The staff was very rude. We had to beg for clean towels. The air conditioners were weak and did not cool the rooms. The bed wad crooked, made me feel like I was going to fall out during the night. The parking lot lights were so bright that the cheap window coverings would not keep the light out of the room. There was activity going on all hours of the night and walking outside at any hour made us feel very unsafe.

Nothing Stains on the mattress. Doors that don't open. Thought I was going get murdered. Left before even spending the night. Id not stay there

It was a slightly updated migrant hotel. Lots living there. It’s supposed to be smoke free but they were smoking in the rooms every night.

parking was fine but a little sketchy overall. said no pets or no smoking but while staying i smelt nothing but cigarette smoke and saw 2 cats and 2 dogs INSIDE the hotel. bed was uncomfy and pillows were cheap. room was clean though but smelt of cigarettes.

No elevator. No breakfast as advertised

First thing you smell when entering is weed and cigarettes. Microwave was 21 years old and filthy. No cookware of any kind despite the description saying otherwise. Floors and walls were paper thin and we could hear everyone and everything.

Disappointing

I was not impressed with the service. I asked for an accessible room and they put me on 2nd floor of main building. I also asked for 2 beds and got 1 beds. The remodeling was never mentioned and I would have liked a room with a stove because I like to bake without interruptions that what made choose the hotel.

The staff was super nice and answered all of my questions.

Front desk was super helpful and polite. Room is quite clean. I would stay again.

Slept like a baby

10 miles from venue Room smelled like fresh paint, we had an extended stay room with no flatware or pots and pans.

Only complaint was people staying above us had kids that were very loud all day long.

Great location, friendly/helpful staff. No major dislikes to mention.

Coffee Hard to control heat.

The room has a kitchenette but they do no have plates or cutlery, they have zero items in the room, no rag or soap even, all cabinets were empty, the front desk man said I could buy plates if I wanted to. Their was a lot of very curly black hairs stuck to the wall and ceiling in the bathroom, I am not even sure how they got SO MUCH hair up there.

Its really nice and comfortable.
