Reviews
The hotel has a nice facility and great staff, with a clean and comfortable environment. However, some guests have complained about noise from the kitchen, parking fees, uncomfortable beds, and unfriendly front desk service. The breakfast is generally well-liked, but some guests have experienced issues with their rooms, such as leaking sinks, old and dark rooms with unpleasant odors, and poor soundproofing.

Clean room, great breakfast - best I’ve had at any hotel I’ve stayed at. Friendly staff.

Front lady was very professional The beds were not comfortable at all. Two big metal pieces were sticking out from under the beds. I hit myself in one of them and it was bruised for days.

It’s was clean and safe Everything was good about the property, just wasn’t told how much a pet fee would be

The hotel staff were wonderful and very helpful. I appreciate their willingness to help. The room was clean and in a great location.
- 3/5
Definitely not up to Hilton Standards
- 5/5
everything was wonderful! One complaint would be the pool is stuffy hot and impossible to sit as a parent to watch kids. Ventilation needed! Otherwise wonderful stay.
- 3/5
Old and dated. Needs cleaned up a lot. Typically love Hampton Inn definitely wouldn’t stay again.

Nice hotel, pool and hot tub were great, breakfast was great. I saw a previous review about it being noisy and ignored it and boy were they correct. Do NOT stay on the first floor. Sounded like a trampoline park above us most of the night. There was a consistent thud noise about every 20 seconds that never ended. At about 6am the noise in the hallway was impossible to sleep thru. As a single mom with limited income it was a huge disappointment to pay as much as I did and have such a terrible nights sleep. Also the crack in the door was quite large and made me feel uneasy.
- 4/5
One issue, I was in an accessible room. I didn't need it but that is where I was put. I noticed the bathroom door wouldn't stay open. That would be a BIG problem for someone with a wheelchair.
- 5/5
Great place for an overnight stay
- 5/5
We were on the first floor and from 6:00 AM till 7:30 there was a ridiculous amount of noise from people above us. Sounded like the were running
- 5/5
Great place to stay

Hotel was near the highway, restaurants and shops but also quiet. Easy check in process and plenty of outside parking.

A scam called our room at 2:30 am asking for our credit card numbers. Not much sleep that night! Quite a few other guests were scammed too.
- 4/5
Nice.
- 5/5
Absolutely will stay here again very friendly staff clean and I’m a clean freak very quiet I felt special I walked in my room and the tv said welcome and my name beds were cozy and my kids loved the pool and they had an excellent breakfast with different things that why I chose the hotel I absolutely loved this place kinda pricey but it was short notice and I will stay here again when I travel.
- 5/5
Very nice location, enjoyed the walking around after dinner, one of the best Hampton Inns I would go back again when I blow through this area.
- 5/5
Good location close to shopping and food options.
- 2/5
Staff were very rude upon checkin seemed as though I was bothering her. Very rude. Room was mildew ridden and bathroom was dirty. Very loud traveling sports team banging on doors late at night, yelling and screaming in the hallways no staff intervention to dispel noise. For $240 bucks a night I would’ve rather stayed in my car would’ve been more comfortable and quiet.
- 5/5
It is convenient but is showing signs of age.
- 5/5
Nice quiet stay
- 5/5
Close to medical facilities which was the reason for the stay.
- 5/5
I enjoyed the convenient location to shopping and dining.

Very clean… the pool was a great temp! We will stay here whenever we’re in Loveland/Ft Collins from now on. No complaints at all!
- 4/5
The outside is very nice, but the inside is old and tired. The bathroom sink leaks and the pipes rattle.
- 3/5
BEDS WERE TOO HARD.
- 5/5
nice
- 2/5
Stayed four days was unable to use pool and hot tub it was posted they were cleaning it it does not take four days , Air conditioning would work some times could not even run the fan.
- 4/5
The carpet had stains and the bath vanity underneath was super dusty. Other than that it was fine. There was a parking fee which I felt is absolutely ridiculous when there’s a parking lot designated for the hotel. Not like it was shared with another business.
- 5/5
Great location to the Medical Center of the Rockies.
- 4/5
There were little gnats around water sources, very tiny…but could see them on tiles in shower and they came from the sink. Hot tub was awesome, very warm, but getting into it was a bit difficult.
- 1/5
The photographer did too good of a job showing off this property. You will be disappointed. Smells like mold, climate control doesn’t work, I definitely would not stay here again.

