The staff was friendly and the room was good sized and clean. What wasn't in the room were things like a hair dryer, coffee maker and there weren't many towels. The staff member did tell me if I needed more towels to bring down the ones I used and she would give me more. Which I did. I can't decide if I actually disliked it or it was just different.

It is the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed at! It was immaculate!

No amenities. Did not understand what an extended hotel meant. You had to sign out things or rent them.

Extended stay Hotel. Come prepared with everything you need. It was fine.

I had read in advance about what the hotel had and didn't have in terms of amenities so we came prepared and brought our own soap, shampoo, hair dryer, etc. It would have been a little trickier if we needed to cook. I really like ice and was happy to see there are ice trays so I could make my own. I thought this place was really clean. I know the staff leaves at 10 but the building is locked up so I didn't have any issue with that. I would absolutely stay here again. It fit my budget, was close to where I was going, and was clean and secure.

Clean, comfortable, easy access to the highway.

Check in was terrible and not accommodating
-
Clean room very no frills only hand soap offered. No kitchen items to use unless you purchased pots and pans. No hand towels or dish towels. Quiet place friendly staff. Fine if you want to bring a lot of your own kitchen items.

the room itself was nice and clean which is important,, no coffee machine in room, and the coffee down in entrance area was some of the worst coffee I have had,, in addition no breakfast. I checked in late but before 10pm and there wasn't anyone at the front desk had to wait with another guess for ten minutes for someone to come. on top of that she asked for a drivers license and forgot to give back to me,, and didn't bring to my room or call to tell me that she had the license, the next day after I left I discovered I didn't have my license, so I called and she knew right away who I was, so I went back to get license and again the office was closed and I had to wait 15 minutes for someone to come and then they couldn't find the license so then I had to wait for the woman to come and find the license, NOT to organized

The husband and I have been going to this spot and others for some time when we need to get away. This place was the best and friendlier of places, until our last stay. My husband was told the next time we smoke in the room it will be a 250$ fine, we are smokers but we have never smoked in the room we have never been inside smokers. Lately our last stays the rooms weren’t the cleanest but still cleaner looking then most hotels we’ve stayed at, some left hairs on the sink the last couple times no biggie disinfected the tops prior to use anyways. The biggest downside is the lack of hot water, and it’s really the reason we go, our current residence doesn’t have a bath tub and I like my baths. The washers and dryers are usually occupied and when not they are dirty. The little things weren’t much of a bother until now that I’ve lost trust with this hotel, had I purchased the protection plan for that stay I would have cancelled the reservation after being accused of smoking in the room, it is what it is at this point but that was our last stay, I’m not chancing a 250$ charge because they think we smoked in the room, for all I know they could have been smelling my flat iron burning my hair that morning when I got ready for work. The fact they can say we smoked in there when we never have and potentially charge me for something we didn’t do is scary. Never saw that coming.

it states there is a kitchen, but threre is nothing in there. no dishes, pans, silverware. BUT you can buy all it from them.. Also there were no cold water. You take out your garbage to the outside bin, and You change your sheets, take them down to lobby and get a clean pair and change your bed yourself. Staff was nie and friendly.

I would stay there again.

Clean suites and premises. Staff were kind at check in and even walked me to my room to double check it had been cleaned. If you’re looking off a usable kitchen, note that you’ll need your own cookware, plates and cutlery. You can also rent from the hotel. Close to restaurants though so was fine for a three day stay. Location was great as I was at a tournament at Mercycorps two sports plex.

Disappointed in having no iron in my room.

Everything was new & clean

Room was clean and one night stay was fine, but this is definitely not a holiday inn or hilton hotel and I don’t think i’d want to spend a week here. Beds were ok and there is a full size refrigerator in the room, but that’s about it. No ice maker in entire hotel, no shampoo or kleenex in the room, but it was also much cheaper than any of the other hotels in the area during this time, so it depends what you’re looking for. Staff was nice and hotel was very clean.

Clean room nice staff everything worked

Hotel was clean and in central location. Limited amenities like tissues, shampoo/conditioner, no ice makers, and needing to ask front desk for blow dryer. It’s more of an extended stay hotel, however, certain amenities are still expected as a hotel. Walls were thin and you could smell food being cooked from other rooms which wasn’t ideal, however, price was right and it as a great place for a night.
