In my personal experience of hotel stays this was by far the best. Everything that would accommodate my stay was a great experience. Very central to all the stores quick eats and restaurants. The bonus of the of my stay was it was right next to I 25. Don’t worry you never heard the traffic.
- 1/5
The room we got was not the same as the rooms pictured. The hotel has an older section with doors to the outside, this is one of the rooms we got. You could see light around the entire door because it did not seal up correctly. You had to slam the door to get it to shut and almost kick it open. The A/c did not work correctly and the toilet didn’t flush very well.

The king bed was comfy! The room was nice, it had everything we needed for our stay. Very glad for the mini fridge and freezer. The pool is “heated” but maybe to 65 degrees. It wasn’t super clean although unsure if staff are in charge of cleaning the pool or guests? We did use the skimmer to get bugs and leaves out in the shallow end. Our shower drained very slowly and the water would end up all over the floor because of the shower curtain.

It took 3 hours to fix it as there were no other rooms available. The gym was stifling w no air conditioning. The water in the pool was cold. The hotel needs some remodeling and upkeep. The carpets are old and shabby and the halls are grubby.

Was not there for breakfas

The outdoor courtyard was very nice They hide fees. They charged additional taxes and resort fees aside from Booking.com. Traveler needs to be wary that they will pay a lot of extra money which is more than on Booking.com. Scammy. They also upped their rates 100% for graduation weekend and the room was horrible. I still want my $18.62 back from my receipt that says I purchased something and did not. They refused as did corporate. Scammy, make sure you check your receipt.

It’s a location close to the interstate, however it’s quiet. I parked behind the building… it was nice that they had a trash can out there for travelers. Front desk staff was very helpful. Breakfast was good…. It had a nice variety. Coffee and ice water was offered 24/7. I will stay there again.

The breakfast was very disappointing. There was one old looking bagel. The only fruit was lemons and limes, WTH? Cold scrambled eggs. A disgusting looking yogurt machine, that was about it. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Easy parking and close to room. The check-in clerk was pleasant.

Everything was great, very friendly staff. My only complaint was the gym, like most hotel gyms, was a joke. Needs more strength training equipment.

Upon arrival the property had no electricity it had been off for a couple hours they did not know when it was gonna come back they couldn’t check us in now they’re trying to charge me for the rooms. I booked this place because of the good reviews and the pricing was great we had to drive 28 miles out of our way to find another hotel that’s comparable and this morning this property is still trying to charge me for rooms that we couldn’t stand in
- 2.5/5
Passable
- 3/5
Bathroom very small
- 4/5
The fact that we had to drive east out of the hotel, over the bypass to the next light and do a Uturn to go west. It was a hassle.

Room was okay but was charged an incidental fee for supposedly smoking in the room.

Clean room, good bath tub but the front desk was filled with religious propaganda and I would not recommend!

This hotel is in an odd place and not extremely easy to get to, it’s on one side of a divided highway and requires a U-turn if coming off I25. When we arrived at 3pm there was only 1 car in the lot and it looked absolutely deserted. Even when we returned for the night, around 730, there were only about 5 cars in the lot. Check in was easy, but the property felt abandoned. I booked on hotels.com, it told me the “incidental” or “hold” fee would be $25, as it turns out the hold was $100, which is more than the cost of the room for 1 night - this wasn’t a big deal as it was pending return to my card the day we checked out, but it did seem odd that the hold was more than the cost of the room. There are no elevators but only 6 or so stairs to get to floors 1 (basement) and 2 (above main level). From the front desk you will walk through the large breakfast sitting area, where the lights were off, making it feel even more deserted. When we got to our room it was clean, but dated. The bed was like sleeping on concrete, so if you like a more plush bed, this is not the place to stay. In the morning breakfast was decent, but there were only a few bagels and 1 muffin at 830am. There is a cereal option, but milk was in carafes and not refrigerated, it was warm by the time we got to it at 830. Overall I would not recommend staying at this hotel.

