The staff was helpful, but she was on her own and it was busy. Our room smelled AWFUL at check in, and there was dirty bedding for the sleeper sofa.

My only reason for rating the hotel less than excellent as that the breakfast food and coffee ran low/out on two of my three days there, but the staff worked together for it to be replenished.
- 4/5
We have stayed at your Residence Inn in the fall of 2025 and never had issues concerning folks smoking pot on property. on
- 4/5
Breakfast was good. Hot tub was out of commission so that was a bummer. Staff was great.
- 4/5
Note: Bring your own towels and pillows. There is shopping and dining very close.
- 5/5
Staff very courteous, clean roo.
- 2/5
If you are allergic to dog hair I don’t recommend staying there they can do better, the couch was full of dog hairs so disgusting we let the front desk know , the wall in the bathroom had dried poop so gross and the fridge had an old water pitcher with water, they didn’t clean that room good.
- 4/5
The room was spacious and clean. Lots of space. The pillows were not good and flattened quickly. The television was hard to hear, even when it was turned up all the way. The staff was polite and very helpful and the breakfast was great.
- 4/5
Lovely communal area in the Lobby, fully enjoyed the hot tub. Room was sufficient for our needs.

The temperature in the lobby, hallways, stairwells, and elevator was too warm and you could save money if it was cooler. Also please use one container for hot water for tea so tea doesn’t taste like coffee- eww. Staff were friendly and helpful and we’d stay there again.
- 4/5
Breakfast was adequate. Liked the hot food. Coffee could have been warmer. We liked all of the hot sauces on the tables! Really hated the parking fee. It should be part of the nightly cost.

The breakfast was very good, a little different everyday. The room was clean but the couch bed was horrible! There is no way 2 people could ever sleep on it. There was no pans to bake cookies on. Everyone was very nice!!

We stayed 2 nights. Nice and comfortable area for family. Great breakfast too. Parking fee is difficult to understand, which can be surprising for guests unaware of the fee. Overall nice staff and quiet area. Very close to hospital too.

Front desk staff super! Breakfast every day was superb. Property very nice, clean, well taken care of. Accommodating on every level. Only issue was housekeeping did not do a refresher of our room during our entire visit. Had to go to the front desk to get cleans toweled/washcloths and amenities. Other than that, it was excellent!
- 5/5
Would have preferred daily housecleaning.
- 5/5
Fantastic location. An abundance of amenities nearby. Staff at the front desk exudes the Marriott brand experience in every way. The morning breakfast was yummy and the cookies a nice treat. My second visit was as awesome as my first.
- 4/5
The staff was friendly.
- 4/5
The room amd the bed was okay. The biggest issue was the bathroom. The tiles were all cracked and tje grout looked loose likely from water damage. There was even a soft spot by the tub (look out 236, you may see the tub from above in your bathroom). The bathroom sink was also slow to drain. My husband did not like the tv placement. The room is poorly designed from that perspective. The employees were very nice. Check in and out was easy.
- 1/5
They had one day cancel policy
- 5/5
We’re a family or 5 and this hotel was easily accessible and worked perfectly for our night stay while we traveled across the country. We didn’t stay in the area long enough to know if it’s conveniently located for amenities or shopping but loved it nonetheless.

- 4/5
I felt the parking fee was unnecessary. We stayed here because my mom had a surgery in the morning and we live 3 hrs away. When I asked about the fee they said they charge it because all other hotels do in the area.
- 5/5
Hotel is clean & quiet with comfortable beds. Great location to dinning & shopping too.
- 5/5
have to pay to park in their parking lot when you stay there wont be back, what do they expect that your going to walk there. paying for parking is bs and wont stay anywhere that makes me
- 5/5
I would definitely book here again. Very nice rooms, very clean, awesome breakfast selection.
- 5/5
The room was very comfortable except that it was painfully hot. We opened all the windows, but it was still 78 degrees after several hours. It was about 30 degrees outside, but we had to run the AC overnight. The stairwell close to our room had the heat blasting even though it was 60 degrees during the day.
- 5/5
Staff was so friendly and nice! Breakfast was different each day and was delicious! Very comfortable beds!
- 5/5
Reba, the check-in person, was so kind and accommodating!
- 5/5
It was great and service was wonderful!!!
- 5/5
Great location, superior service!

