed on Booking. When I protested the assistant GM rudely insisted on the higher charge quoting “policy”. This policy was not included on the Booking site. Since I refused the higher payment he cancelled the reservation despite me explaining that my family and I had been traveling all day. We were forced to find another hotel that night.

The breakfast was the biggest disappointment of the stay.

The hotel was sooooo hospitable. It had fall decorations outside like a home. Warm cookies waiting in the lobby and tea, coffee, cocoa. They gave you bottled water upon arrival. Everything was clean. The breakfast was hot, food variety was great. Staff friendly.

The staff at this Hampton were all so pleasant and seemed to enjoy their jobs. Rooms were very clean and the nice young kady at the desk even let us check in before 3. We have stayed at several hotels near Liberty since our sons have been at school and this one seems to be our favorite. The fall decorations were very pretty too.

The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and equipped with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay, including a comfy bed, fast Wi-Fi, and a well-designed workspace. The fitness center and pool were also nice touches, both clean and in great condition. The location is convenient, close to local attractions and dining options, making it easy to explore Lynchburg. Breakfast was great. Our room was very clean. The shampoo and bath wash was empty in our room. We requested it to be replaced, but it was never replaced during our 4 day stay. We purchased our own.

Was disappointed in the breakfast food it was a good selection but it really just wasn’t very good. Weak wi-fi signal never could use it. Bathroom floor was sticky. TV wouldn’t come on had to call the desk but they did come right up and got it on. As for the staff, comfort and cleanliness it was great.

I couldn’t get their wi-fi to work on my phone. The breakfast left a lot to be desired it was a good selection but the food wasn’t all 7 that were staying there said the same thing. It was clean I had problems with my rooms. The first room had electrical problems so we had to pack up and move to a room where the sockets were bad and the air conditioning unit was badly leaking so the carpet in that area was soaked and very smelly. The housekeeper that worked on 8/1/25 was nasty and rude

The indoor pool was not open and this is the main reason why I booked this place. Also, I left some clothing hanging up in the closet and called right away and informed front desk and I was told my room had not been cleaned yet and they will call me back. I just called after 7 hours of driving and called front desk back and my clothing was not put in the lost and found and they don’t know what happened to it 😡

March 22 stay was great-that was the day not today Trying to get my money refunded and cancel today has been a nightmare Tried all week , never saw anything so hard to do-shame on you hotel and expedia Will never use either again!!!

Super LOUD. Slamming doors, kid or dog running down the hall at 5am and it sounds like the neighbors are remodeling their room. Cleaning crew starts at 8AM. On a Sunday.

Top notch service! Check in was easy and the desk clerk was very friendly. After we were in our room she texted to ask if we needed anything. Room was clean. Breakfast was hot and great. The only complaint we had was the bed was hard but that is just a preference.

Spacious rooms and everything was great but please invest in new pillows. Those pillows flatten and give zero support. Also, the breakfast left a lot to be desired.