I booked a reservation and no where did it mention a $100 deposit. The lady refused to.cancel my reservation and actually got mad/upset when i told her i was told her that i would get a refund. Then coincidentally i was denied the refund after this conversation. It makes me sick that someone would go out of there way like this. Never will i stay nor will i ever recommend anyone to go to best western. They honestly deserve negative stars
- 2/5
The room with the outside door was cold and had massive air leaks around the door. The shower was cold and barely got to warm.
- 3/5
The room is looking tired, the towels are rough & non absorbent and the quality of the breakfast food was disappointing. The room shows a lot of neglect. We will be looking into other hotels for future travel.
- 4/5
This hotel is fine, nothing fancy. The staff are friendly and helpful and there’s a lot of shopping and restaurants close by.
- 5/5
The staff was very nice, rooms was what we expected, and the breakfast was good for a complimentary breakfast.
- 5/5
our car as possible on ground floor due in part to our request for a handicap accessible room. Adjacent lounge is a plus with food & drinks,2 big screen TV's and children allowed.
- 4/5
Staff was friendly. Bar was good for drinks, and the price was right. The restaurant food was OK. Overall, it was a decent stay.
- 4/5
Check in was quick and staff was kind . Bed was comfy they have great places for dogs .
- 5/5
Everything was great
- 5/5
right off the highway but we did not hear any highway noise. On the downside staff states they could not give me a receipt reflecting my payment or any additional changes because I booked with an outside source (Expedia)
- 3/5
We stayed here for 3 days. The first 2 rooms were not good at all. One smalled so strong if cigarettes and cigars. We wouldn't stay in it and the 2nd was a small that was so bad. Finally the 3rd room was better but we still didnt think it was worth the money. The outside of the building needs cleaning and painting. Breakfast didnt have many options.
- 5/5
Bar tender in the lounge was slow and kept forgetting our drinks
- 5/5
Amazing Place. We really Enjoyed our overnite stay. Nice Lounge and food. Difficukt to get into the place. But once we Finalmy got onto the property. Everything was GREAT@
- 4/5
Not convenient for crossing the other side of freeway. Didn’t use any amenities other than the room.
- 4/5
Breakfast was good. Pool and surroundings were good. Elevator and hallway could be a little cleaner
- 5/5
We very much enjoyed our stay, It is difficult to enter and exit the property.
- 5/5
Hotel was amazing. The stuff was super friendly and would definitely stay there again.
- 3/5
Pool was nice
- 5/5
Clean & welcoming!
- 5/5
The courtyard was beautiful and calming, such a lovely place to sit and enjoy after a busy day! So much better than being surrounded by only concrete and parking lots with no ability to enjoy being outside for a few minutes.
- 3/5
I liked breakfast; We didn't like the confusing drive in entrance; we almost missed it because the first appearance of it was that we were going into the gas station and the second problem the entrance is coming off of a entrance ramp to the freeway.
- 1/5
No one there knows what they are doing! They charged my bank account several times and we had to speak to the owner and manager about all the charges. They kept making up excuses about it being bc we booked through a 3rd party (hotel app)yet I have booked hotels through them for years and have NEVER had an issue. They would not give me a receipt bc again, I “booked through a 3rd party”. Yet, I have always received a receipt at other hotels. They were rude and unapologetic. The hotel itself was dated and we could hear (literally word for word) the TV in the adjacent room. We will never stay here again!
- 5/5
Check in and out was quick and easy. Clean rooms and nice showers. Free breakfast was nice and had different options for everyone.
- 3/5
Our first room was not cleaned that they sent us too and they had to move us to another room which was not the same but did compensate us for the inconvenience. Not my kind of hotel, more like a motel.
- 4/5
The breakfast was nice and when I had trouble with my key they helped.
- 3/5
The room was dark and surfaces worn. Renovation can help a lot!
- 5/5
good ground zero for Loveland and Greeley
- 3/5
We arrived after midnight (2am) due to our flight delay. Went to bed around 3am, didn't wake up until 8:30. Clean up a bit to get ready for breakfast. The breakfast was already closed at 9am. Who close breakfast at 9am on weekend?
- 5/5
It’s been excellent, friendly staff
- 3/5
Breakfast was good and staff was great
- 5/5
The hotel is an older hotel but it has been really well taken care of and updated. The lobby and breakfast areas were very nice . The room was very clean and well kept. The bed was very comfortable! The toiletries were great! Full breakfast very good!
- 5/5
Good
- 5/5
It is an older hotel but the room appeared clean. The area of the hotel my room was in i didn't particularly like staying as a single woman - felt a little sketchy & disconnected from the main area. Could just be the layout and not being familiar with it. Hate trying to get back into the highway in front of it during rush hour.
- 5/5
Annual stay for Train Show. Nice breakfast nice room with large TV
- 1/5
It is very outdated. Things were not clean and had a horrible smell. Was NOT worth what we paid
- 1/5
- Well located Cons: - extremely noisy - the milk in the breakfast was spoiled. I talked to the staff she changed it for a fresh one. - the room was too dark - not well clean - I got allergy
- 3/5
It was great for us but not for our 10 year old daughter she really was hoping to go to the pool. Pool was not open.
- 4/5
its a very nice motel. i've stayed there many times before and will again if needed.
- 5/5
We’d stay there again.
- 5/5
Clean room, nice amenities, great free breakfast! Love the patio with fire pit too. My second time at this location. Will definitely return again!
- 4/5
It’s ok for a quick stop
- 5/5
Nice and close to several places.
- 5/5
Somewhat hidden entrance in/out of the parking lot right next to a gas station. The staff were excellent though.
- 5/5
Great location just off of I-25. Nice quiet area and felt safe, unlike other hotels just off of I-25 which we checked out before booking this one.
- 1/5
Property description greatly exaggerated