Thank you!

We’ve stayed at this hotel before and came back because we really loved it. Unfortunately this trip we were in a room where the heat didn’t work and it also smelled really bad. We overlooked the smell, as we don’t expect perfection, but by the time our kids were getting in bed it was clear that the heat wasn’t working, by then we had unpacked and figured we could just deal with being cold for the night. I’m sure if we said something they would have made a room switch, as they seem very kind of accommodating but we just dealt with it. The front desk personnel and breakfast attendant were both really kind and we love this location, we will still come back but maybe check the heat before we unpack!
- 5/5
The staff was great!! The breakfast was great and filling. Lots of coffee and food selections. Clean room and facility. Will come back again!
- 4/5
The hotel overall was great. Check in and check out were easy and both ladies were friendly and efficient, and also accommodating when we asked if there was any way to get a room on the top floor. The room was good, other than the bed. It was most definitely on the firmer side and left us older parents hurting. The pool was fun for our son. But the highlight of the stay was the breakfast and the amazing woman who made it possible.
- 5/5
Quiet, convenient
- 5/5
Beautiful clean rooms. Staff friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend!
- 3/5
An older Redisence Inn. The floor above us squeaked even when that person wasn’t seemingly walking hard. 2 holds put on credit card for double the nightly price, but finally corrected after several attempts.
- 4/5
Handicap room needed a comfortable chair of solid height with arms, The Breakfast staff was kind and competent. Breakfast had delicious choices. Front staff was welcoming.
- 5/5
Super clean and professional. Rebecca in particular was outstanding and helped us resolve multiple issues with Expedia to ensure that we had a room after a 10-hour flight delay! Both Cheryls were also great.
- 5/5
Staff was okay
- 5/5
It was very clean!!!
- 2/5
Very disappointed. Have stayed here previously and like it. Rooms were dark. Hallways dark, dirty. Breakfast was horrible. Bacon looked fake. Pool area was nice. Not up to past experience.
- 5/5
Really great room! Nice and quiet and clean
- 5/5
Our room wasn’t ready until after 5 pm we were late for dinner with family .
- 5/5
Loved the property. Do not love the parking fee. Sadly a money grab.
- 5/5
Clean rooms and an air conditioner that works!
- 5/5
Accommodations (pillows)
- 5/5
Every thing was great except the bed was very uncomfortable
- 4/5
The facility was clean and smelled refreshing all the time. The staff was friendly and helpful.
- 4/5
It was fairly comfortable and had the amenities to use the stove which came in very handy. The only issue I had was the $12 daily fee for parking. According to the Loveland hotel guide from Welcome Center it advertised all hotels offered free parking. We will be at Townplace tonight and their parking is free.
- 2/5
Our room had visible stains on the bathroom wall that we wiped clean, as it looked like poop. The shower was leaking, and when we went in for breakfast (with still 40 min left) they had ran out of sausage and told us they would not be making more. That was pretty disappointing.
- 5/5
Room was really nice, staff was friendly.
- 3/5
It's a good place to stay. Needs maintenance in the building, in example the toilet seat had scratches on it and wasn't the correct size for the toilet bowl, sink was a little clogged, closet door stuck (hard to open and close), stains on the couch.
- 5/5
Gina, Paige, and Ben were wonderful!!! The hotel is very clean and the staff was great. The breakfast is very good! They change it up and there and plenty of options. We’d definitely book again.
- 4/5
The front desk lady was very good, g he appt, quick, check in was easy.
- 5/5
Our stay way amazing! The facilities were great, pool spa, fitness center..we used it all.. Breakfast was excellent!! Staff was friendly, very accommodating and we will definitely stay again!!
- 5/5
Quiet and no complaints about my kids being too loud.
- 4/5