Quality stay
- 5/5
We needed a last minute place to stay on our way in to Estes park and this ended up being perfect. It wasn’t fancy but it was affordable, clean and in a safe area. Would stay again!
- 3/5
Stay was OK. But clearly building is getting old, carpet is old and towels and sheets were threadbare.
- 5/5
Very clean and in a nice area. Easy walk to lots of shopping. Nice hotel.
- 4/5
Great experience, cleanliness was easy to be perceived, rooms were well maintained, and staff was super friendly.
- 4/5
Our stay was great. The breakfasts were plentiful and delicious. Our only complaint is the beds are too hard for us.
- 3/5
Average property showing signs of its age (stains on the carpet, food or something on the walls, etc.). The bathrooms are small - but clean. Liked that they had full size shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and lotion bottles (mounted to walls). Included breakfast was decent with options for vegetarians.
- 5/5
Great place to stay! The staff is very friendly and attentive! The lobby is extreamly clean and very welcoming! The rooms are nice and the bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed the large assortment of both hot and cold choices for breakfast and the hot tub was a great way to end the day!
- 5/5
Having a coffee maker and microwave and fridge….. very convenient
- 4/5
Nice place for the price
- 3/5
A bit noisy.
- 5/5
The property is handy to shopping and dining options.
- 1/5
I didn’t stay here and canceled my reservation! And still got charged for a room!
- 5/5
The Wi-Fi was problematic.
- 1/5
Paying $12/night is astonishing. Saying it’s for security is BS. Paint and wallpaper falling off in the bathroom. Not worth what they are charging, then tacking on $12 per night!
- 3/5
The top drawer of the middle contained a half smoked cigarette, and some papers from some fortune cookies. My wife found a shampoo bottle on the top shelf of the bathroom. She left it, she didn't want to touch it.
- 5/5
Was very good. Staff very helpful and very friendly in every way.
- 2/5
Decent place to stay. Moderately clean but must request room service if needed. Only problem with the place is it is so so noisy. Every door close, every foot step is like a bass drum in your room. Maybe a one night stay is fine, but after a few days I was losing too much sleep from all the noise. Ended my stay early and moved somewhere else.
- 5/5
Great hotel; good breakfast! Recommended!
- 2/5
We had indicated on our reservation that we had a toddler (3 year old), but they put us on the 2nd floor then had the nerve to call up to tell us we had to be quiet because someone below complained when she went to the bathroom at 6:30 in the morning and walked too loud. She literally ran from her bed then back to the bed and we got a call 1 minute afterwards. Also, they are supposed to have daily housekeeping according to the property information. We were not in our rooms from 7:30 am until 9:00 pm and our rooms were not cleaned or beds made. Very disappointed with the service and being made to feel like we were an inconvenience instead of guests.
- 2/5
This is a Hampton Inn needs a lot of upkeep done to it, as it looks like a lot of things has gone unattended. This should only be rated as a 3 star hotel. Customer service at the front desk was horrible. Attendant tried her best to do as little as possible to help us and was more interested with her own company at work and watching TV.
- 5/5
hotel was fully booked, luckily the person representing the hotel made it work so that we stayed for the night, i very appreciate the people that take responsible role and make things work for customers
- 3/5
To begin...Staff was exceptional! Friendly and attentive. However the quality of the building construction , especially wall thickness/sound insulation for our room was subpar..
- 5/5
Everyone was professional and friendly. Breakfast was amazing
- 5/5
Pool is smaller but heated so was very nice for swimming with the kiddo
- 3/5
The only problem was the shower did not work.
- 5/5
No issues nice hotel and easy access to the interstate
- 5/5
Very nice hotel
- 4/5
Perfect location for my needs. Staff were helpful and kind. Property needs a significant renovation. Sink in 220 was clogged. Foyer at entrance was dirty, rugs filthy, people outside the entrance smoking, very unpleasant.
- 2/5
The room smelled like wet stale linens. They have their own parking lot but charge $12.00 to park.
- 5/5
Wasn’t happy about being changed for parking