Where do I even start… My dog and I were evacuated due to wildfires and searched for pet friendly properties and booked a king sized room for me and my dog. Apparently they don’t have king sized rooms for pets so they put me in a dark, dank, tiny room with 2 full beds in the back of the property along the highway with an exterior door in a part of the hotel with no other cars in the parking lot and seemingly no other guests. As a woman traveling alone I booked this hotel because it looks like a hotel with interior entrance rooms but that’s not the case, only a portion of the rooms are interior. It felt very abandoned and unsafe. If they don’t offer king rooms for pets then they should show the options for pet rooms so that you can select one when you book. If I had known the type of room I would be receiving I would have booked at another property. I attempted to get a refund from both Expedia and the property so I could just leave and go somewhere else but they refused. Staff was rude, unhelpful and the owners are thieves. The property stinks like old food inside, looks nothing like the photos, restaurant/bar is shut down, trash and spills and filth in the hallways and stairwells, the only decent thing about this hotel is the outdoor pool and the grounds in the back. They still have not released my charge for incidentals after 2 days. I will never book through Expedia again and I’m deleting my account and I will never stay at another Best Western property again Beware
- 5/5
Nice
- 3/5
This property was fine. There wasn’t anything bad or great about it. My one complaint was…I was a female traveling by myself and I was given a room in a back corner by an exit door. I would be lying to say it wasn’t a concern. But it was too late in the evening to try to mess around with switching rooms. I stayed in the area again a few nights later and decided to stay elsewhere.
- 4/5
The staff was all very friendly and the cleaning staff especially did such a fantastic job!!
- 4/5
Food and drink were excellent breakfast area was messy
- 4/5
Some of the breakfast hot food was cool. We stayed 4 nights and no one came to empty our trash or give us clean towels until we emptied our own. Other than that it was a great place to stay. A little hard to get to but that isn’t the fault of your establishment.
- 5/5
Tina was amazing at check in. Gave me exactly the kind of room i asked for. Her custom service is amazing. She went above and beyond for me. Thank you Tina!! The room was super clean and close to the hospital. Breakfast was good.
- 4/5
The room was very nice and clean. The parking was free and convenient. The pool area was nice. The only problem was that we were put in a room on the second floor in a part of the hotel that didn’t have an elevator. It made getting our luggage around quite difficult.
- 5/5
Employees were very friendly after a hard day on the road!
- 5/5
Though it is a bit out dated the bed was real comfortable, the shower had great water pressure and the breakfast was good. Definitely a good stay for the price!
- 4/5
The front desk was friendly and welcoming. For being right in a shopping area, this hotel had nice outdoor areas with a great pool, courtyard, and grassy areas with nice views of the Rockies. My biggest complaint was noise -- there was a girls sports team staying there and the kids were running up and down our hallway yelling at 10 pm. Not the staff's fault but they could have been paying attention and done something about it (not to mention the parents and coaches with the kids). A word of warning: our room overlooked an interior hallway. If you don't want this be sure to request a room with an exterior window.
- 1/5
By far dirtiest hotel I’ve stayed from parking lot to room
- 1/5
DO NOT STAY! If you have an animal or a service animal they segregate you to the rear of the property in outside access rooms. The listing never showed they were outside access. Rooms have dirty old carpet. They smell musty and moldy. Property is very dated and old. Owner is extremely rude talks over you and only states he “disagrees” with your issues. The property had dead roaches in the lobby restroom and the counters in those bathrooms were nasty. The location is also hidden and very difficult to find and access. TRUST ME SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE. They also up charged us because of a softball tournament that was in town. 200 00 per night for this? This was the equivalent of a motel. HORRIBLE!!! If I could rate it lower I would. BEWARE!!!!!
- 5/5
Our room search brought us to Loveland to enjoy a refreshing rest without any noises, voices, or music to interrupt a good night's sleep. Sweet.
- 5/5
Dated but clean comfortable rooms. Beds were very comfortable! Pool and garden area was beautiful! Breakfast was typical hotel breakfast but grateful for it.
- 4/5
Clean, quiet rooms. Nice grass and pool area.
- 4/5
Everything
- 5/5
I just needed a place to sleep for the night for a business trip. The check in was fast and easy, room was clean, staff was nice and helpful. and the continental breakfast was nice bonus as well as the water machine right near the front desk.