Housekeeping was virtually non-existent. There was supposed to be one on the third day, but no cleaning appeared to have been done, though the bed was made. Turning on the TV was very encouraging. There were options for streaming services including YouTube and Netflix, plus a bluetooth option. None of them worked. called the desk, apparently enabling this options happens in the future. I really liked the comfort of the bed. The thing on the bottom of the dishwasher that spins around was broken and partially melted. Crack in the face of the microwave. Lots of drawers everywhere, but they are pretty old, especially in the bathroom showing wear. The price was reasonable.
- 5/5
Good experience and comfortable. The only negative was paying for parking. No cameras in the parking lot, just a security car that came by a few times a night.
- 5/5
All was good, except the parking lot could use a little attention… especially since they charge $12.00 per day to park. Not covered parking, just regular parking lot with pot holes.
- 2/5
There was a lot of shops around the property as well as restaurants. Nice parks and art work to see. The hotel wasn't to bad but the fan in our bathroom was broke and they never got it fixed and it never looked like room service did anything in the room.
- 5/5
Very nice property, clean and safe surroundings. Super nice hotel for the price we paid for a King Suite!
- 5/5
Great place to stay
- 5/5
Nice hotel, very good breakfast, the room was good
- 5/5
Lovely hotel with a fabulous downtown area! Hotel breakfast was excellent, coffee was good!
- 5/5
Not enough pillows and they wert hard
- 5/5
Hotel needs freshening up. But it is decent and pretty clean. Staff is nice and very helpful.
- 4/5
Love the staff! Everyone was so kind and helpful. Only complaint was the inconvenience of the pool being closed (one of the main reasons we booked here) and all the carpets being cleaned which left the floor in our room sticky and wet. I would say it was a minor inconvenience though and would definitely stay here again - because of the staff alone. Breakfast was also a big plus!
- 3/5
Dishwasher in room didn’t work. No room service. The one treadmill in fitness center didn’t work. You have to pay for parking, which is ridiculous. It’s Loveland. Staff was very friendly. When we checked in we were told we were lucky our reservation wasn’t cancelled because they were overbooked and Expedia overbooks rooms so they cancel the Expedia ones. So I will not be booking through Expedia in the future. We booked our other 2 rooms direct through Marriott and my husband is a loyalty member and that is probably why we got our room.
- 5/5
We were in town for medical appointments close by. It is a great option if you are staying in the area.
- 5/5
The staff here is excellent and very helpful.
- 3/5
We stayed in a two-bedroom suite for a volleyball tournament. For the price it was a bit basic. The pull-out couch has seen better days. Mattress in the main bedroom was very stiff, blankets were also on the thin side, and we hardly got any sleep.
- 5/5
We were disappointed that we had to pay for parking. It’s not as though it was busy.
- 3/5
The housekeeping was poor, taking advantage of Covid. The mattress was old and relatively uncomfortable. The heating system was noisy. The first day police occupied the building for aproximately six hours.
- 3/5
We are not happy about the paid parking. I think it’s too much for this area. They should provide free parking for their customers.
- 5/5
I loved the room breakfast and staff. I was disappointed that the hot tub was out of order and not fixed within our 3 day stay.
- 5/5
Location
- 5/5
Hotel is exceptionally clean! Highly recommend!
- 5/5
Property was clean, well maintained, and staff were friendly
- 4/5
Very nice hotel just note that you must pay for parking.
- 5/5
downtown restaurants in Loveland also.
- 3/5
Watch out for the $12 daily fee for parking in the hotels parking lot. This fee is undisclosed in the Hotels.com listing. It is also unmentioned in the Hotels.com confirmation email, which claims it tells me "all" I need to know about the stay. The hotel is relatively new and pretty nice. People are friendly enough. But I am displeased that the parking fee is not clearly identified by Hotels.com or even during the check-in process.
- 5/5
-air conditioner was incredible (100+ temperature) -bathroom was very clean -breakfast was very good
- 5/5
Great place to stay with unique and accommodating spaces for larger families!
- 3/5
Gave our original room away and tried to give us a room with smaller beds.
- 4/5
The kitchen was well stocked with cookery and appliances. Bed was probably the most comfortable bed I'd slept in in a hotel. Cons: no smart TV, no in-room safe, my room was across from meeting rooms and the noise at times could be loud.