1. Called and spoke to a male employee about 11 am on July 21st. Asked about possibility of early check in. His response was "It is always the Expedia customers who ask for this". Sad that he portrayed that Expedia customers were a problem. 2. At check in my room was at the end of the hall. The ice machine was the opposite direction. I asked if they had an ice bucket or even a plastic bag that I could get ice in before I went all the way to my room. Response from the young woman with glasses who checked me in "the ice bucket is in your room". I said that I understood that but simply wanted a bag to get some on my way. She repeated that it is in my room and walked away. 3. The male that I spoke to in the first example was sitting at a table by check in with another employee. He asked her if she was working tomorrow. Her response was "yes, unfortunately" and his was "I know, right?". Whether they like their jobs or not it was unprofessional for them to be talking about them in front of customers.
- 4/5
Everything was good except our air conditioner not working
- 5/5
Gentleman who checked us in was very nice. Nice place to stay cept we had to get plunger from maid for toilet and had to have them clean the filters from the cooler to make it work better. There was a used tooth pick thing on top of the mirrow frame and the sink dropped underneath in the bathroom. These were mentioned to the front desk and she wrote a work ticket for them. Breakfast was good and people very friendly
- 5/5
Margaret was great. Attentive and professional.
- 5/5
This was a really great property and we had a wonderful stay.
- 1/5
Prepaid 3 night stay . The first night I rolled out of bed the entire box spring and mattress had fallen off the bed base. There also was 3 jagged metal parts sticking out at least 4 inches from between the mattress and the frame. Luckly I had fallen off the opposite side. On the 3 day the man at the front desk said I only had a 2 night stay, then demanded that I either pay them for the 3rd night or "get out" . He was very rude and intimidating man. He made me very uncomfortable demanding money and threating me to "get out" . We left and found other accommodations for that night . I will never stay there again and never recommend this property. Awful experience.

Ok place convent location
- 3/5
Front desk person was strange interaction. Acted as if card wasn't approved for purchase of room. Had paid in full at hotels.com plus ste had successfully run card for the $50 in incidentals. Plus wasn't prepared for $24 in parking charges ar suburban location but once you're checking in you're pretty much stuck. Too many options nearby. Won't be staying at Hampton next time I'm in Loveland.
- 4/5
The hotel was sufficient. The staff was very helpful and waived the parking fee for us. The breakfast was ok but the juice dispenser was not working which was something I look forward to. Overall the stay was very pleasant.
- 5/5
It was a nice hotel. You do have to pay for parking because they provide security which was nice.
- 4/5
Ok,not great, I didn’t like the parking fee.
- 3/5
Paying to park at a hotel is just simply a slap in the face after paying for your hotel room. Why the extra charge? You can’t factor the cost of maintaining your hotel parking lot into the cost of the room? The lodging industry needs to do better.
- 4/5
Great location--easy walking distance to restaurants and shopping.
- 2/5
ROOM WAS OLD AND DIRTY FELLING. WE HAD TO PAY $15 FOR PARKING IN AN EMPTY PARKING LOT. REASON WE STAYED AT PROPERTY WAS FOR THE POOL AND IT WAS CLOSED. WE WERE ABLE TO USE THE POOL AT ANOTHER HOTEL BUT THAT POOL ENDED UP BEING VERY CROWED. THE BREAKFAST WAS GOOD.
- 3/5
The staff was pleasant and the stay was otherwise comfortable. However, on my second night, I rolled over in bed and the entire box spring and mattress had fallen off the bed base. The box spring and mattress were balancing (not secured in any way) on three metal rods with jagged ends; the ends of two rods were wrapped in towels with tape. I tried to fix the bed and accidentally carved a chunk out of my right index finger. I ended up switching to the other bed. I have never complained about a hotel. However, there were too many issues with this Hampton Inn that my stay was disappointing.
- 5/5
It was a good stay in a mess not having breakfast since Covid
- 5/5
Everything was great, except the pool was down for maintenance. It seems to be our luck every time we find a hotel.
- 5/5
Pool out of service
- 3/5
I tripped over the mat between the 2 front slidding doors. The person at the desk heard but didn't get up to check on me. We weren't told the pool was down. The window shade in our room didn't keep out the light. Our 3 year old was awake earlier than normal. There was black particles in the tub.
- 5/5
Nice and clean
- 4/5
Room above us was super noisy late into the night. Hotel wasn’t close to be full, I’m not sure why they put rooms one on top of the other. Spread them out to help avoid this problem. Also, I think it’s a touch ridiculous that they charge $12/night for parking. Other than those two complaints, the hotel was clean and a nice place to stay for a reasonable price.
- 4/5
Side door was always open. Someone kept putting a block so no card entry was necessary. Didn't feel to good about that. Not to mention unsafe.
- 3/5
Property is a little dated and the front lobby has a very funky smell, guessing it is the pool. It was a cheap place to stay and lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance. My biggest complaint was being charged $12.00 when I did not have a car! Was not asked and got my final bill emailed with a charge for parking. Very sneaky.