We stayed here 10yrs ago on our wedding night in the honeymoon suite. Just booked it again for our anniversary. Told hotel in advance to see if they’d offer any complimentary champagne or fruit or anything. But there was nothing in the room. Not a big deal but just know that for the future. Our tv in the bedroom kept breaking up and losing signal so that was annoying. There was no shampoo or conditioner in the room but when we called down they brought some right up. The breakfast each morning was very good. Biscuits and gravy, waffles, bagels, eggs, sausage.
- 3/5
I don't usually give a review if it's not a good one but here goes....The fan in the bathroom rattled very loud and didn't really work to ventilate anything. No one cleaned our room or picked up the dirty towels on the second day. The rooms need updated and they apparently need more help. The little bar/restaurant was okay but we checked in and ate there on a Friday evening at 6:00 and they were out of a lot of items on the menu. The pool was roped off, dirty and not open even though it was June and very hot out. They hadn't sprayed weeds around the pool in a LONG time! Coffee was bitter and breakfast was cold.
- 3/5
Front desk clerk was great. Friendly and helpful.
- 5/5
I had a great stay with my children. I have zero complaints.
- 4/5
First impression was just ok. Check in was quick & friendly. The room decor was dated, but I had a comfortable nights rest - even over slept. The complimentary breakfast was great. The variety of food was great with real bacon, cold & hot cereal, waffles, potatoes, green chili, scrambled eggs & much more.
- 4/5
The rooms were small, but clean. Very quiet and the amenities were nice. Workout room was large with great mountain views. By far the free breakfast was one of the best I've seen. Real eggs, plenty of variety with fresh made coffee. I will stay there again for sure.
- 2/5
mostly acceptable but the deal killer for me was poor wifi in my room and horrible coffee.