- 3/5
Hotel was nice but the fact they charge $12 per night for parking is ridiculous! You already pay a lot for a room just to be gouged to park at the hotel you already pay for it wrong! We won’t ally again because of the paid parking.
- 5/5
Nice
- 4/5
Hot tub was just a bit too warm, but it was nice to sit in for a couple minutes.
- 1/5
The $24 parking fee for two days turned into $70 for some mysterious reason. Asked what this was for, no explanation.... Greedy Greedy Greedy
- 5/5
Great stay. Consider allowing guests to take purchased alcohol to their room.
- 5/5
Liked the close parking to our room
- 5/5
Excellent hotel
- 5/5
Clean roomy good breakfast - love marriot
- 4/5
The staff at this hotel is fabulous, for sure. This is the second time that we have stayed here, and the people are great. That said, the property itself is in need of some upgrades. Our original room had a heater that didn't work, and we had to be moved to another room. The pump for the hot tub was broken, so no bubbles. Overall, this didn't completely detract from our enjoyment, but they did stand out a little. This is a good hotel in a good location; it just could stand some TLC.
- 3/5
We wont return because of the parking fee.
- 5/5
Our room was huge. Very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was great. Hot tub needs to be cleaned.
- 5/5
This is a great place to stay. Very spacious rooms, comfortable beds, great pool, good hot breakfast, and very nice friendly staff.
- 1/5
Infested with bed bugs!!!!! My daughter was laying on the couch bed and they were literally crawling all over her!! Big ones!! The hotel staff refused to move us rooms OR refund our money. We were put out on the streets at 1am with 2 children!!!
- 5/5
Our stay was amazing ! Very spacious rooms and clean. The hotel staff was friendly and the breakfast was great
- 4/5
The breakfast buffet got a lot worse after week two. The cook doesn’t want to be there seems like
- 4/5
Nice property but 12/day to park is pretty ridiculous-it’s not like parking is tight in that area…the parking lot is very large.
- 5/5
Friendly staff and comfortable, clean rooms!
- 3/5
Not so good! Requested 2 room suite, paid for two room suite with one king and 2 queens. Got adjoining rooms with 2 kings. Check in was easy but rude staff. Rooms are worn out, heater vents covered in dust, loud furnace, loud doors slamming.
- 4/5
Loved our stay! Only complaint was that our mattress is probably due for replacement soon. Very soft and kind of squeaky; my husband rolling over in his sleep would wake me up. Otherwise, everything was great.
- 4/5
I liked that the property did have dining options very near and available since we dined out every evening. I also loved the shopping options of target and wal-mart and safeway nearby. We also visited Estes Park while we were nearby and it was amazing.
- 2/5
I was happy with the room but I felt the nightly parking fee was a bit deceptive. When we arrived I was told it was a $12 parking fee and I asked for clarity on if that was for the whole stay or nightly. I was told for the whole stay. Admittedly I could have misunderstood, but I didn't need my daughters vehicle and would have sent it home with her if I would have known it was nightly. Additionally, the pool was Very strong with chemicals and even after showering after each trip to swim, we all still had skin rashes/irritations.
- 4/5
Staff was very friendly
- 5/5
The room set up was awesome. Needed a bigger trash can plus a place to have recyclables.pool and hot tub area was very spacious!
- 3/5
Second long stay here in several years. Large suite. Lumpy matresses. Sofa was broken, only able to sit on one half, one person. Water doesn't drain, so you stand ankle deep in water. Parking fees for half empty parking lot of $12/day is ridiculous. Told by the manager that the fee was to help increase prices because of Covid. The room rate should be increased so a true comparison can be made. This fee is hidden and underhanded. After spending $1400 (or a monthly mortgage payment for a week) I will not stay here again.
- 2/5
There is terrible confusion about billing. I reserved through hotels.com but they charged me their regular rate not hotels.com. They said I would have to move to another room if I extended my stay another week and re-reserved y through hotels.com THIS WAS NIT TRUE.
