Everything!! I’ve stayed in several hotels in Lynchburg and this hotel was by far the best. Clean, spacious rooms, great breakfast. The staff was amazing. Beds were comfortable.

Nice pool! It was perfect during the weird March heatwave, however, they kept the skylight open at night and we were freezing when the sun went down!!

Beautiful and clean Other guests were extremely loud - shouting, blaring music, slamming room doors late into the night. Our air conditioner fan rattled loudly all night long! We got zero rest and only a few hours sleep. We checked out a day early because it was such a miserable experience.

We came to tour Liberty University. It is located right across the street and super convenient to any restaurants or stores you would need to access.

Amazing location next to Liberty Indoor Track complex. Our breakfast experience was not great. Hotel was full of people, many like us, in town for a track meet. There was only one little waffle maker and there was a long line waiting to use it. Needless to say, we never got to use it. It was easily the most popular breakfast choice but there was only one waffle maker. There should have been at least 3. My son, who was running in the high school track meet at Liberty, is allergic to eggs and was really wanting waffles but the line was so long we were never able to get to it. VERY DISAPPOINTING. Hotel needs to add 2 more waffle makers and bring them out for use during times where special events bring larger than average crowds.

I was supposed to be relaxing but the hotel was so haunting and chaotic it was hard to sleep or relax at all. The whole experience was dramatic and totally unfulfilling.

The staff were very nice and accommodating. They gave me 2 rooms right next to each other. She apologized for the wait for them to clean the rooms but that was no problem as waiting for the rest of my party to come. Everything was great. The pool was nice and clean. the breakfast was good. It was fun to see all the college kids going to Liberty. It was safe and very clean. Beds were comfortable.

Liked that it had an indoor pool, however the pool atar did not have good lighting or did it look well maintained I did not care for the breakfast. Having food allergies made it difficult to eat thing but yogurt or cold cereal. Not ideal on a 22 degree morning

We've stayed at the Fairfield several times with grandchildren. Always a warm greeting, clean & comfortable rooms, good breakfast options and great indoor pool, which is the main attraction for the youngsters!

The hotel door was able to be opened without a key. Took a video to show the front desk. The hotel lacks any security or oversight. People come and go.

I didn’t appreciate how the morning staff made me feel very uncomfortable as the only black person staying at the hotel. I stated that I needed the shuttle way before the time it was to start (the night staff told me the information) after sitting for ten minutes after the time in front of the staff I went to request the shuttle again and was told I had to tell her. I felt like she was being unpleasant to me while pleasant to other people who did not look like me.

Plus there was a hair that looked like a pube on the shower soap dish. Ewwwwww!!!! And the parking lot lights are BRIGHT and shine through the edges of the blackout curtains so bring a sleep mask.

I had an issue with bathroom. They were aware and already had been working on it. They upgraded and moved us straight across the hall. Very pleasant and over to help us move. It was an executive suite. The staff was amazing the entire stay.

I really recommend this hotel, really close to Liberty University is a perfect view from your room. The staff is very friendly. The pool is very nice for your free time. We really enjoyed. For sure we will be back soon.

Julia was amazing at the front desk! She answered questions with patience and was very knowledgeable. The room was clean and nice. There was a small problem in our room when we went in, we called the desk and it was corrected immediately. The fire alarm went off at 6:30 am the next morning. The staff was great in getting us out and keeping us informed. It was not a fire, just smokers... lol. Breakfast was tasty and a good variety. Bed was super comfy and parking was easy. Will definitely stay there again.

The indoor pool was a great experience chilly getting in but a minute into it and the water was fine. There was also an outside patio with fire pit (unfortunately didn't get to try), but a great spot to chill out and relax with a good book!

This is a beautiful property. The bed was a little squeaky, but that is the only thing I can or will complain about. The staff were all amazing, the place is quiet, clean, and really close to where I needed to be professionally. I would stay here again.

Room smelled like cooked food and we found milk and food in the fridge and microwave from previous guests. While showering, I grabbed a clean washcloth, went to was my face and saw brown stains on it. Could have been ANYTHING! Very gross. For the price, I expected better. I may go back to the Hiltons.

Bath towels appeared in short supply. The breakfast was ok. No waffle maker, so kids were left with cereal, and bacon in short supply. The beds had these hard metal objects sticking out of the frames. Real ankle banger if you weren’t paying attention. When we checked in, the attendant cheerily told us that there was coffee and hot chocolate available all day. We were ready to get our bedtime cocoa and there was none in sight. Only stale lukewarm coffeee. So, picky little things. Overall it was ok. The kids loved the pool. I would probably try one of the other many hotels next time.

Stayed for research week at Liberty University. Staff was very friendly and helpful. When I needed to check in early they found a room and I was able to get settled in.

The rooms were clean and modern. Great location, close to everything.

We always stay here when we go to Liberty University. The hotel has been recently renovated.

The front desk worker was beyond helpful and friendly. Accommodating . The rooms were clean . I left a tip for the maid and she left me a note saying she didn’t know if it was a tip or not so she didn’t take it . Very sweet . Best experience with a hotel near Liberty

The drain plug on the tub wouldn’t seal preventing my getting a hot relaxing bath.

It was under renovation. They were nice and gave us a renovated room. Unfortunately I don’t like the modern furniture that a lot of hotels are putting in because there is nowhere to store stuff. The staff was very helpful. And it was clean.

The only thing that was frustrating was the inability to get Wi-Fi - was an issue each day we were there.

This hotel was right on the edge of the Liberty University campus and across the street from Liberty’s indoor track complex. The room and facilities were very clean. Staff were friendly. The only downside we had was the beds were extremely hard making it so none of us got much sleep.

Breakfast was not good; eggs with no taste, there was no meat choice at all, and no bread of any kind for toasting, and coffee was empty for a while.

We arrived at 3pm had to wait 40 min for our 4 rooms to be cleaned before we got checked in. Needs to be more options for breakfast, please add bagels to the menu

I did enjoy staying. I do wish that they would disclose when amenities are being renovated and are not accessible. We were unaware of all the construction going on in the hotel

This stay was last minute after a 9 hour drive. Booking was seamless as was check in. My room was clean and spacious. It was across the hall from the fitness studio which was even more convenient. Breakfast was surprisingly good. They even had gluten free muffins. Check out was equally easy. I highly recommend this hotel.

The only issue we had was with the housekeeping who just folded back the covers on the bed instead of MAKING the bed and changed the garbage trash bags. Did not replace the towels or bring another bar of soap, nothing was wiped down, cleaned or tidied up. It was pointless. Most housekeeping staff make it so you come into a refreshed room with beds made up, pillows fluffed, new towels and replenished items. We were disappointed but the overall stay was awesome!

Also- our room had not been fully restocked- there were only bath towels- no hand or wash cloths, no soap or trash liners or toilet paper. This was easily remedied- I think the cleaner got distracted there at the end. Great location, and liked that check out was at noon.

The room (really, the entire facility) was very clean & presentable! Only issues I had is that the Room phone was not working & the sheets did not fit properly so it kept popping off the corner which is a bit of a pet peeve for me.

The hotel was super clean and the staff was very professional and friendly. However, I did have an issue with my room condition and the front desk was able to change my room.

Property was close to Liberty University which was great. The breakfast was horrible they took the oatmeal out and my husband requested it and they said they needed to take it down because it took so long to clean there was more than 40 minutes left for breakfast. We also saw a roach in the breakfast area. Other than that everything was great.