Also, website said enjoy 2 waters upon arrival and there was none.
- 3/5
Hotel in desparate need of update not sure how they have the BW Plus classification. Door to room didnt feel very secure. Breakfast was ok - slightly cold. Best part was the bed very comfy.
- 5/5
My father recently passed away in central Florida and I'm traveling over 3,000 miles to get home in Washington state. I have stayed at MANY hotels over the last 30 days and met MANY front desk staff. None compare with Sidney at the Best Western in Loveland CO. She made the check-in quick, seamless and went WELL ABOVE and beyond when my laptop died and assisted me securing my next nights reservation. Extremely polite and professional. She brought a ray of sunshine to a Very long week of travel. A rarity, a personality I've not seen anywhere else across the entire country. A true asset to your company . . . a new manager in the making ?
- 5/5
Friendly staff! Comfortable bed but not enough covers to keep you warm and cozy. Good options for breakfast and very clean dining area.
- 5/5
This is my second time staying at the hotel. The only thing that would be nice is to have an extra blanket on the beds.
- 5/5
The hotel is in a convenient location, but there is interstate and traffic noise. It isn’t horrible, but it is present. The staff was delightful at check-in. The hotel is clean and modernized. The bathroom is a squash and a squeeze, but clean and nice, so it was fine. It does what it was intended to do. No complaints
- 5/5
Great hotel
- 4/5
Employees were friendly and helpful. Nice pillows and bedding. Dish TV service. Breakfast was good, especially the eggs. I appreciate having some protein at breakfast.
- 3/5
Everything was fine with the exception of them only having one room reserved for us when we reserved two on Expedia. They said this happens frequently with reserving with Expedia.
- 3/5
The tv didn’t work, couldn’t get our keys in the lock had to get new ones.
- 2/5
Carpets old and dirty. Curtains were ripped. Room smelled moldy. All this for $250/night
- 5/5
Great property and location! Pool and grounds were awesome
- 4/5
This was a great property, although getting in and out of property was a but difficult because of how it was situated in a high traffic area near major highway
- 2/5
The hotel is not completely bad, but I did feel like I was a second class patron. There’s only on elevator for the whole property, and it sounds a bit clunky. The fan in the bedroom didn’t work. I expected more from a best western. There’s plenty of options in the area at this price, go there not this best western
- 5/5
I arrived tired after a long travel day with my pup. Checkin was great, room was very good-microwave and refrigerator!, location excellent.
- 5/5
Stayed here a couple times it’s comfy just wish bar would stay open later if customers are in there.
- 3/5
The refrigerator was so loud at night. Made a grinding noise.
- 4/5
It took forever to check in, we were the only ones doing so. I booked these on Expedia and paid for them there, then there were unexplained extra charges, like the price went up or something. Not thrilled with the person who checked us in, we had to ask where our rooms were.
- 4/5
Pool was beautiful. The restaurant facility was not open because whoever ran it was running already an hour and 1/2 late so we couldn’t get any food. Also at 9:00 am someone did open our door. So glad we had our chain on the door still since we weren’t even dressed. That was a bit unsettling.
- 5/5
Very clean and convenient location
- 1/5
My debit card was charged $500 the first night I was there. It took me over a week to get the money back into my account which intern left me $500 short my entire vacation I was not happy also every night I had to have my key reprogrammed just to get into the room Only to have very poor Internet service. I will never stay there again.
- 5/5
Breakfast was great and having a place for dinner and a couple drinks onsight after a long day was perfect!
- 5/5
Can’t say enough about this motel. Reasonably priced, staff was the best!! Very clean and comfortable. Best stay we had on our whole trip.
- 3/5
Road construction right in front of the hotel made access difficult. No internet service. Needed updating. Keys didn’t work. The staff were great. The food was good. View from courtyard great!
- 4/5
One building exclusively for guests with pets.😊 Only able to access property from eastbound Eisenhower Blvd.🤔 Internet access was being worked on.☹️
- 4/5
We spent one night here while visiting family in Loveland. Front desk staff were friendly and informative. Motel has a beautiful inner courtyard with spacious gazebo. Room had all the expected features we like: cable TV, hair dryer, microwave oven, mini fridge, shampoo and conditioner, plenty of towels. Beds were very comfortable. Pet fee was reasonable. Downside was proximity to all the construction noise next to I-25. At least road crews waited until morning to use Jack hammers! Some maintenance issues in the room such as toilet needing a new flush mechanism and sink faucet leaky. No danger of room’s artwork being stolen as it was very unappealing. I would stay here again; my spouse would not.
- 5/5
Very kind friendly staff. The suite was nice and spacious. Clean was a huge plus
- 3/5
The room smelled musty/old. It’s not bad, but I wouldn’t want to stay again because of the smell.
- 5/5
Bartender Tammy was great at making everyone feel welcome!
- 4/5
Our stay was great and Tammy the bartender and the chef was amazing very personable, but the third party booking process was not desirable.
- 5/5
Perfect for our needs. Will definitely be back when we visit the area
- 4/5
heat was inconsistent no extra blankets in room TV did not initially work driving directions from staff were incorrect
- 5/5
Overall good!! You quote a price, then you check out and it’s $20 more!! This was upsetting!! When I asked about it, they couldn’t do anything because it was booked through Expedia!
- 1/5
We pulled up and realized it shared a parking lot with the gas station where the on-ramp to the highway is. There were crack heads roaming the parking lot and it did not feel safe to have my family there
- 5/5
I really love this hotel comfort caring staff that are real constant contact with management making everything run efficient and just overall the best! I love the suite room for my spa days with my little bundle of joy! It has a Jacuzzi tub and large steam room full kitchen a bedroom and living room with a table!!! We have a great time!! Oh and an awesome above and beyond 5 star breakfast!
- 2/5
Restaurant closed, heater noisy, dated
- 5/5
Staff was great, beds comfy , clean, but the construction Aton the area is a pain . But price was right . And over all good!
- 4/5
Nice place, recently renovated. However some in room furniture and fixtures show signs of wear. Nice outdoor area for pets. Overall a nice place to stay.

You know what I really like this place I’ve been a few times and each time I’m over joyed by experience especially the breakfast it’s beyond delicious!

Not sure who has a wedding at a Best Western, but that happened yesterday. During prime check-in with zero warning. Best part… we had to take an obstacle course and still go through the wedding party to bring in our luggage. The rooms still had the 1980’s stench of people that could smoke there back in the day. I got 4 tissues out of the box before it was empty. The continental breakfast was impressive. I felt bad that I was the only one that tipped the lady handling the service.

My only real problem was road construction out front, but that's beyond the control of the hotel.

Noise,Noise,Noise! People in hallways, doors opening and slamming, dryer for wet, moldy carpet

The only thing we didn't like was how cramped the bathroom was for two women.

Wish our tv would have worked like is should of. Told staff that our tv didn’t work & all they can do is tell maintenance about it on Monday, so we didn’t have tv for our stay & was disappointed.

We were given a room on the outside of the hotel on the farthest corner of the hotel, it seemed that no one else was around us. We asked to be moved because we are 2 females and didn't feel comfortable. They moved us, but updates and just a few door down. We did have dogs, but still, we didn't feel very safe. These rooms felt dated, the outside of the rooms were dirty. I am glad we only stayed one night and we would not stay again.

This hotel is at the crossroads of 34 and I25. I was worried it would be quite loud. I was pleasantly surprised to have no extra noise in our room. The hotel was slightly dated but clean and very adequate. I would stay again.

Staff was extremely unhelpful. Would not accept our company credit card to put incidentals. Ended up not being able to stay here at all.
